BCB $Resin-BaNd_2Ti_4O_{12}$(BNT) composites with BNT contents were prepared by tape casting method and epoxy resin-BNT composites were prepared by using heating press. Their dielectric properties and microstructures were investigated. The dielectric properties such as dielectric constant and dielectric loss at 1 MHz for epoxy resin-BNT composites and BCB resin-BNT composites are improved with an increase of BNT volume fraction. The dielectric constant of the Epoxy-BNT composite increased from 5.9 to 7.8 as the volume fraction of BNT increased from 15 to 25. The dielectric constant of the BCB-BNT composite increased from 9.1 to 15.5 as the volume fraction of BNT increased from 30 to 50. The dielectric behavior of BCB-BNT system can be explained by Lichtenecker's equation. The dielectric constant of epoxy resin-BNT composite is smaller than that of BCB resin-BNT composite. These results are considered to be related with the dispersion of BNT filler in polymer matrix from the result of SEM photograph.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of visual activation and quantitative analysis of regional cerebral blood flow. Visual activation was known to increase regional cerebral blood flow in the visual cortex in occipital lobe. We evaluated that change in the distribution of $^{99m}Tc-HMPAO$ (Hexamethyl propylene amine oxime) to reflect in regional cerebral blood flow. Materials and Methods: The six volunteers were injected with 925 MBq (mean ages: 26.75 years, n=6, 3men, 3women) underwent MRI and $^{99m}Tc-HMPAO$ SPECT during a rest state with closed eyes and visual stimulated with 8 Hz LED. We delineate the legion of interest and calculated the mean count per voxel in each of the fifteen slices to quantitative analysis. The ROI to whole brain ratio and regional index was calculated pixel to pixel subtraction visual non-activation image from visual activation image and constructed brain map using a statistical parameter map (SPM99). Results: The mean regional cerebral blood flow was increased due to visual stimulation. The increase rate of the mean regional cerebral blood flow which of the activation region in primary visual cortex of occipital lobe was $32.50{\pm}5.67%$. The significant activation sites using a statistical parameter of brain constructed a rendering image and image fusion with SPECT and MRI. Conclusion: Visual activation was revealed significant increase through quantitative analysis in visual cortex. Activation region was certified in Talairach coordinate and primary visual cortex (Ba17),visual association area (Ba18,19) of Brodmann.

YBCO films have been synthesized using a spray pyrolysis method. We used nitrates of Y, Ba, Cu as precursors. Deposition was made on $LaAlO_3$ (100) single crystal substrate by spraying the mist of aqueous precursor solution generated by a concentric nozzle. The distance between concentric nozzle and substrate was 15 cm. C-axis oriented films were obtained at deposition temperature of $740{\sim}800^{\circ}C$ and working pressure of 20 Torr. Oxygen partial pressure was 3 Torr and substrate was transported with the speed ranging from 0.23 cm/min to 0.7 cm/min by reel to reel. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) observation revealed that films are smooth and highly textured with (001) planes parallel to substrate. Highest critical current density (Jc) was $1.38\;MA/cm^2$ at 77K and self-field for the film with a thickness of $0.5\;{\mu}m$ prepared at a substrate temperature of $780^{\circ}C$ and $PO_2\;=3\;Torr$. The effect of temperature on the microstructure and YBCO phase formation will be discussed.

In order to degrade chitin by enzymatic hydrolysis, it is required from screening highly active deacetylase. To this end, we examined three fungal strains and it turned out that Mucor rouxii produced highly active deacetylase, this enzyme exhibited the highest enzymatic activity against colloidal chitin. The conditions for growing Mucor rouxii are as follows; the effective carbon source, nitrogen source, adequate initial pH, temperature and incubation time were $2\%$ glucose, $1.33\%$ yeast extract, $0.66\%$ pepton, 4.5, $25{\pm}2^{\circ}C$ and 48hr, respectively. The optimum pH and temperature for purified enzyme activity were 5.5 and $40^{\circ}C$, respectively. The purified enzyme was stable at pH ranging from 4.5 to 5.5. However, the enzyme activity was decreased to less than $50\%$ at pH blow 45 and above 7.5. At temperatures above $50^{\circ}C$, the enzyme activity was decreased remarkably. The enzyme was inhibited by LiC1, $HgCl_2$, and $BaCl_2$, but stimulated by $CaCl_2$ and $ZnC1_2$, The activity of purified enzyme was increased by L-cysteine and 2-mercaptoethanol, while decreased by O-phenanthroline, p-CMB, EDTA, and iodoacetate. The $K_m$ and the $V_{max}$ value of purified enzyme were $1.2\%$ and 59.5 U/mg, respectively. The deacetylation activity of purified enzyme was not detected at optimal reaction condition when chitin particle suspension was used.
Rapid immunochromatographic assay (ICA) kits were developed using flagella-specific monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) and rabbit polyclonal antibodies for screening Listeria spp. in food. The establishment of different formats, MAb 2B1 as capture antibody and MAb 7A3 or rabbit polyclonal antibodies as detector antibody, was compared. The 2 formats of the ICA kit were shown to have specific reactions with Listeria and no cross-reactivity with any of the non-Listeria including Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Salmonella enteritidis. The detection limits of the ICA kit using the combination of gold-labeled MAb 7A3 and MAb 2B1 showed $1{\times}10^5$ and $1{\times}10^6\;CFU/0.1\;mL$ at 22 and $30^{\circ}C$, respectively. The other format of the ICA kit using the combination of gold-labeled rabbit polyclonal antibodies and MAb 2B1 showed $1{\times}10^6\;CFU/0.1\;mL$ at $22^{\circ}C$ but weak signal at 30 culture. The format utilizing MAb was more sensitive than the one using polyclonal antibodies for capture antibody. Samples contaminated with L. monocytogenes 4b culture (9-10, 5-6, and 1-2 CFU/mL) on pork and pasteurized milk were confirmed as positive results. Current data suggests that this ICA kit is a rapid, simple and effective tool to screen for Listeria spp. in food.

