경기육괴 중앙부의 광주시 일대에 분포하는 선캠브리아기의 경기편마암 복합체는 흑운모호상 편마암 및 석영장석질 편마암으로 구성되어 있다 지질구조 분석결과 연구지역은 적어도 다섯 번의 변형작용을 받은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 첫 번째 변성작용(M1) 및 변형작용(Dl)중에 퇴적암(층리; S0)이 변성되어 흑운모호상 편마암으로 되었으며, 성분엽리(S1)가 발달되었다. 심성암이 관입 후 두 번째 변성작용(M2) 및 변형작용(D2)이 일어났으며, 이때 심성암이 엽리(S2)가 발달된 석영장석질 편마암으로 변하였다. 세 번째 변형작용(D3) 중에 수십 cm 규모의 밀착습곡 및 등사습곡(F3)이 발달하였으며, 축면방향으로 성분엽리(S3)가 발달하였다. 변위작용에 의해 뿌리 없는 습곡(F3)이 S3 엽리와 평행하게 발달되어 있다. 네 번째 변형작용(D4) 중에 남북방향의 압축력에 의해 약 100m의 축면분리를 가지는 F4 습곡이 동서 방향으로 발달하였다. 다섯 번째 변형작용 중에 동서 방향의 압축력에 의해 축면분리가 약 3km 규모의 남북 방향의 F5 습곡이 발달하였다. F5 습곡의 중심부에서는 F4 습곡에 F5 습곡작용이 중첩되어 F5 습곡의 습곡축면과 평행한 남북방향으로 F4 습곡이 발달되어 있으며 날개 사잇각 및 축면분리가 작아졌다. 반면에 F5 습곡의 서쪽 날개 지역에서는 북동방향으로, 동쪽 날개 지역에서는 북서방향으로 F4 습곡이 회전되었다. 연구지역에 발달되어 있는 엽리의 궤적은 주로 F4 습곡 및 F5 습곡에 의해 지배되어 있다. F4 습곡작용 동안에 취성변형작용에 의해 절리 및 단층이 발달하였으며 F5 습곡의 양쪽 날개부에는 부채꼴 절리가 우세하게 발달하고, 힌지대에는 be-절리가 우세하게 발달하였다 그 이후에 북서 방향의 주향이동 단층이 지질도 규모로 발달하였다. 제4기 동안에 발생한 산사태가 일부 절리 및 엽리의 방향을 반시계방향으로 약 $15^{\circ}$ 회전시켰다.

목적 : 본 연구는 강남성모병원 호스피스 병동에 입원한 환자들의 입원 시 삶의 질과 간호서비스를 받는 동안 삶의 질 변화와 호스피스 간호서비스가 말기환자의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시도하였다. 방법 : 1999년 10월부터 2000년 3월 사이에 가톨릭 대학교 강남성모병원 호스피스 병동에 입원한 환자와 가족 100명을 대상으로 연구자가 수정, 보완하여 개발한 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료는 repeated measures ANOVA로 분석하였다. 결과 : 1) 간호제공자에 의해 인지된 환자의 삶의 질 평점은 입원시, 입원 1, 2, 3, 4주에 각각 3.31, 3.68, 3.56, 3.73, 3.75로 입원 당시보다 시간이 지남에 따라 유의하게 향상되었고, 입원시점에 따라 항목별로 살펴 볼 때 "신체적 청결"(F=6.50, P=0.0001) "통증조절"(F=18.01., P=0.0001) "대변상태"(F=2.96, P=0.0237) "수면상태"(F=3.99, P=0.0048) "메스꺼움/구토"(F=4.50, P=0.0022) "의료진의 편안한 돌봄"(F=3.95, P=0.0051) "가족들의 돌봄"(F=2.76, P=0.0317) "불안감"(F=3.14, P=0.0177) "마음이 편안함"(F=3.63, P=0.0085) "인간적인 대우"(F=3.32, P=0.0136) "죽음이 끝이 아니라 새로운 시작이라고 생각함"(F=2.54, P=0.0450) 등의 항목에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 2) 환자 자신에 의해 인지된 삶의 질 평점은 입원 시와 입원 1주에 각각 3.63, 3.83으로 향상되었지만 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았다. 입원시점에 따라 항목별로 살펴볼 때 "통증조절" 항목만이 유의한 변화를 보였다. 3) 사망시점으로부터 삶의 질 평점은 사망 5주전, 4주전, 3주전, 2주전, 1주전에 각각 3.48, 3.51, 3.44, 3.46, 3.50이었으며 유의한 차이는 없었다. 결론 : 본 연구의 결과 호스피스 서비스는 말기 환자의 삶의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 보여졌다. 따라서 호스피스 서비스의 질 향상을 위해 호스피스 환자들을 지지해 줄 중재방안을 모색해야 하며, 특히 간호의 영적 영역에 초점을 두어야 하겠다. 또한 말기 환자의 주관적인 삶의 질 측정을 위해 도구개발이 이루어져야 하며 대상자를 확대하여 계속적인 연구가 있어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

알츠하이머병은 치매를 일으키는 가장 흔한 퇴행성 뇌 질환이다. 뇌에 축적되는 베타 아밀로이드 단백질은 기억력감퇴, 언어능력 저하등 일상생활 수행 능력이 어렵게 된다. 베타 아밀로이드 플라그 농도는 인지장애를 가진 성인환자에서 알츠하이머 질환과 인지장애의 다른 원인인지를 평가하는 데 사용된다. 베타아밀로이드 단백질에 대한 높은 민감성과 특이성을 가진 $^{18}F$-Florbetaben을 이용하여 알츠하이머병을 조기진단에 유용성을 알아보고자 한다. $^{18}F$-FDG Brain 영상에서 특이소견 없음을 보인다. 그리고 MR-Brain 영상에서 해마의 위축이 없는 것으로 보였다. 하지만 $^{18}F$-Florobetaben에서 베타 아밀로이드의 섭취는 알츠하이머병의 진전이 되고 있음을 알려준다. 따라서, $^{18}F$-Florobetaben은 알츠하이머병을 조기 진단하는 데 매우 유용하다.

