기초의학 강의 요원의 부족은 교육에 대한 부담과 연구활동 위축이라는 이중고를 초래하고 있다. 기초의학 강의의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 다양한 연구 및 해결책이 제시되어 왔으며, 통합강의 역시 그 대안의 하나로서 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 새롭게 부각되고 있는 기초의학 통합강의에 대한 가상강의(cyber lecture) 적용의 실효성과 타당성을 설문조사와 교과목 운영의 경험을 중심으로 분석하였다. 설문조사에 대해 학생들은 가상강의의 내용, 난이도, 진행 및 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 등에 대해 대체로 만족스러운 의견을 제시하였다. 또한 가상강의가 통합강의 운영을 보완해주는데 효율적일 것이라는 의견과 더불어, 향후 통합강의에서 가상강의의 비중을 학대할 필요성에 대해서도 찬성의견이 반대의견보다 지배적임을 알 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라, 통합강의 실습의 일부분을 가상강의에서 운영하는 방안에 대해서도 대체로 긍정적이었다. 통계분석 결과, 가상강의에 대해 긍정적이거나 부정적인 의견들은 기초신경학 통합강의 성적이 우수한 학생과 보통이하인 학생들 사이에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나 (${\chi}^2$ 검증 결과), 성적이 우수한 학생일수록 가상강의의 효율성에 대해 긍정적이라는 경향은 알 수 있었다(Spearman 등위상관계수를 산출한 결과). 본 연구결과를 통해 제시된 개선방안과 축적된 경험을 바탕으로 점차 가상강의의 비중을 높이고 강의교수들 간의 유기적 협조가 이루어진다면 가상강의는 향후 기초의학 통합강의 운영의 새로운 패러다임(paradigm)이 될 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to lay the groundwork for the operation method for correctly operating remote lectures at universities. Among the universities that started non-face-to-face classes due to 'COVID-19', college students and graduate students from some universities who conducted remote lectures through Cisco's Webex meeting were studied on how to operate the remote lecture platform. First, the requirements for lectures for remote lectures were established through the literature survey, and effective operation measures were proposed through the survey. The research method was conducted on a total of 45 college and graduate students from April 21 to May 15, 2020. The results of the study showed that the operation plan for the basic and meeting elements. Based on this study, we expect it to be used in disaster situations or classes that may occur after COVID-19. In the future, the usability evaluation of the remote class platform and the direction in which the domestic remote lecture platform should move should be presented.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of basic integrative lecture course of medical college through cyber lecture. This study was also aimed to develop and implement a progressive cyber-teaching method which integrative lecture system is concerned for medical students. In this study, effectiveness of cyber lecture on the student's satisfaction, content difficulty and course management were analyzed by way of anonymous survey at the end of basic neuroscience integrative lecture course. Survey data were also analyzed with statistical tools to find out strength of correlation between students degree of satisfaction to cyber lecture and their individual grade of this course. The majority of students held positive opinions on course management, level of difficulty in each session, utilizing multimedia contents and preferred cyber lecture system to be continued in the future. Many students also suggested intimate integration of multimedia contents shown in cyber lecture to the lab sessions for the maximization of educational effect. In this study, it suggested that cyber lecture could be a useful tool in teaching integrative medical subjects and play more important role in the future integrative medical subjects with the improvement of present problems and limitations.

인터넷을 기반으로 하여 많은 가상강의가 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 가상강의가 제대로 수행되기 위해서는 해당교과목의 분야 특성을 적절히 반영한 강의용 멀티미디어 컨텐츠가 개발되어야하고, 컨텐츠를 제공하고 교수 및 학생 활동을 지원하고 학습자에게 학습의 동기를 유발할 수 있는 운영환경이 제공되어야 한다. 본고는 대학의 기술계열 교과목에서 수년간에 걸친 가상 강의용 컨텐츠 개발 및 운영의 경험을 바탕으로 하여, 기술계 교육에 적절한 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 유형과 효과적인 개발 방법을 제안하고 개발 예를 보여주고 있다.

