For a linear operator Q from R(sup)d into R(sup)d and 0$\alpha$ and parameter b on the other. characterization of strictly (Q,b)-semi-stable distributions among (Q,b)-semi-stable distributions is made. Existence of (Q,b)-semi-stable distributions which are not translation of strictly (Q,b)-semi-stable distribution is discussed.

Since the epigenetic alteration in tumor cells can be reversed by the dietary polyphenol quercetin (Q) or butyrate (B) with chemopreventive activity, suggesting that Q or B can be used for chemopreventive as well as therapeutic agent against tumors. In this study the polyphenol flavonoid quercetin (Q) or sodium butyrate (B) suppressed human esophageal 9706 cancer cell growth in dose dependent manner, and Q combined with B (Q+B) could further inhibit Eca9706 cell proliferation than that induced by Q or B alone, compared with untreated control group (C) in MTT assay. The reverse expressions of global DNMT1, $NF-{\kappa}Bp65$, HDAC1 and Cyclin D1 were down-regulated, while expressions of caspase-3 and $p16INK4{\alpha}$ were up-regulated, compared with the C group in immunoblotting; the down-regulated HDAC1-IR (-immunoreactivity) with nuclear translocation, and up-regulated E-cadherin-IR demonstrated in immunocytochemistry treated by Q or B, and Q+B also displayed further negatively and positively modulated effects compared with C group. The order of methylation specific (MS) PCR of $p16INK4{\alpha}$: C>B/Q>Q+B group, while the order of E-cadherin expression level was contrary, Q+B>Q/B>C group. Thus, Q/B, especially Q+B display reverse effect targeting both altered DNA methylation and histone acetylation, acting as histone deacetylase inhibitor mediated via epigenetic-$NF-{\kappa}B$ cascade signaling.

이 연구는 치어기 뱀장어 Anguilla japonica의 사료 내 맥반석(quartz porphyry, QP)과 BAISM을 단독 및 혼합 첨가가 성장과 내병성에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 첨가제로써 이용성을 평가하였다. 사료 내 첨가 물질로 맥반석(Quartz porphyry, QP)과 실험실에서 제작한 섭취 촉진 물질인 BAISM(BS)을 기초 사료에 각각 0% QP+0% BS($Q_0B_0$), 0.7% QP+0% BS($Q_{0.7}B_0$), 0.7% QP+0.3% BS($Q_{0.7}B_{0.3}$), 0.7% QP+0.5% BS($Q_{0.7}B_{0.5}$), 0.7% QP+0.75% BS($Q_{0.7}B_{0.75}$), 0.7% QP+1.0% BS($Q_{0.7}B_{1.0}$)의 6가지 수준으로 첨가하였다. 실험어는 4주간 예비사육 후, 평균 어체중 $15{\pm}0.3g(mean{\pm}SD)$인 치어기 뱀장어를 60 L 사각수조에 실험구별 30 마리씩 3반복으로 무작위 배치하여 8주간 사육실험을 진행하였다. 사육실험 종료 후, Edwardsiella tarda 복강 주사에 의한 누적 생존율을 조사하였다. 증체율, 일간성장률, 사료효율, 단백질전환효율에서 맥반석 단독 첨가구($Q_{0.7}B_0$)와 맥반석 BAISM 복합 첨가구($Q_{0.7}B_{0.3},\;Q_{0.7}B_{0.5},\;Q_{0.7}B_{0.75},\;Q_{0.7}B_{1.0}$)는 대조구($Q_0B_0$)에 비하여 유의하게 높았다(P<0.05). 특히, 맥반석 BAISM 복합 첨가구들 중 BAISM 0.5% 이상의 실험구($Q_{0.7}B_{0.5},\;Q_{0.7}B_{0.75},\;Q_{0.7}B_{1.0}$)는 나머지 실험구들에 비해 유의하게 높았고(P<0.05), 이들에 대한 유의한 차이는 없었다(P>0.05). 전어체 일반성분의 분석결과 수분 함량은 전 실험구에서 유의한 차이가 없었고(P>0.05), 단백질 함량은 첨가수준에 따라 유의적으로 증가한 반면(P<0.05), 지질과 회분의 함량은 유의적으로 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다(P<0.05). E. tarda에 의한 공격실험 결과 주사 15일 후, 맥반석BAISM 0.5% 이상 혼합 첨가구의 누적 생존율은 다른 실험구에 비해 유의하게 높았고(P<0.05), 전 실험구에서 40% 이상의 누적 생존율을 나타내었다. 따라서 치어기 뱀장어 사료에 맥반석 0.7%와 BAISM 0.5%를 첨가하는 것이 성장과 사료효율 증대 및 질병 저항성 증진에 효과가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Let q > 1 be an odd integer and c be a fixed integer with (c, q) = 1. For each integer a with $1{\leq}a{\leq}q-1$, it is clear that the exists one and only one b with $0{\leq}b{\leq}q-1$ such that $ab{\equiv}c$ (mod q). Let N(c, q) denote the number of all solutions of the congruence equation $ab{\equiv}c$ (mod q) for $1{\leq}a$, $b{\leq}q-1$ in which a and $\bar{b}$ are of opposite parity, where $\bar{b}$ is defined by the congruence equation $b\bar{b}{\equiv}1$ (modq). The main purpose of this paper is using the mean value theorem of Dirichlet L-functions to study the mean value properties of a summation involving $(N(c,q)-\frac{1}{2}{\phi}(q))$ and Kloosterman sums, and give a sharper asymptotic formula for it.

