  • In this study, we achieve an increase in sales of dairy companies through innovation in the distribution process of developing core competencies through product differentiation in the domestic dairy companies, creating new consumption pioneered new markets.   • The purpose of this study was to investigate the enhancing creative competency and changes in academic challenge for the pre-service teachers. For this purpose, 94 pre-service teachers participated in project learning through the preparation of the convergence instruction and the class demonstration during one semester. The pre and post questionnaire survey was conducted the measurement of creative leader competence and K-NSSE for academic challenge. Analysis of data was performed using the IBM SPSS 18.0 program for the corresponding sample t test. The creative competency included 'higher mental thinking', 'problem solving', 'curiosity', 'sensitivity' 'task commitment', 'the pursuit of social value', and 'co-operations and considerations'. This results was significant(p< .05). Academic challenge, high-order learning domain and learning strategies domain were significant(p< .05). Based on this, in order to generalize the convergence education and convergence lesson, it is necessary to design various convergence lessons and practice study to make a plan and practice it. In addition, the implications for the necessity of correcting and supplementing the effects after repeated convergence lessons were discussed.

  • 지하수자원 관리의 정량적 및 정성적 측면에 있어, 최첨단 인공지능 언어 모델인 ChatGPT의 혁신적인 기능이 활용될 수 있다. 본 발표에서는 지하수 자료에 대한 분석과 도출된 문제의 중요도에 따른 목표를 설정, 그리고 지하수 관리 전략 개발에 있어서의 ChatGPT 활용 방법을 논의할 것이다. 이를 위한 구체적 사례로, 지하수자원 관리에 활용될 수 있는 다양한 도구들의 개발과 고도화에 ChatGPT가 기여하는 방식을 살펴볼 것이다. 이러한 개별 도구들은 지하수자원 관리 결정에 있어 더 나은 예측 및 평가를 제공하여, 지하수 자원 관리의 효율성을 도모할 수 있다. 또한, ChatGPT의 문제 발견 및 해결책 제안 능력에 대해서도 다룰 것이다. 이를 통해 지하수 관리에 있어서의 다양한 문제를 식별하고, 이해당사자들이 보다 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 방안을 찾아낼 수 있을 것이다. 또한 ChatGPT가 제공하는 다양한 정보 및 문제에 대한 솔루션 접근 방식을 활용한 브레인스토밍 방법을 설명할 것이다. 추가적으로, 일반 인공지능(AGI)의 개발에 근접하면서 지하수 관리의 자동화 및 가속화 그리고 산업 및 환경에 미칠 수 있는 영향에 대해 고찰해 볼 것이다. 이를 위하여, ChatGPT와 같은 인공지능 기술이 더욱 고도화되고 향상되면서, 지하수 관리 및 관련 분야에서의 의사결정, 계획 수립, 그리고 모니터링과 같은 작업들이 어떻게 변화할지에 대하여 토의할 것이다. 본 발표는 지하수 자원 관리 분야에서 ChatGPT와 같은 인공지능 기반 접근법의 가치를 보여주며, 복잡한 지하수 환경 문제를 해결하는 데 있어 첨단 기술의 활용 가능성을 강조할 것이다. 또한, AGI가 등장할 때까지 여전히 요구되는 지하수 분야 도메인 지식과 전문기술의 중요성을 강조할 것이다. 지하수 관리자들의 도메인 지식과 전문적 기술은 인공지능 기반 도구와 결합되어 보다 정확한 분석, 예측 및 해결책 도출을 가속화하며 정교화할 것이다. 결론적으로, 지하수 관리에 대한 종합적인 이해와 전문성을 갖춘 전문가들의 인공지능 기술활용은 지속가능한 지하수의 첨단 관리 효과적 달성에 중요한 계기가 될 것으로 판단한다.

  • Today, the advance of a community tool such as a SNS enables users to easily share information each other and quickly deliver various opinions to suppliers. The suppliers are trying to create new value through co-creation strategies in order to satisfy rapidly and variously changing user's needs. User-participation-based idea platforms are emerging as a open innovation space that can provide user participation and interaction between suppliers and users. However, although each idea platform has specific advantages in each stage of a development process, this development process is not generalized as one complete, integrated development process. Thus, the development of an effectively integrated process, which includes advantages in each stage of the process, is needed. This research aims to analysis the characteristics of idea platforms based on the classification of idea platforms as a basic study for proposing a new development processes of them. This research will contribute to the guideline for developing a new user-participation-based idea platform.

Management Efficiency of KOSDAQ-listed Information and Communications Industry (코스닥 상장 정보통신업의 경영효율성)

  • Recently, competition to provide specialized services for the information and communications industry has accelerated in terms of future technology and investment strategy of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Technological innovations related to information and communications can be seen as increasing productivity, creating added value for companies, and playing a pivotal role in the development of economic growth. Therefore, efficient management of the information and communications industry is important. This study analyzes management efficiency stones for the top 30% of KOSDAQ-listed information and communications companies using dea, presents projected values of companies for efficient operation, and confirms benchmarking company references. We evaluated CCR efficiency, BCC efficiency, ranking, Scale Efficiency(SE), and Return To Scale (RTS) of KOSDAQ-listed information and communications businesses. The analysis showed CCR efficiency of 1, 14 companies, and 1 BCC efficiency, and Nanatan companies were analyzed as ten companies. Scale yield was analyzed by the IRS as four companies, 13 CRS and 13 DRS companies.

