  • 기존의 고도계는 레이더 특성에 의해 직하부의 높이 값을 정밀하게 관측할 수 없었다. 그러나 레이더 간섭 고도계는 SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar) 영상의 칩 펄스(Chirp Pulse)를 이용한 고정밀 경사거리(Slant Range Distance)관측, 도플러 효과를 이용한 고정밀 경사각(Squint Angle)의 관측 및 레이더 간섭기법(SAR Interferometry)을 이용한 고정밀 관측각(Look Angle)의 관측을 가능하게 하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 레이더 간섭 고도계의 효율적인 신호처리 기법의 개발에 있다.

  • 3차원 영상저장과 복원에 이용되어왔던 변형 삼각간섭계를 이용하여 비접촉진단에의 응용가능성을 연구한다. 변형 삼각간섭계를 이용하여 측정대상물체의 간섭패턴을 3-5개 구하고 이로부터 위상지도를 얻고 이로부터 변형량을 계산할 수 있다는 것을 이론적으로 제시한다.

  • 광간섭계는 물체의 기하학적 구조 및 의료영상계측등 다양한 분야의 광계측에서 매우 일반적으로 사용된다. 이러한 광간섭계에서 광지연단은 측정대상의 기준을 위해 사용되고, 광간섭계의 계측속도는 광지연단에 의해 제한된다. 본 논문에서는 고속 광 지연단을 위해 기존의 기계적 방식을 배제하고, 광학적 방식의 광 간섭계를 구성하였다. 고속 광간섭계의 구성은 1304nm의 10GHz광원을 이용하였으며, 광지연단으로 광위상변조기와 광섬유를 이용하여 안정적이고 고속의 광 간섭계를 구성하였다. 구성된 광간섭계는 광위상변조기의 변조전압, 변조주파수에 의해 광지연시간을 가변할 수 있으며, 10MHz 반복율에 대해 11ps의 광지연시간을 얻을 수 있었다.

The Reconstruction of topographical data using Height Sensitivity in SAR Interferometry (레이다 간섭기법에서 고도민감도를 활용한 지형정보 복원)

  • Nowadays, SAR Interferometry is actively being studied as a new technique in topographic mapping using satellite imagery. It extracts height values using phase information derived by two SAR imageries covering same areas. Unlike when using SPOT imagery, it is not affected by atmospheric conditions and time. So to speak, we can say that SAR Interferometry is flexible in imagery acquisitions and can get height data economically over wide area. So, it is expected that SAR Interferometry will be widely using in GIS applications. But, in some area occurring geometric distortion, height data are misjudged or not extracted depending on phase unwrapping algorithms. IN the case of ERS tandem data, the accuracy of height data was worst in mountain area. It is the because of the short incidence angle resulted in layover effect. Of the phase unwrapping algorithms, path-following was better in height accuracy but could not get data in layover area. In this area, we could get height data using Height Sensitivity. In concludion, we could get DEM that maintained the accuracy of path-following method and have overall data across imagery.

  • Recently, SAR Interferometry method is actively being studied as a new technic in topographic mapping using satellite imageries. it extract height values using two SAR imageries covering same areas. Unlike when using SPOT imageries, it isn't affected by atmospheric conditions and time. But it is difficult to process radar imageries and the height accuracy is very low where relief displacements are high. In this study, we produced DEM(Digital Elevation Model) using ERS-1, ERS-2 tandem data and analysed the height accuracy over 14 ground control points. The mean error in height was 14.06m. But when using airborne SAR data, it Is expected that we can produce more accurate DEM which will be able to ue used in updating 1/10,000 or 1/25,000 map.

