Now in order to overcome the weakest points of the rural areas of the city of Kimje and, transform them into rural cultural villages which have local governing systems suitable to new localization age and activate this plan, we selected Daesan Village as a model village which had shown a lot of potentials in the basic research and studied it dividing it into the former part and the latter part. We studied Daesan village in the former part focusing on state analysis and basic ideas and in the latter part focusing on master plan and detail planning. We can summarize the conclusion like the followings. 1. Daesan Village located 8 kilometer away from the downtown Kimje and the city of Iksan respectably has comparatively good environment of good sunny place as an open field whose surrounding configuration of the ground consists of farming lands and low hills in front and rear. It has 38 farming households in all. 2. Human environment(인문환경); the village road whose width is about 4 meters is forming a flow system forking off into three. There is a route bus which operates three times a day even into the inside of the village. The main sources of revenue are vegetables in facilities, fruits and floriculture. Their average revenue is about 10.5 million won. 3. Here in DaeSan Village a legend dealing with Teasan literally meaning a big mountain consist of th village's tradition and you can see the tombs of a very faithful son and Anwi an army general in the age of the Japanese Invasion of Korea of 1592 to 1598 inside the village. 4. 85 out of the eitire population 141 whose age are over 20 showed very positive attitudes in a questionnaire about, making the village a cultural one and its development. 5. The basic of planned ideas is to increase the revenue of the farming household by making the village a professional farming one which has a state-of the-art production facility and agricultural technique. It is to make the village the one where people can enjoy the sense of the rural life and the farmer can enjoy their lives through consumptive and consistant leisure and resting activities. 6. We are planning to make entrance space, life space, rest and sport space, and cultural space considering the characteristics of the village and the demand of the resident. We are also planning to make tile entire city of Kimje an information transmitting base in short and long term perspectives. 7. DaeSan Village was planned as a place where tradition and the future exist together. On the basis of this concept we planned future programs for Daesan Village and in the latter part of the study master plans and detail plans will be continued.the regional agricultural condition. The development permissions were only during the period of restricted to use ($1979.12{\sim}1993.11$). We propose that the authority of development permission should be given to the local autonomy government, because the local government has the knowledge of its individual agricultural conditions.

The study about the five viscera's "Syndromes due to Damage" and "Disease" of 『Donguibogam. Five viscera and Six Bowels』, with several existing information on the specificity of the five viscera, were discussed as the physiological characteristics and the pathological conjugation of the five viscera. The results were as follows. The five viscera keep Essence, Spirit, Qi, Blood, Ethereal soul, and Corporeal soul, and There inside the body and keeping in the center. Based on this, it serves to make the body to strengthen. So it can be understood in relation to meat and shells. Characteristics of the specificity of the five viscera is determined to see the eyes, nose, mouth, ears revealed the face and the body that protect the five viscera, and characteristics that in relation to the date or time or season, Also that determined in conjunction with the face color, skin condition. In 『Lingshu』, 『Nanjing』 "how do pathogen involvement in the disease of the five viscera" and "disease occurs spontaneously in the Main meridian of the five viscera " and "Syndromes due to Damage to the Five viscera" in 『Donguibogam. Five viscera and Six Bowels』, It was discussed about the physiology and the pathology that is caused by biological activity according to the characteristics of the five viscera specificity "Outer symptoms" of "Five viscera Disease" in 『Donguibogam. Five viscera and Six Bowels』 is the description of the characteristics of behavior and emotional characteristics of the specificity of the five viscera. Imwonshibyukji(1827) is an important and stupendous ancient scientific book, which is much like an encyclopedia, that can discern the dietary life of the latter period of Choseon. This article is assorted, which is mentioned in this book, as Cho(Misutkaru-in parched grain that is weed out into powder) to the main material of grain Youmicho, Wandoocho, Youcho, also the medicinal plant as the main material Youkhangcho, Backyupcho, Chungumcho, Unyoungcho, and Naecho, Haengcho, Eicho, Imgumcho, Joyou, Bokbunjacho, made by fruit. The results of inquiring the property by the assortment is as you see in the following. Youmicho, Wandoocho, Youcho, Youkhyangcho, Backyupcho, and Chungumcho, which consist of glutinous rice, nonclutinous rice, barley, buckwheat, pea, and black soybean are among 13 kinds of methods to make Cho. The manufacturing process is similar to that of Misutkaru, but in the case of Unyoungcho 6 different medicinal powders are mixed with Chundang and Sookmill to form a hard portable taffy substance, which is quite unique. Naecho, Haengcho, Eicho, Imgumcho, Joyou, and Bokbunjacho are extracted from pulp and processed in a powder form like Misutkaru, which can also be considered as a fruit tea. Youcho is unique in its sense, since it is fermented by maggots that are bred in order to obtain the juice. Cho is known to calm thirst and empty stomachs, and has various medicinal materials to act as food to aid virility. It is also known to have multiple functions as an alternative staple, refreshment to aid virility, portable food, and preferable beverage. There are ten references on Cho, 37% are Korean in Ongheejobji and 63% Chinese in Jaeminyosool, Bonchogangmok, Chungmoonbobang, Nongjungchunsuh, Wangshinongsuh, Shikgyung, Sukmyung, Bonchoseupyou, and Wisaengbogam. The citations are in the general introduction and 13 types of Cho are cited 19 times overall, but citations based on Chinese references are non existe.

