The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of flipped learning in ASP(after school program) on self-directed learning ability and learning motivation. This study used a one group pre test-post test design. Data derived from 35 person nursing students enrolled in after-school program between 17 December 2018 and 18 January 2019 at D university. The learner's self-directed learning ability increased, statistically differed differences(t=-4.04, p<.001) but, motivation increased there were no statistically significant differences(t=-1.08, p=.288). The average of ASP satisfaction scores for the program was 3.49 ± 0.93. Therefore, it is suggested that educators and schools organize their flipped learning methods in the curriculum to improve learners' self-directed learning ability.

This study explored effective teaching-learning activities under the hybrid teaching model combining flipped learning, direct instruction, cooperative learning and distance learning. Subjects were 99 college students enrolled in 2 teacher preparation courses. Students evaluated effectiveness of 22 teaching-learning activities according to Likert scale at the end of the semester. As a result, all 22 teaching learning activities were considered effective more or less. They facilitated motivation, comprehension, participation, thinking, and led to mastery of the task. ② Activities scored low were 'questioning and answering at the beginning of online class', 'open book test'. ③ Hybrid teaching model was favored over traditional instruction. Open ended responses were consistent with the ones in the questionnaire. This research supports the notion that key teaching models to be combined for successful flipped learning in college setting are direct instruction and cooperative learning. Furthermore, effective and ineffective teaching strategies for flipped learning were found.

Introduction and spread of Flipping Learning combining project-based learning with MOOC is requied. As the introduction and spread of AI-based learning consulting (E-Advisor), which is becoming increasingly advanced, the transition to "personalized education" that meets the 4th Industrial Revolution should be made.

전문대학의 프로그래밍 수업에서 복습을 강화하고 학습효과를 높이기 위해 수업의 이론 및 실습 동영상을 인터넷상에 제공하고 학습자 설문을 통해 그 효과를 분석하였다. 설문을 통해 학습자들은 동영상 제공에 대해 긍정적인 대답을 하였으며 복습으로 활용하는 것을 넘어서 예습과 거꾸로 학습에도 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주었다.

Flipped learning stimulated the learner's high order thinking and activates communication between the faculty-student and the students through the use of activity oriented teaching strategy. Introduction and spread of Flipping Learning combining project-based learning with MOOC is required. The professor should be able to apply net teaching and learning methods using flipping learning and active learning, and develop class contents reflecting new knowledge, information and technology. As the introduction and spread of AI-based(E-Advisor, chat bot et al) learning consulting, Which is becoming increasingly advanced, the transition to "personalized education" that meets the 4th Industrial Revolution should be made.

This study aims to show that "Computer-assisted language learning (CALL)" and "Mobile-based language learning (MALL)" actually influence education, deviating from the traditional "drill and practice" method in foreign language education and learning due to the development of information and communication technology (IT). Specifically, for first-year college students who have relatively poor English skills and do not feel enough motivation for English learning, I will produce educational video content using multimedia authoring tools and upload it to the e-learning system. Video content is configured to be accessed and utilized through various media such as computers, smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc. Ultimately, an exploration of educational value behind the utilization of IT devices in English language Teaching(ELT) and the Second Language Acquisition (SLA) theory behind effective instructional use of such technology are presented. That is to say, the effectiveness of language learning using information and communication technology (IT) is introduced. The article closes by suggesting how to use computers and mobile media for 'Flipped Learning'.

본 논문에서는 2015개정 교육과정에서 중학교 필수과목으로 지정된 정보교과에 플립러닝을 적용한 수업모형을 제안하고자 한다. 플립러닝은 전통적인 강의식 교수법을 뒤집은 수업모형으로 구성주의 관점에서 시작된 학생중심수업의 한계점을 개선하고 더욱 활발한 상호작용 중심 수업이 이루어지도록 하는 수업모형이다. 본 논문에서는 학생들의 학업성취 및 학습동기 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있도록 수업모형을 설계하여 정보교과의 다양한 영역에서 사용가능한 플립러닝 설계 가이드라인을 제공하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the pre-service teachers' perception for education paradigm and teacher's teaching competency in the fourth industrial revolution era. For this study 53 pre-service teachers participated in the discussion instruction during one semester. The study result was to analyze the discussion reports of pre-service students using the grounded theory approach. As a result, the pre-service students responded that the school needs to change the learner-centered education and assessment method in the fourth industrial revolution era. Secondly, the result of the teachers' teaching competencies was the integrated curriculum reconstruction, information processing, empathy and understanding, creative teaching and instructional design, collaboration and communication. This study is expected to contribute to the change of education paradigm for pre-service teachers in the fourth industrial revolution era.

This study closely analyzed changes in the educational environment and changes in the needs of children's and young people's reading culture programs, which are directly beneficiaries of the promotion of reading culture as they enter the fourth industrial revolution. It also comprehensively evaluated the reading culture promotion project for children and adolescents promoted by the National Children and Youth Library and proposed a reading culture promotion project that meets the needs of the smart era. This study investigated the cases of various domestic and foreign reading culture promotion projects to divulge trends. The authors invited experts from public libraries and school libraries with experience of the reading culture promotion projects and performed Focus Group Interviews (FGI). The authors evaluated individual reading culture program based on the PDCA method (Plan, Do, Check, Act). Based on the data obtained through case studies and expert evaluations, the development plan of reading culture promotion project and the strategy of promoting new projects to be pursued in the National Children and Youth Library were presented. By gathering the results of the research, 'Interactive e-book making platform production / distribution business', 'Game-type reading program production / distribution business', 'Habruta reading culture dissemination project using backward learning method', 'Youth coding branding "Teen-Start -Up"' were proposed as new services.

This study is a meta-analysis study conducted to integrate and analyze the results of flip-learning studies for Korean nursing students. We searched PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane, CINAHL, and Korean databases. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and Non-Randomized controlled trials (Non-RCTs) evaluating the effects of flipped learning for Korean nursing students were included. Standardized mean differences (SMDs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated using a random-effects meta-analysis. The entire effect size in flipped learning was big in effect size (SMD = 1.21; 95% CI = 0.84 to 1.63; I2 = 93.9; n = 23) compared to the control groups. The analysis results of subgroups according to the classification of Bloom showed that flipped learning was found to have a significant effect on psychomotor domain, cognitive domain, and affective domain. A total of 10 literature analyses, this meta-analysis showed that flipped learning on Korean nursing students is effective in psychomotor, cognitive, and affective domain than the traditional teaching method. The flip learning can be integrated into theoretical and practical nursing education to improve the academic performance of nursing students.
