충돌수분류에 의한 벽면분류 영역에서의 전열특성 (Heat Transfer Characteristics in Wall Jet Region with Impinging Water Jet)

  • The purpose of this investigation is to study heat transfer characteristics in wall jet region on a flat plate caused by upward impinging water jet. In the wall jet region, heat transfer results by impinging water jet are being compared with the ones with supplementary water. As the radius increases, the heat transfer coefficient in the wall jet region consquently decreases, but decreasing nozzle-heat plate distance, the reduction rate increases. The experimental equation is expressed as follows : $$\frac{N_{ur}}{P_r^{0.4}}{\cdot}\overline{\xi}=m(\overline{\eta}{\codt}Re{\delta})^n,\;m=0.034\~0.056,\;n=1.74\~2.007$$ The optimum height of supplementary water is obtained to improve heat transfer effect of wall jet region.

  • Y 제올라이트로부터 합성한 메조 포러스 물질을 지지체로 사용한 백금 촉매를 n-octadecane의 수첨업그레이딩 반응을 통한 항공유 제조에 적용 하였다. Y 제올라이트를 골격 구성물질로 사용하여 메조 포러스 알루미노실리케이트($MMZ_{HY}$)를 합성 하였다. $Pt/MMZ_{HY}$ 촉매상에서 Mg 첨가가 n-octadecane의 수첨업그레이딩 반응에 미치는 영향을 고찰 하였다. 촉매의 특성은 X 선 회절, 질소 흡착, 승온환원, 암모니아승온탈착 및 흡착 피리딘 적외선 분광법으로 수행 하였다. 본 연구에서 Mg가 2 wt% 첨가된 $Pt/MMZ_{HY}$ 촉매가 가장 높은 항공유 수율을 보였는데, 이는 Mg의 첨가에 의해 Pt금속의 분산도와 환원도가 증가할 뿐만 아니라, 산점의 양과 세기가 증가하기 때문이다. 또한 $PtMg/MMZ_{HY}$ 촉매 상에서 이소 파라핀에 대한 선택도가 80 % 이상임을 확인하였다.

  • Experimental study is conducted to investigate the cooling performance of impinging jet from microtube using Joule-Thomson effect to apply practical applications. And also the heat transfer characteristics of a impinging jet itself and the impinging jet with Joule-Thomson effect are tested to make a comparative study of the two different general ideas. For this propose, two kinds of copper microtubes which have 200 tim and 300 tim in inner diameter respectively were tested and $N_2$ was used as a working fluid. In case of impinging jet without Joule-Thomson effect, heat transfer coefficients distributions were similar to those of normal impinging jet. But in impinging jet with Joule-Thomson effect, the heat transfer coefficients decrease as jet-to-surface increases contrary to the case of the normal jet. As a result, much higher heat transfer coefficients are obtained with Joule-Thomson effect than those of the normal jet without J-T effect.

과도액정 기법을 이용한 오목표면 경사각도에 따른 난류 충돌 제트의 열전달 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Heat Transfer Characteristics of Turbulent Round Jet Impinge on the Inclined Concave Surface Using Transient Liquid Crystal Method)

  • The effects of concave hemispherical surface with inclined angle on the local heat transfer from a turbulent round jet impinging were experimentally investigated using transient liquid crystal method. This method suddenly exposes a preheated wall to an impinging jet and then the video system records the response of liquid crystals for the measurement of the surface temperature. The Reynolds numbers were used 11000, 23000 and 50000, nozzle-to-surface distance ratio from 2 to 10 and the surface angles $\alpha=0^{\circ},\;15^{\circ},\;30^{\circ}\;and\;40^{\circ}$. Correlations of the stagnation point Nusselt number according to Reynolds number, jet-to-surface distance ratio and dimensionless surface angle are investigated. In the stagnation point, in term of $Re^n$, n ranges from 0.43 in case of $2{\leq}L/d\leq6$ to 0.45 in case of $6. The maximum Nusselt number occurs in the direction of upstream. The displacement of the maximum Nusselt number from the stagnation point increases with increasing surface angle or decreasing nozzle-to-surface distance. The maximum displacement is about 0.7 times of the jet nozzle diameter.

Hybrid Plasma Processing에 의한 Si3N4-SiC계 미립자의 합성과정 제어 (Process Control for the Synthesis of Ultrafine Si3N4-SiC Powders by the Hybrid Plasma Processing)

  • Ultrafine Si3N4 and Si3N4+SiC mixed powders were synthesized through thermal plasma chemical vapor deposition(CVD) using a hybrid plasma, which was characterized by the supersposition of a radio-frequency plasma and arc jet. The reactant SiCl4 was injected into an arc jet and completely decomposed in a hybrid plasma, and the second reactant CH4 and/or NH3 mixed with H2 were injected into the tail flame through double stage ring slits. In the case of ultrafine Si3N4 powder synthesis, reaction efficiency increased significantly by double stage injection compared to single stage one, although crystallizing behaviors depended upon injection speed of reactive quenching gas (NH3+N2) and injection method. For the preparation of Si2N4+SiC mixed powders, N/C composition ratio could be controlled by regulating the injection speed of NH3 and/or CH4 reactant and H2 quenching gas mixtures as well as by adjusting the reaction space.

