  • 온라인 전자 상거래 시장은 인터넷의 발전과 그 편의성으로 인하여 지속적으로 시장 규모가 커지고 있다. 비대면 결제방식인 온라인 전자결제 방식은 오프라인 결제 방식에 비해 높은 수준의 안전성이 요구된다. 결제정보가 노출된다면 공격자는 타인의 결제정보를 이용하여 불법적인 결제가 가능할 것이다. 현재 사용되고 있는 온라인 결제 시스템들은 결제정보를 안전하게 전송하기 위한 프로토콜을 구성하고 있지만 실제 해킹을 통한 결제정보 유출로 인해 최근 몇 년간 다수의 금융사고들이 일어나고 있다. 본 논문은 Two-Session 결제 방식을 이용해 국내 온라인 결제 시스템을 보완하여 향상된 보안성으로 결제정보를 전송하여 결제정보의 유출을 예방하고 기존 시스템 대비 높은 사용자 편리성을 가지는 시스템을 제안한다.

A Study on the Electronic Payment Systems for International e-Business (국제전자상거래를 위한 전자결제시스템에 관한 연구)

  • This study is directed to compare the payment systems between conventional and internet, under international commerce. A stable and secure payment system is necessary for the progress of e-business through the internet. There are three typical methods of payment system in conventional transactions; the letter of credit(L/C) basis, the collection basis and the remittance basis. The exporter prefers L/C basis because of authentic payment, financial convenience and reduced risk Buyers and sellers who have enjoyed long creditable relationships use carefully the collection basis. The remittance basis is adequate for small amount payment for sample. In this paper, the merits and demerits of electronic payment system are compared to the conventional payment one. Internet payment system has an advantage of speed-up in payment against the conventional, but has a limited usage in the area of consumer based(B to C) transaction. The conventional payment system has been becoming overwhelm electronic payment one in the business to business(B to B) area.

  • 본 논문에서는 웹 브라우저 기반의 카드 결제 시, 결제 완료까지의 횟수와 고액 결제 시의 사용자 인증을 기준으로 하여 국내 사이트에서의 결제 방식과 해외 사이트의 결제 방식을 비교 분석하였다. 분석 내용을 기반으로 보안 프로그램과 사용자 인증으로 인해 증가된 횟수를 HTML5와 가상 키보드 그리고 해외 사이트의 인증 방식을 토대로 하여 간소화할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

  • 최근 스마트 기기는 결제, 할인쿠폰 등 각종 기능을 제공하는 수단으로 진화되면서 통신과 금융이 융합된 모바일 NFC 서비스의 시장이 급성장할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 특히 모바일 NFC 결제 서비스 시장의 활성화가 예상됨에 따라 모바일 NFC 결제 서비스는 국내 외적으로 널리 주목받고 있다. 하지만 이를 주도할 수 있는 보안 관련 기술력이 부족한 상태이며 NFC 모바일 결제 환경에서 적용이 가능한 NFC 결제 관련 기술 연구도 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 따라 기존 방식과는 전혀 다른 결제 환경과 결제 방식에 의해 도출될 수 있는 다양한 응용서비스에 대한 새로운 법 제도의 정비와 새로운 결제환경에 맞는 보안기술이 필요할 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 물리적인 플라스틱 신용카드의 권한 위임 문제와 NFC 모바일 신용카드를 비교하여 NFC 모바일 기반 결제 서비스 상에서의 위협을 분석하고 NFC 결제환경에서 안전한 결제 권한 위임이 가능한 Hash Chain기반의 Time-Stamping Proxy 서명 기술을 제안하였다.

  • Untact marketing emerged as one of the top 10 marketing in 2018. Since then, the scale of the mobile payment market has expanded, and the ratio of payment through mobile is melting into life even offline. Various mobile apps such as Samsung Pay and Smart Order are already popular systems, and various other mobile payment systems are increasing. For such mobile payments, this paper aims to comprehensively design a general-purpose untouched offline payment system by designing a mobile payment system that applies a short-range wireless communication method along with a study on the currently available mobile payment-linked API. We propose an offline payment system with an untouch method to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and contribute to a healthy society by solving the problem and minimizing contact with others in the current situation like the Corona 19 Incident.

