Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. As a result of this study, the correlated factors of clinical competence included responsibility(r=.53, p<.001), critical thinking disposition(r=.71, p<.001). The factors influencing clinical competence were critical thinking disposition(𝛽=.56, p<.001), responsibility(𝛽=.32, p<.001), and clinical practice satisfaction(𝛽=.13, p=.012).
