간호사의 환자관련 스트레스와 직무탈진의 관계에서 직무환경 요인의 융합적 상호작용 (Convergent Interaction Effects of Six Worklife Area on Relation between Nurse's Patients related Stress and Burnout)

  • 본 연구는 임상 간호사 개인이 지각하는 환자관련 스트레스와 직무탈진의 관계에서 직무환경이 미치는 융합적 상호작용을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 서울소재 상급종합병원에 근무하는 168명의 간호사였으며 자료는 2014년 7월 1일부터 15일까지 편의표집 되었다. 구조화된 설문지로 환자관련 스트레스, 직무환경, 직무탈진을 측정하였다. 연구결과 환자관련 스트레스는 직무탈진을 증가시키고 있었다. 환자관련 스트레스와 직무탈진의 관계에서 직무환경 요인의 역할을 분석한 결과 업무부하가 낮을수록 그리고 통제감, 보상, 공정성, 가치가 높을수록 환자관련 스트레스가 직무탈진에 미치는 부정적 영향이 감소하는 조절효과를 보여주었고, 커뮤니티는 직무탈진을 낮추는 주효과를 보여주었다. 이상의 연구결과로 볼 때 간호사의 직무탈진 완화를 위해 병원 차원의 직무환경 개선전략이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

수술실 간호사의 혈액매개감염 관련 지식, 위험지각과 감염예방행위 (Perception on and Behaviors for Blood-Borne Infection Prevention among Operating Room Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors related to blood-borne infection prevention behaviors based on the risk perception of the health belief model among operating room nurses. Risk perception factors included perceived susceptibility, barriers, benefits, and perceived severity. Methods: Data were collected from 121 operating room nurses working in four different hospitals in Daejeon and Seoul from June 30 to May 11, 2016. Results: The mean age was 31.2 years, and the average years of clinical experience in operating room was 7.9 years. The mean score of knowledge was 13.15. The mean score of perceived susceptibility, barrier, benefit, and perceived severity were 3.76, 3.70, 3.95, and 4.64, respectively. Blood-borne infection prevention behaviors had positive correlation with perceived benefits (p=.010), but negative correlation with sensitivity (p=.009) and barrier (p=.012). The hierarchical regression model on infection prevention behavior was statistically significant (F=4.85, p<.001). The sixteen percent of variance in behavior was explained by age (${\beta}=.18$, p=.038), perceived benefit (${\beta}=.20$, p=.030), perceived susceptibility (${\beta}=-.25$, p=.005), and perceived barrier (${\beta}=-.18$, p=.042). Conclusion: In order to increase infection prevention behaviors among operating room nurses, there is a need for developing specific education program focusing on appropriate management of equipment, instruments, and environment in operating room. In addition, support from the hospital organization level need to be provided as well.

간호사가 지각한 암환자의 퇴원후 가정간호요구 (Nurse의s Perception in the Homecare Needs of Cancer Patient)

  • The purpose of this descriptive study was to identify the homecare needs of the discharged patient with cancer as perceived by nurses caring hospitalized cancer patients. At two hospitals in Gyeongnam, 74 nurses responded to an open-ended questionnaire consisting of four need categories : 1) educational & informational need, 2) physical need, 3) emotional need, 4) social need. Respondents were asked to list above ten needs of cancer patient in each category. Two researchers analyzed the data by content analysis method. The findings are summarized as follows : 1) A total of 1,417 need items were generated by nurses. The largest number of needs were in the educational & informational need category(475 items, 36.3%). Physical(414 items, 31.6%), emotional (237 items, 18.1%) need were the second, third largest, and social(184 items, 14.0%) need made up the smallest category. 2) In the educational & informational need category, there were seven subcategories of prognosis, diet & exercise, medication & pain, wound care, folk remedy, personal hygiene, comfort. The need items related to prognosis of cancer accounted for almost a half(48.2%) of the total. 3) In the physical need category, there were ten subcategories of personal hygiene, skin & tissue, nutrition, side effect on treatment, exercise, pain, elimination, equipment, comfort & safety, others. The largest number of needs were in subcategory of the personal hygiene(82 items, 19.8%). 4) In the emotional need category, there were four subcategories of emotional support related to disease, emotional support related to routine life, spiritual support, maintenance of relationship with nurse & doctor. The largest number of needs were in subcatgory of the emotional support related to disease(96 items, 40.5%). 5) In the social need category, there were five subcategories of support for social life, household management, legal support, the use of volunteer service, financial support. The largest number of needs were in support for social life subcategory(58 items, 31.5%).