Let ${L_{a,q}}^2$ be the subspace of ${L^2(B,D{\mu}_q)$ consisting of analytic functions, and let $\overline{{L_{a,q}}^2}$ be the subspace of ${L^2(B,D{\mu}_q)$) consisting of conjugate analytic functions. Let $\bar{P}$ be the orthogonal projection from ${L^2(B,D{\mu}_q)$ into $\overline{{L_{a,q}}^2}$. The little Hankel operator ${h_{\varphi}}^{q}\;:\;{L_{a,q}}^2\;{\rightarrow}\;{\overline}{{L_{a,q}}^2}$ is defined by ${h_{\varphi}}^{q}(\cdot)\;=\;{\bar{P}}({\varphi}{\cdot})$. In this paper, we will find the necessary and sufficient condition that the little Hankel operator ${h_{\varphi}}^{q}$ is bounded(or compact).

강우가 지표면 아래로 침투할 때 초기에는 투수층이 불포화 상태이어서 부압이 작용하면서 침투할 것이다. Richards 식(Richards, 1931)을 써서 불포화 투수층의 침투를 모의할 수 있다. 강우가 지속되는 동안 하상 아래 어느 구간은 포화 상태가 되어 Richards 식을 더 이상 사용할 수 없다. 하지만 현재까지의 연구는 Richards 식을 사용하여 침투를 모의하는 오류를 범하고 있다. 강우에 의한 침투를 예측할 때 지표면에서의 침투율 q_b 가 필요한 데 현존하는 연구에서는 Horton 식(Horton, 1941)을 사용하여 초기 침투율 f_o 와 장시간 후 침투율 f_c 와 시간에 따라 지수함수로 감소하는 계수 k 의 3가지 계수값을 실험이나 현장 관측값에서 찾아서 쓰고 있다. 그런데, 이 계수값은 강우강도 r_i 가 클수록 침투율 q 가 커지는 물리 현상을 반영하지 못하는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서 먼저 포화 투수층에서의 침투를 모의하는 식을 개발하였다. 지표면 아래에서 불포화 투수층에는 Richards식을 사용하고 포화 투수층에는 개발한 식을 사용하여 침투를 모의하였다. 또한 지표면에서의 침투율 q_b 를 구하는 공식을 개발하였다. 하상에서의 침투율의 최대값은 $q_{bmax}=-{\lambda}{\sqrt{2g(s-b)}}$ 일 것이다. 여기서 λ 는 투수층의 공극율, s 는 유출수면의 위치, b 는 지표면의 위치이다. 지표면에서의 침투율의 최소값 q_bmin 은 지표면 바로 아래 지점에서의 침투율일 것이다. 지표면에서의 침투율 q_b 로 q_bmax 와 q_bmin 사이의 적절한 값을 선택한다. 강우강도를 r_i 라고 하면 지표면 위 유출수의 연속방정식은 다음과 같다: $s-b={\int}(r_i-{\mid}q_b{\mid})dt$. 즉, 유출수면의 위치 s 는 강우강도 r_i 가 클수록 또는 지표면에서의 유출율의 크기 |q_b| 가 작을수록 크다. 또한 지표면에서의 침투율 q_b 와 지표면 아래에서의 침투율 q 는 s - b 가 클수록 크다. 따라서, 강우강도 r_i 가 클수록 침투율 q_b, q 가 큰 현상이 잘 반영되었다. 강우-침투-유출 모형실험을 수행하여 강우강도에 따라 침투율과 유출량이 다른 현상을 관측하여 수치실험 결과와 비교·검증하였다.

