This study was conducted to investigate factors contributing to Evidence-Based Practice Readiness(Knowledge/Skill, Attitudes, Organizational culture) for nurses. A descriptive correlational study design was used. The data were collected from Mar. 21 to Mar. 29 of 2013. The subject were 160 nurses who were working in the 2 Tertiary General Hospital. Factors influencing EBP Knowledge/Skill were critical thinking disposition, which explained about 34.7% of total variance. and EBP Attitudes were EBP Knowledge/Skill, surgical unit, Which explained about 14.2% of total variance. and Organizational culture for EBP were Innovation-oriented culture, Relational-oriented culture, Which explained about 24.6% of total variance. Therefore, For introduction and activated of EBP, Nursing organization-dimentional required at the critical thinking disposition and EBP Knowledge/Skill training programs development and to be applied. Also, Systematic support system for the nursing organization to create a culture of Innovation-oriented culture is required.

This study was to examine the relationship between suicidal ideation, depression, stress and their parent's socioeconomic status. Nation-wide representative data from the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2009 were used in this study. 904 adolescents with parent were analysed. Parent's socioeconomic status, especially mother's low educational level and the beneficiaries for national basic livelihood security were significant risk factor for adolescents' suicidal ideation. These associations remained significant in multiple logistic regression controlling for all covariates. The findings in the current study support the global literature on the importance of socioeconomic status in promoting adolescent's mental health. Future prevention intervention efforts to improve adolescent's suicide risk will need to take into consideration parent's and household's socioeconomic conditions. Future study is needed to explore the possible proximal risk factors and mediators between parent's socioeconomic status and mental health among adolescents.

As software is widely used on various environments today, there is an increasing need for adaptive software. Adaptive software is robust and flexible software that modifies its own behavior in response to the changes in its environment. Due to time constraints, high complexity and so on, it is hard to acquire context information from environment. So, when implementing software, it is common to think easily acquired data to be the environments. This research proposes an adaptive software framework that assumes plane images to be environments. Plane images are easy to acquire and have enough complexity. From this, our framework is able to acquire context information, reasons with action rule, and acts on the result of reasoning. Stand on this framework, implements software that plays a simple game automatically.

This study was to identify factors influencing the job-related burnout of the nurses and caregivers in nursing homes. The participants in this study were 188 who were working as nurses (77) and caregivers (111) at five nursing homes in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Collected data were analyzed in independent t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple stepwise regression using IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0. The nurse's job-related burnout was positively correlated with job-satisfaction(r=.333, p=.003), and stress(r=.484, p<.001), whereas caregiver's job-related burnout was positively correlated with stress(r=.458, p<.001). The factor influencing on nurse's job-related burnout was interpersonal relation stress and this factors explained 27.0% of the variance. In case of the caregivers, work-related stress was a factor influencing on job-related burnout and it explained 21.2% of the variance. On the basis of the results in this study, the improvement of working conditions, and the development of stress management program should be considered systematically.

This is a descriptive study to identify the importance and satisfaction on nursing core competencey(NCC) for the clinical practical centered nursing education curriculum revision. The subjects were 136 staff nurses and nurse managers at A and B hospitals in K city. The data were collected from December 1 to 15, 2012. It were analyzed using the SAS program through t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test. There was a significant differences in the score of the importance and satisfaction on NCC within nurses(t=12.64, p<0.0001) and within nurse managers(t=6.20, p<0.0001). Also there was higher in the score of importance on professional knowledge and personality area of the NCC, But there was the most lowest in the score of satisfaction on foreign language skills. Therefore education and health care systems should work closely to promote professional competency of nurses and to strengthen the liberal arts education, including personality and foreign language skills of students nurses.

This research was conducted to examine successful aging and influencing factors in middle aged women. Data were collected from 189 middle-aged women in two cities. Data were collected from July to August 2017 using structured questionnaires. Data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlations, and multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that the perception of successful aging mean was 128.49 points (range: 33-165). Depression (r=-.20, p=.005) had a significant negative association with perception of successful aging. Family resilience (r=.49, p<.001) and life satisfaction (r=.54, p<.001) were positively correlated with perception of successful aging. The significant predictors of successful aging were age (${\ss}=-.15$, p=.013), family resilience (${\ss}=.24$, p=.002), and life satisfaction (${\ss}=.37$, p<.001), explaining 33.9% of the variance. Based on the study results, we suggest that it is necessary to develop and apply educational strategy to improve perception of successful aging.

This study was a descriptive study performed to identify factors affecting medical satisfaction in multicultural members. The survey participants were 301 multicultural members in A city. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Independent t-tests, One-way ANOVA, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 14.0 program. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the predictors of satisfaction among the medical staff were satisfaction with age and health insurance, which accounted for 28% of all variance. Predictors of satisfaction with the medical environment were age and jobs, which accounted for 17% of all variance. Predictors of satisfaction with medical expenses were multicultural form, educational level, and jobs, which accounted for 33% of all variance. These results suggest that we need to develop and implement strategies and programs that can enhance satisfaction with medical use among multicultural members.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the frequency and usage of sentence patterns appearing in electronic dictionaries used in Korean language education in order to design an automatic sentence patterns checking. First, the concept of sentence patterns is defined and it is classified into sentence structure patterns and sentencial expression patterns. Sentence structure patterns and sentencial expression patterns are analyzed how they are expressed in the Korean Learner's Corpus. learner's Corpus is built into the Standard Corpus, which all Korean Learners must learn, and the Errors Corpus made by learners. From these research, we will find out how frequently the Sentential Patterns are being used in the Standard Corpus which has been made of Korean Texts and how the Sentential Pattern are being used in the Errors Corpus which were constructed from Korean learner's writings. Finally, having described the Sentential Patterns on the Sentential Electric Dictionary, we determine the optimum speed in the search for the Sentential Pattern.

The k-anonymity scheme has been widely used to protect private information when Big Data are distributed to a third party for research purposes. When the scheme is applied, an optimal k value determination is one of difficult problems to be resolved because many factors should be considered. Currently, the determination has been done almost manually by human experts with their intuition. This leads to degrade performance of the anonymization, and it takes much time and cost for them to do a task. To overcome this problem, a simple idea has been proposed that is based on machine learning. This paper describes implementations and experiments to realize the proposed idea. In thi work, a deep neural network (DNN) is implemented using tensorflow libraries, and it is trained and tested using input dataset. The experiment results show that a trend of training errors follows a typical pattern in DNN, but for validation errors, our model represents a different pattern from one shown in typical training process. The advantage of the proposed approach is that it can reduce time and cost for experts to determine k value because it can be done semi-automatically.

This paper reports a programming toolkit for implementing localization and navigation of a mobile robot both in real world and simulation. Many of the previous function libraries are difficult to use because of their complexity or lack of usability. The proposed toolkit consist of functions for dead reckoning, motion model, measurement model, and operations on directions or heading angles. The dead reckoning and motion model deals with differential drive robot and bicycle type robot driven by front wheel or rear wheel. The functions can be used for navigation in both real environment and simulation. To prove the feasibility of the toolkit, simulation results are shown along with the results in real environment. It is expected the proposed toolkit is used for test of algorithms for mobile robot navigation such as localization, map building, and obstacle avoidance.
