현존하는 시스템을 새로운 환경에서도 운용할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 레거시(Legacy) 시스템에 대한 현대화(Modernization) 노력이 요구된다. 특히 설계 패턴, 프레임워크 등의 소프트웨어 재사용 기술과 함께 컴포넌트 기술이 개발, 보급됨에 기존의 레거시 시스템을 컴포넌트로 변환하고자 하는 연구들이 진행중이다. 본 논문은 서블릿으로 된 웹 프로그램을 대상으로 EJB 컴포넌트로의 변환을 지원하는 도구 개발에 관한 내용으로, 분석기, 시각화기, 추출기, 생성기로 구성된 Servlet2EJB 변화도구의 기능을 상세히 기술한다.

In general, quantity results of empirical analysis using model shows how much big performance policy has. Therefore this is useful to evaluate a policy. This paper composed macro economic model based on Bank of Korea's quarterly model and annual model, that estimates performance of overseas oil and gas development project to Korean economy in aspect of quantity. In this model, we estimated each effect in real GDP, current account, unemployment rate, CPI and exchange rate carried by recovered amount from overseas oil and gas development project. The recovered amount was evaluated in currency coming from oil and gas acquired from overseas oil and gas development project. Macro economic model of this paper benchmarked macro model composed by Bank of Korea(1997, 2004, 2012). We reviewed model robustness using statistical suitability of each equation and historical simulation for from 1994 to 2011. The recovered amount of overseas oil and gas development project has positive effect in every macro economic index except CPI and exchange rate. Economic effect to macro economic index become bigger with time because the recovered amount of overseas oil and gas development project are increasing until now. Although empirical results of economic effects in every year from the recovered amount of overseas oil and gas development project are different, as of 2011, empirical results showed that the recovered amount of overseas oil and gas development project increase 2.226% and 0.401% in current account and real GDP respectively. And it also decrease 0.489%p in unemployment rate. Exchange rate to US dollars also decrease in amount of 0.379%.

This paper presents a metric that can guide to optimal circuit models for interconnects among various models, given interconnect parameters and operating environment. To get this goal, we categorize interconnects into RC~c1ass and RLC-c1ass model domains based on the quantitative modeling error analysis using total resistance, inductance and capacitance of interconnects as well as operating frequency. RC~c1ass circuit models, which include most on~chip interconnects, can be efficiently analyzed by using the model~order reduction techniques. RLC-c1ass circuit models are constructed using one of three candidates, ILC(Iterative Ladder Circuit) macromodels, MC(Method of Characteristics) macromodels, and state-based convolution method, the selection process of which is based upon the allowable modeling error and electrical parameters of interconnects. We propose the model domain diagram leading to optimal circuit models and the division of model domains has been achieved considering the simulation cost of macromodels under the environmental assumption of the general purpose circuit simulator such as SPICE. The macromodeling method presented in this paper keeps the passivity of the original interconnects and accordingly guarantees the unconditional stability of circuit models.

The purpose of this study is to analysis empirically the socio-structural causes of working poor. This study used raw data of of Korea National Statistical Office from 1982 to 2004, and put in operation time series multiple regression analysis to use socio-economic factors of macro-economy environment, labor market, distribution system. Contrary to assertion of growth-concentrated people, economic growth rate has had significantly positive effect on the change of working poor size. In the growth period there has been trickle down effect of economic growth, but in the post-Fordism period there has not been valid circular relation. Recent introduction of the U. S. type capitalism resulted in negative phenomenon like aggravation of income distribution, deterioration of employment quality, enlargement of working poor. And there rise a question on socio-economic durability due to de-compensation on intra-institution. It is necessary to grope transition to the high road social market model - that is stable and sustainable - correspond to Korea that is stable and sustainable.

In 2021, the Korean National Police Agency is facing a critical time as it meets a period of drastic changes such as the introduction of autonomous police system, the reform of its criminal investigation system, and its great transformation to a truly responsible investigative agency in keeping with the inauguration of the National Office of Investigation. This study carries out PEST analysis, which is a macro environmental analysis technique, and examines the current situation of operating the libraries of metropolitan-city and provincial police agencies and affiliated institutions, in order to suggest the role and function of the Korean National Police Agency's libraries in the fourth industrial revolution era. Based on the findings, this study classifies the essential components of a library into facilities, books, and librarians, i.e. spatial composition, book composition, and human resources, in addition to library operational governance establishment and future-oriented library services; and proposes the future-oriented roles of the National Police Agency's libraries in the fourth industrial revolution era.

