This study aims to provide the basic materials for the development of leisure and tourism contents in connection with Osaek cableway for the revitalization of Osaek District. For such a purpose, the following policy directions were presented through the analysis of the present situation and conditions of Osaek District, the direction of development of leisure and tourism contents of Osaek District, etc. The first is increasing the participation of local residents and reinforcing their capabilities. The suggested promotion plans are ① establishing organizational system and strengthening support, ② reinforcing the capabilities of local residents and ③ constructing networks with external human resources. The second is setting the guidelines for contents development. It was proposed to prepare contents for leisure experience using the natural environment of Osaek District in response to the trend of increase of people who enjoy "contents using culture and arts" and leisure. The third is typological approach to contents. It was proposed to develop cultural contents with the theme of Osaek such as "Osaek Light Festival", "Osaek Concert", "Osaek Photo Exhibition" and "Osaek Good Men and Women Contest" for the promotion of the brand of the place name of Osaek and the creation of the "Picture Book Village" for the compilation of the history and culture of Osaek District with pictures. The fourth is securing marketing channels. For this, it was proposed to produce the website of Yangyang County or a website tentatively named as "Osaek-ri with Beautiful Osaek" and introduce an integrated travel product (transportation + lodging + foods + experience (hot spring, mineral water therapy, leisure experience, etc.) + purchasing local specialty products, etc.) composed of the leisure and tourism contents, transportation, lodging, foods, etc. of Osaek District through travel agencies. The final policy direction presented was phased implementation of the development and operation of the contents. Proposed policies include support of a consulting project to upgrade the organization of local residents; implementation of "Tourism Dure (Cooperative)" project for the solution of the problem of tourism in Osaek District by the residents themselves together using the space of culture and arts made by remodeling idle public and private facilities after benchmarking exemplary places; system improvement for the introduction of leisure and tourism contents appropriate for local conditions; and the establishment of a master plan for the introduction of various leisure and tourism contents in Osaek District.

When viewing that since the 1990s local governments have tried to build golf courses as a plan to revitalize the attraction of home and abroad tourists and to increase their tax incomes and that big companies are interested in leisure business including golf courses as a future promising business in the 21st century, golf courses seem to continuously increase in the future. On the contrary, noticing that golf courses are not only the main culprit behind the damage of natural environment and environmental pollution but also a target of real estate speculation and that golf makes a sense of incongruity between the classes of a society as a luxury sports, environment activists and local residents raise criticism to golf. Golf in our country shows a special sports phenomenon of which the pros and cons appear continuously. So, it is judged that policy for golf development direction should be set up based on verified scientific data. Thus, the research aims at deriving the location types of golf courses by looking at laws from the period of formation of the initial domestic golf courses to the recent period, grasping their distribution status according to time series and regions, conducting a questionnaire survey regarding location factors for golfers and the workers of golf courses, and dividing golf courses into several types. It is expected that the research will be a fundamental material when a golf course is built later on, contributing to the research of golf courses.

The purpose of this study was to provide a method to support customized weather and environmental information services for the successful operation of winter sporting events. First, individual in-depth interviews and surveys were conducted with athletes, coaching staffs and experts related to the competition for 10 different winter sports for analysis of their needs. We conducted face-to-face survey and survey considering the training schedule and situation of experts. The recorded voice file was converted into word text, and extracted the weather and environmental information elements embedded in the opinions of the research participants based on literature reviews and data. The findings are expected to provide basic data on the weather conditions required to support specialized weather information for future large winter sports events, including the PyeongChang Winter Olympics.

The purpose of this study was to verify a model for the structural relationships of safety education provided by a marine leisure sports experience center to first-aid coping skills and experience satisfaction. 307 male and female customers who used a marine leisure sports experience center located in the city of S-si, K-do Province, were investigated from June 15 to August 30, 2017. The collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS/PC+ 20.0 and Amos 16.0. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the safety education offered by the marine leisure sports experience center was found to have affected first-aid coping skills(t=3.425, p<.001). Second, the safety education by the marine leisure sports experience center was found to have exerted an influence on experience satisfaction(t=3.751, p<.001). Third, the first-aid coping skills of the marine leisure sports experience center was found to have had an impact on experience satisfaction(t=6.781, p<.001). The measurement model for the hypothesis test in this study was found to be appropriate(GFI=.978, NFI=993, CFI=984). Given the findings of the study, more extended safety education is expected to be effective, as customers who use marine leisure sports experience centers will be able to enjoy marine leisure sports more safely and improve their quality of life when they are compulsorily required to receive safety education.

