가스압접 이형철근의 기계적 강도 특성 연구 (A Study on the Mechanical Properties of Gas Pressure Welded Splices of Deformed Reinforcing Bar)

  • 철근 콘크리트 구조에서 철근의 이음은 불가피하게 사용된다. 최근 들어 철근 콘크리트 구조물에 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 철근 이음에는 겹침 이음, 기계 이음, 그리고 용접 접합 등이 있다. 이중에서 저비용, 건설 현장에서의 실용성, 공사 기간 단축 및 고성능 등의 장점으로 인하여 가스 압접 이음의 효용성이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 가스 압접 이음 과정동안 철근이 열을 받게 되고 이는 접합부 주위에 잔류 응력으로 남아 철근의 피로수명에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 그러므로 가스 압접 접합부의 명확한 잔류 응력 분석과 가스 압접 후 철근의 하중지지 능력을 확인하기 위한 인장 시험이 수행되어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 공용중인 철근(KS D3504 SD400)에 대하여 3차원 해석을 수행하여 연구 결과 잔류 응력은 상대적으로 작기 때문에 철근의 피로 수명에 영향을 미치지 않으며 인장 실험 결과에서도 가스 압접된 철근의 항복강도가 기준항복강도보다 높게 측정되어 하중 저항 능력도 가스 압접 이음부가 연속된 철근으로서의 거동에 충분히 그 성능을 발휘하는 것으로 나타났다.

레일 가스압접부의 강도 안전성에 관한 실험적 연구 (A Experimental Study on Strength Safety of Rail Steel using Gas Pressure Welding)

  • 본 연구는 빠르게 대중화 되어가는 철도의 주행안전성과 승차감 개선을 목적으로 수행하였다. 가스압접을 실시하는 장대레일의 강도 안전성을 확보하기 위하여 인장시험과 회전굽힘시험을 실시했다. 실험을 통하여 가스 압접부의 인장강도를 결정하는 요소는 가해진 압력보다 업셋길이의 변화에 기인하며, 업셋길이가 늘어남에 따라서 취성파괴에서 연성파괴가 발생하는 것을 관찰했다. 파단면의 조직검사를 통해 그 면에 존재하는 취성파면의 유무에 따라서 강도 안전성을 용이하게 평가할 수 있었다. 회전굽힘시험 결과 업셋길이 25mm에서 373MPa의 우수한 피로한도가 나타났으며, 무한수명을 얻을 수 있었다.

외관검사를 통한 한국형 철근자동가스압접기의 압접성능 연구 (A study on the welding performance of korean automatic gas pressure welding machine by external appearance investigation)

  • This study is focused on the welding performance of automatic gas pressure welding machine adapted to korean construction site by external appearance investigation. As gas pressure welding is more economical and has good performances compared with other steel bar jointing methods, as arc welding and mechanical joint etc, in Japan, the gas pressure welding is one of the typical connection of steel reinforcement when connecting the D29 and thicker steel bars, But in Korea, gas pressure welding joint method is not widely used caused by the shortage of skilled workers. so to activate the gas pressure welding in Korea, the automatic gas pressure welding machine is developed. In this study, the welding performances of gas pressure welding joint samples using korean automatic gas pressure welding machine are measured by external appearance investigation - blown diameters, blown length, welding face disagreement, central axis eccentric ratio, bending, sag and crack. The results of welding performances on the gas pressure welding joint samples show that samples are satisfied with the standard value regulated in KS D 0244 and JIS Z 3120.

철근 가스압접공법 활성화를 위한 한국형 철근자동가스압접기 기술개발방향 (The developing direction of korean gas pressure welding machine)

  • The study is focused on the settling the developing direction of korean gas pressure welding machine which can be applied in korean construction sites with moderate and high performance. Gas pressure welding is more economical and has good performances than other steel bar jointing methods, as arc welding and mechanical joint etc. Therefore in Japan, the gas pressure welding, which has less loss of steel bars and low performance of joints, when connecting the D29 and thicker steel bars, Is one of the typical connection of steel reinforcement. But in Korea, the gas pressure welding method is not widely used caused by the shortage of skilled workers, and this situation in Korea can not be solved in short period. The training of the skilled workers takes long period(around $6\~10$ years), and there is no certification system for gas pressure welding. So to activate the gas pressure welding in Korea, the development of the automatic gas pressure welding machine is necessary, which gives regular performance of the steel bar joints and can be operated by not sufficient skilled workers. The automatic gas pressure welding machine was developed in Japan, but this machine has many problems when applied in korean construction sites. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a korean automatic gas pressure welding machine to overcome this problems. To develop korean automatic gas pressure welding machine, the problems, which shows when applied in korean construction sites, need to be investigated. According to the investigation, counterproposals are presented for the pragmatical development of the korean automatic gas pressure welding machine.

