  • E. M. Silvia introduced the class $S^\lambda_\alpha$ of $\alpha$-spirallike functions f(z) satisfying the condition $$ (A) Re[(e^{i\lambda} - \alpha) \frac{zf'(z)}{f(z)} + \alpha \frac{(zf'(z))'}{f'(z)}] > 0, $$ where $\alpha \geq 0, $\mid$\lambda$\mid$ < \frac{\pi}{2}$ and $$\mid$z$\mid$ < 1$. We will generalize Silvia class of functions by formally replacing f(z) in the denominator of (A) by a spirallike function g(z). We denote the new class of functions by $Y(\alpha,\lambda)$. In this note we obtain some results for the class $Y(\alpha,\lambda)$ including integral representation formula, relations between our class $Y(\alpha,\lambda)$ and Ziegler class $Z_\lambda$, the radius of convexity problem, a few coefficient estimates and a covering theorem for the class $Y(\alpha,\lambda)$.

  • Total spleen lymphocytes, lymphocyte proliferation, tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$ (TNF-${\alpha}$), and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in spleen lymphocyte culture were studied in malnourished Wistar rats fed with goat milk yoghurt. Malnourished rats were created by using standard feed restriction as much as 50% of normal rats for 21 d. Goat milk yoghurt containing three types of microorganism e.g., Lactobacillus acidophilus, Sterptococcus thermophilus and Bifidobacterium longum derived from Lacto-B culture in powder form. After 21 d, the rats continued to receive restricted feeding and supplemented with goat milk yoghurt for 7 d. Total splenocytes were counted by hemocytometer. Splenocytes proliferation was expressed as stimulation index, whereas the TNF-${\alpha}$ and IL-10 of spleen lymphocyte culture were measured by ELISA technique. The total number of splenocytes and stimulation index of splenocytes in moderate malnourished and normal rats supplemented with goat milk yoghurt was not significantly different. The level of TNF-${\alpha}$ in the rat supplemented with goat milk yoghurt was lower (p<0.05) than the control group, whereas the level of IL-10 in the rat supplemented with goat milk yoghurt was higher (p<0.05) than the control group. In conclusion, goat milk yoghurt supplementation in malnourished rats could decrease TNF-${\alpha}$ as a representation of the pro-inflammatory cytokine, while it increases IL-10 as a representation of the anti-inflammatory cytokine.

  • The subclasses S*($\alpha,\beta,\mu$) and C*($\alpha,\beta,\mu$) ($0\leqq\alpha<1,\;0<\beta\leqq1$ and $0\leqq\mu\leqq1$) of T the class of analytic and univalent functions of the form $$f(z)=z-\sum\limit^{\infty}_{n=2}\mid a_n\mid z^n$$ have been considered. Sharp results concerning coefficients, distortion of functions belonging to S*($\alpha,\beta,\mu$) and C*($\alpha,\beta,\mu$) are determined along with a representation formula for the functions in S*($\alpha,\beta,\mu$). Furthermore, it is shown that the classes S*($\alpha,\beta,\mu$) and C*($\alpha,\beta,\mu$) are closed under arithmetic mean and convex linear combinations. Also in this paper, we find extreme points and support points for these classes.

  • Pickands constant $H_{\alpha}$ appears in the classical result about tail probabilities of the extremes of Gaussian processes and there exist several different representations of Pickands constant. However, the exact value of $H_{\alpha}$ is unknown except for two special Gaussian processes. Significant effort has been made to find numerical approximations of $H_{\alpha}$. In this paper, we attempt to compute numerically $H_{\alpha}$ based on its representation derived by $H{\ddot{u}}sler$ (1999) and Albin and Choi (2010). Our estimates are compared with the often quoted conjecture $H_{\alpha}=1/{\Gamma}(1/{\alpha})$ for 0 < ${\alpha}$ ${\leq}$ 2. This conjecture does not seem compatible with our simulation result for 1 < ${\alpha}$ < 2, which is also recently observed by Dieker and Yakir (2014) who devised a reliable algorithm to estimate these constants along with a detailed error analysis.

