In the service industry the types are diversifying and the scale of service companies is greatly improving. Such a phenomenon is caused by economic growth and technological development diversifying consumer needs creating demand for new services maturing the service industry and intensifying competition among companies in the form of global competition. It can be said that this is because it is necessary to improve competitiveness by utilizing the economy of scale. Research is needed on the impact of entrepreneurship on various outcome variables in order for service organization managers to respond quickly to diverse and rapidly changing environments and achieve organizational outcomes and corporate goals of management outcomes. The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the relationship in which the entrepreneurial spirit of a manager influences the relationship between customer orientation, which is an organizational result, customer satisfaction, and financial result, which is a management result. In order to verify such research, the questionnaire was composed of one business owner questionnaire, two employee questionnaires, and two customer questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed to a total of 400 companies, and the questionnaires of 340 companies were collected. Of these, 303 companies, excluding the questionnaires of 37 companies with many dishonest or missing values, were used for hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, entrepreneurship had a positive (+) effect on customer orientation, supporting the hypothesis. Second, customer orientation showed a positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction, supporting the hypothesis. Third, customer satisfaction showed a positive (+) effect on financial outcomes, supporting the hypothesis. Fourth, it was found that entrepreneurship influences customer satisfaction through customer orientation, and customer satisfaction affects financial outcomes. It turns out that customer orientation between entrepreneurship and customer satisfaction is completely mediated, and customer satisfaction is completely mediated by customer orientation and financial outcomes. The relationship between entrepreneurship and management improved employee behavior and attitudes, which is an individual outcome, and this change was found to improve customer satisfaction, which is an organizational outcome. It makes frequent contact with customers in the process of servicing them. Employee roles are important at service contacts and influence service purchases. Employees facing customers through service contacts act as a decisive factor in maintaining a continuous relationship with customers. Within a beauty service company, it is necessary to create a customer-oriented environment among workers. It suggests that customer-oriented companies and employees can anticipate their desires and provide products or services of superior value to achieve greater customer satisfaction and a competitive advantage. In addition, it was clarified that customer satisfaction has an aspect relationship with financial management, which is a management result. Therefore, it is suggested that the entrepreneurial spirit is an important factor for the management of a beauty service company to secure competitiveness and improve results.

The purposes of this study were: 1) to investigate four aspects of high school students' clothing attitudes as compared with their needs and family value orientations. 2) to ascertain whether differences existed between toys and girls on four aspects of clothing attitudes. Needs were measured through The Need Diagnosis Scale (Jaung-Ku Whang: 1965). Family value orientations were measured through The Home Environment Inventory(Won-Sik Jung : 1970). Four aspects of clothing attitudes were assessed by means of Lee; Kahng; Lee; Yang's questionnaires. The questionnaires were administered to a sample of 576 senior high school students(285 boys and 291 girls) in Won-Ju. The data was analyzed by correlations, multiple regression, t-test. The results were as follows : 1) Need for exhibition was positively related to clothing exhibition and fashion interest for both boys and girls, and clothing conformity for boys only. Need for exhibition was negatively related to clothing modesty for boys only. Need for affiliation was positively related to clothing exhibition for both boys and girls, fashion for girls only, and clothing conformity for boys only. 2) Social climber family value orientation was positively related to clothing conformity and clothing modesty for boys only. Materialistic family value orientation was positively related to clothing exhibition. Traditional family value orientation was positively related to clothing modesty for both boys and girls, and negatively related to clothing exhibition. 3) Girls scored significantly higher than boys on attitudes toward fashion and clothing modesty, whereas boys scored significantly higher than girls on attitudes toward clothing conformity.

This study analyzed the effects of consumption value of outdoor female consumers on relationship quality and long-term relationship orientation as well as differences in consumption value, relationship quality and long-term relationship orientation by demographic characteristics. A survey was conducted from May 15-22, 2016; subsequently, 336 responses were used in the analysis. Statistical analysis methods consisted of frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The results indicate that the consumption value of outdoor female consumers was composed of functional value, emotional value, epistemic value, situational value, and social value. Relationship quality was composed of satisfaction, commitment, and trust. Consumption value (functional value, emotional value, epistemic value, situational value, and social value) of outdoor female consumers positively affected satisfaction. Emotional value, epistemic value and situational value positively affected commitment; in addition, functional value and emotional value positively affected trust. Satisfaction, commitment, and trust about outdoor brand also positively affected the long-term relationship orientation; in addition, consumption value positively affected long-term relationship orientation. There were significant differences in the consumption value and relationship quality by age and marital status. The study results provide useful information for the marketing strategies of outdoor brands that consider female consumers.

