본 연구의 목적은 시장에서 ICO에 대한 올바른 투자를 위한 방안을 조사하는 것이다. 이전에는 기업들이 자금조달을 위해서는 은행에서 차입하거나, VC(벤처 캐피탈)과 엔젤 투자자로 부터 출자를 받는 방법들을 주로 사용하였지만, 현재 ICO는 새로운 형태의 자금투자 및 조달 모델로 사용되고 있다. ICO는 블록체인을 기반으로 생성된 토큰 또는 코인을 온라인상에서 공개적으로 판매하여 필요한 자금을 조달하고, 투자자에게 투자금액에 따른 토큰 또는 코인을 지급하여 시장 가치를 제공한다. 본 연구 조사에 따르면, ICO 시장의 한계요인으로 (1) 해당 기업평가의 어려움, (2) 투자의 불확실성, (3) 법적 안전장치 결여, (4) 모집 후의 기업의 안정성 확보방안이 미흡이다. 현재 국내의 경우 ICO를 법적인 테두리에서 보호하지 않아 이를 제도적으로 대응 할 수 있는 방법은 없다. 그럼에도 불구하고 존재하고 있는 ICO 시장에 대한 올바른 투자를 위한 방안을 제시하였다. ICO 투자 시, 투자자는 (1) 투자방법 및 수익성 고려, (2) 투자사기 여부를 다양한 채널로 검증 및 판단(ex. 홈페이지, 구성팀 프로필 등)하고 이를 기반으로 투자가 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 새롭게 등장한 ICO 시장에 대한 이해 도모와 이에 자금투자 시 검토사항에 대해 연구하여 올바른 투자자 양성에 기여하고 사기 등으로 인한 소비자 피해의 양산을 줄여 건강한 ICO 시장 형성에 기여 할 것이다. 본 연구의 한계는 아직 국내는 ICO를 법적인 테두리에서 검토되지 않고 있어 향후 정책적 변화가 발생할 때 이에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요하다.

기업공개(IPO)는 투자자 보호를 위한 법적 테두리가 마련되어 있으며, 다양한 정량적 평가 요소가 존재하기 때문에 객관적인 분석이 가능하며 다양한 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 또한, 크라우드펀딩 역시 투자자 보호를 위한 법적 제도와 무분별한 펀딩을 방지하기 위한 여러 장치가 마련되어 있다. 반면에 최근 각광받는 블록체인 기반의 암호화폐 백서(ICO)는 투자자를 보호할 법적 수단과 기준이 모호하며 ICO를 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 정량적 평가 방법이 미흡한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 ICO의 사기 여부를 탐지하기 위해 온라인상 공개된 ICO 백서를 수집하고 텍스트 임베딩 기법인 BERT에 기반한 ICO 사기 예측을 수행하였고 기존의 Random Forest 머신러닝 기법과 비교하여 정량적 방법으로 사기 탐지가 가능함을 보였다. 최종적으로 본 연구는 비정형 데이터에 기반하여 ICO의 사기 여부를 판단할 수 있는 정량적 접근 방법론의 활용 가능성을 제시함으로써 정량적 방법에 기초한 ICO 사기 탐지 연구에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다

기호학은 인간의 삶과 관련된 모든 기호의 구조와 기호의 체계를 연구하는 학문이므로 게임을 분석하기에 충분하다. '게임을 한다'는 것은 기호학적으로 보아 게임을 읽는 것, 즉 해석하는 행위로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 게임을 만든 제작자는 '발신자', 게임은 '텍스트', 게이머는 '수신자' 그리고 게이머가 게임을 플레이하는 것은 '컨텍스트'로 볼 수 있다. 그러나 게임 대부분은 다변수적 서사형태를 기본으로 하기 때문에 게이머가 제작자의 의도대로 게임을 해석하는 경우는 많지 않다. 이에 본고는 제작자의 의도와 게이머의 반응이 동일한 콘솔게임 (2001)를 분석대상으로 삼고 기호학적 해석을 시도하였다. 분석방법으로는 줄거리 분석, 시퀀스 분석을 통해 이야기 프로그램을 정의하였고, 의미론적 분석을 위해 행동자 모델, 기호 사각형 모델을 적용 하였다. 이 과정에서 대결, 도움, 협조, 지배의 코드를 찾을 수 있었으며 비주체적인 인물이었던 이코와 요르다가 주체적 인물로 변화됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉, 는 비주체적 삶을 살던 주인공들이 삶을 획득하는 이야기라고 해석할 수 있다.