환자가 지각하는 불확실성 정도와 간호사의 대 환자(對 患者) 지각정도 (Discrepancy in the scores of uncertainty perceived by patients and nurses′ interperson perception.)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess and compare discrepancy in the scores of uncertainty perceived by patients and nurses' interperson perception. For this study, 124 hospitalized patients and the same numbered nurses assigned for direct care of each 124 patients were selected from general ward of C. University Hospital in Seoul during the time period from September to November 1987. Degree of uncertainty was measured by 27 items modified from Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale (MUIS), and was utilized by a Likert type scale The data were analysed by Mcnemar-test. Unpaired t-test. ANOVA, Scheffe - test and Stepwise multiple regression. The results are summarized as follows : 1. The discrepancy in the scores of uncertainty perceived by patients and nurses' interperson perception showed significant differences in 23 of 27 items : 11 of 23 items showed that the scores of patients' perception of uncertainty were higher than that of nurses' interperson perception of uncertainty. but 12 of 23 items were revealed reversely. 2. With regard to nurse's demographic variables, the discrepancy scores were the higest in the group under 22 years of age (F=3.20, p=.026) and in the group less than 1 year of nursing experience among 4 groups (F=4.41, p=.006). 3. The discrepancy scores had a tendency to be lowered in the higher age group(r= -.27. p=.0026) and in the longer experienced group (r=-.25, p=.0052). 4. The most important variable affecting the discrepancy scores was identified to be the nurses' age which acounted for 7.2% fo the total variances in the stepwise multiple regression analysis. This was followed by patient hospital days which accounted for an additional 4.5% of the total variances. To conclude, the discrepancy in the scores of uncertainty perceived by patients and nurses' interperson perception showed significant differences in 23 of 27 items. The discrepancy scores of uncertainty had a tendancy to be lowered in the higher age group and in the longer experienced group.

간호사의 감성지능이 조직커뮤니케이션 만족과 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Organization Communication Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 간호사가 지각하는 감성지능이 조직커뮤니케이션 만족과 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 서울소재의 대학병원 간호사 150명으로 설문지를 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 17.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 감성지능 정도는 자신의 감성이해, 타인의 감성이해, 감성의 활용, 감성의 조절 순으로 나타났다. 직무만족도는 감성지능, 조직커뮤니케이션 만족과 유의한 상관관계가 있고 감성지능이 높을수록, 조직커뮤니케이션 만족이 높을수록 직무만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 감성지능과 조직커뮤니케이션 만족을 높이는 전략을 수립하여야 하며 간호사의 직무만족도를 증진시키는 프로그램 개발에 기초자료가 되고자 한다.

간호사가 지각하는 근무환경, 직무만족도, 사회적 지지가 재직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Nurses' Perceived Working Environment, Job Satisfaction, and Social Support on Intent to Stay)

  • 본 연구는 간호사가 인지하는 외적 환경 요인인 간호업무환경과 내적요인인 직무만족도와 사회적 지지의 관계를 확인하고 재직의도에 영향을 주는 요인과 지속적으로 근무할 수 있는 환경 여건을 형성하고, 효율적인 간호인력 관리 방안을 마련하기 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서술적 상관관계연구이다. 각 병원의 간호부의 승인을 얻은 후 173명의 간호사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 간호근무환경은 평균 2.43점, 직무만족도는 평균 3.04점, 사회적 지지는 평균 3,44점, 재직 의도는 평균 4.3점이며, 재직 의도는 간호근무환경, 직무만족도, 사회적 지지와 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 재직의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 직무만족도이며 설명력은 9.3%였다. 결론적으로 간호사의 직무만족을 높여 재직의도를 향상시키기 위해서는 양질의 간호근무환경을 확보하기 위해서 충분한 인력 및 물질적 자원에 관심을 기울여야 하며, 동료들 간에 정서적으로 신뢰감을 높일 수 있는 새롭고 다양한 방법을 모색하여 오랫동안 근무하도록 유도하는 것이 필요하다.