Objectives: This study was performed to develop an assessment tool for middle aged women's health status based on dietary patterns, which will have practical applications in the working field of health and hygiene, aiming at improving the middle aged women's quality of life through their health improvement. Methods: As a first step, a literature review was conducted and the original data of '2008~2009 Korea Health and Nutrition Examination Survey' were reanalyzed. This analysis identified 65 preliminary questions that may be relevant to the study. After verifying the content validity by experts, the 65 questions were reduced into 51 questions. In order to secure higher validity of the candidate items, verification of their clinical validity was conducted among women aged between 45 and 60 years. Finally, an assessment tool was developed by applying weight and scoring. Results: Selected 51 questions were used to verify clinical validity and the results showed that 20 questions were relevant, nine questions ('regular meal time', 'regular amount of meal', 'intake frequency of dairy products', 'intake frequency of fruits', 'intake frequency of meat products', 'intake frequency of high cholesterol foods', 'intake frequency of salty foods', 'appetite', 'eat breakfast everyday') were related to dietary life. Eleven other questions ('self-rated health status', 'deep sleep', 'smoking', 'frequency of drinking', 'stress levels', 'health-related fitness levels', 'pounding of the heart', 'strange feelings on the skin', 'interfere with daily life', 'menopause will bring you a chance to see the life in a different perspective', and 'body mass index') were selected as valid questions. For the response scale for each question, 5 point Likert scale was used to make total 100 point score. Conclusions: This study is the first attempt to develop a health status assessment tool for middle aged women based on their dietary patterns. We conclude that this tool is expected to be a useful and practical tool in the field.

A linguistic element found in a movie, dialogue, plays a critical role in building up narrative structure. Still, analyses conducted on movies mostly focus on images due to the nature of a movie that conveys a story through its visual images while dialogue has either been underestimated or received less spotlight despite their importance. This study highlights the significance of lines in a movie. This study calls attention to dialogue, which has stayed out of the main focus and been on the periphery thus far when analyzing movies, so as to see how they contribute to constructing a narrative. It then spotlights the significance of dialogue in the movie. To this end, the study sorts out emotional expressions articulated by actors through their dialogues then to make polarity classification into affirmation and negation, followed by a quantitative analysis of how the polarity proportion of emotional expressions changes depending on the narrative structure. The study also suggests a narrative's relevance with emotions by pointing to dynamic emotional changes that shift between affirmation and negation depending on incidents, conflicts and resolution thereof throughout a movie.

