이 논문에서는 CS-Semistratifiable 공간보다 더 일반화된 공간 Cn-Semistratifiable을 정의 하며 그에 따른 여러가지 성질들을 조사하였다. 위상 공간(X, $\tau$)에 대하여 $\alpha$$\times$$\tau$에서 X의 폐집합족으로의 함수 S가 존재하여 다음 조건들을 만족할 때 공간X는 Cn-Semistratifiable over $\alpha$라 정의한다. a) 임의의 개집합 U에 대하여 U=U{S($\beta$, U) : $\beta$<$\alpha$} b) U, V가 X의 개집합이고 U⊂CV이면 모든 $\beta$<$\alpha$에 대하여 S($\beta$, V)⊂S($\beta$, V)이다. c) 만약 ${\gamma}$<$\beta$<$\alpha$ 이라면 임의의 개집합 U에 대하여 S(${\gamma}$, U)⊂S($\beta$, U)이다. d) X의 수렴하는 net $X_{\beta}$$\longrightarrow$X와 X를 품는 임의의 개집합 U에 대하여 적당한 $\beta$<$\alpha$가 존재하여 X$\in$S($\beta$. U)이고 { $X_{\beta}$}는 S($\beta$, U)안에 eventual하게 들어간다. 위의 정의에 의하여 다음과 같은 성질들이 증명되었다. 1 . Strstifiable over $\alpha$$\longrightarrow$cn-semistratifiable over$\longrightarrow$semistratifiable over $\alpha$ 2, 어떤 공간이 cn-Semistratifiable over $\alpha$이기 위한 필요충분 조건은 그것이 linearly cushioned cn-pairnet를 갖는 것이다. 3. cn-semistratifiable over $\alpha$의 부분공간 역시 cn-semistratifiabie over $\alpha$ 하다. 4. on-semistratifiable over $\alpha$의 유한개의 적공간 역시 cn-semistratifiabie over $\alpha$한다. 5. 폐 cn-semistratifiable over $\alpha$ 부분공간들의 합공간 역시 on-semistrbtifiable over $\alpha$ 하다. 6. 폐연속 net-cevering 함수에 의하여 cn-semistratifiable over $\alpha$ 성질이 보존된다.

Necessary and sufficient conditions on the weight functions u(.) and $\upsilon$(.) are derived in order that the fractional maximal operator $M\alpha,\;0\;\leq\;\alpha\;<\;1$, is bounded from the weighted amalgam space $\ell^s(L^p(\mathbb{R},\upsilon(x)dx)$ into $\ell^r(L^q(\mathbb{R},u(x)dx)$ whenever $1\leq s\leq r<\infty\;and\;1. The boundedness problem for the fractional intergral operator $I_{\alpha},0<\alpha\leq1$, is also studied.

Let H be a real Hilbert space and S = {T(s) : $0\;{\leq}\;s\;<\;{\infty}$} be a nonexpansive semigroup on H such that $F(S)\;{\neq}\;{\emptyset}$ For a contraction f with coefficient 0 < $\alpha$ < 1, a strongly positive bounded linear operator A with coefficient $\bar{\gamma}$ > 0. Let 0 < $\gamma$ < $\frac{\bar{\gamma}}{\alpha}$. It is proved that the sequences {$x_t$} and {$x_n$} generated by the iterative method $$x_t\;=\;t{\gamma}f(x_t)\;+\;(I\;-\;tA){\frac{1}{{\lambda}_t}}\;{\int_0}^{{\lambda}_t}\;T(s){x_t}ds,$$ and $$x_{n+1}\;=\;{\alpha}_n{\gamma}f(x_n)\;+\;(I\;-\;{\alpha}_nA)\frac{1}{t_n}\;{\int_0}^{t_n}\;T(s){x_n}ds,$$ where {t}, {${\alpha}_n$} $\subset$ (0, 1) and {${\lambda}_t$}, {$t_n$} are positive real divergent sequences, converges strongly to a common fixed point $\tilde{x}\;{\in}\;F(S)$ which solves the variational inequality $\langle({\gamma}f\;-\;A)\tilde{x},\;x\;-\;\tilde{x}{\rangle}\;{\leq}\;0$ for $x\;{\in}\;F(S)$.

