Office workers at the architectural design office are under job stress for various reasons such as excessive working hours, friction with the site, and unpredictability of work. This can increase not only the negative image of office workers in the construction industry, but also the avoidance of young manpower in the future. This study investigated the specific purpose of each activity as a problem of job stress relief activities in the architectural design office, and the specific purpose and goal setting of each activity as a way to improve job stress relief activities.

Nowadays, as to increased the workability of the press concrete and decrease the cracking, the fiber-reinforced admixture has been widely used. As the low adhesion force between the paste and fiber-reinforced admixture, it was considered as could not be used in the structure. Even more, as the loss of flowability and the exposure of the fiber, further study is needed. In this study, as the different environment and position of the building, the dosages of the fiber-reinforced admixture has also been changed. The fundamental properties and cracking of fiber-reinforced concrete have been tested.

이 논문에서는 Predtecheuskii와 Milinski에 의해 개발된 보행자 이동을 대비한 설계방법에 대하여 검토하고, 고층사무소 건물에서의 실제 피난훈련에 대하여 기술에서의 실제 피난훈련에 대하여 기술하면서 고충건물에서의 계단을 중심으로 한 출구의 모델을 제공한다. 또한 이 논문은 예측되는 피난 수단과 그것에 대한 규제의 필요성을 간략하게 비교하였다.

금번 문화공보부 초청으로 내한한 '해외교포모국방문단'일행 중 해외건축계에서 활약하고 계신 건축가 두 분이 함께 내한 하였다. 이번'해외교포모국방문단'은 한국과 외교관계를 가지고 있는 세계 각국에서 한분씩 대표로 추천되어 되어서 내한케 된 것 입니다. 그 중 건축가 강석원씨는 불란서 파리 '한국교민회'회장으로서 '건축설계사무소'를 경영하고 계시며, 한국을 떠난 지 팔년이나 된다. 또 건축가 김성문씨는 '덴마크' '코펜하겐' 에서 '설계 사무소'를 개설하고 있으며 주로 공원, 도로, 어린이 놀이터 등의 조경계획을 담당하고 있으며 한국을 떠난 지 15년이나 된다. 그리고 최근에 이리노이주 공대에서 공학박사 학위를 받고, 일시 귀국한 건축가 김종성씨 세 분을 모시고 건축에 관한 좌담회를 가져 보았다.

본 논문는 개폐식 대공간 구조물의 지진하중에 대한 동적응답을 줄이기 위한 목적으로 파라메트릭 설계 기법을 적용한 TMD에 관한 연구이다. 인공지능 알고리즘을 이용하여 감쇠장치의 설치 위치를 자동 탐색하는 컴포넌트를 개발하였다. 이는 구조물의 동적응답을 실시간으로 확인하고, 구조물의 감쇠장치 최적의 위치를 찾을 수 있을 있다. 또한, 여러 대안에 대한 감쇠장치 질량의 최적 값을 찾아주며, 지붕의 열린 상태와 닫힌 상태에 모두 효과적으로 적용될 수 있는 설계안을 찾을 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the improvement of the education process in architectural engineering through the analysis of the advantages of the BIM tool. As public institutions and owners have been introduced to Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, BIM has become an important factor in the design process in undergraduate university programs. First, BIM-related issues, domestic and overseas, was analyzed. Second, a case study of BIM education was analyzed at K University under the ABEEK process. Students participated a survey about the understanding of BIM and the use of BIM tools. As a result of the analysis, six advantages of the use of BIM tools were found. As a result of this research, following five issues are found about BIM education through advantage of using BIM tools. The result of this research was verified by conducting a survey on the usage of BIM softwares. The limitation of this study was to analyze the case study of only limited numbers of participants at the university.

산업전반에서 전산화와 자동화의 추세가 점차로 가속화되고 있는 이 시점에서 건축설계를 전문으로 하는 업체에서의 COMPUTER의 응용과 실무에서의 적용은 이제는 전혀 새롭다거나 놀랄만한 일로 보여지지 않는 시기가 도래하였다고 보여지며, 현재는 누가 얼마나 현실적인 사용에 바탕을 둔 응용 및 개발전략으로 생산성의 향상과 업무의 효율화를 꾀하고 있는가 하는 것이 중요한 문제로 부각되어지고 있다. 주지하는 바와 같이 건축설계를 전문으로 하는 업체에서의 전산조직은 CAD와 구조계산, 견적을 그 주축으로 하고 있으며, 가장 많은 투자와 개발이 이루어지고 있는 분야이기도 하다. 따라서 본 회사의 전산조지과 그 운용에 관한 논의는 위의 각 분야별로 사용장비 및 인원구성, 현재의 이용현황, 향후 투자 및 개발계획 등을 간략하게 소개하는 것으로 대신하겠다.
