  • 정보화 사회에서 관광 웹 사이트는 그 지역의 가치가 있는 관광정보를 제공하고, 관광객을 유치하는 마케팅 도구로서 그 역할이 중요시되고 있다. 또한, 인터넷 정보 수용자는 관광 웹 사이트를 매개로 하여 그 지역에 대한 이미지를 갖게 되고, 점차적으로 일정한 태도를 형성하여 결국 관광지를 선택하는데 영향을 받는다고 볼 수 있다. 지방 자치 단체의 홈페이지에서 관광 홍보가 매우 중요하다. 그 이유는 첫째 인터넷 외에 지역의 관광정보를 여행하기 전에 입수하는 것이 매우 어려운 상황이고, 둘째로, 인터넷을 통한 관광 정보 탐색이 대중화되고 있기 때문이다. 정보탐색은 지속적 탐색이라 표현할 수 있는데 잠재적 관광객이 관광 홈페이지를 매개로 하여 그 지역의 대한 이미지를 갖게 되고 그에 따라 관광지 선택에 영향을 받는다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만, 광역자치단체의 웹사이트 상에서 관광정보를 구축하여 제공할 때에 정보 수용자 측면보다는 개발자 측면 중심으로 이루어진 경우가 많이 있다. 그래서, 막대한 재정적 투자를 통해 개발된 관광정보가 수용자의 욕구에 다소 못 미칠 수 있다. 이에 관광정보 수용자들의 정보탐색 요인을 파악하여 개발할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 또한, 관광정보 요구자가 관광정보를 탐색할 때 그들의 특성에 따라 관광정보 웹 사이트를 평가하는 기준이 다르게 나타날 수 있다. 이를 기반으로 대학생들이 개인의 특성에 따라 웹 사이트의 평가에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 설문지법을 사용하여 전남 D대학교의 관광학 전공, 경영학 전공, IT(정보통신)학 전공 학생을 대상으로 총 90부를 설문조사 하였으며, 각 전공별 학생들을 컴퓨터 실습실에서 1시간 동안 전남도청 관광 웹 사이트를 탐색하게 한 후 설문지에 응답하는 방식을 사용했다. 개인의 특성에 따라서 관광정보 웹 사이트 수용도 에서는 유흥성향과 외향-내향성 성향이 관광정보 웹 사이트의 수용도에 영향을 미친다는 매우 유의하다는 결과를 도출 할 수 있었다. 웹 사이트의 특성에 따라서 관광정보 웹 사이트 수용도 에서는 탐색의 편리성, 정보의 충실성, 정보의 질이 관광정보 수용도 유의적이라는 결과를 도출했다. 하지만, 대고객 서비스에는 관광정보 웹 사이트 수용도에 대한 영향이 유의적이지 못한 결과를 보이고 있는데, 이를 위해서는 사용자에게 개별서비스 제공을 함으로서, 동영상이나 각종 사운드, 사용자 편의를 위한 관련정보 다운로드, 사용자를 고려한 부과서비스를 제공한다면 웹 사이트의 성과가 높을 것임을 기대할 수 있다.

A Study on the Change of the Recognition on National Image by Health Care Invitational Training (보건의료 초청연수에 따른 국가이미지 인식 변화에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to find the effectiveness of the invitational training in healthcare field of developing countries through grasping the change of the national image of Korea. To this end, we collected data on the satisfaction on the invitational training from 192 participants of short-term and long-term training programs conducted by the Korea Foundation for International Healthcare(KOFIH). T-test, ANOVA analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the national image was enhanced after the invitational training. Second, satisfaction on contents of the training programs had a significant positive (+) effect on the national image. Third, English proficiency and nationality influenced national image significantly. According to this study, it was confirmed that the invitational training in healthcare was influential for enhancing the national image. To enhance the effectiveness of the invitational training, it is necessary to study the contents of the training program and the process of selecting the participants.

A Design and Implementation of HTML5 Vector Map for Individual Purpose Service (개인화 지도 서비스를 위한 HTML5 벡터지도 설계 및 구현)

  • At these day, owing to functional limitations and cost issues, used image map in web service have a problem which can not make exactly meet the user needs. This study aims to create an individual map for user suitable purposes using HTML5 technology that implement the vector map creation and its functions with services. The results of this study, the invisible problems of the tilting and rotation functions in image-based map utilizing the existing web environment were solved in HTML5 vector map. And to access the map information, by implementing the function of expressing the background and name data to selectively derive, various results were expressed in the map. Also, as a result of a comparison of performance the time required was measured at 0.88sec which comes in the range of the first loading time between 0.78sec and 7.56sec in a commercial map service, which showed the possibility of its commercialization. compared to 180GB of image maps for the production of a national map index system, the volume to produce a vector map was 2.5GB, a decrease by over 90%, which solved the issue of costs for a storage space. As a result, this study of HTML5 vector map design and implementation presented a plan for providing information suitable for the requirements of the users who use spatial information through utilizing a variety of information and expanding functions.

