This study explores the factors which affect user acceptance for Robo Taxi, an electricity-based Autonomous Vehicles based on a Value based Adoption Model. The three main factors of benefit (usefulness and enjoyment), sacrifice (technicality and perceived fee level), and user experience about mobility services such as car sharing, taxi, and autonomous vehicles, were finally selected as independent variables as a influential factors on perceived values and adoption intention of Robo taxi. The study found that usefulness, enjoyment, and perceived fee had a significant effects on adoption intention, and some user experiences had a significant effect on benefit factors. This study has important implications for incorporating the Value-based Adoption Model results into the service design for the activation of Robo taxi, and furthermore, they can provide a theoretical basis for effective use of the research findings.

Recognizing the potential and importance of biotechnology in boosting South Korea in an environment of competitive neoliberal globalization, South Korea has actively promoted the development and commercialization of biotechnology and legislated related laws. This should not, however, be read as yet another instance of the neo-liberal 'marketization' of economic activities and the demise of nation-states. The development of biotechnology in South Korea - and its commercialization - is closely intertwined with the practice of the Korean developmental state, and this practice has led to the production of new state spaces: biotechnology clusters. This paper examines what the roles of the state in developing and nurturing biotechnology clusters are.

This study is aiming to develop an evaluation model considering electronic journal's properties and terms of subscription. As the first step to develop an evaluation model, this study analyzed features of electronic journals and various terms of subscription through reviewing literature. Second, it developed the evaluation model for electronic journals by using proper evaluation indicators which were extracted from previous studies on the evaluation journals and considering the terms of ScienceDirect subscription. Third, this evaluation model was applied to the 99 journals in the field of mechanical engineering in ScienceDirect. As a result of the evaluation, it was found out that there were variations in the value of journals between in 2000 and 2007. Some implications regarding e-journal subscription were also added.

Ecosystem services are contributing to human welfare by enabling us to maintain our survival and quality of life. A metod of quantifying ecological functions is needed. We discussed the introduction and applications of ecosystem services to applied ecological engineering. The concept and assessment system of ecosystem services were applied to the economic valuation of river, the construction of blue-green-white network in urban area, ecological restoration, and integrated water management in Korea. The conceptual framework and assessment of ecosystem services can be used to promote value of ecological protection and restoration, helping stakeholders understand the benefits of ecosystems and increasing applications of the applied ecological engineering.

동시공학으로의 제품개발 프로세스 개선을 위해서는 기업의 제품개발 조직 운영을 동시공학적 철학에 따라 개선하고 이를 지원하기 위한 컴퓨터 환경을 구축하는 두 가지 측면으로의 상호보완적인 접근방법이 요구된다. 한국적 기업환경에 적합한 동시공학시스템 K-CE시스템은 동시공학환경의 구현을 위해 핵심적인 제품정보 및 프로세스정보 관리, 워를로우 관리, 가상팀 지원의 동시공학 기반시스템 K-CE BASE와 프로세스의 병렬화 진행을 위한 프로세스 계획관리의 K-PMS, 네트윅을 통한 여러 부문 관계자의 설계 평가를 지원하는 제품개발 평가지원의 K-DESS로 구성된다. 이를 통해 기존의 제품개발 환경의 문제점을 극복하고 프로세스 간 지연요소를 제품개발 환경에서 설계변경의 최소화를 추구, 궁극적으로는 제품개발기간 단축과 원가 절가, 품질 향상의 동시공학 가치를 실현하고자 한다.

In this paper, we investigates the basis of the theological aesthetics and the Bible as the standard of human value standards on the basis of this theological aesthetics. In another approach, unique designs of plants and animals were described in terms of aesthetics. These descriptions were then employed to design and create things, recognised for their beauty as well as practicable applications. From this point of view, we can deduce the relevance of God, the created world, and theological aesthetics. We review the implications of human engineering and the art of convergence and engineering theology. We discussed why the need for a tool of theological aesthetics in convergence engineering is important. We will need more discussion in terms of technological progress in which theological aesthetics is embodied in order to develop more healthy, moral and ethical convergent engineering skills in our society and to provide a better and healthier life for mankind.

