실물옵션 기반 기술가치 평가모델 정교화와 변동성 연구

  • 최근 들어 기술벤처기업에 대한 투자가 증가하고, 이를 위한 기술신용평가의 역할이 증대하였다. 그러나 금융권에서 바라보는 기술신용평가의 경우, 해당 기업의 신용등급이나 기술(력) 등급평가에 초점을 두어, 대상기술의 사업화 및 수익성 관점을 체계적으로 반영하지 못하는 한계를 지닌다. 따라서, 벤처캐피털(VC)이나 엔젤투자자를 비롯한 금융권에서 대상기술의 수익성 정보를 참조하거나 기술벤처기업 설립시 기술지분을 참고하는 등, 기존 기술이전거래 협상참조용이나 담보 보증용에 널리 이용되던 기술가치평가의 활용범위가 급격히 확대되고 있다. 제조 서비스 분야의 일반 기술 뿐만이 아니라, 바이오 제약 의료 분야 기술에서도 미래 투입되어야 하는 사업화 소요기간 및 비용을 고려하여 기술가치를 산정해야 할 때가 있다. 기존의 현금흐름할인법(DCF법)이 연속된 투자에 대한 고려를 못하거나 기술적용 제품의 상용화 투입비용에 대한 확률적인 속성을 반영하지 못하는 등 한계점을 지니고 있다. 그러나 기술과 투자의 가치는 기회가치로 보고 자원배분을 위한 의사결정 정보를 감안해야 하므로, 실물옵션의 개념을 적용하는 것이 바람직하다고 여겨진다. 흔히 기업가치를 평가할 때 주가의 변동성(volatility) 개념을 도입하여 전일종가 대비 익일시가의 분산값을 활용하기도 한다. 이러한 개념을 기술가치평가에 적용하기 위해서는 '주가의 연속성(상대적 미세한 변화)' 및 '양(+)의 조건'을 고려해야 하는데, 실제 기술가치평가 상의 현금흐름은 사업초기년도 음(-)의 값이 나타나거나 2~3년 내외의 짧은 수익예상기간 하에서는 주가와 같은 변동성을 도출하는데 무리가 있다. 따라서 많은 문헌에서 연구된 바와 같이, 실물옵션 기반의 기술가치 산정을 위한 블랙-숄즈 모형에서 변동성과 기초자산가치, 그리고 사업화비용 간의 관계를 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 아울러 옵션가격결정모형(Option Pricing Model)에서 불확실성을 반영한 기초자산의 현재가치와 사업화비용의 현재가치분이 특정 임계조건 하에서 '옵션행사 포기(NAT; no action taken)' 영역으로 구분되는 지를 수학적으로 도출하고 관찰변수(입력값)에 따른 옵션가치 산출표를 개발하여 제시한다.

  • Korea is the 5th Maritime Power in the world, especially, Busan Metropolitan City is the 3rd Marine City, which has the largest Container port facility and logistic system in the world. However, Busan Citizen's maritime consciousness does not reach that level. This study points out the problems, which are insufficiency of linkage among maritime education institutes, uniformity of ocean education programs, incomplete ocean education system, inadequate management of ocean education programs and shortage of professional instructors. To solve these problems, it is necessary to develop the ocean education modules, establish the ocean education course and put into formal education course to maximize the education effectiveness. This is for the improvement of the reputation as a Marine City Busan, construction the hydrophil culture and propagation of ocean culture.

A Study on the Current Situation of and Developmental Direction for Small Libraries in Seoul by Autonomous District (서울시 작은도서관의 자치구별 운영 현황 및 발전방향 제안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to propose the developmental direction for small libraries based on a set of various situational analysis of small libraries in Seoul. By analyzing the operational status of the autonomous regions of different operating methods, we also pursued qualitative enhancement of small libraries by autonomous district by proposing optimized operation methods. As a consequence of the study, it was analyzed that the public and private libraries need to be distinguished in consideration of the characteristics of operation according to the operating entity rather than uniform budget support and guidance management. That is, the small libraries scattered throughout Seoul were founded by the principal of their establishment for the purpose of providing knowledge information and reading culture service within the public activity area. Therefore, if Seoul intervenes and manages under the current situation, where the libraries are operating independently in accordance with the purpose of establishment, regardless of whether they meet the user requirements or not in terms of quality or quantity, various problems may be caused. In this background, it seems appropriate to restrict the library management in line with relevant regulations.

