개량형 Durometer를 이용한 고강도 콘크리트의 응결시간 추정 가능성 분석 (A Study on the Estimation of Setting Time for High Strength Concrete Using Durometer)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of estimating optimum surface finish time of the fresh concrete placed at the job site by applying a surface hardness test meter(Durometer). Tests are carried out by measuring and comparing the Penetration resistance test and hardness test by Durometer. Penetration resistance tester and improved Durometer are similar, but the higher the temperature, the higher the setting time, and the higher the correlation was shown. When the hardness value of the improved Durometer is about 50 HD, it is found that the initial and 80 HD represent the end. It is expected that this will be useful in determining the finish time of the surface at the actual site.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate tensile performance of cementitious composites reinforced with steel fiber. The tensile performance of steel fiber reinforced cementitious composites is related to the tensile performance of reinforced fiber, and depends on the fracture or pull-out of fiber. Therefore, the tensile performance was compared and analyzed by conducting a direct tensile test on the tensile specimens of cementitious composites reinforced with hook-type steel fiber and amorphous steel fiber.

  • This study measured the mechanical performance and residual strength of high strength/normal strength mortar mixed with waste glass fine aggregate after alkali-silica reaction and alkali-silica reaction. As a result, the effect of improving the slip phenomenon of the waste glass fine aggregate in the high-strength mortar was not significant, but rather the amount of ASR was increased.

  • In this study, in order to check whether the adhesion strength can be secured when installing concrete by mixing super-retarding agents, the splitting tensile strength of the joints of each mold was measured and then analyzed. The results of the experiment showed that the bonding performance of the joint is adversely affected if the installation delay is delayed for more than 24 hours, and that the attachment performance can be secured if the installation is delayed within about 24 hours.

  • In this study, we develop diagnostic technology for damage depth of fire-damaged concrete and propose methods for damage caused by fire by drying damaged concrete after immersion. As a result of the test, the damaged depth was clearly found when evaluating the depth of impurities caused by fire in a drying method after water had permeated, and it could be verified using thermogravimetric analysis.

  • In this study, we develop the damage depth diagnostic technology of fire damage concrete and propose an method of impaired depth due to fire by drying impaired concrete after immersing. Test results indicated that when assesing impared depth due to fire with the dry method after water immersing, impaired depth was clearly found and furthermore, compared with that by Phenolphthalein method 15 mm of damage depth was additionally identified, which is imposible to asses when Phenolphthalein is applied.

  • This study evaluated temperature distribution through adiabatic temperature rising test and hydration heat Analysis as a performance verification to utilize CGS as a hydration heat reduction material for mass concrete when replacing it with fine aggregate. According to the analysis, the temperature difference between the center and the surface was the highest at about 30℃, followed by the CGS 50% at 26℃ and the low heat combiner FA 30% at 23℃.

  • The research team conducted a series of studies to use CGS as fine aggregate for concrete. In this paper, through the adiabatic temperature rising test, CGS' hydration heating performance and its usability as a mass concrete hydration heating agent were reviewed. According to the analysis, the maximum temperature of the mix of OPC 100 was 53.7℃, and the temperature of CGS 50% was 45.2℃, which was 8.5℃ lower than the OPC 100.

  • In recent years, prices have risen sharply, and housing has become an object of investment. Accordingly, the expansion of the supply of public rental housing with publicity and the conversion of pre-sale are emerging as an alternative to stabilize the housing market. However, the method of calculating the pre-sale price applied for each rental period has a problem that there is a large difference from the construction cost at the time of construction As an improvement measure, there is a method of applying a conversion price for 5-year public rental housing and the price control. Each has its strengths and weaknesses, and we apply the most appropriate improvement measures in consideration of present and future values.
