A Study on the Effectiveness of Supply and Evaluation of Residential Intention for Long-term Secured Public Rental Housing (장기안심주택 공급 실효성과 거주의사 평가에 관한 연구)

  • This study is conducted to evaluate the supply effectiveness of the Long-term Secured Public Rental Housing (LSPRH) program implemented by the City of Seoul since March, 2012. To estimate the residential intention of potential applicants for the housing program, two logistic regression models of residential intention are estimated based on the residential characteristics of real residents. The purpose of this model estimation is to find out factors influencing the supply of LSPRH and thus to suggest the ideas for improving the effectiveness of the rental housing program operation. The analysis result shows that financial condition, income level, and public support are the major determinants for selecting LSPRH. It is also revealed that those who are currently living in rental housing or living in a house more expensive than those in nearby areas have higher residential intention for the LSPRH program. The result also presents that some problems associated with the traditional rental housing programs - such as visually recognizable low-quality exterior building design or the concentration of rental housing on limited spots - could be solved by this new type of public housing program. Lastly, one interesting finding different from previous research is that people with the intention to move into either traditional rental housing or LSPRH do not necessarily prefer a more spacious house than their current rental house.

A Study of Economic Assessment of Urban Park Management by Using Contingent Valuation Method - The Case of Busan APEC Memorial Park - (가상평가법(CVM)에 의한 도시공원의 관리운영에 대한 경제적 가치평가에 관한 연구 - 부산시 APEC기념공원을 대상으로 -)

  • This study evaluated economic value recognized by the residents for the pleasant urban park management using contingent valuation method(CVM) to APEC Memorial Park in Pusan in terms of private fund development for the management of the city park. As a result, the estimated amount payable by each household for the management of APEC Memorial Park in Busan was between 5,673 won and 8,358 won. If such amount is expanded to households in park hosting area, it was 2.2~2.3 times of the park management budget in 2012, which demonstrates the willingness to pay (WTP) of residents for pleasant park was higher than the management budget. Social factors of respondents affecting WTP for city park management operation included age, educational level and income level. Those with high age and high education level had higher WTP. And, WTP was much affected by the use of park and recognition of residents. In particular, those with high frequency in the use of parks had higher WTP, and the users with more than once per week had 1.1 times higher WTP than overall WTP. Then, the satisfaction of park rather than recognition of necessity of park had led to higher WTP. Accordingly, it is necessary to manage park facility management and use program operation to enhance park satisfaction and it is also required to develop a park culture distribution policy to link such recognition to donation.

Estimating the benefit of constructing the international horse riding arena at Sangju (상주국제승마경기장 사업의 경제적 편익)

  • This study evaluates the economic benefit of the project constructing the international riding arena having been built at Sangju in Gyeongsangbuk-Do by the willingness to pay (WTP) of residents in the province. As the evaluation method, the dichotomous choice contingent valuation method (CVM) is adopted with the additional questions of whether his/her WTP is zero, to improve the statistical accuracy of evaluation results. Considering the arena's administrative location, the population of the surveys for analysis is confined to residents of Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do. The survey is conducted through personal interviews. It turns out that the WTP per household per year is evaluated as 1,847 won and the total yearly benefit of the Sangju international horse riding arena is estimated as 3.56 billion won.

Tackling Proximity Effects in Nonmarket Valuation Approaches : An Example of Contingent Valuation Method (비시장재화의 가치평가에 있어서 근접효과(Proximity Effects)의 검증에 관한 연구 : 조건부가치평가법을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of the research is to tackle proximity effects (PEs) when nonmarket valuation method CVM is applied to environmental goods such as tidal flats. 1,000 households are surveyed in the ratio of national household for the research. The sample are reclassified into five areas by 30-minute distance. Log-linear are used to analysis PEs in the research. On conclusion log-linear model regarding income effects proves that PEs are apparently represented in NMVMs(${\theta}_1$ >0. ${\theta}_2$ >0 and $dum1{\neq}0$, $dum2{\neq}0$, $dum3{\neq}0$, $dum4{\neq}0$) as a result of a 5 per cent significant level of t -test and F-test, finally rejecting the null hypothesis. In addition, WTP of area I respondents shows 26 per cent more then that of area V respondents, which is from \87,969 to \64,866 in the open-ended format. Finally, the research proves that the PEs in CVM are evidently represented with the econometric model, hence the PEs have to be embedded into the questionnaire of non-market valuation methods with the environmental goods to reduce the underestimation and improve the estimation accuracy.

