가정에서 제조된 된장을 산성조건에서 계대 배양한 후 균체외 mannanase 를 생산하는 Bacillus sp. YB-1401를 분리하였다. 분리균의 당이용능을 비롯한 생화학적 특성은 Brevibacillus laterosporus와 유사도(61.1%)가 가장 높은 반면에 16S rRNA 유전자의 염기서열은 B. amyloliquefaciens와 유사도가 가장 높았다. 분리균 YB-1401의 mannanase 생산성은 mannans에 의해 급격하게 증가하였으며, 특히 곤약(4%)이 첨가된 배지에서 약 265 U/ml로 최대 생산성을 보였다. 분리균의 mannanase는 $55^{\circ}C$와 pH 5.5 반응조건에서 최대활성을 보였으며 pH 3.5-11.0의 범위에서 1시간 방치하였을 때 실활이 거의 일어나지 않았다. 또한 LBG와 guar gum 및 mannooligosaccharides를 mannanase로 분해하였을 때 주된 반응산물로 mannobiose와 mannotriose가 생성되었으며 mannose도 소량 생성되었다.

본 연구는 돼지 수정란의 체외 성숙 및 체외 배양액의 retinol 첨가 효과를 규명하기 위하여 체외 성숙 및 체외 배양액에 retinol을 첨가하여 수정란의 체외 발달에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 수행되었다. 체외 성숙 배양액에 retinol을 첨가한 결과 성숙율은 $66.7{\pm}6.0{\sim}69.2{\pm}5.3%$으로 각 처리구 간의 유의적인 차이가 없었다(p>0.05). 체외 수정 후 배반포로의 발달율은 $5{\mu}M$ 첨가구에서 $20.4{\pm}2.6%$의 발달율을 나타내어 타 처리구에 비하여 유의적으로(p<0.05) 높게 나타났으며, $10{\mu}M$ 첨가구에 있어서는 분할율과 배반포로의 발달율이 타 처리구에 비하여 유의적으로(p<0.05) 낮게 나타났다. 정상 수정율은 $59.3{\pm}9.6{\sim}73.0{\pm}7.3%$로 처리구간에 차이가 없었다. 다정자 침입율은 처리군 간에 유의차는 인정되지 않았다(p>0.05). 배반포로의 발달 후 세포수를 비교한 결과 대조구($29.8{\pm}1.0$)에 비해 $5{\mu}M(37.0{\pm}1.6)$ 첨가구에서 유의적으로(p<0.05) 많은 세포수를 나타내었다. 체외 배양액에 retinol을 첨가한 후 발달율을 조사한 결과, 난할률, 상실배 및 배반포로의 발달율에서 모두 효과를 나타내지 못하였으며, 특히, $10{\mu}M$의 처리구에서는 대조구를 비롯한 타 처리구들보다 유의적으로(p<0.05) 발달율이 낮게 나타났다. 체외 성숙 배지와 체외 배양액 모두 retinol을 첨가한 결과 배반포로의 발달율에 있어서 각 처리구간의 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 이상의 결과를 종합할 때, 돼지 체외 성숙 배양액에 5 uM의 retinol의 첨가는 발달율과 세포수에 있어서 유의적으로(p<0.05) 효과적이었으며 10uM에서는 유해한 결과를 나타내었다.

We shall define three kinds of points for algebraic varieties associated to the center 3 of U(L) which is the universal enveloping algebra of a finite-dimensional modular Lie algebra over an algebraically closed field F of prime characteristic p. We announce here that $sp_4$(F) with p = 2 has a subregular point.

The intermolecular hydrogen bond between silk fibroin in aqueous solution facilitates gelation of silk fibroin. The dependence of gelation by the concentration of silk fibroin, pH and temperature was investigated. The gelation time of silk fibroin is decreased with increasing the concentration of glycerol and temperature within a limited range. The pH optimum for gelation found out to be 9. Hydrophobic additives were investigated to reduce gelation time.

Porcine pancrease lipase를 aldehyde-silica에 in situ 상태에서 immobilization 할때의 최적 조건에 대하여 연구하였다. Feed 용액의 조성비율, 양, pH, 온도, 농도, 유속에 대하여 최적화하였으며 lipase의 activity를 측정 비교하였다.

까마중과 어성초의 에탄올 추출물의 기능적 특성을 검토하고, 환원력을 기준한 항산화 활성과 아질산염 소거능을 측정하였다. 추출액의 가용성 고형분은 까마중 잎>어성초>까마중뿌리>까마중 열매의 순이었으나 TFC함량은 어성초가 가장 높고 까마중의 경우 잎>열매>뿌리의 순이었다. 한편 항산화활성은 까마중 잎>어성초>까마중 열매>까마중 뿌리의 순이었다. 아질산염 소거능은 실험 pH범위에서 까마중 잎이 어성초 보다 높았으며, 모든 추출액에 대하여 낮은 pH에서의 NSA가 더 높은 값을 보였다.

A complex $n(\geq 2)$-dimensional Kaehlerian manifold of constant holomorphic sectional curvature c is called a complex space form, which is denoted by $M_n(c)$. A complete and simply connected complex space form is a complex projective space $P_nC$, a complex Euclidean space $C^n$ or a complex hyperbolic space $H_nC$, according as c > 0, c = 0 or c < 0. Takagi [12] and Berndt [2] classified all homogeneous real hypersufaces of $P_nC$ and $H_nC$.

For the overproduction of glutathione, Candida sp. mutant was isolated by the treatment with U.V. light. The highest glutathione production of Candida sp. mutant was obtained after shaking culture for 48 hours in the cullture medium containing glucose 1.5%(w/v), yeast extract 4.0% (w/v), KH2PO4 0.04%(w/v), biotin 5 ng/ml, and L-cysteine 0.04%(w/v). The optimal pH and temperature for the glutathione production were pH 6.0 and 25C, respectively.

The concept of intuitionistic fuzzy set was first introduced by Atanassov in 1986. In this paper, we define the intuitionistic(S,T)-fuzzy left h-ideals of a hemiring by using an s-norm S and a t-norm T and study their properties. In particular, some results of fuzzy left h-ideals in hemirings recently obtained by Jun, $\"{O}zt\"{u}rk$, Song, and others are extended and generalized to intuitionistic (S,T)-fuzzy ideals over hemirings.
