With a sample of 147 Korean small and medium size companies, this study examined the relationships among degree of information orientation, corporate culture, degree of information management implementation and selected business performances in the process of implementing IMS improvement programs, such as IMS(Information Management System). Information orientation is defined as company-wide understanding and implementation of the underlying philosophy, principles, approached, and tools of information improvement programs. It is assumed that successful implementation of information improvement programs requires a information-oriented mind-set of the employees. The key elements of information orientation include continious improvement structured processes, organixation-wide participation and customer-focused spirit. Culture id defined as the value and beliefs of em organization that shape its behavior. It is also assumed that successful implementation of information improvement programs require strong support from s corporate culture that emphasizes cintinious improvement. Adopting the competing values model of Quinn and McGrath(1985), corporate culture is classified into 'flexible' versus 'controlled culture' and 'outer-directed' versus 'inner-directed culture'. Fitness was defined through the relationship between levels of information oriented and types of corporate culture. The results were as follows. First, it was found that when a company with high information orientation promoted information innovation programs, such as IMS, it reported higher degree of information management implementation and improvement in business performances. Second, the results showed the importance of 'flexible culture' and 'outer-directed culture' in performing information, innovation. Regarding the types of corporate culture, the analysis found that developmental culture, rational culture and group culture were effective. Third, companies with high information oriented and flexible culture or companies with high information orientation and outer-directed culture reported the highest implementation in Information management activities. Fourth, the results showed that the level of information management implementation had a mediating effect on the relationship between information orientation and business performance. It was also found that enhanced non-financial performance led to the improvement of financial performance. This study attempted to exaime the factor that lead information management program to success. In order to reach success, first, it is suggested that companies have positive mind set toward continious information improvement. Secondly, it is recommended that a flexible and outer-directed culture appropriate for continious information improvement is cultivated.

Information competitiveness accounts for substantial parts of business competitiveness necessary for business management in the knowledge-information society in the 21st century. To improve quality. productivity and competitiveness through information in the fields of SMEs particularly having difficulties under rapidly changing business environment. the government has operated "SME Information Support Project" for the past 8 years. The methodology for developing the standard for this project known as EISDM (Enterprise Information System Development Methodology) provides communication between IT businesses and SMEs participating in this project. and standardized output document formats and how to make out such documents. Infortunately. the number of personnel partaking in the development project for SMEs is no more than 2~4 per site on average. Further. they are required to complete demand analyses. development. testing and operation in about 6 months. which is a very short period. Moreover, there is too much demand for documentation, which is likely to end up being formal work process just for supervision and inspection. That is, the documentation could be for noting but documents. which will prove useless outputs after the project finishes. Therefore, this study proposes an improvement approach as an information system development methodology taking into account SMEs' characteristics and environment so as to relieve developers from such excessive burden of documentation, to save time and resources through efficient management of software development as the original purpose of the methodology, and to produce required quality software.

중소기업은 변화하는 경쟁 환경에 능동적으로 대처하고 경쟁력확보와 생산성 향상을 위하여 IT를 기반으로 하는 다양한 생산정보시스템을 도입, 운영하고 있다. 이에 따라 효율적인 중소기업 생산정보화를 위하여 시스템 개발 과정을 정형화하는 생산정보시스템의 표준화가 요구된다. 특히 중소기업, IT업체, 감리업체 등 참여 기업 간의 의사소통, 그리고 구축된 생산정보화의 유지보수를 포함한 운영지원 등의 체계적이고 효율적인 운영을 위해서는 생산정보시스템의 개발 방법론 (PDSM)이 필요하다. 이에 따라 중소기업기술정보화진흥원에서 생산정보화시스템개발방법론(PSDM)을 개발하여 보급하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정부가 지원하는 중소기업 생산정보화지원사업에 참여한 기업을 대상으로 생산정보화시스템개발방법론(PDSM)을 적용한 IT 업체의 적용사례를 통해 방법론의 활용에 따른 생산성 향상 및 작용 시 고려사항에 대해 살펴본다. PSDM은 효과적인 중소기업 생산정보를 위하여 시스템 과정을 표준화 하고 단계별 주요 활동에 대한 연구와 함께 프로젝트 범위, 일정, 비용, 인적자원 관리를 위한 WBS(Work Blockdown Structure)작성, 시스템의 신뢰성 품질, 생산성 향상을 위한 관리 항목 등의 내용을 포함하고 있다.