Economic Value of Mountainous Urban Park Based on Contingent Valuation Methods - Case of Gyeyangsan in Incheon - (가상가치평가법을 이용한 산지형 공원의 경제적 가치 평가 - 인천광역시 계양산을 중심으로 -)

  • COVID-19 led to an increased need for mountainous urban parks in the city that can be enjoyed while moving rather than staying put. However, studies on the economic value of mountainous urban parks have been insufficient. As a result, this study investigates the economic value of Gyeyangsan, a mountainous urban park located in the city, by quantifying the value of natural resources provided to residents and analyzing the factors affecting these values. The results are summarized below. First, according to the economic value assessment of Gyeyangsan, the use value was 2,210 won per person or 4.42 billion won per year, and the preservation value was 6,182 won per household, or 129.37 billion won. Gyeyangsan's total assets value was assessed as 3.68 trillion won. Second, according to the estimates of the willingness to pay and the determinants for the use-value, the frequency of visits, age, and use satisfaction significantly impacted the intention to pay for the use-value. Third, according to the estimates of the willingness to pay and the determinants for the preservation value, the intention to revisit, volunteer participation, educational level, gender, and residence significantly influenced the intention to pay for the preservation value. According to the findings of this study, it will be possible to make crucial policy implications when setting a direction for future park management by presenting a practical policy plan for the maintenance of mountain parks in downtown areas and will broaden the scope of research.

Effects of the Space Storytelling Factors for Building Artwork on Decision Making Processes of Apartment Purchasing (건축물 미술작품의 공간스토리텔링 적용이 아파트 구매의사결정에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this research is to derive space storytelling factors newly among the evaluating factors of the building artwork and to present their roles and functions and to verify the effectiveness thereof. Random sampling was carried out on 204 residents who experience space storytelling in Ilsan Wi-City. The new evaluation factor was extracted by deriving the space storytelling factor through a theoretical study on the building artwork evaluation factors: formativeness factor, sociality factor, and environmental factor. And the effects of the space storytelling factor extracted in this way and the existion sculpture evaluation factor on the facilities affinity and the purchase intention were examined. This study will serve as a momentum for the building artwork to be harmonized with the surrounding fine view within urban space and to raise the quality of life of the residents.

A survey of leisure participation and leisure exploration of community dwelling stroke patients (지역사회 거주 뇌졸중 환자의 여가 참여 및 여가 탐색 조사)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic information on leisure participation and leisure exploration of community-dwelling stroke patients through a multi-dimensional leisure participation evaluation tool. The subjects in this study were 35 people living with stroke in the community. As a result of study, the most involved leisure activities were in order of watching TV, communicating, and exercise alone. Most of the satisfaction level of leisure participation was 7-10 points, but exercise alone was 5.2 points due to the purpose of health management. Leisure exploration was the most frequent exercise alone and sports, and interest was 8-10 points. The most important obstacles for leisure participation were physical problems depending on the nature of the stroke disease. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to activate a stroke patient's discharge plan and activate a community stroke patient's leisure intervention program so that they can participate in leisure activities of their choice through voluntary leisure exploration.