Let $q\;{\geq}\;3$ be an odd integer and a be an integer coprime to q. Denote by N(a, q) the number of pairs of integers b, c with $bc\;{\equiv}\;a$ (mod q), $1\;{\leq}\;b$, $c\;{\leq}\;{\frac{q-1}{2}}$ and with b, c having different parity. The main purpose of this paper is to study the sum ${\sum}^{'q}_{a=1}\;\(N(a,\;q)\;-\;\frac{{\phi}(q)}{8}\)^2$ and obtain a sharp asymptotic formula.

충북 진천군 이월면 장미재배지와 경남 밀양시 고추밭에서 채집한 담배가루이에 대해서 16S DNA 염기서열을 분석하였다. 각각의 PCR 산물을 EcoT14 I (Sty I)과 Stu I을 처리한 결과 경남 밀양시 고추밭에서 채집한 담배가루이는 Sty I 에서 555pp와 311bp 두 개의 단편이 만들어져 biotype Q임을 확인하였고, 충북진천군 장미재배지에서 채집한 담배가루이는 Stu I에서 560bp와 3060p 두 개의 단편이 만들어서 biotype B임을 확인하였다. 두 biotype에 대한 12종 살충제로 발육단계별 약제감수성, 침투이행성 및 잔효성을 비교하였고, esterase, acetylcholinesterase (AChE), glutathione S-transferase 등의 효소활성에 미치는 저해정도를 검토하였다. 두 biotype간에 약제감수성 차이가 있었고, biotype B가 Q보다 더 감수성이었다. 엽면침투이행성과 근부침투이행성 및 잔효성에서도 biotype B가 Q보다 더 감수성이었다. 유기인계인 fenitrothion과 카바메이트계인 fenothiocarb의 저해제에 대해서 esterase, acetylcholinesterase (AChE), glutathione S-transferase등의 효소활성에 미치는 영향을 검토한 결과, biotype Q가 B보다 활성이 높게 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때 담배가루이 biotype Q가 B보다 약제에 대해서 저항성임을 알 수 있었다.

Let $\mathbb{F}_q$ be a finite field with q elements and $\mathbb{F}_q((X^{-1}))$ be the field of all formal Laurent series with coefficients lying in $\mathbb{F}_q$. This paper concerns with the size of the set of points $x{\in}\mathbb{F}_q((X^{-1}))$ with their partial quotients $A_n(x)$ both lying in a given subset $\mathbb{B}$ of polynomials in $\mathbb{F}_q[X]$ ($\mathbb{F}_q[X]$ denotes the ring of polynomials with coefficients in $\mathbb{F}_q$) and deg $A_n(x)$ tends to infinity at least with some given speed. Write $E_{\mathbb{B}}=\{x:A_n(x){\in}\mathbb{B},\;deg\;A_n(x){\rightarrow}{\infty}\;as\;n{\rightarrow}{\infty}\}$. It was shown in [8] that the Hausdorff dimension of $E_{\mathbb{B}}$ is inf{$s:{\sum}_{b{\in}\mathbb{B}}(q^{-2\;deg\;b})^s$ < ${\infty}$}. In this note, we will show that the above result is sharp. Moreover, we also attempt to give conditions under which the above dimensional formula still valid if we require the given speed of deg $A_n(x)$ tends to infinity.

In this paper, we consider that the q-analogue of w$\omega-Bernoulli numbers\; B_i(\omega, q)$. And we calculate the sums of products of two q-analogue of $\omega-Bernoulli numbers B_i(\omega, q)$ in complex cases. From this result, we obtain the Euler type formulas of the Carlitz´s q-Bernoulli numbers $\beta_i(q)$ and q-Bernoulli numbers $B_i(q)$. And we also calculate the p-adic Stirling type series by the definition of $B_i(\omega, q)$ in p-adic cases.