대기조성 치환 및 압력이 Jet A1 액적화염의 매연입자 생성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effects of Atmospheric Composition Substitution and Pressure on Soot Formation of Jet-A1 Droplet Flames)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국형발사체와 유사한 작동환경에서 Jet A1 액체연료의 매연 입자특성에 대해 농도를 측정함으로써 그 결과를 고찰하였다. 발사체환경과 유사한 대기 조건을 모사하기 위해 연소챔버의 산소 농도를 30%로 유지하고 내부 압력을 0.06 MPa에서 0.1 MPa 까지 변화시켜가며 실험을 통해 수행하였고, 대기의 조성을 질소, 헬륨, 이산화탄소 가스로 치환하여 실험을 수행하였다. 직경이 2 mm인 Jet-A1 액적에 동일한 점화에너지를 인가하여 발생 되는 매연 입자의 농도를 전역 광소멸 기법을 이용하여 측정하였다. Jet-A1 액적 화염의 매연 입자입자의 농도는 모든 압력조건에서 대기의 조성이 질소로 치환된 경우 높았으며, 이산화탄소로 치환된 경우 가장 낮았다. 압력이 낮아질수록 매연의 입자농도가 감소하였고, 대기압력의 Pn 형태로 감소하는 경향을 확인하였다.

Jet Loop 반응기를 이용한 화학비료폐수의 생물학적 질소제거 연구 (A Study on the Biological Nitrogen Removal of the Chemical Fertilizer Wastewater Using Jet Loop Reactor)

  • This study was conducted to determine optimum design parameters in nitrification and denitrfication of chemical fertilizer wastewater using pilot plant, Jet Loop Reactor. The chemical fertilizer wastewater which contains low amounts of organic carbon and has a high nitrogen concentration requires a post-denitrfication system. Organic nitrogen is hydrolyzed above $86\%$, and the concentration of organic nitrogen was influent wastewater 126mg/L and of effluent wastewater 16.4mg/L, respectively. The nitrification above $90\%$ was acquired to TKN volumetric loading below $0.5\;kgTKN/m^3{\cdot}d$, TKN sludge loading below $0.1\;kgTKN/kgVSS{\cdot}d$ and SRT over 8days. The nitrification efficiency was $90\%$ or more and the maximum specific nitrification rate was $184.8\;mgTKN/L{\cdot}hr$. The denitrification rate was above $95\%$ and the concentration of $NO_3-N$ was below 20mg/L. This case was required to $3\;kgCH_3OH/kgNO_3-N$, and the effluent concentration of $NO_3^--N$ was below 20mg/L at $NO_3^--N$ volumetric loading below $0.7\;kgNO_3^--N/m^3{\cdot}d$ and v sludge loading below $0.12\;kgNO_3^-N/kgVSS{\cdot}d$. At this case, the maximum sludge production was $0.83\;kgTS/kgT-N_{re}$ and the specific denitrfication rate was $5.5\;mgNO_3-N/gVSS{\cdot}h$.

HIGHER JET EVALUATION TRANSVERSALITY OF J-HOLOMORPHIC CURVES

  • In this paper, we establish general stratawise higher jet evaluation transversality of J-holomorphic curves for a generic choice of almost complex structures J (tame to a given symplectic manifold (M, $\omega$)). Using this transversality result, we prove that there exists a subset $\cal{J}^{ram}_{\omega}\;{\subset}\;\cal{J}_{\omega}$ of second category such that for every $J\;{\in}\;\cal{J}^{ram}_{\omega}$, the dimension of the moduli space of (somewhere injective) J-holomorphic curves with a given ramication prole goes down by 2n or 2(n - 1) depending on whether the ramication degree goes up by one or a new ramication point is created. We also derive that for each $J\;{\in}\;\cal{J}^{ram}_{\omega}$ there are only a finite number of ramication profiles of J-holomorphic curves in a given homology class $\beta\;{\in}\;H_2$(M; $\mathbb{Z}$) and provide an explicit upper bound on the number of ramication proles in terms of $c_1(\beta)$ and the genus g of the domain surface.

바이오항공유의 함량 변화에 따른 점화지연특성 분석 (Analysis on Ignition Delay Time According to the Ratio of Bio-aviation Fuel in Jet A-1 Mixture)

  • 본 연구에서는 석유계항공유와 혼합하여 사용이 가능한 바이오항공유의 혼합 비율에 따른 점화지연 특성의 변화를 확인하기 위하여, 두 항공유를 일정한 비율로 혼합한 시료의 점화지연시간을 측정하여 분석하였다. 측정한 모든 온도 조건에서 Bio-6308의 점화지연시간이 Jet A-1의 점화지연시간보다 짧게 나타났으며, 두 항공유를 일정한 비율로 혼합한 경우에도 Bio-6308의 함량이 증가할수록 점화지연시간은 짧아지는 경향을 보였는데, 이는 Jet A-1을 구성하는 방향족 화합물의 영향 때문임을 n-heptane/Toluene의 점화지연시간 측정을 통해 확인하였다.