  • We consider 'ordinary' graphs: that is, finite undirected graphs with no loops or multiple edges. An intersection representation of a graph G is a function r from V(G), the set of vertices of G, into a family of sets S such that distinct points $\chi$$_{\alpha}$ and $\chi$$_{\beta}$/ of V(G) are. neighbors in G precisely when ${\gamma}$($\chi$$_{\alpha}$)∩${\gamma}$($\chi$$_{\beta}$/)$\neq$ø, A graph G is a rigid circuit grouph if every cycle in G has at least one triangular chord in G. In this paper we consider the main theorem; A graph G has an intersection representation by arcs on an acyclic graph if and only if is a normal rigid circuit graph.uit graph.d circuit graph.uit graph.

  • For a positive integer p, $A_p$ will denote the class of functions $f(z)=z^p+\sum\limits^{\infty}_{n=p+1}a_nz^n$ which are analytic in the unit disc U = {z: |z| <1}. For $0{\leq}{\alpha}{\leq}1$, 0<${\beta}{\leq}1$, $0{\leq}{\lambda}$ $S_p({\alpha},{\beta},{\lambda})$ denote the class of functions $f(z){\in}A_p$ which satisfy the condition $\left|\frac{{\frac{zf^{\prime}(z)}{f(z)}}-p}{{{\alpha}{\frac{zf^{\prime}(z)}{f(z)}}+p-{\lambda}(1+{\alpha})}}\right|$<${\beta}$ for $z{\in}U$ In this paper we obtain a representation theorem for the class $S_p({\alpha},{\beta},{\lambda})$ and also derive distortion theorem and sharp estimates for the coefficients of this class.

  • In this paper, we will consider certain amalgamated free product structure in crossed product algebras. Let M be a von Neumann algebra acting on a Hilbert space Hand G, a group and let ${\alpha}$ : G${\rightarrow}$ AutM be an action of G on M, where AutM is the group of all automorphisms on M. Then the crossed product $\mathbb{M}=M{\times}{\alpha}$ G of M and G with respect to ${\alpha}$ is a von Neumann algebra acting on $H{\bigotimes}{\iota}^2(G)$, generated by M and $(u_g)_g{\in}G$, where $u_g$ is the unitary representation of g on ${\iota}^2(G)$. We show that $M{\times}{\alpha}(G_1\;*\;G_2)=(M\;{\times}{\alpha}\;G_1)\;*_M\;(M\;{\times}{\alpha}\;G_2)$. We compute moments and cumulants of operators in $\mathbb{M}$. By doing that, we can verify that there is a close relation between Group Freeness and Amalgamated Freeness under the crossed product. As an application, we can show that if $F_N$ is the free group with N-generators, then the crossed product algebra $L_M(F_n){\equiv}M\;{\times}{\alpha}\;F_n$ satisfies that $$L_M(F_n)=L_M(F_{{\kappa}1})\;*_M\;L_M(F_{{\kappa}2})$$, whenerver $n={\kappa}_1+{\kappa}_2\;for\;n,\;{\kappa}_1,\;{\kappa}_2{\in}\mathbb{N}$.

  • This paper surveys recent remarkable progress in the study of potential theory for symmetric stable processes. It also contains new results on the two-sided estimates for Green functions Poisson kernels and Martin kernels of discontinuous symmetric $alpha$ -stable process in bounded $C^{1,1}$ open sets. The new results give ex-plicit information on how the comparing constants depend on pa-rametrer $alpha$ and consequently recover the green function and Poisson kernel estimates for Brownian motion by passing $alpha{\uparrow}2$. In addition to these new estimates this paper surveys recent progress in the study of notions of harmonicity integral representation of harmonic func-tions boundary harnack inequality conditional gauge and intrinsic ultracontractivity for symmetric stable processes. • The instantaneous power theory have been considered as efficient theory in recent years, because it is easier to understand numerical representation and more soft to control PWM power converter on $\alpha$-$\beta$ stationary reference frame. From the forgoing theory, with regard to the calculating process of compensating reference current, there are many induced components of current/ power, and these components have consequently influence on physical interpretation of instantaneous power theory. Especially, beginners for studing the instantaneous power theory don't have enough informations for standard waveform of induced $\alpha$-$\beta$ components. Therefore, this paper describes simulation works using MATLAB/SIMULINK for $\alpha$-$\beta$ space trajectories and waveforms of $\alpha$-$\beta$ current and power components, induced from the instantaneous power theory. It is respected that the results in this paper are serviceable as basic information to assist beginner for studing the instantaneous power theory.