최근 건강-의료 분야의 학과 신설 및 전공자가 급격하게 늘어남에 따라 해부학 교육의 질적 향성 및 학습자의 학습효과 증진을 도모하기 위해서는 새로운 강의방식의 도입이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 해부학 과목이 전공필수로 포함되어 있는 강원대학교 2개 학과(간호학과, 스포츠과학부) 전공자들을 대상으로 해부학 강의를 위하여 강원대학교 e-러닝 센터와 함께 가상강의 컨텐츠를 개발 과정에 있어 담당교수의 역할을 분석하고, 정규교육과정에서 적용한 후, 학생들의 설문 조사와 가상강의실 운영 성과를 평가하였다. 해부학 가상강의 컨텐츠와 운영에 대하여 학생들의 만족도와 활용가능성, 난이도, 운영의 적절성에서 긍정적인 평가를 받았으며, 가상강의실 게시판 활동을 통하여 학생들이 자율적이고 능동적인 학습활동을 보여 주었다. 그러나 학생들이 개선점으로 지적한 컨텐츠의 질적 향상 및 관련 자료의 보강은 시급히 개선해야 할 부분으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 건강-의료 분야의 전공자뿐만 아니라 다양한 분야에서 요구하고 있는 강의수요에 비해 턱없이 부족한 해부학 전공 교수진의 교육 부담을 경감하고 해부학교육에 있어 새로운 지평을 열수 있는 가상강의에 대한 연구로서, 향후 해부학 강의에 있어 충분한 활용가치가 있는 효과적인 교수법이 될 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning and status of the current service of academic libraries in the aspect of its supporting roles for academic courses. The research methods include an examination of model cases from the U.S.A. and Hong Kong and also an electronic questionnaire survey of 32 academic libraries in Korea(67% response rate). With the result of the research analysis, this study aimed to provide optimal administrative plans in e-learning environment.

The demand for learning programming anywhere at a low cost at any time is increasing. Accordingly, there have been a great number of web-based programming courses. Generally, teaching Web-based programming classes is very challenging. Thus effective methods for teaching these courses should be researched. Based on several years of experiences in teaching a Web-based programming course as well as the related literature, this paper presents its effective teaching strategies. First, some design strategies of its course contents for developing programming skills are proposed, considering the characteristics of programming courses as well as potential learners. Next, its effective assessment and class management strategies are proposed. Finally, we evaluate the results of student grades and operation of a Web-based programming course offered most recently using proposed strategies. They demonstrate that we can enhance learning effects of the course.

Universities have to offer efficient education through measuring and evaluating courses precisely. Course evaluation gives instructors a chance of understanding quality and issues arisen in courses, and students a chance of the effective learning. This study investigates general characteristics and administration method of course evaluation in engineering education. The investigation includes elements of course evaluation, various evaluation methods, effective administration methods, and validation of the evaluation. A survey was undertaken to the students at Myongji University regarding course evaluation. The study summarized the results of the survey.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the learners' satisfactions of the video conferencing for global engineering education and provide the implications for effective video conferencing. This study analyzed the learners' satisfactions on their participation in the video conferencing. We conducted a questionnaire survey with 132 subjects who studied in the video conferencing universities, and performed interviews with 27 learners. The results include learners wanted to have more practical themes to satisfy their interests; faculty roles among domestic professors and abroad professors should be specified: distance learners should be guided to have diverse interactions among themselves. The implications are explored for the future study and video conferencing practices.

In order to efficiently improve teaching and learning methods of the department of Early Childhood Education in cyber universities, this research analysed and assessed the problems of the current situation of lectures of the department of early childhood education. Firstly, this research examined the characteristics of cyber-education and the lecturer's role in it. Secondly, the types and status of management of online-lectures were investigated. Finally, the student management and the variety of interaction taking place online were examined. The plan to vitalize the cyber-education of early childhood education that was suggested in this study was mainly focused on developing excellent educational contents and continual research of cyber-education's method of teaching and learning. Then for the activation of online interaction, technological support and teaching strategies are needed to activate online interaction.