Public sports facilities, which have increased in number due to continued government attention and investment, are used by a large number of residents in the province. However, the safety management in some facilities is limited due to being carried out with reference to safety management standard manuals as a mere formality. The purpose of this study was to analyze the current safety management status of public sports facilities in Gangwon and to seek out a policy direction that can be used safely by provincial residents. To this end. the study made a comprehensive review of central government and Gangwon government policy trends in sports facility safety management in Gangwon along with actual cases, from which it made the following suggestions for policy directions. First, it proposed the designation and operation of specialized institutions using locally established development and municipal companeie,. universities and cooperatives. and the training and fostering of safety managers for sports facilities. Secod, it proposed the establishment of a foundation to promote a sport facility safety culture such as designation of and commendation for excellent facility safety management on the provincial level. holding case presentations on safety and responsiveness. sports safety experience plazas, sports safety classes, and cartoons for public relations. Third, it proposed setting the foundation for a safety management system that takes into account the greater quantity of leisure sports facilities compared to other cities and provinces. Fourth, it proposed the establishment of an institutional basis to establish support ordinance for sports facility safety management that meets the local conditions in Gangwon. Fifth, it proposed safety management measures for sports facilities at the central government level in parallel with a basic plan for sports facility safety management tailored to Gangwon that matches the conditions on the ground in the region.

환경문제가 사회적으로 크게 대두되면서, 환경 보전 및 복원에 대한 국민들의 관심이 높아졌다. 특히 하천의 경우, 시민들의 레저 활동 및 휴식을 위한 공간으로도 활용되고 있어 청정한 환경 유지를 위한 노력이 필요하다. 하천의 생태기능은 하천에서 살아가는 각종 생물의 서식 조건을 유지함으로써 하천이 환경적으로 건강한 상태를 유지하도록 하는데 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 우리나라는 70년대 이후부터 오염물질로부터의 수량 보장 등의 목적으로 하천 유지유량을 설정하여 관리하고 있다. 최근에는 이러한 단순 수질 환경 및 물수요의 충족을 위한 취수량 확보 목적을 넘어 수생태계 보호를 위한 유량인 환경생태 유량의 확보가 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 일반적으로 생태계 기능을 보존하는데 필요한 최적 또는 최소 유량에 대한 평가는 다양한 종의 어류에 대한 하천의 유량과 서식지 가용성 사이의 관계를 정의하는 서식지 기반 모델에 의해 수행되어왔으며, 이를 위해서 우선적으로 하천 단면에 대한 수위, 유량, 지반고 등의 하천 고유 특성에 대한 정보를 필요로한다. 이에 본 연구는 생태유량 산정에 앞서 HEC-RAS(하천 분석 시스템)를 이용하여 한강권역내 생태유량 산정을 위한 취약지역 3지점에 대한 하천 단면 정보에 대한 분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구 결과는 한강권역 환경생태유량 산정 및 하천 관리를 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

우리나라 국민은 그간 건전한 레저활동의 비활성화로 인해 고스톱 등의 도박에 노출될 기회가 않았다. 또한 2000년에는 강원랜드 카지노가 출범하였으며, 월드컵복권 등의 각종 복권산업도 활성화되고 있다. 이는 현재 우리나라의 도박 산업이 새로운 전기를 맞고 있다고 볼 수 있으며, 향후 도박인구의 증가와 도박의 생활 근접성을 예측할 수 있다. 그러나 도박 산업은 그로부터 발생하는 수입과 동시에 각종 사회적 폐해가 공존하고 있다는 것은 주지의 사실이다. 따라서 도박산업의 건전한 발전을 위해서는 이로 인해 사회적인 편익과 비용을 분석할 필요가 있으며 또한 이를 근거로 피해를 감소할 수 있는 효과적인 방법을 연구해야 한다. 그러나 도박으로 인한 비용과 혜택의 추정은 발생요인의 다양성과 추상성 때문에 정확한 집계가 없었으며, 따라서 본 연구에서는 이렇게 다양하고 추상적인 도박 산업의 사회적 비용과 혜택을 계량화하기 위한 방법론을 제시하고자 한다.

Gangwon-do is a representative leisure resort. However, the provision of tourism information has not escaped the existing image- and text-oriented simplicity. Therefore, a linkage strategy for the content business is needed to revitalize tourist attractions. In this paper, first, we provide a 360-degree rotating VR content authoring function. Second, we propose a dynamic platform including a function that allows users to easily author tour scheduling after registering VR content on a map. Finally, the proposal system provides pre-tourism customers with an opportunity to increase satisfaction by providing online pre-experience.

This study was to examine the physical environment of public golf course for golf popularization. More specifically, this study was try to analyze the effects of physical environment on customer emotional response, golf course's image and recommendation intention of public golf course. This study were analyzed by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, among the physical environmental variables of public golf course, facilities' convenience, cleanliness, and aesthetics had positive effects on customers' positive emotion. Second, among the physical environmental variables of public golf course, facilities' cleanliness had effects on customers' negative emotion. Third, physical environment of public golf course had positive effects on golf course's image. Fourth, physical environment of public golf course had positive effects on recommendation intention.