ICO사에는 세계 유수의 통신사업자, 셀룰러사업자, 위성체 제조업체 등 44개국에서 47개업체가 투자자로 참여함으로써 세계 최대의 MSS(위성휴대통신서비스)연합체로 자리잡았다. 이밖에 ICO에 직접 투자하지 않았더라도 인마셋 회원의 자격으로 많은 국가 및 업체들이 간접적으로 투자하고 있다.

A control scheme for stand-alone inverters that utilizes an inductor current observer (ICO) is proposed. The proposed method measures disturbance load currents using a current sensor and it estimates the inductor current using the ICO. The filter parameter mismatch effect is analyzed to confirm the ICO's controllability. The ICO and controllers are designed in a continuous-time domain and transferred to a discrete-time domain with a digital delay. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the ICO using a 5-kVA single-phase stand-alone inverter prototype. The experimental results demonstrate that the observed current matches the actual current and that the proposed method can archive a less than 2.4% total harmonic distortion (THD) sinusoidal output waveform under nonlinear load conditions.

PURPOSE. The objective was to evaluate canine positions, intercanine tip width (ICTW) and width of distal surface of canine (WDC), related to facial landmarks including interalar width (IAW), intercommissural width (ICoW), and distance between left and right projection lines drawn from inner canthus of eyes to alae of the nose (DPICa) in a group of Thai. MATERIALS AND METHODS. One hundred Thai subjects aged 18-35 years were selected. IAW and ICoW were measured on subject's face using digital vernier caliper. Irreversible hydrocolloid impression of the upper arch was taken, and a cast was poured with dental stone. Silicone impression material was used to take imprint of the incisal edge of upper six anterior teeth. DPICa was obtained from the subject's face using custom-made measuring equipment and marked on the silicone incisal imprint. The marks were then transferred from the imprint to the stone cast and measured with digital caliper. The ICTW and WDC were also measured on the stone cast. Pearson's correlation was used to determine the correlation. RESULTS. The results revealed that the correlation between ICTW-ICoW was 0.429 and ICTW-DPICa was 0.573. The correlation between WDC-ICoW was 0.426 and WDC-DPICa was 0.547. However, IAW did not show any correlation with ICTW or WDC (P>.05). CONCLUSION. The correlation between canine position and facial landmarks was found. ICTW and WDC had relationship with ICoW and DPICa. DPICa showed stronger correlation with the position of maxillary canine than that of ICoW.

본 연구의 목적은 디지털콘텐츠 산업과 블록체인 기술의 융합 생태계가 활성화 될 수 있도록 산업 이해관계자들이 상호 활용 가능한 ICO의 핵심요인과 관련된 선행연구를 정리하고, 요인별 중요도를 산출하는 데 있다. 이에 선행연구에서 도출된 핵심요인을 바탕으로 계층구조모델을 구조화하고 AHP 방법론을 활용하여 각 요인의 가중치를 도출하였다. 상위요인에서는 사업(0.422) > 기술(0.172) > 콘텐츠(0.144) > 인력(0.104) > 제도(0.099) > 토큰(0.059) 순으로 중요하게 나타났다. 하위요인에서는 가중치 내림차순으로 실현가능성(0.162) > 법률규제(0.071) > 시장성장성(0.063) 등으로 나타나 각각의 시사점을 기술하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 ICO 발기자뿐만 아니라 투자자 입장에서도 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 산업적 초기 단계에 속하는 블록체인 융합생태계의 학문적 토대를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: The objective of this research was to investigate how blockchain ventures can optimize their wealth through Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs). Drawing upon signal theory, this study examined the impact of technological capabilities on the performance of ICOs in blockchain ventures. Given the highly technical nature of companies involved in ICOs, the technical proficiency of venture companies can have a significant influence on the success of ICOs. Specifically, three potential indicators of technological capability - patents, white papers, and source code - were analyzed. Research design, data and methodology: To accomplish this, a database was constructed by coding the relevant variables from various sources for 514 companies that launched ICOs. This study conducted hierarchical regression analysis for the hypotheses test. Results: The results indicated that a blockchain venture with a patent had a positive effect on the performance of the ICO. Additionally, publishing source code had a positive impact on ICO performance. Conclusions: This study identifies crucial factors for ICO success, emphasizing the importance of technological capabilities. Companies should enhance these to boost investor confidence, transparency, and outcomes. This research offers valuable insights for businesses and policymakers in the evolving cryptocurrency market, aiming to maximize ICO performance and success.

최근 ICO(Initial Coin Offering)를 악용한 투자 피해 사례가 계속해서 보고되고 있다. 이처럼 ICO 의 문제점이 드러나면서 ICO 의 장점을 그대로 가지면서도 법의 규제 하에서 투자자를 보호할 수 있는 STO(Security Token Offering)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 STO 에 대해 연구하고 국내 시장에서의 STO 의 확산 및 법제화를 촉구한다.