Currently, information society is rapidly changing and demands innovation and creativity in various fields. Therefore, the importance of mathematics, which can be the basis of creativity and logic, is emphasized. The purpose of this paper is to develop a math education application that can further expand the logical thinking of mathematics and allow voluntary learning to occur through the use of readily available teaching aid for children to form motivation and interest in learning. This paper provides math education applications using a smartphone and blocks for children. The main function of the application is to shoot with the camera and show the calculated values. When a child uses a block to make a formula and shoots a block using a camera, you can directly see the calculated value of your formula. The preprocessing process, text extraction, and character recognition of the photographed images have been implemented using OpenCV libraries and Tesseract-OCR libraries.

Purpose: Diversity and the lachrymal duct deformities and the passage inside the nasal cavity except for anterior image such as epiphora happens during the test were able to express more precisely during the dacryoscintigraphy. Also, we thought about the necessity of a method to classify the passage into the naso-lachrymal duct from epiphora. Therefore, we are to find the validity of the method to obtain both oblique views except for anterior views. Materials and Methods: The targets of this research are 78 patients with epiphora due to the blockage at the lachrymal duct from January 2013 to August 2013. Average age was $56.96{\pm}13.36$. By using a micropipette, we dropped 1-2 drops of $^{99m}TcO4^-$ of 3.7 MBq (0.1 mCi) with $10{\mu}L$ of each drop into the inferior conjunctival fold, then we performed dynamic check for 20 minutes with 20 frames of each minute. In case of we checked the passage from both eyes to nasal cavity immediately after the dynamic check, we obtained oblique view immediately. If we didn't see the passage in either side of the orbit, we obtained oblique views of the orbit after checking the frontal film in 40 minutes. The instrument we used was Pin-hole Collimator with Gamma Camera(Siemens Orbiter, Hoffman Estates, IL, USA). Results: Among the 78 patients with dacryoscintigraphy, 35 patients were confirmed with passage into the nasal cavity from the anterior view. Among those 35 patients, 15 patients were confirmed with passage into the nasal cavity on both eyes, and it was able to observe better passage patterns through oblique view with a result of 8 on both eyes, 2 on left eye, and 1 on right eye. 20 patients had passage in left eye or right eye, among those patients 10 patients showed clear passage compared to the anterior view. 13 patients had possible passage, and 30 patients had no proof of motion of the tracer. To sum up, 21 patients (60%) among 35 patients showed clear pattern of passage with additional oblique views compared to anterior view. People responded obtaining oblique views though 5 points scale about the utility of passage identification helps make diagnoses the passage, passage delayed, and blockage of naso-lachrymal duct by showing the well-seen portions from anterior view. Also, when classifying passage to naso-lachrymal duct and flow to the skin, oblique views has higher chance of classification in case of epiphora (anterior:$4.14{\pm}0.3$, oblique:$4.55{\pm}0.4$). Conclusion: It is considered that if you obtain oblique views of the bilateral orbits in addition to anterior view during the dacryoscintigraphy, the ability of diagnose for reading will become higher because you will be able to see the areas that you could not observe from the anterior view so that you can see if it emitted after the naso-lachrymal duct and the flow of epiphora on the skin.

Currently, the influence of the Internet portal sites that can make it quick and easy to contact the vast amount of information is increasing. Users can connect the Internet through a portal to obtain information, such as communication between Internet users, which can be used to meet a variety of purposes. People are exposed to a variety of information from other users in the search for a movie and get information. The impact on the reviews and ratings with the limited number of characters of the film allows users to form a relationship to the movie, decide whether you want to see the movie or find another movie. but, the user can not read the whole movie review. When user see the overall evaluation, the user can receive the correct information. This research conducted a study on the prediction of the rating by the use of review data. Information of reviews, is divided into two main areas: the"fact" and "opinion". "Fact" is to convey the dispassionate information and "Opinion" is, to represent the user's feelings. In this study, we built sentiment dictionary based on the assessment and evaluation of the online review and applied to evaluate other movies. In the comparative study with a simple emotion evaluation technique, we found the suggested algorithm got the more accurate results.

