최근 논란이 되고 있는 새만금간척사업에 대한 환경영향평가서를 최초 작성할 당시는 갯벌의 가치를 사업의 편익에 포함시키지 않았으나, 이후 환경단체에서는 새롭게 부각된 갯벌의 기능과 가치를 포함시켜 경제성 분석을 다시 할 것을 주장하였다. 이 자료에서는 지금까지 발표된 갯벌과 논의 가치 비교와 새만금사업의 경제성 분석을 검토하였다. 갯벌의 가치에 대하여 금전적인 평가를 한다는 것은 주관적인 요소가 개입하게 되므로 여전히 학자 간에도 의견이 일치하지 않으며 경제성 분석에 포함할 항목에 대해서도 합의가 이루어지고 있지 않아서 일반인에게는 매우 혼란스럽기만 한다. 새만금사업환경영향공동조사단의 공동조사에서는 우리나라 최초로 갯벌의 정화능력 실험과 설문조사를 통한 갯벌의 가치 평가를 시도하였다. 그러나 연구자가 검토한 결과 새만금사업 편익 총액의 51%를 차지하는 국토확장효과가 과대하게 평가되고 농산물 증산액과 논의 공익가치 역시 과대하게 평가되어 경제성 평가를 왜곡시켰다고 판단된다. 갯벌의 기능과 가치에 대한 평가는 앞으로 객관적인 연구결과에 의존해야 하며 환경학계의 검증을 거치는 작업이 필요하다고 본다.

현재 국내에서는 산학연이 힘을 합쳐 성능 면에서 탁월하고 가장 실용적인 고진공펌프로서 터보분자 펌프와 크라이오 펌프를 선택하여 국산화를 추진 중이다. 진공 펌프의 성공적인 개발은 당연히 핵심 부품들을 얼마나 정교하게 잘 만들고, 전체 시스템을 얼마나 유기적으로 잘 구성하는지에 달려있지만, 펌프 개발과정을 효율적으로 진행시키고 공식적으로 제품 개발을 완결하기 위해서는 필연적으로 성능평가 시스템 기술개발이 병행되어야 한다. 이것은 펌프의 상용화 성공여부가 결국 객관적인 성능입증이 관건이고 이는 보편적인 규정을 따라 만들어진 평가장치를 사용하고 올바른 평가절차를 거쳐서 이루어져야 되기 때문이다. 이런 이유로 표준연과 기기유화연 및 원연은 각각 터보분자 펌프와 크라이오 펌프의 종합 운전특성 평가 시스템을 개발 중에 있다. 이곳에서는 먼저 크라이오 펌프의 작동특성 및 이에 따른 성능평가지표에 대해 개관하고, 또 현재까지 진행된 크라이오 펌프 성능평가 시스템 구성 및 평가절차에 대해 정리하며, 끝으로 올해 제작된 운전성능 평가 장치의 시운전 결과에 대해 보고한다.

스피커나 앰프 등의 음향기기의 음질을 평가한다는 것은 전기(electric)적인 신호와 음향(acoustic)신호의 종합적인 측정, 분석으로 이루어진다. 또, 이러한 대상에 대한 객관적인 평가 외에 청취자의 심리상태와 관련하여 음질을 분석하는 주관적 음질 평가 역시, 계측기에 의한 측정의 한계와 귀의 탁월한 센싱능력에 힘입어 보편적인 음질 측정법으로 인정받아왔다. 그러나, 주관적 음질 평가법의 경우 개인적 취향이나 음에 대한 숙련정도에 따라 평가가 다를 뿐 아니라 개인의 심리상태에 따라서도 평가가 달라지는 등 그 재현성이나 객관성이 논란이 되어 왔고 이에 대한 연구도 계속되고 있다. 본 연구는 대상으로서의 음향기기(여기서는 스피커)와 청취자의 심리를 포괄하는 시험법인 주관적 음질 평가법에 재현성이나 객관성을 부여하기 위하여 청감에 영향을 미치는 음색인자를 스피커의 특성과 인간의 청각에 근거하여 8가지로 분류하고 이를 평가할 수 있는 Test용 Reference CD를 제작하였다.

첨단기술 분야의 발전 및 기술개발 촉진을 위해서는 개발된 기술의 기업간 이전거래활동이 활발히 이루어져 기술의 상업화와 고도화가 촉진되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 기술중개기관이나 거래소와 같은 제도적 기반을 갖추는 것뿐만 아니라 특정 기술이 가지는 가치를 중립적 관점에서 평가할 수 있는 방법론의 개발이 요구된다. 기술 구매자와 기술 판매자 사이의 가격협상을 위해서는 특정 기술이 보유한 중립적이고 객관적인 가치가 우선적으로 제시되어야 하기 때문이다. 본 논문은 기술이전거래 촉진을 위한 기술가치평가 모형의 개발과 평가모형에 따른 평가과정을 지원하는 기술가치평가시스템의 개발을 목적으로 차고 있다. 기술가치평가시스템은 웹 기반으로 개발되어, 관심 있는 사용자는 웹 브라우저를 통해 기술적 가치를 실시간으로 신속하고 효율적으로 평가할 수 있도록 구현되어 있다.