Recently the number of IT equipment have increased. It consumes large amounts of energy and is emissions of greenhouse gases. Co2 emissions with the PC and the monitor has the highest percentage to 39% more than other IT equipment. In addition, Plan for your PC's power management and technology development is being pursued in developed countries. To reduce energy costs of organizations with large numbers of the PC and to cut down on Co2 emissions, the energy load control technology of ACPI standards-based PC IS suggested. AMI-based PC power-management system was constructed, Approximately 20% of operating a result of the test power consumption was reduced. Looking at the case of the United States, PC monitors from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh was Sleep mode. As a result, the monitor on a, $ 20 for a year reduced energy costs. In GE(General Electronic), Approximately 75,000 PC's power setting time was Monitor Off :15 minutes/ Hard Drives Off 30 minutes/ System Standby 30 minutes/ Hibernation mode 2 hours. 1 year, electric bill was $ 2.5 million savings and 3 years electric bill was $ 6.5 million savings. Measuring energy usage data, using the measured data, electric energy management technology is not. Platform development to measure energy usage for Individual energy-consuming equipment is urgently required.

Most university has provided the information system that fit with their university peculiarity only, but there is not proper evaluation on the user satisfaction by that. In this study, first of all, it analysed which factors give satisfaction to the users when university operated the information systems and inquired the needed outcome variables in order to operate successful university information system. Through the inquisition of fitting supposition, we got something that organizational support and computer self efficacy which is personal factors were effected as an affirmative side to make a user satisfactions of information system. In more detail, organizational support and personal factors effected as an affirmative side to the quality of information system. And, so the quality of information system was influenced to user satisfaction that it raised the work result and increased the work products in organization through personal outcomes.

기술 수용 모델을 통하여 개인이 신 기술을 채택하여 사용하는 경향에 관한 연구가 활발히 논의되고 있다. 그러나 많은 연구가 비자발적인 시스템 환경에서 편리성, 유용성의 개선을 통한 사용의도 향상에 관한 것이다. 최근의 인터넷의 보급은 기업의 정보시스템 환경에도 많은 변화를 주고 있으며 사용자들에게도 다양한 기회를 제공하고 있다. 브라우징, 컴포넌트화를 제공하는 웹 환경으로 전환된 개인화된 정보시스템은 종전 클라이언트/서버 환경과 달리 사용자들에게 스스로 사용 환경을 구성하고 업무에 활용할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 있다. 인트라넷 시스템을 대상으로 실증 분석을 실시한 결과 개인화를 통하여 정보시스템을 자발적인 사용 환경으로 구축하고 편리성과 유용성을 개선하여 새로운 기술 수용에 대하여 우호작인 태도를 가질 수 있으며 이를 통하여 사용 의도를 향상 시킬 수 있음을 검증하였다. 향후 자발적인 환경으로 기업의 정보시스템을 구현할 경우에 필요한 개인화 변수 및 모델을 제시하였다.

BSC(Balanced Scorecard)는 재무적 성과지표의 한계를 지양하고 고객관점, 내부 프로세스 관점, 학습과 성장 관점, 재무 관점의 다양한 관점에서 성과측정시스템으로 상용 될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 전략의 해석, 전략적 캐스케이딩(cascading), 전략적 자원분배, 전략적 학습도구를 위한 전략관리시스템으로 또한 의사소통도구로서 사용된다. 분 논문에서는 대학내의 학과들이 각각 개별적인 특성이 존재하고 학과의 제한된 자원과 역량하에서의 효율적인 운영과 이에 대한 조직적인 접근방법이 필요하기 때문에 학과조직에 BSC를 적용하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이러한 학과 BSC는 대학 전체 또는 그 상위조직의 BSC를 위한 토대로 이용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 교육에 관련한 다양한 인증 및 평가와 연계할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 본 논문에서는 최소한의 프로그래밍과 이해하기 용이한 수행규칙, 그리고 유연한 개정을 위하여 비즈니스 규칙(Business Rule)으로 이루어지는 BRMS(Business Rule Management System)로 학과 BSC를 설계할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다.

Compared to research on the success of IT projects In general, research on the management of conflict in IT teams and its impact on project success is insufficient. This research performed a comparative study to analyze the nature and evolving phenomenon of conflicts in IT project teams. This study aimed at; First, Why a conflict is created within and around an IT project team. Second, What is the phenomenon of conflict evolution, diffusion, and/or resolution? Third, How the differences in conflict management style affects the IT project performance? Three propositions were drawn from the analysis of two intensive analysis of conflict cases and their comparison. Proposition 1 : Both 'the method of pointing out a problem' and 'the pointed-out contents' can be the trigger of conflicts around an IT project. Proposition 2 : While the focus of attention of one party is 'the method of pointing out a problem', if the other's and focus of attention of one party is 'the pointed-out contents', that is, if the focus of attention mismatch, the conflict can be amplified. Proposition 3 : According to the temporal nature of the relationship, e.g., short-term versus long-term, the way people approach and deal with the conflict differs.