중·고등학생들이 지각하는 사회복지사 이미지에 관한 연구 -사회복지사와 간호사 이미지 비교를 중심으로- (Social Worker's Image Perceived by Middle and High School Students -Comparison of the Image of Social Worker and Nurse-)

  • 본 연구는 중 고등학생들이 지각하는 사회복지사와 간호사에 대한 이미지 차이, 매체별 사회복지사 관련내용 경험, 매체를 통해 본 사회복지사의 역할을 파악하기 위해 시도된 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 경남 S시 소재 중 고등학생 386명으로 하였으며 자료수집기간은 2013년 11월 15일부터 11월 23일까지 실시하였고 SPSS win 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 중 고등학생들의 사회복지사와 간호사 이미지를 비교한 결과, 중학생이 고등학생 보다 간호사 이미지가 다소 긍정적으로 나타났으며 간호사 이미지가 사회복지사 이미지 보다 다소 긍정적으로 나타났다. 중 고등학생들의 매체별 사회복지사 관련 내용 경험을 분석 한 결과 TV가 가장 높게 나타났다. 따라서 사회복지사의 이미지에 중요한 영향을 미칠 수 있는 TV를 중심으로 한 대중매체 모니터링을 강화하고 향후 학생들에게 전공학과나 직업을 선택할 때 영향을 미칠 수 있는 전략이 필요하다.

  • 본 연구는 간호사가 지각하는 공유리더십, 조직의사소통, 간호서비스 질을 파악하여 환자안전관리활동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 이론적, 실천적 정보와 중재방안을 위한 기초자료를 마련하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 G도 소재의 C지역 임상 간호사 155명을 대상으로 2023년 7월 17일부터 7월 28일까지 자료를 수집하였으며, 총 154부를 최종 분석하였다. SPSS Win. 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, hierarchial multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 환자안전관리활동에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 위계적 선택법을 이용한 다중회귀로 분석한 결과 공유리더십이 높을수록, 조직의사소통과 간호서비스 질이 높을수록 환자안전관리활동에 영향을 미쳤으며, 설명력은 45.9%이었다. 간호사의 환자안전관리활동에 대한 효율적인 간호수행을 위하여 환자안전관리활동을 지지할 수 있는 구체적인 중재 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과를 검증하는 연구가 지속적으로 시행되어야 할 것이다.

공정성 지각과 조직몰입이 간호사의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Organizational Justice and Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors of Nurses)

  • Purpose: To investigate the influence of organizational justice and commitment on OCB(organizational citizenship behavior) of hospital nurses. Method: The subjects were 352 nurses who have been working in seven university hospitals. The data were collected by structured questionnaire from Feb. 12 to Mar. 5 of 2006. The data were analyzed by SPSS Win version 12.0, including descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression. Results: The mean score of OCB was 3.53, distributive justice was 2.74, procedural justice was 2.73, and organizational commitment was 3.28. The OCB had statistically significant differences according to age(F=8.39, p<.000), tenure duration(F=6.53, p<.000), position(F=7.65, p<.000), marital status(t=5.82, p<.000), and religion(t=3.78, p<.000). The OCB was positively correlated with distributive justice(r=.147, p=.006), procedural justice(r=.180, p=.001), and transactional commitment(r=.115, p=.032). The procedural justice(10.6%) and transactional commitment(14.3%) explained 24.9% of the variance for OCB. Conclusion: The findings showed that organizational justice and commitment were important factors for enhancing OCB in nursing organization. Therefore, the nurse manager must establish the strategies to improve the organizational justice and commitment perception of the nurses in order to promote the OCB.

간호사의 직무 스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 간호사가 지각한 수간호사의 감성리더십의 매개효과 (Effect of Nurses' Job Stress on Job Satisfaction: Mediating Effect of Head Nurses' Emotional Leadership Perceived by Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of head nurses' emotional leadership as perceived by nurses in the relationship between nurses' job stress and job satisfaction. Methods: Study participants were 278 staff nurses currently working at two university hospitals in Busan, Korea. SPSS/WIN 21.0 program was used for data analysis to analyze descriptive statistics, t-test, correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. The significance level was set at p<.05. Results: Nurses' job satisfaction had a significant correlation with job stress (r=-.31, p<.001) and emotional leadership of nurse managers as perceived by nurses (r=.53, p<.001). Also, head nurses' emotional leadership experienced by nurses had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between nurses' job stress and job satisfaction. Conclusion: The results of this study show that the nurse managers' emotional leadership has an important influence on nurses' job stress and job satisfaction. Therefore, head nurses' emotional leadership is very important for effective human resource management and the hospital should offer education and training to booster head nurses' leadership by developing emotional intelligence to promote staff job satisfaction.