  • 현재 모바일 기기를 통한 모바일 지급결제는 인터넷 결제나 소액결제 등에서 대중적으로 이용되며 새로운 결제수단으로 각광받고 있다. 하지만 현재의 모바일 지급 결제는 안전성의 문제로 인해 소액에 치중하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 안전성의 문제점을 해결하여 고액 결제까지 가능하게 할 수 있는 새로운 인증방식을 제안한다. 제안한 인증 기법은 인증서버로부터 휴대폰으로 전송된 인증 정보와 결제단말기에서 전송된 인증정보가 일치하지 않으면, 인증이 되지 않는 방식을 이용하여 타인의 도용을 차단하였다. 또한 그래픽코드를 이용하여 신용카드와 현금카드를 들고 다니지 않아도 휴대폰을 통해 결제를 할 수 있게 하였다.

A Study on Determinants of Export Payment Terms in Korean Small & Medium Enterprises (한국 중소기업의 수출대금결제방식 결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to contribute to the efficient selection of SMEs' trade settlement system through the empirical analysis of determinants of the payment method of SMEs in Korea. In the previous study, external factors, internal factors, settlement characteristics, transaction goods, transaction amount factors and risk management factors were used. Questionnaires were excluded from analysis, and the number of validated samples collected was 155. To conduct the study, all empirical analyses were verified at the significance level p <.005. Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSSWIN 18.0 program. Analysis results found the payment method used in the company was based on the year of establishment, export items, transaction area, type of transaction, and size of company. Empirical analysis showed that factors influencing the choice of the letter of credit are external factors, internal factors, the risk management factors, and the transaction amounts, etc. Results of this study are as follows: First, the effects of external factors, internal factors, settlement characteristics, and transaction amounts were significant. Hypothesis testing of collections trading methods has not been adopted in all areas presented. In order to utilize the research results, we conducted the study and comparison of the payment method of the income.

  • Recently, there has been a lot of ongoing research regarding financial transactions and payments due to the emergence of financial technology (FinTech). Payments have been processed through cash and credit cards, and payment methods have been simplified and are more convenient, with mobile payment via mobile cards and mobile phones. This study offers a new mobile payment method by using a mobile phone instead of a card reader or terminal. For payments, authentication is processed with the user's biometrics and a built-in fingerprint scanner, and the payment is processed after receiving an authentication code issued by the authorizing institution to confirm the user's identity. User biometrics and payment information is secured from any kind of malicious hacker by saving it in a Fast Identity Online (FIDO) Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) section in a smartphone. Regarding key security, every key is securely created in the FIDO TEE section, providing secure mobile payment by neutralizing various malicious attacks, including sniffing and the man-in-the middle attack.

  • Game users purchase contents in order to enjoy games, which is the case as for minors. The most frequently used payment method for minors' purchasing game contents is many kinds of gift certificates. Other payment methods include adding the payment to their cellular phone bills and charging it to their parents' credit cards. Although such payment methods are easily used due to convenience, consequent disputes are also continuously increasing. Both users and game service providers suffer damage due to the disputes related to game payments by minors and, in some cases, such problem also becomes a social issue. The purpose of this study is to present data for the standardization of refund policy (system) for payments made by minors by investigating and analyzing the laws and institutions related to game payments by minors and examining relevant dispute cases, in order to prevent and solve such disputes efficiently.

  • Electronic Commerce has already existed for over 20 years. The Bolero project initially had the support of TEDIS, and now is jointly financed by SWIFT(Society for World International Financial Telecommunications) which handles most of the electronic funds transfer for banks, and the Through Transport Mutual Assurance Association(the TT Club), a mutual insurance association most of whose members are drawn from the Multimodal transport industry or transport intermediaries. Bolero's mission is to provide guaranteed and secure delivery, in electronic form, of trade documentation, globally, based on a binding legal environment and common procedures, Bolero will also provide a platform for provision of neutral cross-industry services. TradeCard is a payment and settlement system that is an alternative to letters of credit. That is, TradeCard is a business-to-business e-commerce infrastructure that enables buyers and sellers to conduct and settle international trade transactions securely over the Internet. Paperless, payment-guaranteed international trade transactions - which eliminate the traditional letters of credit with electronic certifications - are widely considered the most difficult B2B transactions to conduct.