Precise Measurements of the Along-track Surface Deformation Related to the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquakes via Ionospheric Correction of Multiple-Aperture SAR Interferograms (다중개구간섭영상의 이온층 보정을 통한 2016 구마모토 지진의 비행방향 지표변위 정밀 관측)

  • In 2016 Kumamoto, Japan, the foreshocks of $M_j$ 6.5 and 6.4, mainshock of $M_j$ 7.3 besides more than 2,000 aftershocks occurred in succession. Large surface deformation occurred due to this serial earthquakes and three-dimensional measurements of the deformation have been presented for the study of fault structures (Baek, 2017). The 3d measurements retrieved from two ascending pairs (20160211_20160602, 20151119_20160616) and a descending pair (20160307_20160418) acquired from ALOS PALSAR-2. In order to avoid mixing ionospheric error components on along-track surface deformation, the descending multiple-aperture interferogram, which do not contain the deformation of aftershocks after 20160418, was utilized. For these reason, there was a temporal discrepancy of about 2 months in extracting the north-south deformation. In this study, we applied a directional filter based ionospheric correction to ascending multiple-aperture interferograms, in order to reduce this discrepancy and understand more accurate fault movements. As a result of the ionospheric correction, an additional displacement signal was observed nearby fault lines. The root-mean-squared errors compared to GPS were about 9.87, 8.13 cm respectively. These results show improvements of 4.8 and 6.4 times after ionospheric correction. We expected that these along-track measurements would be used to decide more accurate movements of faults related to the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake.

  • GB-SAR (Ground-Based Synthetic Aperture Radar) system is an imaging radar that obtains high resolution 2-D image through a synthetic aperture effect from the accurate linear-motion control of antenna on the ground. The highly versatile system configurations and accurate repeatability of GB-SAR operation allow one to accurately monitor the stability of surface scatterers with millimeter accuracy by SAR interferometry. In this paper we introduce the development of a GB-SAR system and show the possibilities of SAR polarimetry and interferometry such as DInSAR, Cross-Track InSAR, Delta-f InSAR, and PSInSAR.

  • 디지털 홀로그래픽 프린터는 크게 홀로그래픽 스테레오그램 프린터와 홀로그래픽 파면 프린터로 구분될 수 있다. 홀로그래픽 스테레오그램 프린터는 3차원 객체에 대한 다수의 원근 투영 영상을 획득하여 홀로그램 기록 매질에 기록함으로써, 홀로그래픽 기록 기술에 의해 다시점 영상을 디스플레이하는 방법이며, 홀로그래픽 파면 프린터는 3차원 객체에 대한 홀로그래픽 간섭 패턴을 생성한 후, 간섭 패턴에 의해 회절된 파면을 홀로그램 기록 매질에 기록하는 방법으로써, 아날로그 필름 홀로그램과 같이 3차원 객체에 대한 파면을 디스플레이하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 두가지 홀로그램 기록 기술에 대해 소개한다.

Scattered Point Noise Filtering Method for Image Reconstruction Performance Enhancing of White Light Interfrometry (높이영상에 산포되어 있는 점 노이즈 처리를 통한 백색광 간섭계의 영상 복원력 향상)

  • In this paper, in order to enhance the image reconstruction performance of white light scanning interferometry(WLI), we demonstrate the scattered point noise filtering performance of post-processing methods. Median filtering is similar to using an averaging filter. Because the median value is less sensitive than the mean to extreme values, the median filter can remove the scattered point noise from a height-map without significantly reducing the sharpness of the image. In several specific cases, however, the median filter can't remove the scattered point noise. Therefore, we propose a comparative mean filter that uses order-statistic filtering and the mean of the neighborhood pixels. The performance is demonstrated by measuring an array of metal solder balls fabricated on PCB. The proposed method reduced the noise pixels by 4.4 percent.

  • Purpose: This paper describes the basic principles and the feasibility of the field of dental diagnosis of optical coherence tomography (OCT) used in diverse field of medical diagnosis. Materials and methods: In this review, the research data of OCT were searched from PubMed, medical journal and related papers. Results: Generally, OCT is noninvasive and is possible to secure an excellent spatial resolution and real-time images of biological microstructure. Conclusion: This review discusses not only the basic principles of operation, types, advantages, disadvantages of OCT but also the future applications of OCT technology and their potential in the field of dental diagnosis.