  • Among biometrics commercialized for security, iris recognition technology has the most excellent security for the probability of the match between individuals is the lowest. Current commercialized iris recognition technology has excellent recognition ability, but this technology has a fatal drawback. Without the user's active cooperation, it cannot recognize the iris correctly. To make up for this weakness, recent trend of iris recognition development mounts a non-volunteering, unconstrained method. According to this information, the objective of this research is developing a module that can identify people iris from a video acquired by high performance infrared camera in a range of 3m and in a involuntary way. For this, we import images from the video and find people's face and eye positions from the images using Haar classifier trained through Cascade training method. finally, we crop the iris by Hough circle transform and compare it with data from the database to identify people.

Exploring the Image Types of Secondary School Students' Perception about the Talented Person in Convergence (중등학생들이 생각하는 융합인재에 대한 이미지 유형 탐색)

  • This study aims to identify the image types of secondary school students' perception about the talented person in convergence and to find the differences in drawing images of the talented person in convergence among the students who have taken STEAM class and the ones who haven't. One hundred and eighty seven students in middle and high schools located in the southern part of South Korea participated in this study and they were asked to draw a picture of the talented person in convergence with a brief explanation. Based on students' pictures, researchers categorized their perception about convergence and talented person in convergence by using an inductive method. The result indicated that secondary school students' perceptions were categorized into convergence as individual cognitive processing and collective cognitive processing and convergence as outcomes. The image of the convergence in a talented person leaning toward individual cognitive processing was divided into the following seven types: idea banker type, various talented celebrity type, multi-tasking master type, multi-talented career type, active problem-solver type, creative developer type, and unrealistic ideal man type. Another image of collective cognitive processing was split into expert group type and interactive-mates group type. The other image was transformer type which is the subcategory of convergence as outcomes. From this study, it can be suggested that secondary school students express the various images of the talented person in convergence depending on experiencing STEAM or not.

  • As the computer technology grows so fast, it can affect the human life in every fields. Specially, advent of Digital epoch is changing human life completely. In the past, people should get the information through the mass-media. But these days we can produce and provide some information through new media, Internet. In other words, two-ways communication like internet make individual be the producer in the information stream. Especially, net generation is different form the old generation and they want to express themselves distinctively from others. Nevertheless, they can't have the chance to express their identity properly and only they try to satisfy their needs by consuming special goods. In this article, I want to suggest a program that an individual can express their own identity and image. I will transform CIP (Corporate Information Program) and adjust it to an individual case. This is different from the previous study that emphasize the external factor figure, etc. First, we will find the MI(mind identity) and the BI(behavior identity). Second, we will present the VI(visual identity) by using two factors. - MI, VI. Finally, we will analyze them totally and make the PI(personal identity ) that can express their own identity and philosophy well. Through this programs, they can express themselves well and get the chance to think creatively. I am sure this program will have more implications about image strategy.

A Study on Pre-Service Teachers' Perceptions about the Image of Childcare Center Teachers and Self-image (예비보육교사의 보육교사 이미지에 대한 인식과 자아이미지 탐색연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how to develop of pre-service childcare teachers' perception about the image of childcare center teachers and self-image. In this study, participants' self-analysis method and in-depth interview were adopted to analyze the aspects of pre-service teachers' teacher image. Also, the narrative of pre-service teachers' a famous painting analysis were reported. The results of this study were divided into nine categories. Findings indicated that participants' self-image analysis work made pre-service teachers more enabled them to expend the significance of teacher's image of role in relation to their career decision and future their teacher's job. Moreover, through the experience of self-analysis work the pre-service teachers recognize their own ability to build up unique and healthy image. To foster the ability of pre-service teachers' self- image, special class teaching methods for pre-service teachers should be developed focusing on evoking them to have more positive self-image. This study suggested that self-image analysis work experiences should be emphasized in university class for pre-service teachers.