Until now, systems in financial companies have been constructed and operated based on great mainframe proved being stability. But it has had many disadvantages since they only implement maintenance adding and changing function. So they need construction of new systems(development of critical application, integration of various service channel, management of customer data). In spite of great construction costs and high risk, it is necessary that they construct e-financial system. Nowadays financial institutions must actively offer services to customers. In other words, the key of service is being moved from providers to customers. In oder to develop and sell new products in a timely manner, integrated management about appropriate and valid customer data is needed. And new system that covers expanded area of work is needed since the original parts of the area is being broken gradually. In this paper, we search construction processes of e-financial system of Nonghyup to respond to new financial environment flexibly and actively, concrete contents about innovation activities of e-financial system and the cases of service utilization. Also, we suggest the development direction of e- financial system for Nonghyup following day.

본 연구는 조직내 정보시스템의 구축과 활용이 의사결정과정과 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사하고자 한다. 기존 연구들에 의하면, 기업의 정보시스템은 의사결정과정에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있는 것으로 논의되어 왔다. 하지만 정보시스템이 여러 형태의 의사결정 과정에 구체적으로 어떤 역할을 하며 기업성과에 또한 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 관해서는 명확한 결론을 제시하지 못하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 정보시스템의 구축과 활용이 의사결정의 질(quality)을 높여주고 그 결과 재무적 성과를 향상시키는 데 기여할 수 있음을 보여주고자 한다. 또한 환경의 불확실성이 높을수록 정보시스템의 구축과 활용이 의사결정의 질과 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향은 더욱 커질 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 섬유, 기계, 자동차부품, 전기 전자 산업으로부터 129개의 표본을 확보했다. 그리고 분석결과 정보처리, 상호협력, 진취성과 같은 의사결정 과정과 정보시스템의 상호작용이 총자산이익률(ROA)에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 환경의 불확실성이 높을수록 세 가지 형태의 의사결정과정과 정보시스템의 상호작용이 기업의 재무적 성과에 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 사실도 관찰되었다.

This study takes a holistic approach to understanding the diffusion of IPTV services by combining the adoption-diffusion model and the use-diffusion model of innovation. IPTV service, a leading Digital converged application coupling media content with telecom, has been recently launched commercially in Korea. We created a structural model of adoption-diffusion, using the perceived ease-of-use and usefulness of TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) as mediating variables, and a structural model of use-diffusion, with the rate of use and the variety of use as mediating variables. To empirically analyze these models, non-users of IPTV were surveyed using the adoption-diffusion model to identity factors influencing their intention to subscribe to the service. Meanwhile, users of IPTV were surveyed using the use-diffusion model to determine the factors that influence their satisfaction with the service and their intention to fe-use it. Under the adoption-diffusion model, we found that trialability, household innovativeness and perceived risk were the determinants of user satisfaction with IPTV, and perceived ease-of-use, the mediating factors. Under the use-diffusion model, complementarity and communication were shown to be the determinants of users' satisfaction with IPTV, and variety of use, the mediating factor. We also found that consumers' intention to re-use IPTV was strongly influenced by its relative advantage and perceived risk.

The current method for accessing interconnection charges in Korea, called a hybrid model in this paper, mixes a top-down with a bottom-up LRIC model. The method has given stable charges so far. However, according to the fundamental changes of the market, policy, and network technology in the telecommunications industry, it requires analyzing the validity of the method. We investigate the problems of the top-clown, bottom-up, and hybrid model used in Korea and analyze their effect on regulation policy.

Recently, Internet Telephony has become increasingly popular in telecommunication industry. However, previous research on Internet Telephony has focused on analyzing specific Internet Telephony solutions, identifying the Internet Telephony movement itself. The research on prediction models about Internet Telephony adoption has been minimal. The main propose of this study is to develop models for predicting transition intention from using traditional telephones to using Internet Telephony. To do so, this study uses data mining methods to analyze demands in the IT communications market and to provide management strategies for Internet telephony providers. Especially this study uses discriminant analysis, logistic regression, classification tree, and neural nets to develop the prediction models for the Internet Telephony adoption. The models are compared with each other and a superior model is chosen.

