This res arch was conducted to identify a suitable location for an inland logistics complex in Gangwon Province, South Korea and it aims use competitive factors to derive implications from the logistics competitiveness of Gangwon Province. According to Origin-Destination analysis, the most suitable and desirable site for creating the complex was found to be in the Wonju city area. A total of 28 variable were derived through prior study in order to identify the competition factors for the inland logistics complex, As a result of exploratory factor analysis, a total of 16 subfactors were reclassified into four main factors. Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) analysis showed that 'accessibility factors' (0.374) ranked highest in terms of importance, followed by 'reliability factors' (0.358), 'operability factors' (0.166), and 'government policy factors' (0.102). In each category, delivery of goods from the inland logistics complex base to the demand site was found to be the most important factor (0.160).

본 연구에서는 강원도 정선지역 및 삼척지역의 폐탄광 지역에서 관측된 지반침하지역의 공간자료와 각종 지반침하 관련요인을 분석하여, 지질학적구조와 지역적 특성이 상이한 지역에서 지반침하에 직접적인 영향을 주는 공통요인을 찾아내고자 하였다. 연구지역의 지반침하 관련요인들에 대해 GIS(Geographic Information System)를 이용하여 래스터 데이터베이스를 구축하고 모든 요인을 이용하여 분석한 위험지역과 하나의 요인씩 제거하며 분석한 위험지역을 비교하는 민감도 분석 (Sensitivity analysis)을 통해 지반침하와 연관성이 높은 요인을 추출하였다. 민감도 분석은 서로 다른 두 지역에 대해 수행하여 그 결과를 비교하였으며, 갱으로부터의 수평거리，RMR(Rock Mass Rating), 지하수 심도가 지반침하에 영향을 주는 공통요인으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과, 폐탄광지역의 지반침하에 공통적으로 영향을 끼치는 주 요인을 구할 수 있었으며, 타 지역에서 지반침하 예측시 기존 연구에서 사용한 요인들의 데이터를 전부 구하지 못하는 경우에도 최소한의 필요한 요인을 정할 수 있으며 지반침하 예측의 효율성을 높일 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

한국인 20대 여성 얼굴을 대표하는 30개 얼굴의 감성 형용사 평정을 통해 아름다운 얼굴의 감성 특징을 파악하였다. 얼굴 감성을 나타내는 14개 형용사 평정에 대해 주성분 분석을 실시한 결과 얼굴 감성은 샤프 요인과 소프트 요인으로 나뉘며, 사람들이 소프트한 느낌보다 샤프한 느낌을 지닌 얼굴을 더 아름답다고 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 아름다운 얼굴의 감성 특징 검증을 위해 얼굴 합성법을 이용하여 합성한 이미지에 대해 얼굴 미모와 감성 형용사 평정을 실시하였다. '상위 평균' 이미지는 '전체 평균' 이미지보다, 전체 평균과 상위 평균의 얼굴 특징 차이를 50% 과장한 '상위+50' 이미지는 '상위 평균' 이미지보다 유의미하게 더 아름다운 것으로 평정되었다. 합성 얼굴의 감성 평정 결과 '전체 평균' 이미지는 소프트 감성에서 높은 평정을 받았으며, '상위 평균' 이미지는 샤프 감성, '상위150'이미지는 두 감성 요인을 모두 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 샤프 혹은 소프트 중 하나의 감성 요인이 두드러진 얼굴보다 두 가지 감성 요인 모두에서 높은 평정을 받은 얼굴을 더욱 아름답다고 지각하는 것을 암시한다.

This study have done comparative analysis of Korean banks' restructure and Chinese banks' reformation, especially derives main factors that influence existence and improvement of competitiveness of Korean banks. The study measured effectiveness of 15 Chinese banks and 13 Korean banks, and conducted empirical analysis of what are the factors affect the efficiency of banks. The result and implication are as follow. First, Korean commercial banks' efficiency is higher than banks in China, but Chinese commercial banks are getting better every year. Second, as the factors affect efficiency of the banks, it shows that the scale of bank, asset reliabilities, ownership structure and financial performance are significant. Third, about the factors affect efficiency, the ownership structure, financial intermediation ratio, and the health of the assets are significant in Chinese banks. Fourth, about the factors affect efficiency, the financial performance and asset reliability are significant in Korean banks. Based on the results, we have identified current problems of Chinese and Korean banks, and also pointed out Korean banks and Government how to improve competitiveness of Bank industry.

This study was to investigate the choice & satisfaction factors of a musical as culture contents, and I will recognize it about relation between these two factors. To achieve this, I did a survey with spectators of . Factors analysis and simple/multi regression analysis are utilized as data analytical methods. The choice factors of musical showed that it was five factors extracted a price and facilities, production and directing, marketing, musical quality, OSMU. The satisfaction factors of musical was four factors extracted a production company and trust of advertisement, artistic presentation, harmony of All members of the cast, level of leading actor or actress. The choice of musical influenced satisfaction factors showed that it as performance prices and facilities level is reasonable, and spectators expect high satisfaction regarding a performance. Analysts say that, Pricing to be exposed to quality of a work in order to raise musical satisfaction shall be performed. Also, An exaggerated performance marketing is negative to satisfaction of an audience compare with quality of a work it was confirmed to affect. This study suggests that important point is planning, directing and marketing of a musical.

