The Performance of Innovation Consulting for Local Governments by the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the performance of innovation consulting program by the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs(MOGAHA) for local governments. The performance of the consulting program was measured by the difference of innovation grade improvement local governments which were included in the program achieved more grade improvement than others which were not. Especial Iy municipalities at lower grades in 2005 have reached higher stage after receiving Innovation consulting.