전 세계적으로 인공습지는 도시화, 기후변화 및 생활수준 향상으로 인한 홍수와 가뭄, 하천생태계 변화, 수질오염과 같은 환경문제의 해결방안으로 제시되고 있다. 이에 따라 국내에서도 여러 목적과 형태의 인공습지가 조성되고 있다. 인공습지의 경우 특정 기능을 목적으로 하여 조성하더라도 인공적 생태계가 조성되므로 복합적 기능을 갖게 된다. 하지만 현재까지의 인공습지 조성 효과에 관한 연구는 한가지 기능에만 초점을 맞추어서 실제 인공습지 조성의 가치가 저평가되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천변 인공습지 조성에 따른 여러 효과 중 가장 주가 되는 홍수저감 및 수질개선 기능에 대한 효과를 분석하고 이에 따른 편익을 산정하였다. 먼저 인공습지의 적용 대상 유역을 선정하고 유역 내에 입지를 결정하여 이에 맞는 인공습지를 설계 및 적용하였다. 인공습지 조성에 따른 홍수저감 효과 및 수질개선효과를 각각 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 대해 MD-FDA를 통해 홍수피해액을 산정하였고 대체비용법을 통하여 동일한 수질개선 효과를 갖는 하수처리시설의 하수처리비 및 운영관리비에 해당하는 수질개선 편익을 산정하였다. 본 연구를 통해 인공습지의 홍수저감 효과뿐만 아니라 수질개선 효과를 확인하였으며 정량적인 분석방법을 통해 두 가지 기능에 대한 효과를 분석하여 보았다. 또한 산정된 홍수저감 및 수질개선 효과를 경제적 가치로 환산하여 보다 객관적인 지표로 나타내었다. 본 인공습지 조성에 따른 종합적 편익 산정 연구 결과는 다목적의 인공습지를 적재적소에 적용하는데 기여할 것이다. 추후 생태적 기능, 레크레이션 기능 등에 따른 기타 편익 산정 방법론 조사를 통해 각 기능의 편익을 추가한다면 인공습지 조성에 따른 편익을 종합적으로 고려할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 인공습지 조성의 소요사업비 및 유지관리비를 산정하여 인공습지 조성에 대한 경제성분석을 한다면, 실제 인공습지 조성 사업 시 사업의 타당성을 평가하는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Computer and Internet information technologies(ICTs) have changed the modern service industry and people's life style. In particular, the global spread of COVID-19 has attracted more attention to contact service types such as self-service technology. With the increase in labor costs and the enhancement of consumer self-awareness, more and more companies transfer part of their work to customers through their own service technology. This study seeks to answer the following questions. (1) Do technology difficulty and safety perception affect customer value recognition in the self-service technologies? (2) Does customer value recognition influence the intention to use such technologies continuously? This study conducted an empirical analysis with 327 samples to validate the influence of self-service characteristics(technology difficulty and safety perception) on customer value recognition and continuous utilization intentions. Also, it analyzes the moderating effects of age and frequency of use on the relationship between self-service characteristics and customer value recognition. The study results show that the technology difficulty does not affect the customer's perceived value recognition; and the higher the customer's value recognition, the higher the intention of continuous use.

한국철도는 100여년의 역사를 지내오면서 설계, 건설, 운영에 이르기까지 괄목할만한 성장을 하였으며 기술산업의 측면에서도 고부가가치를 창출해 낼 수 있는 공학분야의 전문화된 기술이라는 인식이 사회전반에 확산되고 있다. 특히, 90년대 초에 시작된 고속철도 건설사업을 계기로 철도산업은 그 동안의 낙후된 이미지를 벗어나 고속열차 운행에 따른 여행시간의 단축과 효율성의 극대화 그리고 쾌적한 환경을 창출하고자 하는 강한 사회적인 욕구에 부응할 수 있는 새로운 산업영역으로 각광을 받고 있다. (중략)

1500만, 700만, 10만 어절 크기의 세 가지 원시 말뭉치로부터 한국어 어절 빈도를 조사하였다. 각 말뭉치에 대한 어절 빈도 결과를 비교-분석하여 활용가치가 높은 고빈도 어절 집합을 구하였다. 고빈도 어절 집합의 효용성을 검증하기 위해 일반문서에 대한 어절 적중률을 실험하였다. 그 결과로 고빈도 563 어절이 24.5%, 9484 어절이 51.5%, 184246 어절이 81.6%의 어절 적중률을 보였다.