The possibility for mass production of phytol, inhibitory diterpene against ACAT (Acyl-CoA: Cholesterol acyltransferase) was investigated by using callus culture of lettuce. The callus were induced from lettuce cotyledon explants on MS medium containing 0.5 mg.L$^{-1}$ NAA after 4 week's culture. Adventitious roots were formed from the explants on MS medium containing 0.5 mg.L$^{-1}$ IBA or 1.0 mg.L$^{-1}$ NAA. Adventitious shoots and roots were emerged from the callus when the callus was transferred to MS medium containing auxin alone, or with cytokinin. The plant growth regulators and their concentrations for the organogenesis were 1.0 mg.L$^{-1}$ NAA, 0.1 mg.L$^{-1}$ BA, 0.5 mg.L$^{-1}$ NAA with 0.1 mg.L$^{-1}$ kinetin, or 0.5 g.L$^{-1}$ 2.4-D with 1.0 mg.L$^{-1}$ kinetin. Analyses of chlorophyll contents showed that chlorophyll contents were higher in morphogenic calli than in non-morphogenic calli. However, the chemical analyses of gas chromatography indicated that phytol contents were not proportionate to the chlorophyll contents of callus. The content of phytol was higher in callus than in lettuce cotyledon.ledon.

In the last year great interest appears to YBCO thin films preparation on different substrate materials. Preparation of epitaxial film is a very difficult problem. There are many requirements to substrate materials that must be fullfilled. Main problems are lattice mismatch (misfit) and similarity of structure. From paper [1] or follows that difference in interatomic distances and angles of substrate and film is mire important problem than similarity of structure. In this work we present interatomic distances and angle relations between substrate materials belonging to ABCO4 group (where A-Sr or Ca, B-rare earth element, C-Al or Ga) of different orientations and YBCO thin films. There are many materials used as substrates for HTsC thin films. ABCO4 group of compounds is characterized by small dielectric constants (it is necessary for microwave applications of HTsC films), absence of twins and small misfit [2]. There most interesting compounds CaNdAlO4, SrLaAlO4 and SrLaGaO4 were investigated. All these compounds are of pseudo-perovskite structure with space group 14/mmm. This structure is very similar to structure of YBCO. SLG substrate has the lowest misfit (0.3%) and dielectric constant. For preparation of then films of substrates of this group of compound plane of <100> orientation are mainly used. Good quality films of <001> orientations are obtained [3]. In this case not only a-a misfit play role, but c-3b misfit is very important too. Sometimes, for preparation of thin films substrates of <001> and <110> orientations were manufactured [3]. Different misfits for different YBCO faces have been analyzed. It has been found that the mismatching factor for (100) face is very similar to that for (001) face so there is possibility of preparation of thin films on both orientations. SrLaAlO4(SLA) and SrLaGaO4(SLG) crystals of general formula ABCO4 have been grown by the Czochralski method. The quality of SLA and SLG crystals strongly depends on axial gradient of temperature and growth and rotation rates. High quality crystals were obtained at axial gradient of temperature near crystal-melt interface lower than 50℃/cm, growth rate 1-3 mm/h and the rotation rate changing from 10-20pm[4]. Strong anisotropy in morphology of SLA and SLG single crystals grown by the Czochralski method is clearly visible. On the basics of our considerations for ABCO4 type of the tetragonal crystals there can appear {001}, {101}, and {110} faces for ionic type model [5]. Morphology of these crystals depend on ionic-covalent character of bonding and crystal growth parameters. Point defects are observed in crystals and they are reflected in color changes (colorless, yellow, green). Point defects are detected in directions perpendicular to oxide planes and are connected with instability of oxygen position in lattice. To investigate facets formations crystals were doped with Cr3+, Er3+, Pr3+, Ba2+. Chromium greater size ion which is substituted for Al3+ clearly induces faceting. There appear easy {110} faces and SLA crystals crack even then the amount of Cr is below 0.3at.% SLG single crystals are not so sensitive to the content of chromium ions. It was also found that if {110} face appears at the beginning of growth process the crystal changes its color on the plane {110} but it happens only on the shoulder part. The projection of {110} face has a great amount of oxygen positions which can be easy defected. Pure and doped SLA and SLG crystals measured by EPR in the<110> direction show more intensive lines than in other directions which allows to suggest that the amount of oxygen defects on the {110} plane is higher. In order to find the origin of colors and their relation with the crystal stability, a set of SLA and SLG crystals were investigated using optical spectroscopy. The colored samples exhibit an absorption band stretching from the UV absorption edge of the crystal, from about 240 nm to about 550 m. In the case of colorless