본 논문에서는 여러 개의 측방 유동 스트립을 형광분석을 통한 정량분석을 할 수 있는 장비의 각 스트립에 인쇄된 바코드를 카메라를 이용하여 인식하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘에서는 각 슬롯의 스트립 유무를 판단하고, 시작 비트의 위치를 템플릿 정합법으로 검출하여 바코드 영역을 찾는다. 각 비트 영역은 바코드 설계 데이터와 기기 교정 시 계산된 공간 해상도를 이용하여 결정된다. 각 비트의 값은 비트 영역 중앙 부분의 평균을 이용하여 결정하였다. 다양한 조명 아래에서 취득한 영상들로부터 스트립 유무 판단, 시작 비트 위치 탐색 성공 여부 및 각 비트 값을 결정 등을 위한 판정 값을 가우시안 모델을 이용하여 계산하였다. 실험 결과 모든 판정 오류는 무시할 만 하였다.

In the FTA environment, it is necessary to comply with the rules of origin in order to receive duty-free benefits. To do this, they have to precede the Harmonized System(HS) tariff classification of the goods and understand thoroughly the basic principles that constitute the tariff schedule of HS classification. For the correct classification, they should understand exactly the product name of "Heading" about the items, "Legal Note" in the relevant "Section" or "Chapter" as well as provisions of the commentary. Therefore, this paper proposes to develop a HS classification services based on the performance system of knowledge convergence of field terms commonly used in various industries. In result, our services can provide users the conveniences which users first selects one of seven decision elements of the classification and perform the classification easily and accurately.

As the implementation of smart factories spreads widely, the need for research to improve data efficiency is raised by prioritizing massive amounts of big data using IoT devices in terms of relevance and quality. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether prioritizing big data in management accounting decisions such as cost volatility estimation and recipe optimization can improve smart solution performance and decision-making effectiveness. Based on the survey answers of 84 decision makers at domestic small and medium-sized manufacturers who operate smart solutions such as ERP and MES that link manufacturing data in real time, empirical research was conducted. As a result, it was analyzed that setting prioritization of big data has a positive effect on decision-making in management accounting. became In addition, it was found that big data prioritization has a mediating effect that indirectly affects smart solution performance by using big data in management accounting decision making. Through the research results, it will be possible to contribute as a prior research to develop a scale to evaluate the correlation between big data in the process of business decision making.

This study is a descriptive research study to identify differences in awareness and practice of emerging infectious diseases, ethical awareness, ethical decision-making, and the effect on ethical decision-making among nurses and nursing students. 179 data were collected for nursing students and nurses in K city from August 20 to September 10, 2020. As a result of the study, there was a statistically significant difference between nursing students and nurses only in decision-making related to the principle of justice among ethical decision-making, and it was found that ethical education experience (𝛽=0.18, p=.013) influenced ethical decision-making. Based on the research results, it is suggested to develop a simulation-centered convergent ethics education program to improve ethical decision-making and provide regular education.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affects the participating in a smoking cessation program. Data were from the A Study on the Seoul Welfare Panel Study 2010. Subjects were 1,326 smokers aged 19 and older living in the community. Dependent variable was defined as experience of smoking cessation. Explanatory variables were included as age, gender, level of education, employment status, household income, marital status, drinking, self-reported health status, depression, disease, and physical activity. A prediction model was developed by the use of a Decision Tree and Neural Network Algorithm. In the Prediction model, self reported health status, disease, income, household income were significantly associated with participating in a smoking cessation program. Based this study, systematic education and development of programs are required.

This study was conducted to investigate the convergence effects of key vocational competency on career decision making in dental hygiene students. To this end, 196 students with an experience of clinical field training, who were enrolled in the department of dental hygiene in universities of Busan and Ulsan area. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, correlation analysis and linear regression analysis using SPSS 24.0 program. The subjects' awareness level of key vocational competency was 3.38 points, while that of career decision making was 3.30 points. Among the sub-factors of key vocational competency, the awareness level of professional ethics was 3.46 points, which was the highest. As factors of key vocational competency affecting career decision making, interpersonal skills(p<0.01), skills for understanding groups(p<0.01), resource management skills(p<0.01), self-development skills(p<0.05), problem-solving skills(p<0.05), and mathematical skills(p<0.05) were found to be significant. It is necessary to make student individual, departmental, and university level convergence efforts and to develop curriculum so that dental hygiene education can help students equip with the key vocational competency as well as major competency.

The several wearable devices are not able to communicate through cable due to its portability. The wireless communication method is used because of its good communication quality and group action features when the several wearable devices communicate with each other. In this paper, we proposed the group decision algorithm for grouping display of the several wearable devices. It means that recognize as a group member after measuring distance in the wireless communication environment. The result of experience showed that the group-type display of several wearable devices method overcome the limit of the display of single wearable device.

대형 및 복합 화재에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서 화재 현장에 대한 다양한 컨텍스트를 고려하여 표준작전절차 및 매뉴얼을 기반으로 최적의 대응 방안을 도출해야 한다. 이러한 의사결정을 긴급한 상황에서 신속하고 정확하게 수행하기 위하여 화재 상황 및 관련 대응규칙을 자동으로 분석하고 대응절차를 선제적으로 제시하는 방법이 필요하다. 이를 위해 이 논문에서는 공간정보 및 화재안전정보를 이용하여 규칙 기반으로 화재 대응 의사결정을 지원하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법에서는 소방대상물의 실내외 공간정보 및 다양한 화재안전정보를 기반으로 화재 상황의 가변성을 모델링하고 이를 참조하여 화재 대응규칙 명세를 개발한다. 그리고 의사결정 시 주어진 상황에 맞게 가변성을 선택하고 룰 엔진을 통해 대응규칙을 실행하여 대응절차를 도출한다. 제안하는 방법을 재난현장 표준작전절차의 대상물별 표준작전절차를 대상으로 적용하여 실현 가능성을 검증하였다.

Selecting one's career is one of the most important decisions for individuals because it will have a strong influence on his/her life. Especially for college students who are in the process of getting ready to step into the society after the graduation, career decision making becomes one of the most difficult tasks, and a real one. The purpose of this study was to analyze decision making styles and career decision making progress of Dental Laboratory Technology college students, and to test hypotheses which are related to the effects of counseling programs on students' decision making styles.

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of self-efficacy, career decision-making styles, and career decision-making level of the college the department of Dental Hygiene 1,2,3 students. The subjects of this study were 106 university students of the department of Dental Hygiene in K university. The instrument employed were the Career Decision Making Self Efficacy Scale, career decision level, career preparation behavior.The data collected were analyzed using Frequency analysis, t-test, Regression analysis and the pearson correlation of the spss 19.0 version.