The mam purpose of this study is to find out how perceived risk elements influence to customers' perceived value and repurchase intention in the electronic commerce environment. To achieve the goal, we set 6 sub-dimensions - privacy risk, social risk, time loss risk, economic risk, psychological risk, and performance risk - based on comprehensive consideration of related studies, and established a research model included 2 factors such as perceived value and repurchase intention to measure performance in internet shopping malls. From 174 customers of the electronic commerce shopping malls survey data have been collected and analyzed based on the covariance structural model method. The results of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, five perceived risk characteristics of privacy risk, time loss risk, economic risk, psychological risk, and performance risk are significantly positive effect on perceived value. Secondly, perceived value IS very significantly related to repurchase intention in electronic commerce shopping malls. Consequently, we discussed the strategies to create perceived value and repurchase intention in electronic commerce environment. Also we suggested the implications and further research directions.

정보통신 인프라의 확대 및 인터넷 사용자 수의 급속한 증가에 따라 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시장은 방대한 잠재수요를 가진 새로운 시장으로 급부상하고 있다. 본 연구의 주목적은 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자들을 대상으로 한 실증분석을 통해 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자의 재구매의도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 중요한 특성요인을 도출해 보고자 하였다. 연구목적의 효과적인 달성을 위한 이론적 토대로서 정보시스템성공모델 관련 선행연구에 대한 종합적 고찰 결과를 토대로 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 정보품질, 시스템품질, 서비스품질, 고객만족, 재구매의도 등의 여섯 가지 요인을 포함한 연구모델을 구축하였고, 이들 변수들간의 상호 영향관계에 관한 가설을 수립하였다. 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자 204명을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과를 이용하여 공분산구조모델 분석을 통한 연구가설 검정을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 정보품질과 서비스품질이 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 시스템품질은 별다른 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 고객의 만족은 재구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이상의 가설검정 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향에 관하여 논하였다.

This study is aimed at proposing a new research model in which application store intention to acceptance influence factors (i.e.. facilitating condition, mobile computing self-efficacy, service compatibility, and system quality) affect TAM (i.e., perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use) positively, leading to application store intention to acceptance eventually. This study developed a research model to explain the use of Apple's App Store, and collected 228 survey responses from the undergraduate students who had experiences with such application store services as game and personal information management application download. To prove the validity of the proposed research model, PLS analysis is applied with valid 228 questionnaires. By employing PLS technique, the measurement reliability and validity of research variables are tested and the path analysis is conducted to do the hypothesis testing. In brief, the finding of this study suggests that application store intention to acceptance influence factors affect TAM positively, and application store intention to acceptance as well.

Introduction of ICE(Integrated Collaboration Environment) has a great effect on corporate performance. In particular, it is expected that information sharing and collaboration among transaction partners will be an important factor which mediates ICE and its performance. Under such a background, this research intends to identify the influence of ICE by manufacturing industry on corporate performance through role of the parameter of information sharing and collaboration. The result of this research may be summed up as follows: ICE promotes information sharing and collaboration among enterprises, it accelerates integration of supply chain network among enterprises and cooperation. In particular, ICE has a great effect on information sharing. And information sharing has a direct effect on collaboration and performance. However, when we classify corporate performance into the "performance due to introduction", which is direct performance, and the "overall performance", which is indirect performance, the result of this research is as follows: information sharing has a great effect on the performance due to introduction, but does not have a meaningful effect on indirect performance. On the other hand, collaboration does not have any effect on the performance due to introduction, but has a meaningful effect on the overall performance, which is indirect performance. It is necessary to study and analyze additional this result in future.

Mobile banking is a subset of electronic banking which underlies not only the determinants of the banking business but also the special conditions of mobile commerce. Nowadays wireless networks are being evolved and diversified. In this situation The wireless e-commerce is in the limelight on new profits of Carriers. Because of this situation, the importance of mobile billing service is being emphasized. This paper searches the definition and service types of mobile banking, and suggests status and prospects of domestic mobile banking. We suggest the basic direction, the stage of development and functions of services by analyzing the cases of Nonghyup's. Finally we derive the critical factors from those and suggest the effect of introduction and the direction of development. From the customer perspective, mobile banking has many strengths. For example, it allows that all customers access banking service at anytime, anywhere more easily than telephone banking or pc banking. And it reduces the time and the effort for using the service. It enables the company to make a business against global customers. On the other hand, from the company perspective, it has a lot of potential that affect market share and reduce the costs of human and material resources which used to operate and support branches. However, it needs many efforts to reach at the stage of completion. And We will have to solve the problems that develop many contents, expend the range of services and raise the service convenience.

