A Study on the Improvement of the Safety and Safe Living Standards of Apartment Houses through AHP Analysis (AHP 분석을 통한 공동주택 안전 및 안심생활 수준 향상에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to check the importance of higher level, sub higher level and lower alternative factor and the factor for relieved life and also check the comprehensive priority in executed "Safety and relieved life level improvement of apartment house residents by AHP analysis". Method: The safety management evaluation elements and alternatives have been arranged as hierarchical structure based on the preceding studies and the advice of experts for the maintenance and system of apartment house in this study. Study model is used for the survey of pair wise comparison composition targeting experts and AHP analysis method is used for alternative plan ranking, etc. Result: The response result of survey secured the consistency and it is confirmed that safety inspection for apartment house electricity facility is most important for higher level, safety inspection, detailed inspection and diagnosis evaluation are most important for sub higher level and plumbing equipments is most important for alternatives based on the analysis result of relative weight comparison for sub higher level and alternatives for final goal attainment of the study. Conclusion: Plumbing equipments, crime prevention safety and electrical safety are shown as top priority alternatives when observe it with expert manager's point of view for apartment house. It shows that securing the importance of living safety accident and deciding the level of relieved life can be improved are the alternatives of pre-prevention and management strengthening.

  • Collaborative Cyber-Physical Systems (CCPS) are those systems that contain tightly coupled physical and cyber components, massively interconnected subsystems, and collaborate to achieve a common goal. The safety of a single Cyber-Physical System (CPS) can be achieved by following the safety standards such as ISO 26262 and IEC 61508 or by applying hazard analysis techniques. However, due to the complex, highly interconnected, heterogeneous, and collaborative nature of CCPS, a fault in one CPS's components can trigger many other faults in other collaborating CPSs. Therefore, a safety assurance technique based on fault criticality analysis would require to ensure safety in CCPS. This paper presents a Fault Criticality Matrix (FCM) implemented in our tool called CPSTracer, which contains several data such as identified fault, fault criticality, safety guard, etc. The proposed FCM is based on composite hazard analysis and content-based relationships among the hazard analysis artifacts, and ensures that the safety guard controls the identified faults at design time; thus, we can effectively manage and control the fault at the design phase to ensure the safe development of CPSs. To justify our approach, we introduce a case study on the Platooning system (a collaborative CPS). We perform the criticality analysis of the Platooning system using FCM in our developed tool. After the detailed fault criticality analysis, we investigate the results to check the appropriateness and effectiveness with two research questions. Also, by performing simulation for the Platooning, we showed that the rate of collision of the Platooning system without using FCM was quite high as compared to the rate of collisions of the system after analyzing the fault criticality using FCM.

  • Recently, companies have interests in the adoption and diffusion of customer relationship management(CRM). And, as information and communication technologies and Internet technologies proliferate, they also have interests in e-CRM, which implements CRMusing online communication channels. Until now, many researchers have tried to identify the success factors of CRM and evaluate their relative importance. However, only a few studies have dealt with the success factors of e-CRM. For this reason, we aim at identifying and evaluating the success factors of e-CRM in order to provide the companies with the guideline for preparing the implementation of e-CRM. Our study adopts analytical hierarchy process(AHP) as a tool for evaluating these factors because it has been widely applied and validated for a long time. Whereas prior studies have analyzed the success factors from the organizational and technological perspective, our study analyzes them from the functional perspective. As a result, we found that the companies should manage all the CRM components including analytic-operational-collaborative CRM in good balance. Also, we found that the sufficient support from CEO, the acquisition of good quality customer data, and theonline processing capability for responding customers' requests effectively are important for the success of e-CRM.

  • Around the world, a lot of people are migrating to the urban areas, and new cities are continuously being constructed. Currently about 54 percent of the world's population live in the urban areas, and by 2050, it is expected to increase to 66 percent; thus, managing the urban areas is one of the most important challenges of sustainable development in the 21st century. The key to successful urban management is to preserve the urban green spaces, which provide aesthetic, psychological and health benefits to the urban citizens. However, the benefits of the urban green spaces are not fully appreciated within the societies due to the difficulty of economic valuation of the urban green spaces. This study examined whether the view of the Songdo Central Park has a positive influence on the prices of the surrounding apartments, using the hedonic pricing method. The results showed that a positive relation exists between the view of the Songdo Central Park and the price of apartment. The price of an apartment with the view of the Songdo Central Park was 5 percent higher than that of an apartment without the view. In addition, it was estimated that the proximity to the Songdo Central Park has an influence on the housing price as well.

Design of Contact Scheduling System(CSS) for Customer Retention (고객유지를 위한 접촉스케줄링시스템의 설계)

  • Customer retention is one of the major issues in life insurance industry, in which competition is increasingly fierce. There are many things for the life insurers to do many things to retain the customers. One of those things is to make sure to keep in touch with all customers. When an insurance-planner resigned, his/her customers must be taken care of by some planner-assistants. This article outlines the design of Contact Scheduling System (CSS) that supports planner-assistants for contacting the customers. Planner-assistants are unable to share the resigned insurance-planner's experience and knowledge regarding the customer relationship management. The CSS developed by employing both Classification And Regression Tree (CART) technique and Sequential Pattern Mining (SPM) technique has a two-stage process. In the first stage, it segments the customers into eight groups by CART model. Then it generates contact scheduling information consisting of contact-purpose, contact-interval and contact-channel, according to the segment's typical contact pattern. Contact-purpose is derived by schedule-driven, event-driven, or business-rule-driven. Schedule-driven contact is determined by SPM model. In the operation of CSS in a realistic situation, it shows a practicality in supporting planner-assistants to keep in touch with the customers efficiently and effectively.

