한가지 문제를 분야별로 따로 연구하는 것은 보이지 않는 목적을 계속 추구해야 한다는 점에서 메아리를 쫓는 것과 같다고 말할 수 있을 것 같다. 그런데 조명과 색채에 관한 연구는 물리, 화학, 생리, 심리, 그리고 미술, 디자인이라는 특수하게 분화된 분야가 서로 연결되는 접합점에 있다.

본 연구는 청계천의 구성요소에 대해 경관연출효과를 분석하기 위해 주요구성요소 4곳을 상대로 경관현황을 조사하였다. 도시에서의 빛연출은 도시의 아이덴티티를 형성하고 또한 청계천 같이 6km에 다다른 하천은 관광자원으로써도 활용된다. 따라서 청계천 빛환경을 분석하기 위해 경관에 있어서 조명학적으로 중요한 물리량 평가요소로 휘도, 색도, 색온도를 선정하였다. 디지털 광학 계측기인 Radiant Imaging Prometric 1400에 의해 측정된 휘도, 색도, 색온도 등의 물리량 측정결과 주야간 모두 주변과 조화를 이루고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 휘도대비가 16:1을 넘지 않아 시각적으로도 적절한 것으로 판단됐다. 따라서 청계천 주요수성요소의 경관연출은 주 야간 모두 이용자들에게 안락한 경관을 제공할 것으로 사려된다.

DMX512 protocol controls a lighting system for outdoor lightings and stage lightings. But lighting systems using DMX512 protocol based wired needs expensive cost in installation, maintain, repair. And it has restrictions about control channel numbers and its ranges. Also, it needs additional equipments for the control of lighting systems which installed on wide area. In this paper, we propose wireless control technique and a ZDMX module for lighting systems on wide area based on DMX512 protocol. Our technique solves problems of DMX512 protocol, and it can control lighting systems on wide area effectively. We developments the LED lighting system using ZDMX modules and we have confirmed the suitability of our technique for real environment.

This study aims to suggest improvements in night landscape lighting of Bomun Lake, a representative waterfront landscape in Gyeongju which is the city designated as UNESCO World Heritage in December 2000. This study divided the area into three types of sections-that is, road section, walking section, and landscape section- based on the present condition of land use and users of the Bomun Lake area. In addition, this study classified the lightingtypes by section into nine lighting types-that is, road, crossroad, parking lot, pedestrian passage, trail, sculpture, tree, waterfront deck-by comparing them to the park lighting types suggested by the KS A illuminance standards, and examined the problems of the current Bomun Lake lighting base on the standards. By using this as basic data, this study established relevant plans and collected research material. This study suggested directions of each of the three sections and improvements in illuminance, color temperature, creating methods of each of the nine lighting types to the night Lighting planning of the Bomun Lake area reflecting the landscape characteristics of Gyeongju, a historical, cultural city.