In order to find correlations between the sensory evaluation and instrumental analysis in 'Campbell Early' grape, grapes were divided into three parts. One-half parts were used for the sensory evaluation and the other half were used as samples for instrumental analysis. Relationship between sensory evaluation and instrumental analysis were studied through correlation study using 48-paired data set obtained during storage. Soluble solid content analysis showed that instrumental quality attributes increased along the passage of storage time with increasing temperature. pH and titratable acidity decreased slightly at lower storage temperatures. Correlations between instrumental quality attributes in grapes were found to be very low. Positive correlation was found between pH and soluble solid content, and negative correlation was found between pH and titratable acidity. The relation of sourness and sweetness to sourness was higher than other sensory evaluation factors, and the shape of the grapes was found to have little relation to their sweetness. Texture ($r^2$=0.890) was found to be the most important factor in preference, followed next by sweetness with sourness ($r^2$=0.860). The correlations between the sensory evaluation and instrumental quality attributes were found to be very low, with overall acceptability given to a relatively high content of soluble solid content. Correlations between pH and titratable acidity in terms of overall acceptability were found to be very low.

As one of the variations in growth and development of the craniofacial complex. malocclusion shows lack of concordance In the recognition and severity of malocclusion for dentists as well as the acceptance and need of orthodontic treatment for the patient The purposes of this study were 1) to examine the relationships between objective malocclusion severity aid subjective treatment difficulty. 2) to evaluate the effect of malocclusion components to the subjective perceived difficulty of treatment. 3) to establish the weighted values of malocclusion components to reflect the treatment difficulty 100 pairs of dental casts with the general characteristics of malocclusion. were selected from the orthodontic departments of Kyunghee University and Samsuug Medical Center. The severity of malocclusion was evaluated by the author with the PAR index The perceived treatment difficulty and the estimated treatment duration on these dental models were evaluated by 8 experienced orthodontists. The relationships between the objective malocclusion severity and the subjective treatment difficulty were statistically evaluated. and the weighted values of malocclusion components to reflect treatment difficulty were statistically formulated. There were significant relationships between objective malocclusion severity and subjective treatment difficulty The malocclusion components which significantly affected the treatment difficulty and their weighted values in parentheses were as follows upper anterior alignment(1). overbite (2). buccal occlusion (3) middline (4), and overjet (5). This study Provides the fundamental principle to evaluate the objective malocclusion severity which is reflected by the subjective treatment difficulty of Korean orthodontists.

콘서트홀의 음향상태를 평가하기 위해서는 설문지를 통하여 주관적인 선호도를 조사하는 방법과 측정을 통하여 객관적인 지표를 뽑아내는 방법이 있다. 콘서트홀의 음향특성에 영향을 주는 가장 중요한 객관적 지표로서는 친밀도, 공간감, 잔향시간, 명료도, 음의 따뜻함, 라우드니스 등을 들 수가 있다. 국내에서 가장 대표적인 콘서트홀이라고 할 수 있는 예술의 전당 음악당에 대해서 위의 개관적 지표 중 5가지 요소를 실제 측정을 통해 추출하였다. 그 결과 예술의 전당 음악당은 친밀도와 공간감 면에서 조금 부족한 면을 보여 주었고 나머지 3가지 요소에 있어서는 클래식 연주에 적합한 콘서트홀로서의 결과를 보여 주었다. 공간감과 친밀도를 향상시키기 위해서는 음악당 천장에 반사판을 설치하는 것이 필요하다고 사료된다.

Design quality in constructed project is a primary consideration to achieve overall project objectives. It is not easy to evaluate the design quality because various factors are involved in the design process. This paper presents a new approach to improve the evaluation process of design quality In the construction project The evaluation model is developed to satisfy the requirement for implementing the ISO 9000 Quality Assurance Standards in the design process. It is assumed that design changes are resulted from the poor management of design quality. The model relates design changes to design quality management items. It assigns weight ratio to each design quality item to evaluate quantitatively Design Quality Index (DQI) is calculated to assess design quality based on the Objectives Matrix. A case study is performed to illustrate the practical implementation of the design quality evaluation.

There is a growing emphasis on objective and quantified performance measurement methodologies for the interactions that occur within modern companies. This is due to the importance of establishing and practicing future-oriented strategies by estimating the present value of the company and the current energy status through objective evaluation of the company. Therefore, the selection of KPI as a performance index using BSC (Balance Scorecard), which is a recent objective performance measurement methodology, has become very important. Although many studies on existing KPIs have been made in various industries, KPI studies on SI companies have been insufficient. This study focuses on finding KPIs applicable to SI companies. The study on the KPI design system according to general strategy of SI companies and the development of methodology and evaluation index according to index development for each group were carried out and the weighting methodology according to each evaluation index was presented.

국가연구개발사업은 과학기술기본법 제12조 및 "국가연구개발사업 등의 성과평가 및 성과관리에 관한 법률"에 의거하여 조사 분석 평가를 받게 된다. 정부출연연구기관은 소속된 연구회 체제 안에서 연구개발 활동에 대한 성과를 평가받게 된다. 본 연구는 사례 분석을 통해 국가연구개발 프로그램에 대한 메타평가를 수행함으로써 기존에 제기되고 있는 평가의 문제점을 해결하고 보다 효율적이고 객관적인 평가시스템을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