국가 재정사업을 평가하는 재정사업 자율평가제도는 2005년에 도입되어 2010년까지 두 번의 평가주기가 완료되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 시점에서 2차 평가주기(2008년~2010년) 동안 평가된 재정사업을 대상으로 평가결과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 검토하였다. 본 연구는 1차 평가주기(2005년~2007년)의 평가결과를 분석한 기존 연구의 확장연구로서, 이전 연구결과를 재확인하고 일반화 가능성을 보다 제고할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이전 연구결과와의 비교를 통해서 평가제도의 변화가 평가결과의 변화를 가져왔는지를 검토할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 2차 평가주기가 완료된 시점에서, 향후 제도 개선을 위한 정책적 시사점을 줄 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 주요 분석결과 및 정책적 함의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1차 평가주기에 비해서 2차 평가주기의 평가결과가 향상되었다는 점에서 사업의 성과향상 또는 제도에 대한 실무자들의 이해가 보다 증진된 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 둘째, 성과계획항목이 평가결과에 지나치게 강한 영향력을 준다는 측면에서, 이에 대한 제도적 보완이 요구된다. 성과지표의 설정 및 목표치의 결정은 집행 이전에 적절히 이루어져야 할 부문이기에 이를 계획수립 시 사전적으로 지도할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 집행항목과 성과항목 간 부(-)의 관계를 가지므로 이에 대한 적절한 제도적 보완이 필요하다. 넷째, 제도의 타당성을 저해할 수 있는 비평가요인이 총점에 영향을 미치고 있다는 점을 감안할 때, 이에 대한 제도적 보완이 필요하다.

This study aims to identify the factors that contribute to the regional innovative capacity and to analyze the effects on the regional economic development including newly-established corporation and job creation. The results are as follows. First, as a result of factor analysis, the 14 variables were grouped into 3 factors, i.e. innovative input, infrastructure, and linkage. Second, the panel models were developed using the above factor scores and economic performance variables such as the number of newly-established corporation and employees. As a result, innovative capacity factors positively contributed to the newlyestablished corporation and job creation. The innovative input was the most influential factor determining the regional economic performance, followed by linkage and infrastructure. This study suggests several policy implications for the reinforcement of innovative capacity and regional competitiveness.

This study covered the Korean consumers' Luxury Purchase Motivation and benefit factors associated with the consumption behavior. Causal structural relationships between these variables were examined. Examined for the preceding literature on the basis of an analysis of the factor structure of Korean luxury purchase motivation factors and use benefits for Luxury of purchasing to help any relationship whether these factors were confirmed. Firstly, the results confirm the relevance luxury purchase motivations and benefits among the factors, materialistic motives, the economic benefits and practical benefits factors had a positive impact. Personal benefits and social benefits, and cost-benefit factors had a positive impact on the psychological motives. Secondly, the luxury of buying does not have a significant effect on the material motives. The other hand, had a positive effect on psychological motives. Third, the benefits of relevant factors on the purchase of luxury used. Personal factors, economic and practical benefits, they did not have a significant impact. Social benefit factors had a negative impact. Finally mediated side effects among these factors was confirmed. Only psychological motives mediating effects on factors of social benefits through the purchase of crazy. The results of this study to describe the consumer luxury purchasing behavior on buying behavior, as well as a simple linear relationship between the factors for the benefits to be gained by using luxury purchase motivation indirectly explained the process for luxury marketers in the future, and psychological characteristics offered to consider the implications.

This study examined the factors affecting service utilization of elderly residential care among long term care services recipients during long term care insurance pilot project period in Korea. Help-seeking Behavior model developed by Andersen and Newman(1973) was used to analyze the factors affecting their utilization residential care service among 1,939 long term care services recipients. Frequency and Decision Tree Regression analysis on SPSS 13.0 used. Analyses show strong significant factor is service preference(predisposing factors), and then significant factors are enabling factors such as co-residence type, household income. According to this results, need factors such as cognition disorder, problem behavior, ADL and IADL disabilities are affecting utilization behavior of elderly residential care services. These findings provide implications and suggestions about how long term care service system would be settled in Korea. And these finding provide information about target-efficient long term care continuum system to policy makers and helping professionals.

이 연구의 목적은 소자본 외식업소 창업시 사전 준비단계 요인들의 필요성과 그 효용성을 알아보는 데 연구목적을 세우고, 서울 및 경기지역에 소재하고 있는 외식업체 창업자들을 대상으로 전문조사원이 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료를 spss(통계 패키지 프로그램)를 활용하여 분석하였다. 창업전 준비단계별 중요성 평가와 경영성과 간의 관계를 규명함으로써 새로 소자본 외식업소 창업을 하고자 하는 예비 창업자들에게 좀 더 효율적인 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 연구 결과, 창업준비성 요인인 창업교육, 창업동기, 업종경험, 자금조달 능력,사업자 역량, 가족의 동의, 창업자의 건강이 타 요인 대비 더 많이 강조되었으며, 창업준비성 요인에 대한 경영성과 우수집단의 중요성 평가가 저조집단 대비 통계 적으로 유의미하게 높았다. 업종(아이템) 선정 요인인 아이템과 창업자, 창업자금, 입지와의 적합성, 수명주기, 향후 발전성, 유행성, 노동력 공급의 용이성이 타 요인 대비 더 많이 강조되었으며, 아이템 선정 요인에 대한 경영성과 우수집단의 중요성 평가가 저조집단 대비 통계적으로 유의미하게 높았다. 상권내 입지분석 요인인 경쟁점포, 유동인구, 교통 편리성, 주목성, 가시성이 타 요인 대비 더 많이 강조 되었으며, 상권내 입지분석 요인에 대한 경영성과 우수집단의 중요성 평가가 저조집단 대비 통계적으로 유의미하게 높았다. 이 같은 결과는 여러 준비단계 중 특히 창업준비성 요인과 아이템선정 요인, 상권내 입지분석 요인이 중요하며, 이는 장기적으로 안정된 경영을 뒷받침해주는 요인임을 시사한 것으로 볼 수 있다.
