  • 향후 더욱 경쟁적인 상황에 놓이게 될 보천의료 분야에 능동적으로 대처하기 위한 방안의 하나로서 보건의료 조직은 간호부서의 성과 향상을 위한 노력을 지속적으로 기울이고 있다. 이러한 성과 향상을 위한 노력은 정확한 성과의 측정이 함께 이루어질 때 가능하게 된다. 간호서비스의 성과 측정은 여러 각도에서 조명되고 측정이 이루어져야하며 간호관리자는 총괄적인 성과측정시스템에 대한 새로운 인식과 사전 준비작업으로 무장을 하여야 한다. 이러한 요구에 맞추어, 본 논문은 간호 서비스의 성과측정방법에 대한 고찰, 즉 생산성, 효율성, 간호의 질, 수익성. quality of work life에 대한 간호분야에서의 접근방법을 재정리하고, 새로운 총괄적인 성과측정방법의 개념을 제시한다.

The Influence of Job Stress and Ego-Resilience on Nursing Performance New Nurse In Secondary Hospitals (2차 병원 신규간호사의 직무스트레스와 자아탄력성이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This is an explanatory study to figure out the relationship job stress, the ego-resilience, and nursing performance of new nurses. The data were collected from 198 new nurses who have been working for 6-12 months in six secondary hospitals in province from February 16 to April 30, 2016. The degree of nursing performance were found to be high and the degree of job stress and ego-resilience were found to be middle. There was negative correlation between job stress and nursing performance. There was positive correlation between ego-resilience and nursing performance. Factors influencing nursing performance were ego-resilience, job stress, Motivation to choose nursing which explained 33.6% of the variance. It is suggested to highlight the importance of the nursing performance and to develop and execute the nursing intervention program for enhancing the ego-resilience of new nurses.

Effects of sense of humor and optimism on the nursing performance of the clinical nurse in the advanced general hospital (상급종합병원 임상간호사의 유머감각과 낙관성이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was done to explore the correlation among sense of humor, optimism, and nursing performance and identify factors related nursing performance among nurses. A survey was conducted for April 2018 with self-report questionnaire. Participants were 181registered nurses working in three tertiary hospitals. Sense of humor was positively correlated optimism, and nursing performance. Factors affecting nursing performance included educational background, work shift, clinical career. Nursing performance had a positive correlation with sense of humor and optimism. And work shift, sense of humor and optimism accounted for 38.6% of the variance in nursing performance. Therefore, quality management for developing nursing professionalism support for improving nursing performance and sense of humor and optimism . Future research will be needed to clarify the effects of the sense of humor and optimism promotion program on nursing performance.

The Effects of Emotional Intelligence, Nursing Work Environment on Nursing Work Performance in Clinical Nurses (임상간호사의 감성지능과 간호근무환경이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to identify the effect of emotional intelligence, nursing work environment on nursing performance in clinical nurses. Data were collected through a self-report questionnaire for 222 subjects and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression with SPSS WIN 22.0 program. The results showed that nursing performance had significant correlations with emotional intelligence and nursing work environment. Also, the influencing factors on nursing performance were emotional intelligence, age, nursing satisfaction, nursing work environment, and nursing unit. These factors explained 50.0% of variance. Therefore, emotional intelligence, age, nursing satisfaction, nursing work environment, and nursing unit should be considered in developing and applying an nursing interventions program to improve the nursing performance among clinical nurses.

Effects of MBO and Job Commitment on Nursing Performance in Operating Room Nurses (수술실 간호사의 목표관리특성과 직무몰입이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to examine the effect of management by objectives(MBO) and job commitment on the nursing performance of operating room(OR) nurses. The study was conducted on 226 OR nurses from tertiary healthcare institutions in Seoul. Multiple regression analysis was performed to determine the effect of OR nurses on nursing performance. In results, the factors that affect the nursing performance of OR nurses included the concreteness of goals, job commitment, and measurability of objectives in that order, and these variables explained 25.9% of the nursing performance. Therefore, in order to improve the performance of the nursing work, it is necessary to make efforts to create a work environment where nursing can be carried out due to the nature of the nursing operation. In addition, it is essential to develop a strategy to further the influence of the concreteness and measurability of goals among other attributes, thereby enhancing the job performance of OR nurses.

