Digital Technology actively utilized in all spheres by rapid changes in information and knowledge demands transformations not only in the sociocultural and educational spheres but also specifically in the field of arts education. Digital Technology becomes a challenging factor for the field of arts education. In this study purposed a new teaching-learning approach method in arts education, called "Music Technology-Based Learning"(hereafter, MTBL), which is to, first, take interdisciplinary approaches combining various subjects in the field of arts education. In the case study was conducted to examine the educational effects of the MTBL approach to the liberal arts course in university: mind maps derived from 2 sessions (pre-class and post-class), evaluation sheets regarding self-directed learning and in-depth interviews with ten voluntary learners after the class were used as methods for data collection. The result of case study shows positive changes in the terms of the degrees of emotional sensibilities of the learners. Moreover, the research confirmed the potential of MTBL as a new teaching and learning methodology in art education.

The deaths caused by industrial accidents during the construction of the mortality rate is considerably higher than in other industries. To prevent such a disaster workers and to minimize unsafe behavior measures to be drawn, and construction companies recently to stimulate the emotions of the workers to participate in voluntary activities are safe. In this study, the construction workers can stimulate emotions and activities on the environment by examining the preferences of the workers on-site management will want to take advantage. This study revealed that the construction workers prefer the incentive most and then working environment.

음성인식, 행동패턴인식, 텍스트마이닝 등 사람의 자연스러운 사회적인 활동을 통해 감성을 분석하려는 연구는 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 특히 SNS는 현대사회에서 없어서는 안 될 소통의 도구로 자리 잡았기 때문에 SNS의 비정형데이터를 이용한 감성분석은 마케팅 분야에서 중요한 활용도구로 사용되고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 한국어에 대한 감성인식 역시 다방면으로 분석, 활용되고 있고 한국어의 어순과 표현방식, 중의성, 방언 등의 몇 가지 특징으로 인해 영어와는 다른 방식으로의 접근방식에 대한 필요성이 많은 연구에서 논의되고 있다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 이러한 한국어의 특징을 수용하여 분석할 수 있도록 시계열 분석에 유용한 LSTM과 중복단어에 대한 가중치를 적용하여 한국어 감성분석을 진행해보고자 한다.

동일한 감성자극을 받더라도 개인의 대뇌변연계에 저장된 정보에 의하여 그 느끼는 감성이 달라진다. 대뇌변연계에 저장되는 정보에 영향을 주는 요소로서 전전두엽의 비대칭성, 성별, 연령, 문화, 교육, 환경(지역 및 사회적) 등이 있다. 예를 들면 동일한 음질을 갖는 소리에 대하여 청취하는 사람에 따라 서로 다른 음향감성을 느끼게 되며 동일한 색채에 대하여는 풍토색이 서로 다른 환경에서 성장할 경우 그 느끼는 색채감성이 달라지게 된다. 이와 같이 감성에 영향을 주는 여러 요인들과 그 결과와의 상관성을 도출하여 궁극적으로 감성적 생리/병리에 활용하기 위해 산업자원부 지정 심뇌혈관데이터센터에서는 향후 감성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 다양한 생리신호와 그 결과로서의 감성을 체계적으로 데이터베이스화 해나갈 계획이다.

High-tech sensibility textile and fashion, in which consumers' emotions and various textile and fashion technologies are converged, is an important industrial group. It is important to develop the ability to apply in practice by gathering the creative by understanding other fields and exchanging ideas through interdisciplinary collaboration in the field of emotional engineering. Through interdisciplinary research and collaboration, talent must be nurtured of individuals who would lead the era of the 4^th Industrial Revolution with the ability to empathize with others as well as the creative convergence-type intellectual ability necessary for the rapidly changing society. To determine content-creation methods, basic research is conducted. Additionally, this study investigates on the current status and educational process of the emotional textile-fashion industry worldwide. To nurture talents in the textile and fashion sensibility science, the basic contents are created to manage the knowledge that delivers sensibility science and the ICT related to this field, as well as in the intensive, PB-style conceptual design based on sensibility. The process from derivation of consumer emotion analysis and product development can be experienced through smart kit practice. Moreover, various methods are developed to set up intellectual property rights generated while developing ICT convergence products as start-ups. The study also covers new knowledge rights to develop emotional textile fashion.

The objective of this research is to propose the policy alternatives which can assist schools to effectively carry out the School Space Innovation Project (SSIP) of the Ministry of Education. The Emotional Space Project (ESP) of Gangwon-do School District was analyzed as one of representative SSIPs. Chapter II analyzed the project process and stakeholders involved in the ESP. Chapter III carried out the interview with the representative stakeholders that had participated in each step. The interview described the major problems ESP and SSIP have. Finally, Chapter IV proposed the comprehensive alternatives to deal with the problems, such as improving the effectiveness of project information sessions, strengthening the competencies of facilitators, and developing guidelines. It is expected that the research alternatives can be applied for developing innovative school spaces more suited to school scenes as well as helping effective operation of SSIP in schools.

