The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between clinical practice stress, practice satisfaction, and nursing image of nursing students with experience of Gerontological nursing practice and to identify factors affecting nursing image. Data were collected from 150 nursing students from September 1 to 23, 2016 and analyzed using SPSS / Win 23.0. Results showed, practise stress was 3.13, satisfaction, 3.14 and nursing image, 3.32. Correlation analysis revealed that there was negative correlation between practice stress and practicec satisfaction, practice stress and nursing image, and a positive correlation between nursing image and practice satisfaction. Meanwhile, the factor affecting nursing image was practice satisfaction (${\beta}=.602$) and the explanatory power was 40%. Therefore, effective nursing education and practical strategies are needed to improve the nursing image and practice satisfaction of Gerontological nursing practice of nursing students.

This study examined the effects of simulation-based practice on competence and satisfaction in nursing students. We collected the data from 189 4th grade nursing students. Simulation-based practice was conducted from August 28th to November 27th, 2015. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 program. As the result of simulation-based practice, significant improvement was found in competence (t=-14.42, p<.001) and satisfaction($4.53{\pm}.58$). Simulation-based practice can help students to improve their overall abilities in clinical practices and increase their satisfaction in result. Therefore we suggest that more systematic and continual simulation-based practice should be applied in nursing education.

The purpose of this study is to compare the differences in transfer motivation and learning self-efficacy before and after applying virtual simulation for nursing in psychiatric nursing practice, and to provide them as basic data for effective psychiatric practical education. This study was conducted from October to December 2020. The subjects were 41 people who were enrolled in the third year of a located in U city, and who had received psychiatric nursing practice education using virtual simulation for nursing. Data were analyzed by paired t-test and pearson's correlation coefficient. After practice compared to before psychiatric nursing practice with virtual simulation nursing applied, transfer motivation was significantly increased and learner self-efficacy increased, but it was not statistically significant. Therefore, It was confirmed that psychiatric nursing practice education using virtual simulation for nursing is partly an effective practice strategy.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between stress and satisfaction with clinical practice of 113 nursing students. The subjects scored 3.17 points of full 5 on stress with clinical practice and 3.24 of full 5 on satisfaction with clinical practice. There were no significant correlations between their stress with clinical practice and satisfaction with clinical practice(r=-.048, p=.615). The findings of this study provide the basis for expanding nursing practice and education for nursing students, and nursing administrators and professors should make efforts to increase nursing students' satisfaction with clinical practice and decrease stress with clinical practice.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of clinical practice and simulation-based practice for Women's Nursing Practice in terms of practice satisfaction, practice stress and clinical competence. The participants were male students in the second and third grades in nursing and total 63 students, 34 in the experimental group, and 29 in the control group. The experimental group participated in simulation-based practice for 6 Weeks, five hours and the control group participated in clinical practice at maternity ward for 10 days, nine hours each. The experimental group showed higher level of practice satisfaction (p<.001), practice stress (p= .048) and clinical competence (p= .030) compared to the control group. Simulation-based practice is an effective learning method for Women's nursing and can be used as the alternative for clinical practice. However, stress management strategies are needed for simulation-based practice.

Importance recognition of the nursing management(N. M.) clinical practice contents and the actual practical experience were studied against 289 students of 3 nursing schools who had undergone the senior N. M clinical practice. The most important item they considered from the practical evaluation was responsibility followed by interpersonal relationship, trust, communication, and ethic. For the importance of the N. M. contents, nursing unit management was considered as the most important(4.37/5). Abilities they could actually experience from the clinical practice were nursing unit management(22.0%), understanding of nursing management(20.7%), and human resource management(19.8%). And, abilities they could never experience were marketing(52.4%) and financial management(44.0%). Since there was an inconsistency between the importance of contents students recognized and the actual experience, I suggest a completion of standardized protocol of N. M. clinical training and implementation of management training exclusive preceptor system.

This study was attempted to understand the phenomenon in depth by exploring the special experiences of occupational health nurses who guided occupational health nursing practice education. Participants were eight occupational health nurses who had experience teaching occupational health nursing practice for more than a semester. Data collected as focus groups were analyzed by phenomenological methods. As a result of the analysis, the experience of student practice education of occupational health nurses was derived into four categories: 'Nursing student practice education started from their own experiences', 'Proceeding nursing student practice despite difficulties', 'Feel rewarding' and 'Presenting alternatives'. An understanding the experience of nursing student practice education by occupational health nurses can be used as a reference to improve or develop occupational health nursing practice curriculum, such as establishing practice regulations suitable for the characteristics of occupational health nursing practice subjects.

Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the degree of verbal abuse, emotional response, nursing professionalism, clinical practice stress during clinical practicim of nursing students. Methods: A sample of convenience was 106 nursing students, and a questionnaire was used to measure their verbal abuse, emotional response, nursing professionalism, clinical practice stress. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple linear regression. Results: A significant positive correlation was found among verbal abuse, emotional response, clinical practice stress(r=.683, r=.573). Grade of which the participant was in, verbal abuse(𝛽=.487), emotional response(𝛽=.240) were significant predictive variables of which accounted for 49% of the variance in clinical practice stress. Conclusions: The results from this study can provide basic data on the development of strategies for nursing college students to cope with verbal abuse and to manage stress under clinical practice

The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of achievement and satisfaction of pediatric nursing clinical practice by nursing students' evaluation. The subjects were 115 nursing students from the K university of B city and completed the child nursing practice from February 24 to June 24, 2016. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program and content analysis. Nursing students' achievement of learning ability and satisfaction of clinical practice were high, and there was a significant difference in achievement of learning ability according to age. 'To feel a sense of frustration about restricted practice experience' were from self-evaluation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a clinical practice strategy that can improve the achievement of the learning ability of the technology area and improve the satisfaction of the training institute.

The study was conducted to identify the effectiveness of nursing skills practice using VR(Virtual Reality) on competency and confidence in nursing skills, learning self-efficacy, and satisfaction of nursing students. This study used a randomized controlled trial design. The 35 patients in the experimental group took nursing skills practice using VR and The 35 patients in the control group took fundamental nursing skills practice. The data were conducted on confidence in nursing skills, learning self-efficacy, satisfaction, and nursing skills' competency. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 23.0 program. As a result of the study, there were no significant differences between the experimental and control groups in competency and confidence in nursing skills, learning self-efficacy, and satisfaction. However, confidence in nursing skills and learning self-efficacy increased after practice in both groups. The results indicate that nursing skills practice using VR was effective in improving nursing skills.