The Effect of Emotional Labor, Nursing Informatics Competency and Nursing Service Environment on Nursing Performance of Convalescent Hospital Nurse (요양병원 간호사의 감정노동, 간호정보역량 및 간호근무환경이 간호 업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This was descriptive research aimed at determining the effects of emotional labor, nursing informatics competency, and nursing service environment on the nursing performance of convalescent hospital nurses. One hundred thirty-one nurses participated in this survey. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS statics18 program. The distribution of the research variables and general characteristics were analyzed by frequency analysis and descriptive statistics. The correlation between emotional labor, nursing informatics competency, nursing service environment, and nursing performance was analyzed by the Pearson correlation, and the influencing factors were hierarchical multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, the average nursing performance was 65.5 (±8.5) points, emotional labor was 27.2 (±5.6) points, nursing informatics competency was 91.3 (±15.7), and the nursing service environment was 88.2(±16.0) points. The nursing performance showed a positive correlation with the nursing informatics competency (r=.32, p<.001) and nursing service environment (r=.25, p=.005). Nursing informatics competency was the biggest factor affecting nursing performance, and the nursing service environment had no significant influence. Among the general characteristics, marriage status and position also affected the nursing performance. The explanatory power of this regression model was 35.2% and was statistically significant (F=9.815, p<.001).

Effects of Emotional Intelligence and Convergent Nurses' Work Environment on Nursing Performance among Clinical Nurses as Career-beginners (사회초년기 종합병원간호사의 감성지능과 융·복합 간호업무환경이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the levels of emotional intelligence, and convergent nurses' work environment and to identify the effects of emotional intelligence and convergent nurses' work environment on nursing performance among clinical nurses as career-beginners. The study subject was a total of 95 clinical nurses as career-beginners that were recruited from three hospitals. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS 21.0 program were used to analyze the data. The study results had shown significant correlations of emotional intelligence, and convergent nurses' work environment and regulator of emotional and leadership had explanation power 28.0% of nursing performance. We should consider the methods to enhance regulator of personal emotional and improve leadership of administrators for nursing performance. Therefore, the results can be used as basic data to develop nursing performance improvement program and the strategies for clinical nurses as career-beginners.

Effects of Clinical Nurses' Self-leadership and Nursing Organizational Culture on Nursing Performance (임상간호사의 셀프리더십과 간호조직문화가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The objectives of this study were to understand the relationship between the self-leadership of clinical nurses, nursing organizational culture and nursing performance and identify factors influencing nursing performance. Data were collected from 242 nurses working at H hospital in A Metropolitan City. Data were gatherd collected from Oct 17 to Oct 23, 2016, and analyzed using SPSS 21.0 program. The analysis results showed that several demographic characteristics (i.e., age, marital status, educational level, position, clinical experience and clinical experience in the current department) significantly affected nursing performance. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis revealed that clinical experience in the current department and self-expectation are influencing factors in nursing performance and they explained 35.7% of the variance. In order to improve nursing performance, it is necessary to maintain the clinical experience in the current department and develop education programs for enhancing self-expectation of nurses.

Achievement of Nursing Program Outcome among Nursing Students (간호대학생의 간호학 학사학위 프로그램 학습성과 성취도)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the achievement of nursing program outcome among nursing students. Data were collected from December 7, 2021 to November 28, 2021, using a questionnaire for 141 fourth-grade college students in G-gun and C-city. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 23 with limits, mean and standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA. Results of the Study As for the program outcomes of nursing students' undergraduate degree program in nursing, Understanding the legal and ethical standards of nursing practice was the highest at 4.61 points and Global perception scored the lowest at 3.80 points. It was found that the higher the satisfaction with the department of nursing and the satisfaction with college life, the higher the program outcome achievement. Based on the research results, it is necessary to develop and apply a plan to improve by developing and applying curriculum and extracurricular activity programs in order to improve the global perception program outcome of the graduating year.

Effect of Nursing Job Stress, Resilience on Nursing Performance in Small and Medium-sized Hospitals (중소병원간호사의 업무 스트레스와 회복탄력성이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is a descriptive research study to identify work stress, resilience, nursing performance and influencing factors so that nurses in small and medium-sized hospitals can flexibly cope with rapidly changing medical environments. The subjects of the study were 219 nurses working at four small and medium-sized hospitals located in S region, and the survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. There was a negative correlation between work stress and nursing performance in small and medium-sized hospital nurses (r=-0.150, p<.05), and a positive correlation between work stress and resilience (r=0.160, p<.05). Nursing performance showed a positive correlation with resilience (r=0.351, p<.01). The variable affecting nursing performance was resilience (𝛽=.231, p<.01), and its explanatory power was 17.4% (Adj.R2=0.174, p<.001). Therefore, in order to improve the nursing performance of nurses, it is necessary to increase resilience.