Estimation of Total Material Requirement in Expressway Construction using Material Flow Analysis which is based on the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA기반 물질흐름분석 기법을 이용한 고속도로 건설에서의 총 자원요구량 산정)

  • During expressway construction it has been input a lot of material, but it does not manage to estimate quantitatively. In this study, the total material requirement for construction of expressway, which separated direct material requirement and indirect material requirement each section was quantified by combining life cycle assessment (LCA) and material flow analysis (MFA). In the direct material requirement, sand 2.27E + 04 ton/km, limestone 1.02E + 04 ton/km and gravel 4.47E + 03 ton/km were required, in the indirect material requirement, gravel 2.75E + 04 ton/km, iron 9.80E + 03 ton/km and coal 9.74E + 03 ton/km were required. Material such as sand, limestone which has high direct material requirement is require of excess input prevention from construction site, and material such as iron, rare metals(chrome, nickel) and coal which has high indirect material requirement is require additional studies of resource management.

  • IP-based Wireless Sensor Networks (IP-WSNs) are gaining importance for their broad range of applications in health-care, home automation, environmental monitoring, industrial control, vehicle telematics and agricultural monitoring. In all these applications, mobility in the sensor network with special attention to energy efficiency is a major issue to be addressed. Because of the energy inefficiency of networks-based mobility management protocols can be supported in IP-WSN. In this paper we propose a network based mobility supported IP-WSN protocol called Multicasting-based inter-Domain Mobility Management Scheme in Sensor-based Fast Proxy Mobile IPv6 Networks (mSFP). Based on [8,20], We present its network architecture and evaluate its performance by considering the signaling and mobility cost. Our analysis shows that the proposed scheme reduces the signaling cost, total cost, and mobility cost. With respect to the number of IP-WSN nodes, the proposed scheme reduces the signaling cost by 7% and the total cost by 3%. With respect to the number of hops, the proposed scheme reduces the signaling cost by 6.9%, the total cost by 2.5%, and the mobility cost by 1.5%. With respect to the number of IP-WSN nodes, the proposed scheme reduces the mobility cost by 1.6%.

Development of BIM based LID Facilities Supply Auto-checking Module (BIM 기반 LID 시설 물량 자동 검토 모듈 개발)

  • Recently, Discussion about BIM based LID (Low Impact Development) facilities management system is activated because interest of LID technique for urban water cycle restoration is increasing. For this reason, this paper developed the auto-checking module of the BIM (Building Information Model) based supply output table. This module will be the foundation of the BIM based LID facilities total management system. The research order is composed like next follows: (1) Select target area, (2) Make BIM model of LID facilities and extract supply output table, (3) Develop comparison module, (4) Analysis results. As a result, the authors made 27 LID facilities and developed the supply output table comparison automation module. So, the authors could find differences of 2D design documents based supply output table and BIm based supply output table. So, the authors made an improvement suggestion of the design plan and could construct foundation of the BIM based LID facilities total management system.

  • The curtain-wall work has been more frequently applied in the construction industry since demand of high-rise buildings has been increased. The curtain-wall work is usually performed with the frame work simultaneously for reducing construction period, but it might be delayed because of several problems caused by interference of process. However, there is not an appropriate tool which can be used by a work manager for adjusting quantity of the construction equipments or the workers when the curtain-wall work was delayed. To resolve this problem a construction simulation anticipating and analyzing potential problems before starting the work can be applied in the curtain wall work. This research suggests a general model for the curtain-wall work by using construction simulation and produces a combination of construction equipments and workers which can estimate optimum work productivity.

  • 오늘날 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 관련 기술 연구는 사용자가 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 네트워크에 접근해 다양한 컴퓨터 관련 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있는 방법에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이 처럼 시간과 공간의 한계를 뛰어 넘은 네트워크로의 자유로운 접근은 일상 생활의 패러다임을 바꾸어 놓게 될 것이다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술을 통해 가장 큰 변화가 일어나는 분야는 일반 가정환경에서 일어나는 인텔리전트 홈 네트워크 (Intelligent Home Network) 라고 할 수 있다. 집에 들어오면, 자동으로 문을 열어주고, 불을 켜주며, 놓쳤던 TV 프로그램을 자동으로 녹화해 놓았다가 원하는 시간에 보여주고, 적당한 시간에 목욕물을 미리 받아준다. 또한 집밖으로 나가기 전, 일기예보에 따라 우산을 챙겨주고, 일정을 확인시켜주며 입고 나갈 옷을 골라줄 수도 있다. 이 모든 일들이 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술이 가져올 인텔리전트 홈 네트워크의 모습이다. 그러나, 모든 사용자에게 효과적인 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 홈 네트워크 상의 자원 관리에서 일어날 수 있는 에이전트들간의 자원 접근 권한 충돌을 효율적으로 방지할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 자원관리 특성은 점유의 연속성, 자원 사이의 연관성, 그리고 자원과 사용자 사 사이의 연계성의 3 가지 특성을 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 일어날 수 있는 자원 충돌 상황을 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 자원 협상 방법을 제안한다. 본 방법은 자원 관리 특성을 바탕으로 시간논리에 기반을 둔 자원 선점과 분배 규칙으로 구성된다.트 시스템은 b-Cart를 기반으로 할 것으로 예측할 수 있다.타났다. 또한, 스네이크의 초기 제어점을 얼굴은 44개, 눈은 16개, 입은 24개로 지정하여 MER추출에 성공한 영상에 대해 스네이크 알고리즘을 수행한 결과, 추출된 영역의 오차율은 각각 2.2%, 2.6%, 2.5%로 나타났다.해서 Template-based reasoning 예를 보인다 본 방법론은 검색노력을 줄이고, 검색에 있어 Feasibility와 Admissibility를 보장한다.매김할 수 있는 중요한 계기가 될 것이다.재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve.