70년대 두 차례의 유류파동은 에너지자원의 중요성에 대한 기존의 인식을 급속도로 변화시켰으며, 이와 아울러 신대체에너지를 중심으로 한 신기술의 개발여부와 관련하여 에너지 기술평가모형의 수요를 급증시켰다. 이에 지난 십여년간 구미제국을 중심으로 다양한 에너지신기술을 평가하기 위해 다양한 분석기법들이 개발되어 왔으며 이러한 평가기법들을 총괄적으로 지칭하는 에너지기술평가모형(Energy Technology Assessment Models)은 에너지신기술의 경제적, 기술적 특성과 에너지시스템내에서 신기술의 잠재적 역할을 사전 평가하면서 국가적 차원에서의 에너지연구개발 정책을 수립하는데 널리 이용되어 왔다. 본 연구는 국내 에너지 연구개발 관련자들의 이해부족과 데이터베이스의 미비 등 여러 가지 제약요인들로 에너지기술 평가모형이 널리 실용화되지 못하고 있는 현실을 감안하여 경제/에너지/환경/기술개발정책에 있어서의 에너지부문의 역할을 장기적으로 재평가하고 특히 기존 에너지문제의 제약요인인 환경문제 해결을 위한 에너지 수요관리 평가의 개발 필요성에 부응하기 위하여 기존의 거시 경제적 에너지공급모형과 최근 미국, EU등에서 발전시켜 나가고 있는 경제/에너지/환경/기술개발의 통합모형을 문헌조사를 통해 비교,분석하였다.

We develop an energy-economy Bayesian DSGE model with the two sectors of electricity generations-traditional (fossil, nuclear) and renewable energy. Under imperfect substitutability between the two sectors, a technological shock on renewable energy sectors does not sufficient to facilitate energy conversion and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Technology innovation on greenhouse gas emission reduction is also required. More importantly, sufficient investment should be derived by a well-functioning electricity market where electricity price plays a signal role in efficient allocation of resources. Indeed, market rigidities cause reduced consumption.

This research is aimed to create the foundations that a library can maintain solid roles as repository of human knowledge and achieve sustainable development in the era of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution. First, we performed PEST analysis about domestic and foreign trends & cases about policies, libraries, librarians, and information services related to the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution. Based on the PEST analysis, we considered the changing trends about the various environmental factors surrounding the library, and derived the strategic implications for directions of the future library. For the leading system of library in preparation for the era of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution, we re-established the roles and functions of the future library and proposed the establishment strategies toward the future library.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss marketing strategies for school library. The writer divided marketing environment of school library into macro-external environment, micro-external environment, substantial environment, and operational environment. And analyzed characteristics of four target audiences-school administrator, teachers, students, and parents and local society-for school library marketing and suggested approach strategies to each target audiences. Four communication strategies of school library media specialist for effective marketing are discussed ; administrative communication, behavioral communication, cooperative communication, and social communication.

소프트웨어의 적용 분야가 다양화되면서 시장 환경의 변화와 사용자 요구사항의 다양화가 급속도로 진행되고 있다. 하지만 부족한 시간, 예산, 인력 문제로 고품질의 소프트웨어 개발은 더 어려워졌다. 이런 문제의 해결을 위해 레거시 시스템의 모듈을 재사용하여 고품질화하고자 한다. 기존에는 정적 분석 기반의 재사용 모듈/덩어리 식별만 이루어졌지만, 실제 실행 환경에서 적용되는 동적 분석 기반의 재사용 식별이 더욱 중요하다. 이를 위해, 재사용 메트릭을 정의하고 재사용 모듈/덩어리 자동식별 및 가시화를 제안한다. 이는 새로운 프로젝트 개발의 재사용성을 높여, 신뢰성과 생산성 향상시키고 품질 개선에 기여한다.
