This paper is about to analyse Merleau-Ponty's notion of flesh on textual evidences through the structure of perception and to apply this result to his theory of the others. In the first place, we study what he thinks of philosophical investigation and thus of the essence of philosophy. With this process, we find out that perception is more important than reflection in philosophical investigation. Differently from the objective or objectivistic viewpoint, the truth of perception is revealed to go beyond distinction between consciousness and object. This truth refers to reversibility which Merleau-Ponty thinks to be the ultimate truth. The reversibility of perception leads to chiasms which reveal and unreveal the beings. In the final analysis, the flesh as reversibility is the Being in the beings. When it comes to the problem of other minds, we are confirmed through the movement of flesh that self-presence is the presence to the differentiated world, namely the others.

In conventional thermodynamics, energy is regarded as a physical quantity transferring from one system to another, but in present study, the real energy is regarded as a physical quantity coming out from one interaction and absorbing into another interaction between two systems. To reconstruct thermodynamics with such a point of view, available work is distinguished from half work in conventional work concepts, and a special space named reversible world is proposed in which every process is reversible and the only measurable quantity is available work and just the equality between the intensities of two systems can be verified. As results, thermodynamic laws are arranged into two principles in the reversible world-conservations of energy elements and conservation of available energy. It means the exsistences of state properties corresponding to transferring energy elements and the available work. The former are extensive properties and the later is named potential work which is a property of the composite system and a kind of mathematical distance. The conventional available energy (exergy) and internal energy can be explained as the special cases of potential work, and the conventional first law of thermodynamics can be derived from the principle of the conservation of available energy. With these new concepts, the description of thermodynamic processes is more comprehensive. The second law of thermodynamics is no longer needed in the reversible world.

Thermodynamic principles are described with a new point of view. In present study, the interaction between two systems is focused instead of the behavior of a system in conventional thermodynamics. The state change of a system cannot occur by itself but it is the result of the interaction between systems. However, the interaction itself is also the result of another kind of interaction, the interaction between two interactions. To reconstruct thermodynamics with such a point of view, the reversible world is imagined, in which conservations and measurements are discussed. There exists a conserved quantity for each mode of reversible interaction. The conserved transferring quantity in the interaction between interactions is the effective work, which is supposed to be measurable and conserved in reversible world. Effective work is the primary concepts of energy. It is the key factor to explain measurements, energy conservation and energy dissipation. The concepts developed in reversible world are applied to the real world in which irreversible phenomena may occur. Irreversibility is the result of effective energy dissipation, in which effective work irreversibly changes into entropy. A quantitative relation between the disappearing effective work and the generated entropy is dissipation equation which is given by experiments. A special temperature scale to give a very simple type of the dissipation equation is the absolute temperature scale, which gives the conventional conservation of energy.

기도가 협착되어서 증상을 일으키는 질환으로 만성기관지염, 폐기종, 만성폐쇄성질환, 기관지천식 등이 있으며, 기침, 가래, 호흡곤란(숨참)등이 주요 증상인데 비의료인에게는 해소천식으로 더 잘 알려져 있다. 일반적으로 기침 가래가 나오고 숨이차면 해소천식이라고 하는데 실제로 이 만큼 오용되고 남용되는 단어는 드물 것이다. 동의보감에 의하면 해수(해소의 원명)는 기침을 말하는데 해는 가래가 없이 소리가 심한 경우이고 수는 가래를 주로하는 기침을 말하며 16가지 종류로 구분된다. 천식은 숨이 찬 증상을 말하는 것으로 8가지 종류로 구분되어 있다. 따라서 해소천식은 기침가래가 나오고 숨이 찬 증상을 말하는 것으로 특정질환을 말하는 병명이 아니다. 비의료인이 말하는 천식의 경우에는 숨이 찬 증상을 말하는 것이고 의료인이 천식이라고 할 경우에는 특정 기도질환인 기관지 천식을 말하는 것이므로 서로 오해하기가 쉽다. 실제로 일간지 건강상식란에 천식을 소개하였는데 의사는 병명으로서의 기관지천식을 설명하였고 동참한 한의사는 증상으로서의 천식을 설명하여 혼란을 일으켰던 예가 있었다. 한의학에서는 예전에 기관지천식은 효천(孝喘)이라고 부르고 천식의 증상이 심하고 위중한 상황일 때에는 천급(喘急)이라고 하여 한의학에서도 구별하였는데 도리어 현대에 와서 정확성이 없어지고 모호해진 이유는 무엇일지 궁금하다. 폐쇄성기도질환은 기도가 좁아지는 기전과 기도폐쇄의 가역성(기도가 정상으로 회복되는지)여부에 다라서 가역성폐쇄질환인 기관지천식과 비가역적인 만성폐쇄성기도질환으로 구분하고 있다.