B. C. Carlson [Some extensions of Lardner's relations between $_0F_3$ and Bessel functions, SIAM J. Math. Anal. 1(2) (1970), 232-242] presented several useful relations between Bessel and generalized hypergeometric functions that generalize some earlier results. Here, by simply splitting Srivastava's hypergeometric function $H_B$ into eight parts, we show how some useful and generalized relations between Srivastava's hypergeometric functions $H_B$ and $F^{(3)}$ can be obtained. These main results are shown to be specialized to yield certain relations between functions $_0F_1$, $_1F_1$, $_0F_3$, ${\Psi}_2$, and their products including different combinations with different values of parameters and signs of variables. We also consider some other interesting relations between the Humbert ${\Psi}_2$ function and $Kamp\acute{e}$ de $F\acute{e}riet$ function, and between the product of exponential and Bessel functions with $Kamp\acute{e}$ de $F\acute{e}riet$ functions.

In this study, we examine the components and characteristics of channel brands, the renewal process of channel brands, and the competitiveness of SBS Subusu News and MBC 14F, online channels of Korea's leading terrestrial broadcasting company. We conducted in-depth interviews with staffs YouTube news channels such as Subusu News and 14F. First, examining the brand components and characteristics of SBS's Subusu News and MBC's 14F vertical channel, Subs News maintained its direction through the renewal of the logo type, graphic characterization, emoticon production, and campaign design production. 14F focused on brand renewal of the logo type and modification of thumbnail design to reveal the identity of the channel brand. Subusu News and 14F have achieved success through a spin-off approach that considers content relevance, expanding their brand extension. As a result of analyzing the competitiveness of the channel brand, Subusu News maintained its identity as a combination of B-class sensibility and journalism, while 14F positioned itself as a channel that delivers useful information content.

By elementry manipulation of series together with summations of Gauss and $Saalsch\ddot{u}tz$, Exton deduced a new two term relation for the hypergeometric function $_3F_2(1)$. The aim of this paper is to derive Exton's result from Thomae's formula, together with two known integral formulas and the Euler's transformation for $_2F_1$.

The purpose of this paper is to define a new class of hyperholomorphic functions spaces, which will be called $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s) type spaces. For this class, we characterize hyperholomorphic weighted ${\alpha}$-Bloch functions by functions belonging to $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s) spaces under some mild conditions. Moreover, we give some essential properties for the extended weighted little ${\alpha}$-Bloch spaces. Also, we give the characterization for the hyperholomorphic weighted Bloch space by the integral norms of $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s) spaces of hyperholomorphic functions. Finally, we will give the relation between the hyperholomorphic ${\mathcal{B}}^{\alpha}_{{\omega},0}$ type spaces and the hyperholomorphic valued-functions space $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s).

PET of the cerebral metabolic rate of glucose is increasingly used to support the clinical diagnosis in the examination of patients with suspected major neurodegenerative disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease. $^{18}F-FDG$ PET has been reported to have high diagnostic performance, especially, very high sensitivity in the diagnosis and clinical assessment of therapeutic efficacy. According to clinical research data hitherto, $^{18}F-FDG$ PET is expected to be an effective diagnostic tool in early and differential diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. Since 2004, Medicare covers $^{18}F-FDG$ PET scans for the differential diagnosis of fronto-temporal dementia (FTD) and Alzheimer's disease (AD) under specific requirements; or, its use in a CMS approved practical clinical trial focused on the utility of $^{18}F-FDG$ PET in the diagnosis or treatment of dementing neurodegenerative diseases.

단간 Japonica품종들의 semi-dwarf(d-t) gene에 대한 allelism을 검토하기 위해 semi-dwarf gene을 가진 wx817을 검정친으로 7개의 Japonica품종들을 교배하여 그 F$_1$, F$_2$ 및 F$_3$의 간장분리를 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 검정친 wx817과 7개 Japonica품종들간의 조합 F$_2$에서는 mode를 중심으로 정규분포 하였다. 2. F$_2$의 단간군. 중간군, 장간군에서 선발된 F$_3$계통은 선발 당시의 간장을 중심으로 정규분포를 나타내었다. 3. 조합에 따라서 F$_3$계통의 간장변이의 폭이 F$_2$집단에 비하여 다소 차이가 있었으나 분리양상은 모든 조합에서 동일하였다. 4. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 공시된 7개 Japonica품종들의 간장을 지배하는 주동유전子는 semi-dwarf(d-t) gene과 동일함을 알 수 있었고 품종에 따라 서로 다른 미동유전자가 작용하는 것으로 추정된다.