이론적 연구를 통하여 정수압의 영향을 받는 항복기준인 Mohr-Coulomb 항복기준과 Drucker-Prager 항복기준의 강도정수를 ${\pi}$-평면에 대해 일치시킴으로써 강도정수간의 상관관계를 분석해 보았다. Drucker-Prager 강도정수 ${\alpha}$와 k를 Mohr-Coulomb 강도정수인 c와 ${\phi}$를 이용하여 표현하였는데 k는 c, ${\phi}$의 함수로 표현되었고 ${\alpha}$는 ${\phi}$만의 함수로 표현되었다. Drucker-Prager 강도정수 ${\alpha}$값은 흙의 내부마찰각이 커짐에 따라 증가함을 알 수 있었는데 Drucker-Prager 항복기준을 나타내는 원이 Mohr-Coulomb 항복기준에 외접 및 내접하는 경우의 ${\alpha}$값을 나타내는 ${\alpha}_c$와 ${\alpha}_i$값에 대하여 평균값인 ${\alpha}_{av}$의 값은 내부마찰각에 비례하였는데 내부마찰각이 $10^{\circ}$인 경우 약 0.07이었으며 내부마찰각이 $45^{\circ}$인 경우 약 0.29이었다. 또한, ${\alpha}_c/{\alpha}_i$값은 내부마찰각에 비례하였는데 내부마찰각이 $10^{\circ}$인 경우 약 1.12이었으며 내부마찰각이 $45^{\circ}$인 경우 약 1.62이었다. Mohr-Coulomb 강도정수가 Drucker-Prager 강도정수 k에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았는데 본 연구에서 가정한 흙의 점착력 중 최소값이 10kPa인 경우를 제외하고 흙의 내부마찰각의 영향을 거의 받지 않고 전체적으로 흙의 점착력에 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다. 일정한 점착력에 대하여 내부마찰각이 증가함에 따라 일축압축시 및 일축인장시의 Mohr-Coulomb 항복기준에 의한 축차응력인 $S_{c0}$와 $S_{t0}$ 그리고 두 값의 평균값인 $S_{0(ave)}$값은 감소하였다. 또한 내부마찰각이 증가할수록 Mohr-Coulomb 항복궤적을 나타내는 육각형이 더욱 불규칙해져 $S_{0(ave)}$로부터 $S_{c0}$와 $S_{t0}$ 사이의 편차가 내부마찰각이 증가함에 따라 커짐을 알 수 있었다.

인간 췌장 유래 pro-carboxypeptidase B(CPB) 유전자를 클로닝한 후 GAL10 promoter 하류에 Saccharomyces cerevisiae mating factor alpha-1 secretion signal $(MF{\alpha}-1)$과 연결하여 $MF{\alpha}1$-pro-CPB를 구축하였다. 구축된 plasmid $pY{\alpha}$-hproCPB(7.72 kb)를 S. cerevisiae 2805에 형질 전환시켰다. 재조합 인간 proCPB(hproCPB)는 galactose 유도로 S. cerevisiae에서 성공적으로 발현되었고, 배양상등액으로 분비되었다. SDS-PAGE와 western blot 분석에 의해, 정제된 hproCPB 단백질이 약 45.9kDa임을 확인하였다 S. cerevisiae $2805/pY{\alpha}$-hproCPB의 발효조 회분배양 시 trypsin 처리에 의해 pro영역을 제거한 후 hCPB의 세포외 활성은 60시간째에 10.16 unit/mL이었다. 또한 재조합 hCPB의 Km 값은 약 0.43 mM 이었다.

Let $T^{\alpha}_{\lambda}$(p, A, B) denote the class of functions $$f(z)=z^p-{\sum\limits^{\infty}_{k=1}}{\mid}a_{p+k}{\mid}z^{p+k}$$ which are regular and p valent in the unit disc U = {z: |z| <1} and satisfying the condition $\left|{\frac{{e^{ia}}\{{\frac{f^{\prime}(z)}{z^{p-1}}-p}\}}{(A-B){\lambda}p{\cos}{\alpha}-Be^{i{\alpha}}\{\frac{f^{\prime}(z)}{z^{p-1}}-p\}}}\right|$<1, $z{\in}U$, where 0<${\lambda}{\leq}1$, $-\frac{\pi}{2}$<${\alpha}$<$\frac{\pi}{2}$, $-1{\leq}A$<$B{\leq}1$, 0<$B{\leq}1$ and $p{\in}N=\{1,2,3,{\cdots}\}$. In this paper, we obtain sharp results concerning coefficient estimates, distortion theorem and radius of convexity for the class $T^{\alpha}_{\lambda}$(p, A, B). It is further shown that the class $T^{\alpha}_{\lambda}$(p, A, B) is closed under "arithmetic mean" and "convex linear combinations". We also obtain class preserving integral operators of the form $F(z)=\frac{p+c}{z^c}{\int^z_0t^{c-1}}f(t)dt$, c>-p, for the class $T^{\alpha}_{\lambda}$(p, A, B). Conversely when $F(z){\in}T^{\alpha}_{\lambda}$(p, A, B), radius of p valence of f(z) has also determined.