In recent years, television dramas have adopted an emerging approach of imagining a just society via fantasy. This study set out to examine by stages the patterns of social justice in I Hear Your Voice, Pinocchio, and While You Were Sleeping written by Park Hye-ryeon, who has been leading this trend. I Hear Your Voice shows why social justice is needed, as it is set against the backdrop of a society in which legal justice has collapsed. In this drama, the collapse of the legal justice system indicates that democratic society is falling apart at the roots. As a result, pain and suffering is propagated among the petit bourgeois, with social justice being demanded as an alternative to this problematic reality. The supernatural power of reading the thoughts of others is used to remind viewers of the value of truth and trust and raises the possibility of the existence of a true heart as an alternative from a social justice perspective. Set in a society in which media justice is distorted, Pinocchio makes an attempt at changing ideas about social justice. In this drama, the corrupt media justice covers up truth and becomes a parasite to power, creating victims that are falsely accused. In this situation, the Pinocchio Syndrome, which makes people hiccup when telling a lie, shows paradoxically that truth can be distorted, and ultimately destroys absoluteness that is not truth. Finally, While You Were Sleeping inherits the world views of the two previous dramas and proposes a type of social justice called 'common good' as an alternative. A completely unfair society is created when legal justice collapses and media justice is distorted. In this situation, the ability to see the future is an ability to imagine a world of possibilities. Altruistic choices based on trust in others help us to realize a positive future. Social justice as common good to enable solidarity among subjects in a way that transcends the limitations of time and space is proposed as an alternative to overcome the problem of an unfair society. Given the recent reality of South Korean society, this common good and these ways of life might literally seem like a fantasy. When social justice is represented by efforts and reconstruction processes to overcome the current social issues and make a better future, common good based on the understanding and sympathy of others can be an alternative to improve a reality that is problematic at its root. Ultimately, Park's three works explore the feasibility of a just society that is yet to come from the aspect of the common good.

This research identifies the ingress to egress primary factors that causes a patient to receive delayed emergency medical care. This material was collected between February 1st to 28th, 1998. Research envolved 4,118 people who visited the college emergency medical center in Kyeongido Province, South Korea. Medical records were examined, using the retrospective method. to determine the length of stay and the main cause for waiting. Results are as follows : 1. The age group with the highest admission rate was 10 and under, approximately 1,394 (33.9%). Followed by an even distribution for ages between 11-50 at 10-15% for their respective ranges. The lowest admission rate was 50 years and above. 2. From the 4,118 records examined, 3,489 received outpatient treatment (84.7%); 601 were admitted for inpatient care (14.6%); 25 arrived dead on arrival (0.6%); and 4 people died at the hospital. 3. Between 7PM to 12AM, 42.9% were admitted to the EMC. The hours from 9PM to 11PM recorded the highest admission rate and 5AM to 8AM was the lowest From 8PM to 12AM, the most beds were occupied. 4. For most patients. the average length of stay was approximately 2.2 hours. By medical department, external medicine was the longest for 2.8 hours. Pediatrics was the shortest for 1.6 hours. The average waiting period for inpatient admission was 2.6 hours. Inpatient admission for pediatrics and external medicine was 3.4 hours and 2.2 hours respectively. 5. Theses are primary factors for delay at EMC: 1) pronged medical consultations to decide between inpatient versus outpatient treatment, and delaying to be inpatient, 2) when you call physicians they are delayed to come 3) Understaffing during peak or critical hours, 4) Excessive consulting with different medical departments, 5) some patients require longer monitoring periods, 6) medical records are delayed in transit between departments, 7) repeated laboratory tests make delay the result, 8) overcrowded emergency x-ray place causes delay taking x-ray and portable x-ray, 9) the distance between EMC and registration and cashier offices is too far. 10) hard to control patient's family members. The best way to reduce EMC waiting and staying time is by cooperation between departments, both medical and administrative. Each department must work beyond their job description or duty and help each other to provide the best medical service and satisfy the patient needs. The most important answer to shortened the EMC point from ingress to egress is to see things from a patient point of view and begin from there to find the solution.
