This paper is focused on the e-business level in Kangwon Province by industries, volumes, employees comparing with nation wide survey output, and analysis of the tasks and problems of e-business in environment, infrastructure, process, manpower, effect. Poor level of Kangwon province was identified. It is important that role clarity and cooperation among central goverment, Kangwon province, large enterprises and small and medium enterprises. Local goverment and regional cities and counties should play a centripetal role of the regional enterprises, and faithfully execute the support policies of the central goverment, and make the unique supporting climate of coopration between the university and enterprises in consideration with situations of each regional characteristics. More specifically, there are widening the infrastructure of e-business for regional enterprises, strenthening educatin and public relation of the electronic commerce, supporting and utilizing the electronic ccommerce research center. Also, fund supporting for SOHO is desirable in consideration of the poor Kangwon land and population, and to enhence the electronic commerce technology of the Kangwon enterprises, relative importance of policy of it is incresing. In conclusion, indices of Kangwon province in all areas of the survey is appeared poor. So efficient and effective policies is needed in each central and regional goverment. To promote Kangwon enterprises, investment in e-business commerce should be expanded.

This study aims to contribute regional economic development by means of searching port logistics industry activation scheme of Gangwon province which has locational advantage around the East Sea Region. Thus, this thesis was provided the port logistics industry activation schemes of that region in the point of local and government view. In the local government level, this study was provided the selection of a key port and its intensive development, establishment of port networking among major port and e-port system of this region, and enlargement of the FTA etc. Also this study was required the relative industry invitation and upbringing, and intensive port logistics marketing activity. On the other hand, in the government level, it needs larger SOC investment for enlargement of direct accessibility and connection to the Gangwon-do ports, and required the intensive and efficient support. Finally, it was proposed the establishment of the total logistics expert education system.

강원도의 약 89%가 산지로 되어 있기 때문에 강원지역 주민의 거주지는 대부분 홍수 피해를 강하게 받는 계곡이나 하천변에 잡고 있으며 매년 반복되는 홍수의 피해 위험이 높다. 따라서 홍수 시 생활공간을 보호하기 위한 제방의 안전성을 확보하는 것은 강원도의 하천관리에서 가장 중요한 점이다. 호안공법은 일반적으로 하천의 생태계나 경관적인 측면에서 부정적인 경우가 많은 인공시설물이기 때문에 최근에는 자연과 어울리는 친자연형 호안공법을 추구한다. 본 연구는 강원도 내 1개 국가하천 6개 지점, 214개 지방하천 2,760개 지점에 대한 하천 호안공법의 종류, 식생상태, 하천특성, 호안파괴 특성 등을 조사하고 하천호안공법 적용 하천특성과 호안공법, 식생 등의 관계를 분석하여 강원도형 호안공법 개발의 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 강원도에 설치된 호안공법은 망태형, 붙임형, 블록형, 쌓기형, 옹벽형으로 구분할 수 있으며, 영동지역은 망태형 25%, 옹벽형 20.1.%, 블록형 18.3%를 차지하고 있으나 영서지역 하천은 쌓기형 32.9%, 망태형 19.2%, 옹벽형 16.6%를 나타내고 있다. 두 지역에서 옹벽이 16%이상을 차지하는 것은 하천경사가 급하고 만곡 수충부가 많아 홍수 시 구조적인 안정성이 큰 옹벽을 통한 호안보호에 따른 것으로 판단된다. 옹벽을 제외하면 하천평면이 호안공법 선택에 큰 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 보이며 오히려 하천경사나 하천재료 특성이 반영된 것으로 판단된다. 호안파괴의 원인은 홍수 시 하상의 세굴이다. 그러나 옹벽호안은 국부적인 하상세굴에도 콘크리트 구조특성으로 쉽게 파괴되지는 않는 것으로 판단된다. 보 하류지점에 설치된 돌망태 호안은 하상저하와 보에 의한 유향변동으로 발생된 강한 수충현상에 의해 파괴되는 것으로 조사되었다. 호안의 식생 활착은 블록형, 망태형, 쌓기형 호안의 순으로 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 망태형이나 쌓기형 호안은 영동지역보다는 영서지역에서 높은 식생 피복도를 나타냈으며, 이는 하천의 경사와 호안의 침수빈도와 관계가 큰 것으로 판단된다. 식생블록형 호안은 지역 구분 없이 식생피복도가 높고 하천경사나 재료특성에도 불구하고 강원도의 하천호안공법으로 우수한 기능을 한다. 시급히 식생을 도입하고자 하는 경우 식생블록형 호안이 추천되며 호안공의 안정성과 식생의 다양성 측면에서는 망태형 호안공법이 추천된다.

The present study surveyed 750 graduate and undergraduate students who were living or not living in Gangwon province concerning the characteristics of disasters in Gangwon province, people's consciousness of disaster prevention, etc. According to the results of analysis, all the respondents thought that the possibility of disasters is higher in Gangwon province(74.0%) than in any other province. Compared to non-residents, Gangwon province residents tended to perceive that the possibility of storm and flood disasters and forest fires is high in Gangwon province. As to reasons for frequent disasters in Gangwon province, the respondents mentioned disadvantageous natural conditions, the shortage of disaster prevention facilities and local residents' low consciousness of disaster prevention. As to methods for enhancing people's consciousness of disaster prevention in Gangwon province, they considered essential the expansion of disaster prevention facilities and education on disaster prevention. In particular, 62.1% of the respondents did not have experiences in disaster education. This suggests the necessity for extending disaster education.

This study was conducted to provide basic data on the antioxidant activity, inhibition of adipocyte differentiation and reactive oxygen species (ROS) production of a mixture of Brassica juncea extract (BJE) and fermented black rice fraction (BRF). We investigated the total phenol content, total flavonoid content, antioxidant effects (DPPH radical scavenging, ABTS radical scavenging, reducing power, FRAP and ORAC assay) and anti-obesity activity of the mixture in 3T3-L1 cells. Our results showed that the total phenol and flavonoid content increased with increasing BRF mixture ratio. The antioxidant activity increased as the BRF mixture ratio increased. In addition, BJE and BRF mixtures did not show any cytotoxicity during the 3T3-L1 differentiation period. During adipocyte differentiation, BJE and BRF mixtures significantly inhibited lipid accumulation and ROS production compared to the control group. These results warrant further experiments to develop an anti-obesity functional food using a mixture of BJE and BRF.

'위생적인 계란 생산'을 최고의 가치로 생각하는 박철주 대표의 신림양계장을 찾아보았다. 신림양계장은 강원도 원주시 신림면 성남리에 위치한 산란계 농장으로, 산란계 31,000수와 중추 21,000수를 사육하고 있다. 11년간 산란계를 키운 박 대표는 무항생제 인증은 물론 강원도에서 최초로 산란계 HACCP인증을 획득했을 정도로 위생에 대한 관심이 뜨거웠다.

강원도 홍천강의 수원지인 서석면의 물 맑고 공기 좋은 마을에 자리 잡은 어른목장(강원도 홍천군 서석면 어론리)은 매일 깨끗하게 목장을 청소하고 주변을 정리하는 장인학 이순이 부부의 일터이자 생활공간이다. 계절마다 이름 모를 야생화가 피어나고 한가로이 젖소가 쉬고 있는 모습을 보기 위해 유치원 아이들도 찾는다는 어론 목장을 찾아가 보았다.