최근 모바일 기술이 지속적으로 발전해 감에 따라 모바일 통신 네트워크를 통한 방송서비스인 모바일 TV가 급속한 확산을 보이고 있다. 기존 모바일 TV 서비스를 대상으로 수행한 선행연구는 주로 모바일 TV 서비스 관련 기술 탐색, 최신 시장동향 분석, 서비스 수용 영향요인 등을 중심으로 연구가 활발히 진행되어 온 반면 서비스 수용 후 행동에 관하여 체계적인 분석을 수행한 연구는 부족한 것이 현실이다. 이러한 배경 하에서, 본 연구는 모바일 TV 서비스 이용자를 대상으로 해당 서비스에 대한 지속적 이용의도 형성에 중요한 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 요인을 파악해 보는 것을 주목적으로 하였다. 연구목적을 효과적으로 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 관련 문헌에 관한 종합적 고찰을 통해 모바일 TV 서비스의 채택 후 행동을 체계적으로 파악해 보기 위하여 지각된 놀이성, 기대 일치, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 유용성, 만족, 지속 이용 의도 등 여섯 가지 차원을 포함한 연구모델을 제안하였다. 그리고 제안된 연구모델에 포함된 각 요인들 간의 영향관계에 관한 연구가설을 수립하였다. 향후 모바일 TV 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하고, 제안된 모델 및 가설에 대한 실증적 분석을 실시해 보고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 최근 사용자 수가 급증하고 있으며, 높은 관심의 대상이 되고 있는 모바일 TV 분야의 연구자 및 실무자들에게 서비스 이용자를 장기적으로 유지하고, 이를 토대로 지속적인 수익을 창출하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 시사점을 제공해 보고자 한다.

We are sometimes interacting with people who we know nothing and facing with the difficult task of making decisions involving risk in social network. To reduce risk, the topic of building Web of trust is receiving considerable attention in social network. The easiest approach to build Web of trust will be to ask users to represent level of trust explicitly toward another users. However, there exists sparsity issue in Web of trust which is represented explicitly by users as well as it is difficult to urge users to express their level of trustworthiness. We propose a fuzzy-based inference model for Web of trust using user behavior information in social network. According to the experiment result which is applied in Epinions.com, the proposed model show improved connectivity in resulting Web of trust as well as reduced prediction error of trustworthiness compared to existing computational model.

최근 모바일 컨버전스로의 대표적 제품인 스마트폰에 관심이 급증하고 있고, 앞으로 삶의 변화를 가져올 핵심 도구로 인식되고 있다. 또한 컨버전스화가 활발히 진행됨에 따라 소비자의 영향력이 어느 때 보다 강화 되고 있어 심층적인 소비자 연구를 통하여 제품개발에 반영하는 것이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 소비자들이 스마트폰을 구입 시 중시하는 스마트폰의 기능적 속성이 무엇인지를 실증적으로 분석하여, 스마트폰의 확산을 촉진시키는데 기여하고자 한다.

The primary objective of this paper is to examine of post acceptance behavior model in VCC services. Based on the relevant literature reviews, this study posits six characteristics, that is, expectation confirmation, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, satisfaction, and continuance intention as key variables to describe the post acceptance behavior model in VCC services. And then we constructed a research model and hypotheses about relationship between these variables. A total 286 usable survey responses of CCC service users have been employed in the analysis. The empirical results of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, expectation confirmation has a positive effect on the perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and satisfaction. Secondly. perceived enjoyment has a positive effect on the satisfaction. Lastly, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and satisfaction have a positive effect on the continuance intention. These results will be helpful for the UCC services sector to further develop a service delivery strategies for strengthening the ongoing relationship with customers. Finally, some possible limits of the present research and future directions for such research were discussed.

Nowadays, more and more organizations are implementing the USE' of emerging enterprise 2.0 applications consciously or unconsciously such as Blogs, Wikis, Social Networks, etc. However, as the end users, employee's attitude toward adoption of enterprise 2.0 applications still lacks theoretical support. On the other hand, many organizations which have implemented enterprise2.0 applications are confused about how to promote employees' use of enterprise 2.0 applications. The purpose of this study aims to provide a conceptual examination the determinants that affect employee's adoption of these enterprise2.0 applications using the revised UTAUT model. To test the model, structural equation modeling will be employed to analyze data collected from two organizations in which experimental tests of enterprise social network platforms are conducted. The findings of this research will show effective and reasonable ways of promoting employees' participations in an enterprise 2.0 environment so as to maximize the benefits generated from implementing enterprise 2.0 applications. This research will also provide a theoretical foundation for academics and practical implications for development of enterprise 2.0 applications.