  • 정보화의 발전에 비례하여 정보보호의 중요성도 높아지고 있다. 최근까지 정보보호에 대한 관심과 주요 연구의 흐름은 기술적인 보호조치(예: 암호화, 접근제어, 방화벽 등)와 관리적 관점의 행동연구였다. 최근에 들어서야 국내외적으로 정보보호 투자효과에 대한 연구가 활성화되기 시작했다. 정보보호 투자효과에 대한 계량적 산정이 필요한 이유는 정보보호의 중요성을 정확하게 인식할 수 있어 적정규모의 예산을 책정하고 효율적으로 예산을 투입할 수 있는 기초를 마련할 수 있기 때문이다. 정보보호 투자효과를 측정하기 위한 선행연구로 보안사고의 피해규모를 산정하는 연구가 필수적이다. 보안사고의 피해규모는 가시적 손실(피해복구, 생산성 저하, 손해배상 등)과, 비가시적 손실(고객 충성도 저하, 회사의 브랜드 이미지 하락 등) 규모의 합으로 구성된다. 그 동안 가시적 손실규모 측정에 관한 연구는 상대적으로 많았으나, 비가시적 손실규모 측정에 관한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡하였던 것이 사실이다. 이는 현실적으로 비가시적 손실규모를 측정할 수 있는 접근방법을 고안해내는 것이 어려웠기 때문이다. 이로 인해 막연히 비가시적 손실규모가 가시적 손실규모에 비해 대단히 클 것이라고 짐작해 올 수 밖에 없었다. 본 논문에서는 보안사고의 비가시적 손실규모를 측정하기 위해 대규모 개인정보 보안 사고가 발생한 기업의 매출액 증가율을 경쟁기업과 분석하는 연구방법을 제안한다. 매출액은 영업이익 및 순이익과는 달리 회사 내부적인 회계방침에 의해 규모의 조절이 불가능한 재무요소이면서 회사가 고객 충성도 저하와 회사의 브랜드 이미지 하락으로 인해 받게 되는 영향을 가장 정확하게 반영하는 재무요소이기도 하다. 연구방법에 따라 2008년 대규모 개인정보 보안사고가 발생한 국내기업을 선정하고 그 경쟁사와 매출액 변화추이를 비교 분석하였다. 분석결과 보안사고가 발생한 기업의 평균 매출액 증가율이 경쟁사 평균 매출액 증가율 보다 0.0225% 높다는 사실을 발견했다. 이 결과는 국내의 보안 사고가 기업 가치에 미치는 비가시적 영향이 거의 없거나 또는 발생하더라도 그 영향력이 미미하여 가격정책 및 광고 홍보를 통해 충분히 극복할 수 있다는 점을 대변한다. 본 논문의 결과는 역설적으로 국내 보안사고의 피해규모를 측정하는데 있어 가시적 손실규모의 정확한 측정이 무엇보다 중요함을 의미한다.

Multi-type object detection-based de-identification technique for personal information protection (개인정보보호를 위한 다중 유형 객체 탐지 기반 비식별화 기법)

  • As the Internet and web technology develop around mobile devices, image data contains various types of sensitive information such as people, text, and space. In addition to these characteristics, as the use of SNS increases, the amount of damage caused by exposure and abuse of personal information online is increasing. However, research on de-identification technology based on multi-type object detection for personal information protection is insufficient. Therefore, this paper proposes an artificial intelligence model that detects and de-identifies multiple types of objects using existing single-type object detection models in parallel. Through cutmix, an image in which person and text objects exist together are created and composed of training data, and detection and de-identification of objects with different characteristics of person and text was performed. The proposed model achieves a precision of 0.724 and mAP@.5 of 0.745 when two objects are present at the same time. In addition, after de-identification, mAP@.5 was 0.224 for all objects, showing a decrease of 0.4 or more.

A Study on the Art Works Creation of the Subconscious Experiences though the Scene Setting Technique : Focused on the Floral Art Work Creation based on Artist's Experiences (장면화 기법을 통한 무의식적 경험의 작품화에 관한 연구 -본인 경험을 바탕으로 한 화예 작품 창작을 중심으로-)

  • This study is on the creation of art works through the methodological process of deducting the experiences and inspired feeling which the researcher experienced in the subconscious level as well as the conscious level in the field of floral art creation. The scene setting technique was applied to seize inner experiences and feeling in subconscious level. More concretely, visual note technique and image research technique were applied to record and preserve scenes as the seized inner mental images. To delineate the contents, the researcher created art works based on the experiences during the preparation period at the small town of Tours in France as well as the competitive and tough every day life during the attendance at the fashion school of ESOMD International Paris. The researcher was able to create 5 art works of Deja Vu, 'ㅅ(Seoul-Paris)', '崩(A Mountain on Two Moons)', '燈 (Load out and Stay)', 'ㅇ'deducting the deep experiences and inspired feeling through the methodological process in the subconscious level as well as the conscious level. The researcher was able to explore inner experiences finding self in disquietude and process of personal realization through the creation. The meaning of this research could be found as a case of qualitative research which presents approaches utilizing method of deducting experiences in subconscious level and applying to the creation of art works.