Intramedullary spinal cord metastases (ISCM) account for only $3.4\%$ of symptomatic metastases to the spinal cord. The survival of patients with ISCM is characteristically short, often no longer than 2 months, due to a rapid neurologic deterioration and the presence of widespread metastases, Including metastases to the brain. We report two cases of ISCM arising from primary sphenoid sinus carcinoma and primary lung cancer along with a review of the literature. The case of ISCM from the primary sphenoid sinus is the third case of secondary syringomyelia due to ISCM In the world literature, and ISCM from the primary lung cancer is the first case reported in Korea. One case showed a slow progression of symptoms and a longer survival (26 months after the radiotherapy to the spine), and the other showed a rapid deterioration of symptoms with a shorter survival. More effective palliation can be achieved if the disease is diagnosed at an early stage when the neurologic deficits are still reversible.

This essay examines 'precarity politics' by Judith Butler, a well-known gender theorist and queer philosopher, in Notes Towards a Performative Theory of Assembly (2015) focused on concepts as unchosen cohabitation of Hannah Arendt and unwilled proximity of Emmanuel Levinas. Butler's precarity politics is the condition of our dispossessed political beings with fundamental vulnerability and interdependency that cannot choose with whom we will live on this Earth. Butler's political ethics is twofold: on one hand, she examines significance of 'action'' the most significant vita activa in the public area, and 'plurality'' the condition-not only the necessary condition but the possible condition-for a political life suggested by Hannah Arendt in Human Condition; on the other hand, Butler reflects upon global precarity based on a diasporic precarious life in the social world towards freedom and equality. Unchosen cohabitation of plural humans on Earth, and global pervasion of precarity, that indicates "politically induced condition in which certain populations suffer from failing social and economic networks of support and become differentially exposed to injury, violence, and death," so called "differential distribution of precariousness," are practical possibilities of ethical and equal cohabitation of different ethnic groups in the social world. Ethical obligations or ethical demand to respond to others' suffering in distance and proximity originated from precarity politics, mentioned in Precarious Life, Parting Ways, and Frames of War, could be non-foundational joint of plural people living together globally. We should presume the 'reversibility' of distance and proximity in others' suffering, based on responsiveness and responsibility of others, if we want to stay attuned to the pain of others we never chose to live together. That is the significance of Butler's 'precarity politics' with 'ethical obligation' to accept 'unchosen plurality' of living population on Earth, and 'reversibility between of distance and proximity,' in her 'new plural and embodied body politics' or 'new corporeal ontology', through human primary vulnerability, fundamental interdependency, being exposed and responsive to suffering of others.