A Study of Roundabout Operation According to the Pedestrian Volume (보행량에 따른 도시부 회전교차로 운영에 관한 연구)

  • Roundabouts, which belong to traffic circles, are intersections which are similar to the existing rotary form. Roundabouts recently have been constructed all around the world. And interests in roundabouts are increasing in Korea. However, there are lacks of research on pedestrian volume which has a great influence on operation efficiency of roundabouts in urban area. Therefore, this study suggests efficiency analysis and pedestrian signals in roundabouts according to the pedestrian volume. First, VISSIM simulation was organized to analyse volume of one lane roundabouts in urban area. Second, average delay of intersections was calibrated by VISSIM simulation dividing signalized intersections and non-signalized intersections depending on pedestrian volume. Finally, this study showed that roundabouts are suitable when pedestrian volume was under 200person/hr and traffic circles with a pelican signal are suitable when pedestrian volume was over 200person/hr. And when pedestrian volume and traffic volume are over 600person/hr and 1,500vph respectively, fixed signalized intersections fit well.

The Analysis of Private Education Cost for the Elementary, Middle, and High School Students in Korea (초,중,고 사교육비 영향요인 분석)

  • This paper studies what affects the private education cost for the elementary, middle, and high school students. It is a big issue now because there can be a problem in the equal opportunity for education if the portion of private education cost is very high in the total education cost. If we spend more time and money on the private education than the school education, it can cause the polarization among the classes and regions. The excessive private education also can deteriorate the school system. we use various regression and classification methods to analyze the cost of private education and find the important variables in the models. we found that large cities spend more money on the private education than small cities. We also found that high school students spend more than middle school students and the elementary students and the household with more income spend more money on the private education.

  • This paper aims to compare meaning of the poetry called 'capital to coming to country' with the poetry called 'country not coming up to capital'. The poetry which have the garden and pastoral imagery is linked with the poetry called 'capital to coming to the country'. In contrary the poetry which have the farm imagery is linked with the poetry called' country not coming up to the capital'. The 'sajok' is the author of the nature poetry. To study the nature poertry in 17 and 18 centuries, it is necessary to the political, social and economical position of the 'sajok'.

Prediction of Solute Transport in Natural River Using RAM4 (RAM4모형을 이용한 자연하천에서의 확산거동 예측)

  • 현재까지 우리나라에서 주로 사용되고 있는 2차원 흐름 해석 모형은 미연방 도로국(U.S. Federal Highway Administration)과 연계하여 Brigham Young University에서 개발된 SMS(Surface-Water Modeling System)모형이다. SMS모형 중 이송 확산 모형으로는 RMA-4가 포함되나 이 모형은 최신 수치기법을 반영하지 못하는 등의 문제점들로 인해 실제 물리적 현상을 모의에 있어서 한계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 물리적 현상에 대한 적절한 모의를 위해 여러 개선과정을 거쳐 RAM4가 개발되었다. 본 연구를 위해 점적분 유사량 측정기(P-61)와 대하천 유속계를 사용하여 대상구간의 SS자료 및 유속의 2차원적 분포를 취득하였고, SMS의 Pre-processing 기능을 이용하여 유한요소망을 구성하였다. 구성된 유한요소망과 흐름모형인 RMA-2를 사용하여 대상구간의 유속장을 모의하였다. 이때 모의된 유속장과 현장에서 취득한 유속분포를 비교하여 RMA-2를 검증하였고, SS자료와 RAM4로 모의된 농도장을 비교하여 RAM4를 검증하였다. 검증된 두 모형을 바탕으로 대상 구간에서 다량의 점오염원이 투입되는 가상의 시나리오를 선정 및 적용하여 오염물 이송 및 확산 거동에 대해 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 대상 하천은 형산강으로써, 유역 내에 경주시와 포항시가 위치하고 이 두 도시를 잇는 산업도로가 형산강 본류 위를 지나고, 또한 두 도시를 관류하고 있어 다른 국가하천과 마찬가지로 지속적이고 안정적인 수질관리가 필요한 하천이다, 모의구간은 형산강 본류 중 No. 68(안강 수위관측소 상류 약 350 m)에서 No. 48(부조 수위관측소 하류 약 200 m)까지로서, 약 4.3 km 구간을 모의 하였다. 모의구간 시점에서 약 0.35 km 지점에 산업도로의 일부분인 강동대교, 0.98 km 지점에 왕신천 유입, 1.35 km 지점에 수중보, 1.8 km 지점에 국당1교, 3.2 km 지점에 국당2교가 위치하며 구간 내에는 만곡 및 사행, 특히 수중보 전 후로 사주가 발달해있어 2차원 흐름 및 이송확산 모의에 적합하다고 판단되었다.