  • 다목적댐의 레크레이션 편익은 수자원 관리 측면에서 매우 중요한 요소이다. 그러나, 레크레이션 편익의 중요성에도 불구하고 이에 대한 충분한 고려없이 댐의 관리와 다목적댐에 대한 평가가 이루어진 결과 경쟁적인 물의 용도간 부적정한 유량배분의 결과를 초래하고 있었다. 최근 비록 시범적이지만 하천의 환경개선을 위해 다목적댐의 flusing 방류가 이루어지고 잇는 점도 댐의 기능이 점차 확장되어 가고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 다목적댐의 레크레이션 편익에 대한 인식은 효율적인 수자원 관리뿐만 아니라 레크레이션 이외의 다목적댐의 다른 용도의 진실된 가치 및 효율성을 확보하기 위해 어떻게 효율적으로 시간의 흐름에 따라 다목적댐의 저수(貯水)가 방류되어야 하는지에 대한 이해로 연결된다. 다목적댐의 레크레이션 편익 측정은 댐의 역할에 대한 진정한 평가가 될 수 있으며 그동안 간과되어 왔던 댐 건설로 인해 가능하게 된 레크레이션 기회를 가치화하는 시도가 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 조건부가치측정법(Contingent Valuation Method, CVM)을 이용하여 서울과 춘천지역을 대상으로 표본에 대한 설문조사와 함께 집중그룹인터뷰(Focus Group Interview, FGI)를 통해 소양강댐의 레크레이션 편익을 측정하였다. 서울은 소양강댐의 하류지역에 위치하면서 일반적으로 소양강댐의 건설로 인해 가장 큰 혜택을 누리는 지역이며 춘천지역은 소양강댐의 주변지역으로 소양강댐의 건설로 인해 가장 많은 피해를 입는 지역으로 여겨지고 있어 양 지역에서 느끼는 소양강댐에 대한 인식은 매우 독특할 것이라는 기대와 함께 댐으로 인한 레크레이션은 댐 저수지뿐만 아니라 댐 하류 하천 전체에 걸쳐 이루어지기 때문에 댐 저수지 지역인 춘천과 댐 하류지역인 서울을 대상지역으로 삼았다. 4개의 시나리오를 적용한 결과 소양강댐의 연간 레크레이션 편익은 235억원$\sim$913억원으로 추정되어 소양강댐의 주요 기능인 용수공급이나 발전에 따른 편익과 비교할 때도 결코 작지 않은 편익을 보여주고 있다. 아울러, 일반적으로 댐 건설로 인한 피해자로 인식되고 있는 하천의 상류지역인 댐 주변지역에 거주하는 사람들의 지불의사액(Willingness to Pay, WTP)이 댐의 수혜자로 인식되는 하류지역에 거주하는 사람들의 WTP보다 크다는 것과 댐 주변지역에 거주하는 사람들은 댐에 대하여 양 극단적인 태도, 즉 강한 애착과 강한 반감을 함께 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 레크레이션 기능이 댐의 주요 기능으로 고려되어야 하는 가에 대한 해답을 줄 수 있는데, 그동안 댐의 레크레이션 편익 측정을 어렵게 하였던 댐의 레크레이션 편익의 개념화를 통해 편익이 측정 가능하며 소양강댐의 경우 다른 목적의 물 사용 용도보다 편익이 클 수 있기 때문에 향후 다목적댐의 주요 기능을 확장할 필요성을 보여준다. 또한, 레크레이션 편익을 어떻게 내재화(內在化)하여야 하는지에 대한 향후 연구의 필요성도 제기한다.

Current State of Consumption of Yaksun (Medicinal) Food and Medicinal Food Education Participation Intentions by Food-Related Lifestyle (조리 교육생의 식생활라이프스타일에 따른 약선음식 이용특성 및 약선음식 교육 참여의사)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the current state of consumption of medicinal food and the intent to participate in medicinal food education by food-related lifestyle. A total of 264 samples were conveniently selected from students enrolled in culinary education at the Seoul Institute of Technology and Education from September 5, 2014 to September 20, 2014. The results were as follows. Factor analysis showed five factors in food-related lifestyle named as adventure-seeking factor, taste-seeking factor, health-seeking factor, convenience-seeking factor, and safety seeking factor. There were three factors in awareness of medicinal food named as health characteristic, negative perception, and intent to purchase. The cluster analysis showed five dimensions for food-related lifestyle named as convenience-seeking group, safety-seeking group, health & safety-seeking group, health-seeking group, and taste-seeking group. Among the demographic characteristics, there was a significant difference in age, cooking career, and households by food-related lifestyle group. Among intent to participate in education regarding medicinal food, there was a significant difference in medicinal food educational institution preferences by food-related lifestyle group. Among medicinal food awareness, there was a significant difference in negative perception by food-related lifestyle group.