  • In apartment building with column structure, reinforcing bar of the column is constructed mainly using gas pressure welding job. Therefore, gas pressure welding job in very critical process is construction apartment building with column structure. The purpose of this study is to analyze productivity of gas pressure welding work in column structure apartment using Web-CYCLONE. In this study, a CYCLONE model was developed for the productivity analysis of gas pressure welding work. Through this model, the optimal combination of the resources was obtained. This study will be utilized in the future as a useful tool of productivity analysis and the determination of an optimal combination of resources for gas pressure welding in apartment with column structure.

철근 가스압접의 접합조건에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Weld Condition of Gas Pressure Welding in Steel Bars)

  • Recently, it has increased that the importance of gas pressure weldment of steel bars in large construction bars. But there has hardly been any studies about it. Therefore we need more research. SD40 steel bar (32mm in diameter) which has been practically used at construction sites are tested about tension, bonding, fatigue, a macro structure and micro structure at foil gitudinal section and hardness to fed out the mechanical property and best welding ranges in some cases of mechanical cut and gas cut before gas pressure welded. It is that a gas-pressure welded zone of steel bar where was cleaned of impurities in way of two-upsetted method is more excellent bending and tension property than the regulation of KD D 0244. Also gas cut bars gained hardness from the heat affected zone so. In conclusion, to improve the weldability of steel bars, it is considered best to clean mechanically cut sutra- faces and then weld them by a method of 2 step upset way.

철도궤조(鐵道軌條)의 용접연결부(鎔接連結部)에 대한 피로균열성장(疲勞龜裂成長) (Fatigue Crack Growth of Welded Joints for the Rail of Railroad)

  • 철도궤조(軌條) 용접연결부(鎔接連結部)는 용접(鎔接)에 의한 저인성(低靭性), 잔류응력(殘溜應力), 용접변형등(鎔接變形等)의 효과로 피로균열성장거동(疲勞龜裂成長擧動)의 복잡성을 나타낸다. 또한 철도궤조(軌條)의 장대화(長大化)로 용접연결(鎔接連結)이 불가피하며 용접연결부(鎔接連結部)에서는 피로파괴(疲勞破壞)가 빈번히 발생(發生)하고 있다. 이에 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 소재부(素材部), 가스압접부(壓接部), 테르밋트용접부(鎔接部)에 대하여 피로실험(疲勞實驗)을 행(行)하여 S-N 선도작성(線圖作成)의 기본적인 자료를 제시코져 하였다. 그 결과(結果), 소재부(素材部)가 용접부(鎔接部)보다, 또 가스압접부(壓接部)가 테르밋트용접부(鎔接部)보다 피로균열성장(疲勞龜裂成長)에 대한 저항성(抵抗性)이 좋으며, 이와같은 용접부(鎔接部)와 고강도(高强度)의 궤조강(軌條鋼)은 종래의 재료역학적(材料力學的)인 방법(方法)만으로 파괴(破壞)를 제어하는 것은 매우 위험하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, thermite and gas pressure weldings have been used to join rails in-track and analyzed as functions of hardness and wear characteristics. The wear rate of thermite welded rail is low compared with that of gas pressure welded rail, which is tested in a pin-on-disk wear tester. The hardness of thermite welded materials is relatively high and narrowly distributed between three zones; welded part, thermally affected zone, and base matrix. Wear of a welded rail may be a major factor in railroad maintenance costs and failures at the rail-rail huh joint.

  • CWR technology is generally believed to contribute to the increase of train speed and bring a variety of significant advantages, such as the decrease in track works, noise and vibration as well as the improvement of passenger comfort. In CWR technology, welding is considered to be one of the most important element technologies. Among the various welding methods, gas pressure welding is the most frequently used in vicinity of train line station since the operation is simple and the instruments are not heavy. The gas pressure welding is constructed exactly by good manual book on which simple and excellent welding methods is written and has the same performance as raw material. But this can be poor in the variety of the processing of rail end surface to be welded, the control of oxyacetylene flame and axil compressive force. This study tries to describe the characteristics of gas pressure welding, defect-causing factors and preventive counterplan of defects