인간의 감성은 감정과는 구분되는 심리적 현상으로, 감정이 강도가 높으며 생리적, 신체적 반응을 동반하는데 비하여, 감성은 강도가 낮으며 겉으로 나타나는 생리적 변화가 없다. 감정은 외부의 감각자극에 대하여 두뇌에서 단계적인 정보처리의 결과로 나타나지만 감성은 반사적이고 직관적으로 발생된다. 감정은 하나의 대상에 대하여 여러사람이 유사한 반응을 보이는 공통성과 객관성을 갖지만, 감성은 동일한 대상에 대해서도 개인에 따라 다양하게 나타나며 시간과 환경에 따하서도 변화한다. 감정은 일반성, 객관성, 반복성과 같은 학문적 연구대상으로서의 조건을 만족시키고 있으나, 감성은 그 특성이 학문이나 연구의 대상이 되기 위한 조건들을 충족시키지 못하며, 따라서 연구대상으로 인정받지 못하고 있다. 감성이 감정에 비하여 가장 두드러지는 점은 감정의 종류가 외부자극의 종류에 따라 결정되어지는 반면 감성의 발생은 개인의 재부상태, 즉 생활경험에 의한 기억에 의존한다는 점이다. 감성의 개인성, 변화성, 불확실성, 애매모호성등을 설명할 수 있기 위해서는 기존의 학문이 갖는 폐쇄성에서 벗어나 보다 많은 변수를 체계적이고 다각적으로 고려하는 새로운 접근이 필요하다. 학문과 연구대상에 대한 조건의 확대가 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 개인의 감성은 해당 시점에서 개인이 갖고 있는 심리상태와 함깨 연령, 성별, 교육정도, 건강상태와 같은 개인요소뿐만 아니라 개인의 의식과 생활에 영향을 미치는 가정과 사회특성, 나아가 전통과 관습, 종교, 환경등와 같은 문화적 특성에 의해서도 변화된다. 그리고 이들 요소들을 개인이 처한 상황에 따라 영향의 정도가 다양하게 변화한다. 많은 요인들에 의하여 다양하게 변화되는 감성은 감성의 영향을 받는 생활환경과 결합되고, 생활경험을 중심으로 한 기억은 두뇌의 Limbic system은 자율신경계를 조절하는 hypothalamus와 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있다. 따라서 감성의 측정평가를 위해서는 생활경험에 영향을 미치는 제반 요인들의 파악과 함께 자율신경계의 반응을 측정할 수 있는 방법의 개발이 요구된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the level of occupational stress and emotional intelligence in hospice volunteers. Methods: Participants were 158 hospice volunteers at hospitals in B city. Occupational stress, emotional intelligence, and general characteristics of hospice volunteers were measured. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients. Results: The mean score for occupational stress was 2.16 points out of 4 and 4.65 out of 7 for emotional intelligence. The scores for occupational stress and emotional intelligence were significantly different by educational level and monthly income in hospice volunteers. Occupational stress was negatively correlated with emotional intelligence (r=-0.196, P=0.013). Conclusion: A continuous educational program is needed to offer volunteers with new hospice-related trends. To ensure quality care for patients and their families, it should be helpful to encourage hospice volunteers to build a social network to enhance their emotional intelligence.

최근 기업들의 고객만족은 단발성 고객 유치를 넘어 고객의 기업 충성도를 높이기 위한 '고객 감동 서비스'를 강조하고 있다. 이러한 모토 하에서 많은 기업들은 직원들의 친절 매뉴얼을 만들어 CS(Consumer Service) 근로자들의 서비스 교육을 강화하고 있다. 고객센터에 근무하는 근로자 및 텔레마케터 등으로 대표되는 서비스직 종사자들은 무조건적인 고객을 향한 친절은 물론이고 고객만족을 이끌어 내고 고객을 유치하기 위해 기업들은 근로자들에게 강제적 감정 표현을 강요하기에 이르렀다. 예를 들어 근로자가 실제 느끼는 감정과는 별도로 그 어떤 '진상 고객'을 만나더라도 웃음을 잃지 않고 화를 내지 않기를 교육받는 것이다. 이를 통한 감정노동과 감정지능에 대한 연구가 최근 들어 활발해 지고 있다. 사실 감정노동이라는 것 자체는 서비스산업이 발달하면서 나타나는 불가피한 현상이기는 하다. 서비스산업 노동 자체가 고객과의 대면 상황을 전제로 하기 때문이다. 그러나 자연스러운 수준에서 일어나는 감정 관리, 다분히 인간적인 수준에서의 표정 관리 이상을 서비스산업 노동자들이 강요받고 있다는 것이다. 또한 최근에는 조직구성원의 감성이 조직생활에 영향을 미침을 인식하게 되면서 조직 내의 감성에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며 사람, 돈, 정보 등의 물리적 자원 등과 같은 조직을 구성하는 핵심요소와 함께 지식과 감성과 같은 비가시적인 자원 또한 조직을 구성하는 중요한 요소라는 주장이 제기되었다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 산업의 주된 감정노동과 조직 내에서 중요한 요소로 자리를 잡아가고 있는 감성지능에 대한 개념과 정의를 제시하고 감정노동과 감성지능에 대한 차이점 및 직무스트레스에 주는 영향에 대하여 연구하고자 한다.

The interface metaphor has been evolved gradually from desktop to agent-oriented paradigm. Multimedia contents could be simply recognized as the multimodal communicational interface. In this respect, the emotional agents are actively focused as the research topics to test the possibility for realizing anthropomorphized and sympathetic interfaces. In this paper, the emotion generation model for tutoring agents is suggested.
