The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting job satisfaction of nurses in nursing care service ward. The subjects were 127 nurses, nursing job satisfaction, nursing intuition, and nursing work environment using the 5 - point Likert scale. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis using SPSS WIN 23.0 program. The results showed that the correlation between job satisfaction and independent variables in nursing and nursing care service ward was significant in nursing professionalism (r = .90, p <.001) and nursing work environment (r = .75, p <.001). In addition, factors affecting job satisfaction were in the order of nursing professionalism and nursing work environment (F = 31.516, p <.001), and explanatory power was 84.1%. Therefore, Therefore, the necessity of nursing convergency strategy for improvement of these is suggested.

The aims of this study are to investigate the influence of the newly developed cataloging rule, RDA on the LIS cataloging education and to propose Korean LIS cataloging curriculum in a time of RDA. This study specially intended to examine the coexistence of the AACR and RDA and its implications on the LIS cataloging curricula design in the limited time of the course of study. For this purpose, this study examined the rapidly changing cataloging circumstances and how it affects on the cataloging education in LIS. This study also explored the students' as well as instructors' opinion and demand on cataloging education specially regarding RDA. As a result, this paper designed a cataloging education model including RDA curriculum and it also suggested cataloging syllabus based on the education model.

The purpose of this study was to develop a teaching strategy focused on science writing and to investigate its effects on enhancing students' problem solving ability. A teaching strategy using science writing enhancing problem solving ability (REWS model) was designed. The REWE model consisted of four stages: 1) Sensing and Stating of Scientific Problem by Reading (R stage), 2) Exploring Problem (E stage) 3) Explaining by Writing (W stage), 4) Integrated problem-solving (S stage). 135 10th grade of students were assigned to one experimental group and one control group. Students in the experiment group were taught by REWE model. Students in control group were taught by traditional lecture-based instructions. The program was implemented over a semester. The results indicated that the experimental group presented statistically meaningful improvement in critical thinking necessary to solve problems (p<.05). This study suggests that science writing can be effective for improvement of problem solving ability.

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships between leisure constraint, leisure constraint negotiation and leisure participation of Chinese students studying in Korea. A total of 210 respondents, participating in the athletic competition for Chinese students, were selected to conduct this study, using the purposive sampling method. Finally, 194 surveys except 17 respondents, were used for this study. The reliability of the questionnaire was analyzed using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ with SPSS 18.0 and the Simple Regression Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis were conducted. As a result, Main findings were as follows; First, leisure constraint had a positive relationship with leisure constraint negotiation. Specifically, leisure constraint had an influence on 'leisure activity partner search' and 'leisure activity intensity control effort' out of leisure constraint negotiation strategies. Second, leisure constraint had a negative relationship with leisure participation. Third, leisure constraint negotiation had no significant influence on leisure participation.

국가들 간의 차이는 국제적 소비자행동 연구의 근간이 되며 글로벌기업의 전략 구상에 중요한 변수로 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 의복충동구매에 대한 국가간 이해를 증진시키기 위해 한국과 미국의 대학생들을 대상으로 의복충동구매와 구매에 영향을 미치는 쇼핑감정에 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고 쇼핑감정이 의복충동구매에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 질문지를 개발하였고, 한국(N = 412)과 미국(N = 290) 각각의 대도시에 위치한 대학교를 무작위 선정하여 정규강의시간 전후에 자원자들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 분석 결과, 미국대학생들에 비해 한국대학생들은 구체적 구매의도가 없는 상태에서 점포를 둘러본 후에 구매할 것을 결정하는 등의 계획적 충동구매나 다른 목적으로 점포에 들렀다가 계획에 없었던 필요한 것 혹은 기억나는 의류제품을 구매하는 등의 상기된 충동구매를 더 많이 하는 경향이 있었다. 그러나 미국 대학생들의 경우, 구매의도는 없었으나 새로운 스타일이나 최신 의류제품을 보았을 때 충동적으로 구매를 하는 패션지향적 충동구매가 한국대학생들에 비해 더 많이 나타나는 경향이 있었다. 또한 소비자들이 쇼핑할 때 느끼는 쇼핑감정 중 긍정적인 쇼핑감정은 미국대학생들이 한국대학생들보다 더 많이 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 한국과 미국 대학생들은 모두 쇼핑과정에서 긍정적 감정을 느낄 때 여러 유형의 의복충동구매 가능성이 높게 나타났으나 부정적 쇼핑감정이 발생했을 때는 한국 대학생들만이 패션지향적인 충동구매를 하는 경향이 있었다. 이러한 결과는 의류제품을 쇼핑할 때 두 나라 대학생 모두에게 쇼핑감정 특히, 긍정적 감정은 구매의도를 자극하여 충동구매를 조장하는 중요한 역할을 담당함을 보여주었다. 이러한 연구결과는 의복충동구매와 쇼핑감정 간의 관계를 이해하고자하는 연구자들과 리테일러들에게 필요한 정보들을 제공해준다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a web based system with six thinking hats techniques for effective debate learning. For this study, first, design strategics of six thinking hats techniques were drawn out in oder to apply the ideas onto the web. second, a prototype was drafted for the model development. Third, a web based debate learning system was developed with six thinking hats techniques concentrated. The developed system was corrected and revised by educational technology experts and teachers with focus group interview, triangulation and member checking methods. This system could be an useful device for 1) activating participants' vigorous interaction, 2) overcoming time and place restriction, 3) especially constructing a progressive debate process with the subject of a real life and 4) designing courses for various and effective debate progress.