Study for Valuing of Residential Water when Drought Conditions (가뭄상황시 생활용수 가치 추정)

  • 최근 잦은 기상이변으로 인한 자연재해는 그 빈도와 강도가 점차 증가하고 있다. 이러한 기상이변은 결국, 극단적인 가뭄이 닥칠 가능성이 농후할 것이고, 만일 극단적인 가뭄상황이 도래할 경우 제한급수 또는 절수로 인한 일반인이 느끼는 피해정도는 매우 늘어날 것이다. 본 연구는 가뭄상황시 제한급수를 고려한 소비자의 지불의사를 알아보고자, 7대 특 광역시와 32개 가뭄상습지역에 거주하는 일반인을 대상으로 생활용수 수요패턴과 가뭄상황을 고려한 생활용수의 가치를 추정하였다. 조사결과, 수돗물 수질 관련에 대해서는 가뭄상습지역보다 7대광역시가 더 민감하였고, 수돗물 수량에 대해서는 가뭄상습지역이 더 민감한 것으로 나타났다, 지불의사 추정은 양분선택형과 개방형을 혼합하여 지불의사액을 설문하였고, Tobit모형을 이용하여 지불의사액을 추정하였다. 추정결과, 교육수준이 높을 수록, 가구수가 많을수록, 소득이 높을수록 지불의사가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 가뭄으로 인해 생활용수의 25% 제한시에는 약 2010원, 50% 제한시에는 2,395원의 추가적인 지불의사가 있는 것으로 추정되었다. 결국, 조사가구의 평균 수돗물 사용량과 절감량등을 추정하여 계산한 결과, 생활용수 25% 제한시 $1m^3$당 추가적인 지불의사 금액은 약 534원으로 추정된다. 지불의사가 기대했던 것보다 낮은 이유는 소비자가 그 정도의 가뭄을 경험하지 못한데서 오는 조세저항으로 여겨진다. 그러나 이 같은 결과는 가뭄을 회피하기 위해 소비자가 기꺼이 지불할 수 있는 비용은 현재의 물 값보다 훨씬 높다는 것을 의미한다. 알 수 있었다.수 없는 실제 방사선작업 환경에서의 선량평가 수행시, 본 논문에서 제시한 선량평가방법을 적용할 경우 계획된 피폭과 예상하지 못한 방사선장에 대한 피폭을 구분할 수 있어 보다 심도 있는 피폭선량평가 및 방사선관리가 가능할 것으로 판단된다.황산기(黃酸基)의 함량은 가장 적었다내고 있었고, in vivo에서는 복강(復腔)(i. p.) 투여(投與)에서는 $12.9{\sim}22.2%$. 경구(經口)(p.o.) 투여(投與)에서는 $11.2{\sim}21.6%$의 높은 활성(活性)을 나타내고 있었다. 단 peroxidase 활성(活性)은 복강(復腔)(i. p.) 투여(投與)에서는 $129.0{\sim}188.6%$, 경구(經口)(p. o.) 투여(投與)에서는 $111.4{\sim}139.6%$의 활성(活性)을 나타내고 있었다.rucic acid를 다량함유(多量含有)하고 있는 목포단교 12는 다른 두 품종(品種)에 비(比)하여 장쇄지방산에 속하는 eicoseuoic acid가 11.7%로 많이 함유(含有)되어 있었다. 그리고 3품종(品種) 모두 중성지질(中性脂質) 획분(劃分)의 지질(脂質)은 전체지방산(全體脂肪酸) 조성(組成)의 비(比)와 별다른 차이(差異)를 나타내지 않았다.수 있으나 본원에서 사용 중인 장비에서 극히 적은 MU의 사용이 현저한 선량적 오차를 유발하진 않는 것으로 사료되어진다. 그러나 정도 관리 시 그 오차를 확인하는 과정은 장비의 사용과 수명에 따라 지속적으로 관리되어져야 할 것이다.>로 평균
