Ni/γ-Al2O3 촉매상에서 이산화탄소에 의한 프로판의 개질 (Reforming of Propane by Carbon Dioxide using Ni/γ-A12O3 Catalysts)

  • 본 연구는 펄스 반응기 및 고정층 연속반응기를 사용하여 ${\gamma}$-알루미나에 담지된 니켈촉매상에서 이산화탄소에 의한 프로판의 개질반응 특성을 고찰한 것이다 Ni/${\gamma}$-$A1_2O_3$촉매가 NiO/${\gamma}$-$A1_2O_3$촉매보다 $CO_2$의 해리능력과 프로판의 개질 능력이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 프로판과 $CO_2$의 혼합물에 산소를 추가한 결과 프로판의 전환율이 증가하였고 표면의 탄소침적도 감소함을 알 수 있었다. Ni/${\gamma}$-$A1_2O_3$$Ga_2O_3$의 기계적 혼합 촉매는 Ni/${\gamma}$-$A1_2O_3$자체보다 촉매의 활성이 오래 유지되었고 두 상의 협동에 의한 상승효과(synergistic effect)가 관찰되었다.

O2O 배달 앱 플랫폼 서비스에서 공급 업체의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Vender's Continuous Use Intention in O2O Delivery App Platform Service)

  • Recently, delivery app services based on the O2O platform are increasing rapidly. Accordingly, various studies on O2O service have been conducted. Most of the studies are on consumer behavior in O2O services, and few studies on platform vendors have been conducted. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the factors affecting the vender's intention to continuous use in the O2O delivery app platform service. Based on prior researches, we set the quality characteristics and network characteristics of the O2O platform as independent variables. The quality characteristics of the O2O platform consisted of system quality, information quality, and service quality, and the O2O platform network characteristics consisted of network externality and platform reputation. Perceived value and switching cost were set as mediated variables, and vender's intention to continuous use was set as dependent variables. For empirical analysis, we conducted a survey targeting vendors of O2O delivery app platform service, and conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the quality characteristics of the O2O platform, such as system quality, information quality, service quality, and O2O platform network characteristics, showed that network externality and platform reputation had a positive effect on perceived value. The perceived value was found to have a positive effect on the switching cost and the intention to continuous use, and the switching cost was found to mediate the perceived value and the intention to continuous use. This study can contribute to the establishment of platform operation strategy as an empirical analysis on the factors that influence the intention of O2O platform vendors to use the platform continuously.

  • The microwave dielectric materials of the BaO-Nd$_2$O$_3$-TiO$_2$and BaO-(Sm, Nd)$_2$O$_3$-TiO$_2$system were synthesized by conventional ceramic processing and sintered 1220 to 140$0^{\circ}C$ for 2 hours respectively. Their crystallization and dielectric properties were examined. In the BaO-Nd$_2$O$_3$-TiO$_2$ and BaO-(Sm, Nd)$_2$O$_3$-TiO$_2$system. Nd$_2$Ti$_2$O$_{7}$ and (Sm, Nd)$_2$Ti$_2$O$_{7}$ were observed as a second phase respectively. The maximum relative dielectric constant were 79,99 for the BaO-Nd$_2$O$_3$-TiO$_2$system and 105.07 for the BaO-(Sm,Nd)$_2$O$_3$-TiO$_2$system and their Q-value were over 2000 at 3GHz.GHz.

화염 가수분해 증착에 의해 형성된 $SiO_2-P_2O_5-B_2O_3$ 유리 미립자의 특성 (Characterization of $SiO_2-P_2O_5-B_2O_3$ Glass Soot fabricated by Flame Hydrolysis Deposition)

  • SiO2-P2O5-B2O3 glass soot was fabricated by flame hydrolysis deposition and their properties by SEM, XRD, TGA-DSC were investigated., The mechanism of consolidation process of a glass soot as a function of consolidation temperature was analyzed by SEM observations. In the XRD patterns, the crystalline peaks which seem to be generated from B2O3 and BPO4 were observed. When the temperature of heat treatment exceeded 105$0^{\circ}C$, the non-crystalline state of SiO2-P2O5-B2O3 glass was observed. In the TGA-DSC curves, the evaporation of water molecule by a sudden endothermic reaction was observed at 128$^{\circ}C$ and a broad endothermic peak was seen in the temperature range of 40$0^{\circ}C$-95$0^{\circ}C$, without any weight loss. Finally, this peak was began to recover its baseline at 953$^{\circ}C$. This point is equal to the temperature at which the densification begins. Furthermore, we observed that the addition of dopants such as P2O5 and B2O3 decrease the onset of consolidation temperature till 95$0^{\circ}C$.

Fabrication of La2O3-TiO2-SiO2 System Glass Derived from a Sol-Gel Process

  • $La_{2}O_{3}-TiO_{2}-SiO_{2}$ glass, a type that could not obtained so far by the conventional melting method, was prepared successfully using a sol gel process. Glass derived with the sol-gel process has compositions of $5La_{2}O_{3}-5TiO_{2}-90SiO_{2},\;5La_{2}O_{3}-10TiO_{2}-85SiO_{2}$, and $5La_{2}O_{3}-20TiO_{2}75SiO_{2}$. The UV-visible absorption edge of all glass compositions was below 400 nm. The measured density is in the range of 2.55-2.89, and was nearly identical to the calculated density and the refractive index of the glasses derived from the sol-gel ranges from 1.545 to 1.645. The molar additive coefficient of $TiO_{2}$ measured in this ternary system is lower than the calculated value, while the value of $La_{2}O_{3}$ is higher.

