살아있는(in-vivo)실험체에서 여러 차례 획득된 영상의 관심영역 특성을 측정, 분석하기 위한 영상처리기법의 정확성은 동물을 희생시켜(in-vitro) 촬영한 영상과의 정량적 비교분석을 통해 검증할 수 있다. 하지만 육안검사에 의존한 기존 분석방법은 객관성이 떨어지는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 in-vivo영상인 PET 영상과, in-vitro영상인 Autoradiography 영상에서 관심영역 특성을 객관적, 정량적으로 비교하는 방법을 제안한다. 종양을 심은 누드마우스에 방사성 동위원소를 표지하여 획득한 이 두 영상에서 종양 조직 성장 지표가 되는 체적과 조직의 활성도를 나타내는 방사능섭취량(SUV)을 각각 측정하고 이를 비교하였다. 또한 두 영상획득의 시간차에 의해 방사성동위원소가 붕괴되어 영상 전체의 명암도가 감소하게 되므로 시간에 반비례하게 변하는 방사성동위원소의 양을 고려하여 영상명암도를 보정하였다.

In this article, the extratropical transition (ET) of tropical cyclone (TC) was investigated based on the case study covering the latest three TCs (Shanshaa Yaki, and Soulik) associated with ET evolution (onset and completion) using the objective 37 diagnostics of Evans and Hart (2003) and Hart (2003). At 500-hPa level, on an onset of ET, all three TCs entered the baroclinic zone. In a vertical cross-section analysis, three TCs before and at an onset of ET kept warm and humid throughout all levels around the TC center. However, these TCs after ET onset became relatively cold and dry over the western part of TC as the typical characteristics of ET concept model. Although our case study was not sufficient, it is concluded that the diagnostics of the ET onset and atmospheric structure change associated with Evans and Hart (2003) and Hart (2003) will be useful in ET operational forecast.

본 논문은 동아, 조선, 중앙, 한겨레 신문의 2000~2011년 신문 사설과 보도문에서서 나타나는 접속부사의 사용에 대한 분석이다. 구체적으로, 텍스트 구조를 드러내는 표지의 기능을 하는 접속부사에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 12년 동안 출현한 고빈도 접속부사 '그러나, 하지만, 그런데, 그리고, 따라서, 그래서, 그렇지만, 그러면, 그러므로, 하물며'를 대상으로 보도문에서의 빈도 변화와 신문 사설에서의 빈도 변화를 대응 분석과 군집 분석을 통해 객관적, 통계적, 통시적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 나열의 구조에서 보도문은 '그리고'를 선호하고 신문 사설은 '하물며'를 선호하여 사용하며, 대조의 표지로서 보도문은 '하지만'을 신문 사설은 '그러나, 그렇지만'을 선호하여 사용하였다. 화제 전환을 나타낼 때 보도문은 '그러면'을 사용하는 반면 신문 사설은 '그런데'를 사용하고, 문제에 대한 결과를 제시할 때 '보도문'은 '그러므로, 그래서'를 신문 사설은 '따라서'를 더 많이 사용하는 경향이 나타났다.

뇌파는 대뇌피질에 분포하는 신경세포의 활동을 객관적으로 명확하게 표현해주기 때문에 학습자의 두뇌기능을 과학적으로 평가해준다. 따라서 학습에 의한 직접적인 효과를 알아보기 위해서는 두뇌사고활동을 수행하는 과정에서 학습자의 두뇌기능 상태에 대한 객관적인 검증이 필요하다. 또한 학습자의 학습과정에서의 활성뇌파를 분석 해봄으로써 학습에 영향을 미치는 뇌파가 무엇인지를 파악할 수 있다. 본 연구는 학습 및 학습에 영향을 미치는 정서와 관련된 뇌파연구를 고찰함으로써 영재아의 학습효과를 높이기 위한 뇌파 분석 및 조절 프로그램을 개발하는데 시사점을 찾아보고자 한다.

In a case of an automobile rear-end collision, scale of the collision which are the extent of vehicle damage and the injury of the passenger is affected by the speed change. Based on the photographic interpretation of the actual accident cases in the Seoul and the Incheon area, this study measured the depth of crush and calculated the speed change from the statement data of the accident and speed, and also injury data such as diagnosis, hospitalization days are collected. The period of hospitalization and diagnostics claimed proves to have no statistical correlation with the depth of vehicle crush and speed change. Based on the statistical analysis from this study and previous foreign studies, we found that there have been 78.1% of personal accidents didn't reach the injury threshold. There should be objective information on the scale of accident accepting the claims-to-be-injured in the future, and application of injury threshold level suggested are considered to be very useful.

I studied in this paper on the comparative study between the constructivism and the structuralism as the educational methods. On the constructivism in educational methods they say that knowledge is constructed subjectively by person individually(cognitive constructivism) or by persons reciprocally in the society(social constructivism). On the structuralism in educational methods they say that knowledge(structure) is in the closed-end text objectively and person pursue and identify this objective knowledge in the closed-end text. But on the post-structuralism(neostructuralism) they say that the text is not closed-ended but open-ended. So constructivism is consistent with post-structuralism. Education include application of knowledge and awareness of knowledge on my opinion. Education on application of knowledge is more important in this knowledge based society. Constructivism connote the application of knowledge in the education. School library media center and media specialist(teather-librarian) are essential elements of this application of knowledge in the education.

This research fulfills two objectives of the study relating to the analysis of changing intellectual structure and its development of Korean history during 1980s: 1) investigation of intellectural structures of two successive time periods using author co-citation study analysis: 2) validation of the results of author co-citation analysis using assessments of experts collected from scholarly reviews and direct data drawn from the researchers in the area of Korean history. Three approaches to multivariate analysis as multi-dimensional scaling, cluster analysis, and factor analysis are used to display the inter-author relationships in the author similarity matrix.

본 연구는 최근 2022년 6월 1일에 실시된 전국 시도교육청 교육감 선거를 계기로 진행된 연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 2010년 1월 1일부터 2022년 6월 10일까지 '교육감 직선제'를 다룬 언론사 기사들을 분석하여 그 결과를 객관적으로 제시하는 것이다. 분석 대상은 2010년 1월 1일부터 2022년 6월 10일까지 기간을 설정한 후, '교육감'과 '직선제' 2개의 용어가 모두 포함된 국내 54개 주요 언론사 뉴스 기사들(5,610건)이다. 본 연구에서는 뉴스 빅데이터 분석시스템인 빅카인즈(BIGKinds) 서비스를 적극적으로 이용하여 뉴스 트렌드 분석, 네트워크(관계도) 분석, 연관어 분석 등을 진행하였다. 본 연구자료는 관련 학문 연구자와 교육 현장 종사자들에게 시사점을 줄 수 객관적인 자료로 활용될 것이다. 본 연구는 향후 지방교육자치와 교육감 선거의 발전적 모델 탐색을 위한 다양한 연구 과정으로 확대 전개하고자 한다.
