The present study explores how the quality management rhetoric commonly used by Korean CEOs tends to be composed and perceived by the public. To this end, articles of the remarks of Lee Kun-hee, the second founder of Samsung, are analyzed. The results show a rhetorical structure of quality management where the CEO offers a persuasive theme (quality management for a super-class enterprise) and practical measures (innovation and performance-based promotion) while coping with a rhetorical situation (an economic crisis). A multiple regression analysis of the response of 308 Korean college students who watched a video of Lee's remarks indicates that the more conservative the viewers are and the more they perceive the CEO's charm and expertise, the more likely they are to support the CEO's quality management rhetoric. The conservative viewers favorably responded to the entrepreneurship in the quality management rhetoric, while the progressives recognized the rhetoric as part of Korean-style neoliberalism that alienates ordinary workers.

On December 19, 2015, as Article 29-3 (Installation of Accident Recording Devices and Provision of Information) of Motor Vehicle Management Act came into force, In Korea, the EDR (Event Data Recorder) reports are often used for the analysis of various traffic accident cases such as multiple collisions, traffic insurance crimes, and sudden unintended acceleration (SUA), and the others. So many investigators have analyzed the driver's behavior and vehicle situation by comparing the time zero in the EDR report to the actual crash time in dash-cam (or CCTV). Time zero (T0) is defined as the reference time for the record interval or time interval when recording an accident in Article 56-2, Enforcement rule of Performance and Standard for Automobile and Automotive parts. Also in the EDR report, time zero (T0) is defined as whichever of the following occurs first; 1. "wake-up" by an air-bag control system, 2. Continuously running algorithms (by monitoring of longitudinal or lateral delta-V), 3. Deployment of a non-reversible deployment restraint. We have already proposed the "Flowchart & Checklist" to adopt the EDR report for traffic accident investigation and the necessity of specialized institutions or courses to systematically educate or analyze the EDR data. Therefore, in this paper, we report to traffic accident investigators notable points and analysis methods based on some real-world traffic accidents that can be misjudged in specifying time zero (T0).

A new forensic saliva test method using $SALIgAE^{(R)}$ was evaluated in this study. The sensitivity and specificity of $SALIgAE^{(R)}$ were examined and compared to those of other saliva test methods such as agarose gel diffusion method and $Phadebas^{(R)}$ test sheet method. $SALIgAE^{(R)}$ showed high sensitivity and specificity to human saliva in addition to quickness. Moreover modified $SALIgAE^{(R)}$ method was cheap and easy to use in crime scene and DNA laboratory. $SALIgAE^{(R)}$ was very stable at room temperature and had no effect on STR typing.

When a traffic accident occurs, the vehicle's speed is an essential factor in the analysis of the cause of the accident. As more and more vehicles have a blackbox device installed, measuring the vehicle's speed through blackbox video is one of the ways to measure the vehicle's speed. This paper presents the results of comparing and analyzing the validity of the speed measured from re-recorded or re-encoded blackbox video. In this paper, we suggest that if it is impossible to measure the speed with the original blackbox video, it can analyze by re-taken and re-encoding video. For the verification, the accuracy of the measured speed by original video examined by comparing it with the actual speed confirmed in the smartphone navigation. After that, the speeds of vehicles in three re-taken videos and two re-encorded videos at different resolutions and frames per second measured. As a result of analyzing them, it verified that there is no significant difference between them and the speeds from the original video. Based on these results, it confirmed that the speeds measured from re-taken and re-encoded video are valid when measuring a vehicle's actual speed.

Nowadays, smart devices are the target of the digital forensic investigation. Among various smart devices, we can obtain much information from smart phone which is provided with continuous power and used for data communication. This paper deals with the traces to be left in Android smart phones after using the navigation applications with the GPS function. We selected navigation applications(domestic and overseas) which have a high number of download times, anaylzed them and discussed the meaning of the analysis result in digital forensic investigation.

This paper presents a new methodology for music structure analysis which facilitates rhetoric-based music summarization. Similarity analysis of musical constituents suggests the structure of a musical piece. We can recognize its musical form from the structure. Musical forms have rhetorical characteristics of their on. We have utilized the characteristics for locating musical motifs. Motif extraction is to music summarization what topic sentence extraction is to text summarization. We have evaluated the effectiveness of this methodology through a popular music case study.

An area presenting new opportunities for both legitimate business, as well as criminal organizations, is Cloud computing. This work gives a strong background in current digital forensic science, as well as a basic understanding of the goal of Law Enforcement when conducting digital forensic investigations. These concepts are then applied to digital forensic investigation of cloud environments in both theory and practice, and supplemented with current literature on the subject. Finally, legal challenges with digital forensic investigations in cloud environments are discussed.

Embezzlement incident of staff at the casino occurred. Staff of some casinos have lower job satisfaction, moral gap is seriously considering a change jobs. In addition, cash lure of large amounts and a lack of money management system causes embezzlement incident. In this paper, the uniqueness of the casino industry and that employee job satisfaction is investigated. Content analysis of occurrence for casino embezzlement incident and tracking that bank account and bank check, suspect's call list, and so on that digital forensic investigation technology will be studied. Problems and solutions suggest that conducted a loss prevention program, a digital forensics technology and introduce of investigator. Through this study, the computerization of the casino business to embezzlement accident prevent will contribute to that give back profits of property to society, the develop of forensic investigation technology.

해쉬 알고리즘은 디지털 포렌식 수사에서 디지털 증거의 무결성을 증명하기 위해 널리 사용되고 있다. 디지털 증거의 무결성은 동일한 데이터에서만 같은 해쉬 값이 계산된다는 성질에 의하여 증명된다. 일반적으로 동일한 데이터에 대한 해쉬 값은 서로 다른 포렌식 툴을 이용해서 계산을 해도 항상 같은 값이 출력될 것이라고 인식하고 있다. 하지만, CD-R 미디어의 경우에는 해쉬를 계산하는 포렌식 툴에 따라 값이 다르다는 특성이 있다. 이것은 해쉬 값이 CD 제작 도구에서 CD-R 미디어에 데이터를 기록하는 방식과 각 포렌식 툴 별로 CD-R 미디어를 인식하는 방식에 의해 영향을 받기 때문이다. 이러한 특성은 CD-R 미디어의 무결성 증명 시에 문제가 될 여지가 있기 때문에 디지털 포렌식 수사 절차에서 반드시 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 CD-R 미디어의 해쉬 값에 영향을 주는 요소에 대해 기술하고, 실험용 CD-R 미디어를 제작하여 대표적인 디지털 포렌식 도구들을 이용해서 확인한다. 이를 통해, 디지털 포렌식 수사 절차에서 CD-R 미디어에 대한 해쉬 값을 계산할 때 고려해야 할 사항을 제안한다.

In the VTS, the predictions of vessel mobility and situation awareness of maritime environment are basic function. In recent years, pilotage information is an essential aware element of VTS personnel for vessel traffic management. So, we designed the structure of pilotage information service with VTS and tested in real environment. In the future, similar pilotage information can be used as a useful VTS service.