  • This study explores the role of organizational culture, job characteristics, and work values and orientation in shaping the competitiveness of a multinational company (MNC) based in Korea. The purpose of the study was to examine the impact of these variables on the competitiveness attributes of the organizational culture profile through MR-QAP analysis. Data were collected from 161 employees in 15 different teams at a Korean automotive company headquartered in Seoul. The results of the study revealed the impact of network characteristics associated with competitive organizational culture on competitiveness. 'found to have a negative effect on competitiveness. Among the organizational culture profiles, social responsibility, supportiveness, innovation, and performance orientation have a significant positive effect on competitive organizational culture, while emphasis on rewards and stability have no significant effect. These findings provide practical implications for understanding the complex dynamics of organizational culture and promoting strategic approaches to enhance organizational competitiveness.

The ethical responsibility was found to have no effect on the usefulness of the brand between brand assets and corporate reputation. 6st. In sum, the company needs to prioritize its brand recognition before establishing its reputation, and the reason why it should be implemented is that the other elements of the brand equity should be evaluated with the presence of other elements of the brand equity, thereby ensuring continued compliance with continuous CSR activities. As a result, consumers expect to see the performance-based role of the company as a strategic and long-term perspective, as consumers want to see the CSR activity and the corporate reputation in a long-term manner, as opposed to the financial responsibility and legal responsibilities of the past, as opposed to the past.

An Analysis of the Efficiency of Agricultural Business Corporations Using the Stochastic DEA Model (농업생산법인의 경영효율성 분석: 부트스트래핑 기법 활용)

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate efficiency of agricultural business corporations using Data Envelopment Analysis. A proposed method employs a bootstrapping approach to generate efficiency estimates through Monte Carlo simulation re-sampling process. The technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency, and scale efficiency measure of the corporations is 0.749 0.790, 0.948 respectively. Among the 692 agricultural business corporations, the number of Increasing Returns to Scale (IRS)-type corporations was analyzed to be 539(77.9%). The number of Constant Returns to Scale (CRS)-type corporations was 108(15.6%), and that of Decreasing Returns to Scale (DRS)-type corporations was 45(6.5%). Since an increase in input is lower than an increase in output in IRS, an increase in input factors such as new investments is required. The Tobit model suggests that the type of corporation, capital level, and period of operation affect the efficiency score more than others. The positive coefficient of capital level and period of operation variable indicates that efficiency score increases as capital level and period of operation increases.

The Technological Competitiveness Analysis of Energy Harvesting by Using the Patents Information (특허정보를 활용한 에너지 하베스팅 기술의 기술경쟁력분석: 한국, 미국, 일본, 유럽, 중국을 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed technological competitiveness of five major countries by using patent information that is typical intellectual property. Technological activity, patent competitiveness, market securement and patent concentration were designed as evaluation items for the technological competitiveness analysis, and the number of patent applications, family patents and triad patent families, and the paten concentration index were reflected as evaluation factors to be scored. For technologies to be analyzed, it referred to the energy harvesting technologies selected as 500 future technologies in the future technologic white paper 2013 published by KISTI. They were classified into technologies using thermoelectric, piezoelectric and photovoltaic elements, which are main detailed technologies of the energy harvesting technology, to investigate and analyze patent information for each detailed technology to understand their technological competitiveness. As a result, the United States ranked top with 75 and 70 points in the technology using thermoelectric and piezoelectric elements respectively, and Japan ranked top with 90 points in the energy harvesting technology using photovoltaic elements. It was analyzed that Korea held the second rank in the field using piezoelectric and photovoltaic elements, and the fifth in the technology using thermoelectric elements.

  • Since the year 2000, the growth rate of domestic manufacturing has declined and the sales and employment have decreased. Major developed countries have established a variety of strategies to strengthen their manufacturing competitiveness, and promote manufacturing innovation through the convergence of technology and ICT. The key to manufacturing innovation is to reduce the time and cost for developing new products using modeling and simulation (M&S) technology in the product design stage. M&S industries, which belong to the top sector of the industry value chain, have a huge ripple effect across other industries. On the other hand, the competitiveness of the domestic M&S industry is weak compared to developed countries and even the definition and classification of domestic M&S companies have not been made. In this paper, by analyzing the Korea Standard Industry Classification (KSIC), five fine industry classifications included in M&S service companies were derived. In addition, the 307 M&S service companies were derived in accordance with the selection procedure of 3 steps from the 11,822 related companies. To analyze the capabilities of domestic M&S service companies, the current status of the selected M&S service companies was investigated. Considering the Korean economy's high dependence on the manufacturing industry, strengthening the competitiveness of manufacturing industry is required by enhancing the capacities and building an ecosystem in domestic M&S services for future sustainable economic growth.
