세계의 민족에게는 그 나름대로의 식문화가 있다. 무엇을 취하여 어떻게 조리하여 어떻게 먹고 있는가가 세계 각지에 따라 다른 점이 많다. 한국 ${\cdot}$ 중국 ${\cdot}$ 일본의 동아시아 삼국에도 비슷하면서도 서로 다른 식문화가 자리 잡고 있다. 식문화의 본질은 사람들의 정신에 잠재해 있는 음식이나 식사에 대한 태도를 결정하고 있는 즉, 사람들의 음식에 대한 관념이나 가치체계라고 할 수 있을 것이다. 먹는다는 것에 관한 ‘물질’이나 ‘기술’이나 ‘인체의 메커니즘’을 소위 말하는 하드웨어라고 한다면, 그것은 소프트웨어에 해당하는 것이다. 그러나 이러한 관념이나 가치체계는 인간이 처해 있는 환경 즉, 생태학적 환경으로부터 많은 영향을 받을 수밖에 없다. 즉, 전통적인 식문화라는 것은 각 지역의 생태학적 환경에 어떻게 지배되어 왔는가라는 것을 간과해서는 논할 수 없다는 것이다. 여기에서는 수많은 음식 중에 주로 육류에 관한 한 ${\cdot}$ 중 ${\cdot}$ 일 동아시아 삼국의 식문화에 대하여 기술하기로 한다.

Intangible assets for construction engineering consulting firms are very important for their valuation, because engineering consulting is typical knowledge-based business which creates value based on technical expertise and human resources. This paper presents the intangible asset classification model based on the concept of value creation in construction engineering consulting firm and proposes intangible asset valuation methodology using System Dynamics and survey data. Utilization of the valuation methodology presented in this paper would increase the public awareness of intangible assets in construction engineering consulting firm and, thus, contribute to the growth of the engineering consulting industry by realistic and accurate valuation of intangible assets.

This article shows a case of constructing appraisal system of manuscripts based on records of korean democratization movements. This appraisal system of manuscripts not only intends to select records according to value but also realizes a strategy that maximizes efficacy of resources for record management through distinction of record management process based on value of records. After all, this strategy provides manuscript repositories a beneficial benchmarking case of appraisal system of manuscripts which are confronting with disposing problem of enormous mount of records without original order, and are intending maximization of efficacy of resources for record management through distinction of record management process based on value of records.

본 연구의 목적은 딥러닝 기법의 하나인 인공신경망 모델을 활용하여 선박의 가치평가 모델을 개발하는 것이다. 선박의 가치는 해운시장 변화와 밀접한 관계가 있으며, 경기 변동성이 크고 시장 민감성이 높은 해운시장의 특성상 가치의 불확실성 역시 높게 나타나고 있다. 이러한 선박가치의 중요성에도 불구하고 국내외적으로 선박가치평가의 체계 개선 및 평가모델의 객관성과 신뢰성을 제고시키기 위한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 딥러닝 방법을 통해 선박의 가치를 산출하는 새로운 평가모델을 제시하고자 한다. 가치평가의 대상은 중고 VLCC선이며, 선행연구를 통해 선박의 가치 변화를 유발하는 주요 요인들을 선별하여 변수를 설정하고 2010년 1월부터 현재까지의 해당 데이터를 확보하였다. 교차검증을 통해 파라미터들을 추정하여 인공신경망의 최적 구조를 식별하고 이에 대한 객관성과 신뢰성을 검증한 결과 인공신경망 모델의 가치평가 정확성이 우수함을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 선박가치평가의 전통적 방법론에서 탈피하여 기계학습 기반의 딥러닝 모델을 활용한 측면에서 독창적인 의미가 있다.

The purpose of this research was to examine the significance of the first edition of Tripitaka Koreana. In this research, the following were done: 1) by clarifying the place and date of praying for the engraving of the first edition of Tripitaka Koreana, its significance as "Daejanggyeong" produced to expel the Kitan was more clearly explained; 2) its physical characteristics were examined to provide evidence of the artistic and creative features of its engravings, quite different from those of the Gaebo Tripitaka made in China; and 3) its structure was analyzed from a viewpoint of a systematic bibliography. It was found that since the first edition of Tripitaka Koreana contained all the earlier lists of Buddhistic scriptures in China(and individual scriptures were thoroughly examined and included into its content since the reign of King Munjong), it had a systematic bibliographical significance demonstrated by its comprehensive and cumulative nature.

This paper was to examine the existing foundation of cultural contents industry through analyzing the development process, the location pattern, and the value chain system and the management of cultural contents industry in Daegu. Most cultural contents industry in Daegu had less than ten employees: so, it was classified into the early stage of commercialization. The firms that dealt with on-line distribution were recently founded. The high portion of the finns was located in the center of city such as Jung-Gu and Nam-Gu in which the Center for Digital Industry Promotion of Daegu (DIP) is located. The value main system consisted of four nodes such as creation node, production node, marketing node and distribution node. The production node was played the most important role. Based on value chain system, the cultural contents industry firms in Daegu could be divided into four types: Type I is a contents production firm with a single value chain in the cultural contents industry. Type II is a contents production firm with two or three value chains. Type III is a contents production firm with comprehensive value chain. Type IV is a non contents production firm with multiple value chains.

사람의 건강과 생명은 가장 중요한 가치다. 직업병으로 인한 손상 후 치료하기보다는 발생하지 않도록 예방하는 것이 가장 중요하다. 직업성 급성중독을 예방하고 관리하기 위한 감시체계가 전국적으로 확대되고 보다 세밀해질 필요가 있다.

In this article I investigate the critical fundamental truth of the practical philosophy of Kim Doo-Huhn who has not become known in our Korean society but should be paid respect at any cost in the history of practical philosophy, and whom we should take the important case of a philosophical lesson, focused on 'the Dialectic of Theory of Value' which makes up an essential framework of his practical philosophy.