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing social performance of social entrepreneurship and Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) activities. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to social enterprise, social entrepreneurship, and CSR activities. Social entrepreneurship have been classified as innovativeness, proactiveness, risk-taking, and social value orientation. And CSR activities have been classified as community responsibility, philanthropic responsibility, and environmental responsibility. The proposed model is analyzed to target social entrepreneurs. Valid 115 questionnaires have been collected within three months of 2013. Smart Partial Least Square(PLS) 2.0 have been utilized for deriving the study results. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, social entrepreneurship positively influence community responsibility, philanthropic responsibility, and environmental responsibility. Second, community responsibility, philanthropic responsibility, and environmental responsibility positively influence social performance in social enterprise. The results of this study will provide various implications to improve social performance and social entrepreneurship in social enterprise.
The purpose of this study is to deduce a successful business model of fintech and suggest the business model component in fintech on domestics. Business model has suggested on a strategic levels but it is to a value of corporation. From literature research, we find a conceptual character and its component of business model. The results show that we understand the business model of fintech. We suggest business model of component for a successful entry of market. These results suggest business model canvas by Alexander Osterwalder. This business model consist of 9 blocks - customer segmentation, value proposition, customer relationship, key resource, key activity, key partnership, revenue stream, and cost structure. These components need an analytic approach for a successful entry and settlement of market. Also, we analyze and suggest a fintech business model and directivity of its components.
The purpose of this study is as follows: First, this study investigates the effect of the supervisor's coaching leadership on the employee's protean career attitude. Second, we examine the effect of a protean career attitude on career satisfaction. Finally, we examine the mediating effect of protean career attitude on the relationship between supervisor's coaching leadership and career satisfaction. As a result of analyzing the data of 329 employees from pharmaceutical companies, the positive influence of coaching leadership on the protean career attitude was significant. The positive effect of the protean career attitude on career satisfaction was significant. The mediating effect of the protean career attitude on the relationship between coaching leadership and career satisfaction was significant. The findings of this study provide an understanding regarding the concept of career development, which has recently changed from an organization-centered to an individual-centered perspective. Also, this study has theoretical and practical implications for the field of human resource development in that it suggests the type of leadership as an antecedent of protean career attitudes.
The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is gender difference in Members' voting on women's issue bills, and to find out determinants of Members voting decisions on the same bills. The findings are as follows. First, there is no gender difference in women's issue voting, so women Members as a group were not significantly different from men Members in voting behavior. That's not because women Members were split in voting but because both men and women Members are very supportive of the bills. Secondly, Members' party and ideology play a significant role in Member' voting on women's issue. Compared to the majority party(Uri party)'s overwhelming support, minority parties are much less supportive on the issues. Member's ideology also proved to be important indicator of voting decision. The more ideologically liberal Members are, the more supportive of the bills.

This study analyzed the effects of information orientation and technology commercialization ability on technological performance of corporate workers. Information Orientation consisted of information technology capability, information management ability, information behavior and value, and technology commercialization capability consisted of productization capability, production capability, and marketing capability as sub-variables, and technology accumulation capacity was used as a coordinating variable. An empirical analysis was performed on 349 online and offline questionnaires collected from corporate employees. Analysis results using SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.4 First, information orientation and technical performance were found to have a significant effect.In addition, information orientation had a significant effect on technology commercialization capability. The magnitude of the influence on the productive capacity and the productive capacity in the variable of competency was in the order of information technology ability, information management ability, information behavior and value, but the influence on marketing capability was different from the previous results. Information management ability and information technology ability were in order. Second, the product commercialization capability, production capability, and marketing ability of technology commercialization ability had a significant effect on technology performance independently of information orientation. Third, the information technology ability and information management ability had a significant influence on the technical performance, but the indirect effect through the commercialization ability and marketing ability in information behavior and value was significant, the indirect effect of transit was not significant. Fourth, only the interaction terms of production capacity and technology accumulation capacity were significant among the sub-variables of technology commercialization capacity, and technology accumulation capacity, commercialization capacity, and marketing ability were not significant. Therefore, the relationship between productive capacity and technological performance can be interpreted as lower in firms with high technology accumulating ability than in lower firms, subsequent studies will require the introduction of other independent variables, models through the introduction of parameters and control variables.
The article takes a critical perspective that reunderstanding the canon of Daesoon Thought is necessary to expand its application to the needs of modern society given the rapid speed of societal changes. The key point is the emergence of a cultural ecologism within Daesoon Thought. What is called the cultural ecologism is focused upon the sustainable horizon of unifying culture and ecology in the organic structure of a total-life culture. A reciprocal unity of culture and ecology is characteristic of a coherent whole with an original unitary process in the circle of Nature. Cultural ecologism, therefore, aims at seeking after the sustainability of culture wherein the value of culture is integrated in the grand stream of the ecological spirit of Nature. In the Late Joseon Dynasty, Daesoon Thought paid attention to the Great Opening (開闢) to secure the people's livelihoods and it offered edification concerning anti-feudalism in a dimension of realistic awareness which guided people's lives. The process of the Great Opening functions as a process for the world of the Reordering Works of Heaven and Earth (天地公事) which culminate in the experience the Earthly Paradise (地上仙境) of the Later World (後天). In the cultural ecologism of Daesoon Thought, this course is equivalent to a process of Haewon (grievance-resolution) in the sense of dissolution and reconciliation. From the wide umbrella of cultural ecologism, consequently, it is possible to say that Daesoon Thought can arrive at the reality of the Earthly Paradise (地上仙境) through the Great Opening of the Later World, in which human beings can enjoy the infinite vitality of the universe from within their own finite vitality.
Existing multinational subsidiary typologies seem to have limitations in two respects. First, the prevalence of subsidiary classification along two-dimensions fails to capture many distinct subsidiary types. Failure to reflect a sufficient richness in dimensionality can give rise to a partial picture of subsidiary typologies in the international business literature. A new typology developed from multi-dimensional approach will be required for reflecting various subsidiary roles in the multinational enterprise. Second, multinational subsidiary performing a number of activities is hard to be defined functionally across the value chain activities. In addition, multinational subsidiary roles can vary dramatically. In conclusion, despite a growing amount of work on subsidiary typologies, there seems to be limited convergence of results. the study regarding subsidiary roles still remain a challenge. In this respect, the purpose of this study is to develop a new typology based on multi-dimensional approach in order to overcome the limitations of traditional typologies. To classify subsidiary types, we propose 8 types of multinational subsidiary according to three dimensions that are adopted: (1) number of required value chain activities (2) subsidiary's sourcing capability and autonomy (3) global orientation (3) The case study analyzing Korean foreign subsidiaries appropriate for 8 types is performed to establish the validity of this study.