중성지방(Triglyceride, TG)는 죽상동맥경화증과 같은 혈관의 만성 염증성 병변을 유발하는 인자 중 하나이다. 종양괴사인자-알파 ($TNF-{\alpha}$), 인터루킨-1 베터 ($IL-1{\beta}$)와 같은 염증성 사이토카인은 염증 질환의 주요 요인으로 염증 부위에 T 림프구, 단핵구등의 면역 세포의 침윤을 유도하거나 세포 및 조직 괴사를 일으킴으로써 질병을 더욱 악화시킨다. 본 연구에서는 혈관 염증에 관여하는 Jurkat T 림프구와 U937 단핵구에 TG를 처리하였을 때 $TNF-{\alpha}$와 $IL-1{\beta}$의 발현에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 했다. Jurkat T 세포에서 TG에 의해 $TNF-{\alpha}$의 mRNA 발현이 증가하였고, U937 단핵구에서는 TG에 의해 $TNF-{\alpha}$와 $IL-1{\beta}$ 모두 mRNA 발현이 증가하였다. 또한 유도성 산화질소합성효소(inducible nitric oxide synthase, iNOS)가 TG에 의한 $TNF-{\alpha}$와 $IL-1{\beta}$의 발현 증가에 관여하는지 확인하기 위해 iNOS 억제제인 W1400을 세포에 전처리하여 iNOS의 활성을 차단하였다. 그 결과, W1400을 전처리한 세포에서는 TG에 의한 $TNF-{\alpha}$ 및 $IL-1{\beta}$ mRNA 양이 대조군과 유사하게 낮은 수준으로 관찰되었다. 이는 혈관 내 TG의 증가가 T 림프구와 단핵구를 자극하여 iNOS 신호를 거쳐 염증성 사이토카인을 분비시키고 혈관염증질환을 발생하는데 관여하는 것을 확인시켜주었다. 결론적으로, 중성지방이 염증성 병변을 악화시키는데 있어 iNOS의 활성이 사이토카인 분비 등에 작용하며 병변을 더욱 악화시키는데 기여할 수 있다. 반면, iNOS 발현을 조절하여 고지혈증 환자의 치료에 유효한 표적 물질로 이용될 가능성이 있다고 사료된다.

We show the existence of a negative solution for the system of the following nonlinear wave equations with critical growth, under Dirichlet boundary condition and periodic condition $$u_{tt}-u_{xx}=au+b{\upsilon}+\frac{2{\alpha}}{{\alpha}+{\beta}}u_+^{\alpha-1}{\upsilon}_+^{\beta}+s{\phi}_{00}+f,\\{\upsilon}_{tt}-{\upsilon}_{xx}=cu+d{\upsilon}+\frac{2{\alpha}}{{\alpha}+{\beta}}u_+^{\alpha}{\upsilon}_+^{{\beta}-1}+t{\phi}_{00}+g,$$ where ${\alpha},{\beta}>1$ are real constants, $u_+={\max}\{u,0\},\;s,\;t{\in}R,\;{\phi}_{00}$ is the eigenfunction corresponding to the positive eigenvalue ${\lambda}_{00}$ of the wave operator and f, g are ${\pi}$-periodic, even in x and t and bounded functions.

${\alpha}_2$-Adrenoceptor antagonists, which can enhance synaptic norepinephrine levels by blocking feedback inhibition processes, are potentially useful in the treatment of disease states such. as depression, memory impairment, impotence and sexual dysfunction. (10bS)-1,2,3,5,6,10b-Hexahydropyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinoline oxalate (YSL-3S) was evaluated in several in vitro biological tests to establish its pharmacological profile of activities as an ${\alpha}_2$-adrenoceptor antagonist. Saturation binding assay revealed that$^{3}[H]$rauwolscine bound to the $\alpha$$_2$-adrenoceptors with a Kd value of 6.3$\pm$0.5 nM and a Bmax value of 25l$\pm$39 fmol/mg protein in rat cortical synaptic membranes. Competitive binding assay showed that YSL-3S inhibited the binding of$^3[H]$rauwolscine (1 nM) in a concentration-dependent manner with a Ki value of 98.2$\pm$12.1 nM while it did not inhibit the binding of [$^3$H]cytisine (1.25 nM) to neuronal nicotinic cholinergic receptors. The Ki values of yohimbine, clonidine and norepinephrine for $^3[H]$rauwolscine binding were 15.8$\pm$1.0, 40.1$\pm$5.9 and 40.0$\pm$11.5 nM, respectively. In addition, the binding affinity of YSL-3S for ${\alpha}_2$-adrenoceptors was higher than that of its antipode and the racemic mixture. The functional activity of YSL-3S at the presynaptic ${\alpha}_2$-adrenoceptors was assessed using the prostatic portion of the rat vas deferens. Clonidine inhibited field-stimulated contractions of the vas deference in a dose-dependent manner. The presence of YSL-3S or yohimbine caused a parallel, rightward the dose-response curve of clonidine in a dose-dependent manner, indicating an antagonistic action at the presynaptic ${\alpha}_2$-adrenoceptors. The $pA_2$values of yohimbine and YSL-3S were 7.66$\pm$0.13 and 6.64$\pm$0.18, respectively. The results indicate that YSL-3S acts as a competitive antagonist at presynaptic ${\alpha}_2$ -adrenoceptors with a potency approximately ten times lower than yohimbine, but is devoid of binding affinity for neuronal nicotinic cholinergic receptors.
