A Study on current Status of Agricultural Facilities (농촌시설물 현황 파악에 관한 연구)

  • According to consumer's needs of agriculture like vegetables and paprika, etc. are being various, the agricultural facilities are diversifying. In current trends of agricultural facilities, area and heigh of those is becoming bigger and higher to plant various agriculture. But the software and support for constructing the various agricultural facilities is insufficient. And understanding the current status of agricultural facilities to help farmer and users of agricultural facilities is needed. Therefore, in this study, the status of the agricultural facilities are examined by interviewing farmer and users of facilities. The results of this survey on the status of agricultural facilities are presented. Firstly, the construction cost of facilities is most important. Secondly, the materials and technology for constructing facilities is also important.

  • In today's agriculture, there has been an increase in the construction of agricultural facilities due to the need to maximize land usage and many customer demands for products. But many agricultural facilities are constructed by not qualified construction company so it often causes many accidents like breakdowns and repairs. this study is to understand the construction process of agricultural facilities. The results of this research are that greenhouse is lack of the law of contract and the performance and need for the construction process supervision. Vinyl House is needed to supervise the design of the structure.

  • House supplying rate of building facilities is over 100% in 2008. In modern society, many people are thus interested in maintenance phase of building facilities by environment improvement budget because 20 years or more of building facilities are increasing rapidly. Maintenance of building facilities is depending on various factors that impact on the environment improvement budget of building facilities. However, Various methods and factors are made up complex relationships. I will analyze that environment improvement budget associated with floor, gross area, local, school type, service life and other elements.

  • 최근 건축물을 비롯한 여러 시설물에는 쾌적성, 기능성, 편리성, 안정성의 요구에 응하기 위하여 여러가지 첨단설비가 도입되고 있다. 이들 첨단설비 중 전력부하 설비가 양적으로 가장 많이 설치되는 경향으로 건출물에나 시설물에 설치되는 전력 부하설비가 사람이나 다른 장비에 미치는 영향은 지대하여 이에 대한 유지관리는 더욱더 중요하게 될 것으로 생각된다.

  • 최근 국내 산업구조 및 생활환경의 변화로 도시구조의 고도화, 집중화로 인해 특정관리대상건축물이 다양화됨으로써 안전사고 및 재해양상이 점차 다변화 되어 증가되고 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라 정부에서는 관련 법령에 근거하여 지자체 및 재난관리책임기관 등에서 시설물의 안전관리를 수행하고 있다. 1995년 제정된 "시설물의 안전관리에 관한 특별법"에 근거하여 일정 규모 이상의 1종 및 2종 시설물을 대상으로 정기점검, 정밀점검, 정밀안전진단이 관련전문가에 의하여 주기적으로 수행되고 있으며, "재난 및 안전관리 기본법"에 의하여 특정관리대상시설을 지정하여 주기적인 안전점검이 수행되고 있다. 그러나 수작업에 의한 안전관리 업무 수행과 점검 및 진단 결과에 대한 사후 관리로 관계 업무 주체들에게 과다한 업무가 부과되면서도 안전관리가 효율적 효과적으로 이루어지고 있지 못한 상황이다. 또한 관련 업무가 서로 다른 법령 및 기관에 분산되어 업무의 비효율성을 야기하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 특정관리대상 건축물의 효율적인 안전관리를 위해 안전관리 업무의 정형화, 안전관리 정보의 통합관리 및 현실적인 업무환경을 고려한 안전관리시스템의 개발을 목적으로 수행되었다.

  • Recently, Operators of Facilities perform Asset Management for extending life-cycle of Facilities. Moreover government recommend Asset Management for educational facilities through the statute as promotion law for educational facilities business, regulations of operating educational facilities business. Operators of Education Facilities also have recognized Asset concept of the educational facilities, and established and operated each systems. However, OO university isn't performing Asset Management efficiently because of absence of own structure system and Asset Management system. Therefore, this study analysed the present condition of Asset Management of OO university, and offered basic references that efficiently improve the present Asset Management and suggest not only the reasonable operation but also management organization.

  • Commercial buildings are the mostly common ones to be constructed along with residential buildings. After economic inflation, So-called 'IMF era', construction market has been running low because of stagnancy of business activities and cost escalation, Thus the construction industry needs a study of higher productivity by means of using information infrastructure. To deliver a database of commercial buildings construction record, their major management has carried out analysis for database components, in an attempt to meet users' needs. The scheme study of application presented cost and resource in construction lifecycle.

  • Currently domestic rural communities are coping with the modernization of farming and agricultural competitiveness. Nevertheless, year after year many agricultural facilities have accidents due to the collapse or damage of facilities due to natural disasters or technical problems. This research is the development of a P-C-M prototype support system to solve the problems related to collapse or damage accidents at agricultural facilities. The P-C-M support system is a process encompassing procurement, construction and maintenance. In this research, a P-C-M support system process module design is performed, a P-C-M support system algorithm is developed, and a P-C-M support prototype system is developed. In conclusion, the developed P-C-M support system is expected to contribute to information-sharing on agricultural facilities, and communication between the user and suppliers.

  • BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a new paradigm that includes construction life-cycle, and BIM has become mandatory regulation according to the Public Procurement Service since 2016, which accelerates its application. BIM is now expand from architectural field to infrastructure industry. Through pilot projects, BIM has been challenged with verification process. This trend has affected to maintenance and operation (M&O) phase of construction life-cycle. Advanced country has already published their research and result with feasibility study and guidelines. In this paper, we conduct the feasibility study to adopt BIM-based infrastructure management system. Bridges and tunnels were selected as application target, and benefit/cost ratio were used. The result shows that BIM-based infrastructure management system is feasible when the level of detail is more than "Medium" in bridge, and "High" in tunnel.

  • This study is the basic design of a P-C-M support system for Agricultural Facilities. By utilizing this system, many users of Agricultural Facilities can easily obtain a large amount of information, ranging from procurement to maintenance. The procurement phase suppliesthe user with agricultural facilities information, economical analysis, and corporation information for procurement decisions. Furthermore, this phase shows the shape or format of the agricultural facilities, the main materials, as well as information on the cultivated crops. The construction phase shows information about agricultural facility-related laws, as well as standard drawings or a construction guide. The maintenance phase shows a guide of maintenance-related checklists. With the results of a basic design of a P-C-M Support System for Agricultural Facilities, the P-C-M support system menu tree is established.