  • Al2O3-ZrO2(ZTA) composites were fabricated by a surface-induced coating of the precursor for the ZrO2 phase on the kinetically stable colloid particles of Al2O3. The fabricated composites were characterized by a uniform spatial distribution of the dispersed ZrO2 phase and by the absence of large ZrO2 grains throughout the Al2O3 matrix. The fracture toughness (KIC) and the bending strength of ZTA composites sintered at 1$600^{\circ}C$, respectively, were 5.6 MPa.m1/2 (for 20 wt% ZrO2) and 600 MPa (for 15wt% ZrO2). The fraction of tetragonal ZrO2 phase decreases as the total content of ZrO2, suggesting that both the stress-induced tlongrightarrowm transformation and the microcrack nucleation contribute to the toughening of the ZTA composites fabricated by the surface-induced coating.

What Affects Consumers' Attitude and Usage Intention of O2O Apps?: Integration of TAM, TPB, and Transaction Cost Theory

  • This study is about the attitudes and intentions of consumers considering the usage of O2O application (app) under the COVID-19 situation. By integrating TAM and TPB as a theoretical background, we selected VPC (various product choice) and PII (product information intensity) as new functional external variables that have a positive effect on new system called O2O commerce. We also applied the transaction cost theory to investigate the obstacle of O2O business. We conducted a survey of consumers in large cities in the Korean market. As a result of this study, it was found that the more O2O app users recognized the influence of SN (subject norms), the more useful O2O app was, the more it led to a change in attitude and usage intention was positively significant. In addition, as the O2O app was easy to use and useful, and the SN was recognized, the user's attitude was positive. On the other hand, it was also found that the transaction cost that consumers have to pay had a negative effect on usage intention. Additionally, VPC and PII have been shown to positively influence on usefulness of O2O apps.

  • 제주화산도의 암석학에 대한 암석기재 및 총화학 조성의 63종은 이문원에 의해 보고되고 있다. 총화학조성 데-타는 FORTRAN77의 프로그램에 의해 해석을 하였다. 해석에는 우선 최소자집법에 의해 환산식과 산분도를 검토했다. 다음에 통계적 데-타는 평균치, 최대치, 최소치, 범위, 표준편차, 분산, 표준오차 및 변동계수를 구했다. 표준편차의 큰 단위 물질은 SiO$_2$, MgO 및 FeO이고 작은 단위 물질은 MnO와 P$_2$O$_{5}$이다. 표준오차와 분산은 표준편차와 매우 유사한 조항이 있다. 그렇지만 변동계수는 표준편차와 다르다. 여기에서 큰 단위 변동계수는 $H_2O$$^{-}$$H_2O$$^{+}$이고, 작은 단위 변동계수는 $Al_2$O$_3$ 및 SiO$_2$ 이다. 상관계수의 계산은 정과 부의 상관성을 SiO$_2$, $Al_2$O$_3$ 및 TiO$_2$에 대해서 다른 조성과의 관계를 계산적으로 구할수 있다.

수중의 Pyrene, Chrysene 및 Benzo[a]pyrene의 광분해(II) (Photodegradation of Pyrene, Chrysene and Benzo[a]pyrene in Water (II))

  • The photodegradations of pyrene, chrysene and benzo[a]pyrene that were similar in structure among polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were investigated with a low-pressure mercury lamp(the wavelength of 253.7 nm and UV output of 1.35${\times}$10$\^$-3/J/s). The optimum concentrations of TiO$_2$ and H$_2$O$_2$ on the photodegradation of pyrene, chrysene and benzo[a]pyrene were 1 g/L and 1.5${\times}$10$\^$-3/ M, respectively. By these optimum concentrations, their rates increased with increasing the concentration of TiO$_2$ and H$_2$O$_2$ because the amounts of OH radical formed increased, but for the higher concentrations than the optimum, their rates decreased with increasing those concentrations because the white turbidity phenomena occurs in case of TiO$_2$ and H$_2$O$_2$ acts as an OH radical inhibitor. The photodegradation rates among the photodegradation processes such as UV, UV/TiO$_2$, UV/H$_2$O$_2$, and UV/H$_2$O$_2$/TiO$_2$ decreased in the following sequences.: UV/H$_2$O$_2$/TiO$_2$> UV/H$_2$O$_2$> UV/TiO$_2$> UV.

조대 Si입자분말을 사용한 질화반응 Si3N4의 치밀화 거동 (Densification Behavior of Reaction-Bonded Silicon Nitride Prepared by Using Coarse Si Powders)

  • 평균입경 25$\mu m$의 Si조대분말에 소결조제의 조성과 양을 변화시켜 질화반응 질화규소 (RBSN)세라믹스를 제조할 때 나타나는 치밀화 거동, 미세구조의 발달 및 기계적 특성에 대하여 고찰하였다. 6wt% $Y_2O_3$ + 1wt% $Al_2O_3$(6YlA)의 소결조제를 첨가한 경우에는 치밀화를 이루지 못하였으나, 6wt% $Y_2O_3+3\;wt%\;Al_2O_3+2\;wt%\;SiO_2(6Y3A2S)$와 9wt% $Y_2O_3$+1.5wt% $A1_2O_3$+ 3w% $SiO_2$(9Yl.5A3S)의 소결조제를 첨가하여 이론밀도에 가까운 치밀화를 이루었다. $1900^{\circ}C$에서 소결한 6Y3A2S시편의 경우, 960MPa의 높은 파괴강도값과 $6.5MPa.m^{1/2}$의 파괴인성값을 얻었다.