In the past, regional pilot service is provided by individual pilots directly on board each ship, but it will be difficult to provide this type of service in the near future when autonomous vessels are activated. This can be seen as the need for automation and intelligence of pilot service and provision of remote control system. In this paper, we propose a method, system, and service target that can carry out the electronic pilot service through the intelligence aids to navigation for smart port operation.

Power Quality Compensator(PQC) has been installed to protect the sensitive loads against the voltage disturbances, such as voltage sag and interruption. In general, static switch is used for the purpose of link between utility and PQC. So transfer operation of the static switch play a important part in the PQC. Many studies on the structure and control of PQC have been progressed in active, but these researches have been rarely mentioned about any voltage-disturbances-detection method to start the PQC operation. In this paper, a new voltage-disturbances-detection algorithm for computer application loads using the CBEMA/ITIC curve is proposed for transfer operation of the static switch. The proposed detection algorithm is implemented to get fast detecting time through the comparison of instantaneous 3-phase voltage values transferred to DC values in the synchronous reference frame with the operating reference values. To get the robust characteristics against the noise, a first order digital filter is designed. The magnitude falling and phase delay caused by the filter are compensated through the error normalizing and numerical analysis using transfer function, respectively. Finally, the validity of the proposed algorithm is proved by ACSL simulation and experimental results.

The significance of the image content industry, as a flagship industry of the cultural content industry, is emerging globally as a high value-added trend. Since the movie industry has diverse related industries along with a positive spillover effect from cultural and economic perspectives, it ultimately strengthens national brands as well as national competitiveness. As a national strategy cultural content industry, the movie industry in each country around the world utilizes its own diverse self-protective systems. The Korean movie industry has emerged as a 10 million-strong movie-goer market; however, in reality, it is vulnerable to high film production costs and utility. The current domestic media market demands a new paradigm through the media industry as a whole; nonetheless, it is inherently limited to past film production and distribution channels. In this study, I seek to evaluate the status quo and propose a new direction for the Korea movie industry.

Provincial boundary regions need differentiated strategies from non-provincial boundary regions because they form multilayered regional networks with boundary cites and provinces. This paper aims to analyze the attributions of provincial boundary regions' regional networks in the dimensions of commuters, companies, and government and to explore their political strategies. At commuters level, Okcheon, a case study area, forms the strongest regional networks with Daejeon and does not have any regional network with Honam region. At companies level, it forms the regional network with Daejeon, Gyeonggi, and Chungbuk, and with Daejeon(Donggu, Daedukgu), and Gyeonggi(Bucheon) at government level. This paper suggests the following conclusive policies. First, provincial boundary regions should be postulated as the new policy targets. Second, Population and Housing Census should be constructed pan-regionally as the base data of regional network studies. Lastly, cooperation system among local government of the provincial boundary regions should be constructed.