sample, the absorption spectrum consists of a relatively weak band in the UV region. The spectral position and intensities of absorption bands of SLA are typical for imperfection similar to color centers which may be created in most of oxide crystals by UV and X-radiation. It is pointed out that crystal growth process of polycomponent oxide crystals by Czochralski method depends on the preparation of melt and its stoichiometry, orientation of seed, gradient of temperature at crystal-melt interface, parameters of growth (rotation and pulling rate) and control of red-ox atmosphere during seeding and growth (rotation and pulling rate) and control of red-ox atmosphere during seeding and growth. Growth parameters have an influence on the morphology of crystal-melt interface, type and concentration of defects.
Geochemical characteristics of the Guryongsan (Ogcheon) uraniferous black slate show that this is an analogue to the conventional Chattanooga and Alum shales in occurrences. Whereas, its highest enrichment ratio in metals including uranium, among others, is explained by the cyclic sedimentation of the black muds and quartz-rich silts, and the uniform depositional condition with some what higher pH condition compared to the conditions of the known occurrences. The cyclic sedimentation, caused by the periodic open and close of the silled basin, has brought about the flush-out) of the uranium depleted water and the recharge with the new metal-rich sea water, which consequently contributed to the high concentration of metals in mud. The metal-rich marine black muds, which mostly occur in the early to middle Palaeozoic times, is attributed by the geologic conditions which related to the atmospheric oxygen contents, and these are scarcely met in the late Precambrian and/or with the onset of Palaeozoic era in the geologic evolution of the earth.
This study reports petrography and geochemical characteristics of the Cretaceous volcanic rocks that are distributed in the vicinity of the Cheonsungsan area, Yangsan-Gun, Gyeongsangnam-Do. The Cretaceous volcanic rocks composed of andesitic rocks, Wonhyosan tuff, Cheonsungsan tuff in ascending order. Sedimentary rock is the basement in the study area cofered with volcanic rocks. These volcanic rocks are Wonhyosan tuff and Cheonsungsan tuff that represented the early phase of the Bulgugsa igneous activity. Wonhyosan tuff are classified into dacite tuff and dacite welded tuff based on the rock texture and their mineral composition. They are covered with Cheonsungsan tuff. Dacite tuff composed of lithic lapilli ash-flow tuff and vitric ash-flow tuff. Most dacite welded tuff are lapilli ash-flow tuff. Cheonsungsan tuff overlying the Wonhyosan tuff consists of rhyolite tuff and rhyolite welded tuff. Rhyolite tuff are lithic crystal ash-flow tuff and crystal vitric ash-flow tuff with somewhat accidental fragments of andesitic and sedimentary rocks. Rhyolite welded tuff is distinguishe from rhyolite tuff by is typical eelded fabrics and its rock color. According to petrochemical data, the volcanic rocks in study area belong to high-K orogenic suties. On the discriminant diagrams such as La/Yb versus Th/Yb, these rocks falls into the discriminant fields for the normal continental margin arc.
The status of heavy metal contamination was investigated using chemical analyses of stream waters and sediments obtained from Samsanjeil and Sambong Cu mining area in Goseong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do. In addition, the degree and the environmental risk of heavy metal contamination in stream sediments was assessed through pollution index (Pl) and danger index (DI) based on total digestion by aqua regia and fractionation of heavy metal contaminants by sequential extraction, respectively. Not only the degree of heavy metal contamination was significantly higher in Samsanjeil area than in Sambong area, but its environmental risk was also revealed much more serious in Samsanjeil area than in Sambong area. The differences in status and level of contamination and environmental risk between both two mining areas may be attributed to existence of contamination source and geology. Acid mine drainage is continuously discharged and flows into the stream in Samsanjeil mining area, and it makes the heavy metal contamination in the stream more deteriorated than in Sambong mining area in which acid mine drainage is not produced. In addition, the geology of Samsanjeil mining area is mainly comprised of andesitic rocks including a small amount of calcite and having lower pH buffering capacity fer acid mine drainage, and it is likely that the heavy metal contamination cannot be naturally attenuated in streams. On the contrary, the main geology of Sambong mining area consists of pyroclastic sedimentary Goseong formation containing a high content of carbonates, particularly calcite, and it seems that these carbonates of high pH buffering capacity prevent the heavy metal contamination from proceeding downstream in stream within that area.

1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