반도체와 그의 응용소자는 지난 20여년간 눈부식 발전을 이룩하였다. 이는 주로 단결정의 제작기술 진보에 의한 것으로 본다. 그러나 최근 단결정과는 전연 다른 유리질반도체가 국제회의에서도 그 우수성을 의논하기에 이르렀다. 유리질 반도체가 주목을 끌게 된겻은 1968년 Ovshinsky가 "무질서 구조에 있어서 가역적 스위칭현상"이라는 논문이 발표되고 유리질 반도체를 사용한 Ovonic 스위칭 소자의 출현에 기인된다. 유리질 반도체가 전기스위칭 작용, 기억작용을 나타낸다고 하는 Ovshinsky의 발표는 전자제치로서의 응용에 대해 찬반되는 의견이 있었지만 물성적 연구의 교량적인 역할을했다고 할 수 있다. 이런 반도체에 속하는 재료는 호칭도 여러가지로 유리질반도체, 비정질반도체 무정형반도체등으로 불리어진다. 단결정체가 각 격자간에 장거리질서를 갖는 반면 유리질 반도체는 무질서한 구조로 각 격자간에 단거리 질서를 갖는 것이 단결정과는 본질적으로 다른 점이라 본다. 유리 반도체의 종류는 첫째, 원소성 유리반도체로서 Ge, Si, Se, Te 들과 같이 단일원소로 된 겻과, 둘째 IV, V, VI족 원소로 된 공유결합 합금인 As$_{2}$Se$_{3}$-As$_{2}$Te$_{3}$ 계 Ge Si As Te계등의 칼코게나이드 유리등으로 금지대는 어느 것이나 2eV이하이다. 셋째 이론결합인 SiO $Al_{2}$O$_{3}$ Ta$_{2}$O$_{3}$Si$_{3}$N$_{4}$등의 산화물 및 질화물로 대표되는 분자성 비정질 물질로서 금지대는 2eV보다 큰 세종류로 크게 분류할 수 있다. 분류할 수 있다. 한다. 단 개개의 문제에 관한 구체적인 해석 또는 검토에 관하여는 다음 기회에 미루기로하고, 우선 여기서는 당면문제로서 대처하지 않으면 안될 자동주파수제어문제및 계통의 경제운용문제만에 한정하여, 이것을 우리나라의 현상과 관련시켜 개설하고, 이들의 자동화에 관한 기본적인 문제를 간단히 적어 보겠다. 가능하다. 제작완료된 ASIC은 기능시험을 완료했으며 실제 line-of-sight(LOS) 시스템 구현에 적용중이다. 시대를 살아 갈 회원들이다. The maintenance project of the Jeonglimsa temple site started with the objective of restoring the original structure of the temple, however, it was gradually transitioned to a landscaping maintenance project over time that constructs a landscape of the temple area. With paying attention to these facts, this study summarized the characteristics of cultural heritage landscaping of the Jeonglimsa temple site as follows. First, Cultural heritage landscaping is a landscaping act that creates, maintains, and manages landscapes within the spatial scope of the cultural heritage designated under the Cultural Heritage Protection Act and the cultural heritage protection area established around it. It is a work that includes protection and maintenance of the excavated remains, spaces by each function and plans for moving lines, Installation of structures to protect cultural properties, adoption of the facilities and structures for convenience of visitors, and construction of vegetation landscape. Second, the cultural heritage landscaping of the Jeonglimsa temple site has been developed in 5 periods, and these include 'the period of historical site investigation' that the temple name was identified through the designation of cultural assets and excavation investigation by the Japanese rule, 'the construction period of Baekje Tower Park' after the liberation from the Japanese rule, 'the period of Baekje Cultural Area Development Project' designated as a historical site, 'the period of the Comprehensive Development Project for a Specific Area of Baekje Culture',which was proceeded with the establishment of the park and museum instead of restoring the temple building due to the difficulty in gathering the pieces of historical evidence, and 'the period of the Jeonglimsa temple site restoring project', which was designated as a World Heritage Site while restoring the buildings deployment in the Buddhist temple at the time of foundation era of Baekje Dynasty. Third, this study verified the landscape changes of the Jeonglimsa temple site that have been transitioned, for instance, the creation of a commemorative park linked to the outer garden of Buyeo Shrine, the implementation of urban planning of the Japanese colonial era, the creation of a protective environment for the excavated historical structures and temple area, the restoration of building deployment in the Buddhist temple, and the sincerity restoration and utilization of cultural assets. Fourth, the landscape of Jeongnimsa temple site is determined by the subject and scope of cultural property designation, land use, movement lines and pavement, repairing methods of remains, structures, facilities, and vegetation. The characteristics of the cultural heritage landscape of Jeongnimsa Temple were derived, such as creating a procedural landscape considering the expansion of the cultural heritage designation scope, securing authenticity by maintaining relics in consideration of reversibility, creating a vegetative landscape suitable for historical and cultural landscapes, and enhancing the value of cultural heritage enjoyment by providing an open space.