An Analysis of the Effects of Signalized Intersection Density on Travel Speed for Korea's National Highways (신호등 설치 밀도가 일반국도의 구간 통행속도에 미치는 영향분석)

  • Korea's national highways, which emphasize a high level of mobility, serve primarily intercity travel and are used as a detour for freeways. However. at the present. the highways do not have consistent geometric features or other characteristics: for example. some highways have full access control and others have uncontrolled access. Generally, geometric and traffic conditions affect Pronouncedly travel speeds in the highway sections. This study focused on the effect of signalized intersection relative factors on the speeds: signalized intersection densities, signal phases, and volume levels. The study shows that signalized intersection density was the strongest variable affecting the travel speeds: the speeds held fairly constant over intersection densities below 0.3 intersections/km, decreased sharply through intersection density of 0.7 intersections/km. and appeared constant at the lowest level over intersection densities above 0.7 intersections/km. The results also indicate that the effect of signal and traffic volume levels on the speeds was similar to that of the signalized intersection density.

The Changes of Technical Efficiency and Malmquist Productivity of Land Transportation by Region (지역에 따른 육상운송의 효율성과 생산성 분석)

  • Inland transportation system has been improving inefficiencies and structural problems due to excess of supply. Therefore, inland transportation market needs to reform its regional logistics structure in order to increase its competitiveness. To improve the solution, the research studied efficiencies and productivity of inland transportation systems in regions. In order to obtain specific facts, each cities' five years of (2005-2009) balanced panel data on inland transportation system has been studied. According to CCR and BCC analysis, Ul-San has been evaluated as the most efficient DMU during 2005-2008. In addition, in 2009, Seoul was the most efficient DMU. Also, according to Window analysis, Gwan-Ju and Gwangwon-do scored 0.062. Therefore, they were estimated as stable DMUs. According to Malmquist productivity analysis, average productivity indexes of four terms of Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do haves been increased to 6.6% and 7.3%. I hope this study contributes to the improvement of regional inland transportation system.

Performance Analysis of Single and Multiple Bus Topology Due to Master and Slave (마스터와 슬레이브에 따른 싱글버스와 다중버스 토폴로지의 성능분석)

  • The SoC bus topology is classified to single and multiple bus systems due to bus number. In single bus system, the selected only one master among the masters that try to initiate the bus transaction can execute its data transaction. On the other hand, in multiple bus system, as several buses that can be operated independently are connected with bridge, multiple data can be transferred parallel in each bus. However, In the case of data communication from one bus system to the other, data latency has remarkably increased in multiple bus. Furthermore, the performance of multiple bus can be easily different from master number, slave type and so on. In this paper, the performance of single and multiple bus architecture is compared and quantitatively analysed with the variation of master number and slave type especially a tying SDRAM, SRAM and register with TLM simulation method.
