The Current Status and Improvement Scheme of Safety Management on the Heavy Construction Equipment Operation

건설 중기계 운영상의 안전관리 실태 및 개선방안 - 크레인, 지게차, 버킷굴삭기, 승강기, 펌프카를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to analyze current status and propose improvement scheme of safety management on the heavy construction equipment operation. The research method invloves interview and questionnaire survey for the analysis of practical use status of heavy construction equipment. The results of this study are as fallows: 1) The problem of safety management status on heavy construction equipment operation is surveyed not wearing safety helmet, not keeping work regulations, and not preparing the work before start. 2) Proposed improvement scheme of safety management on heavy construction equipment operation includes strengthening 5 minutes safety education before start, strengthening safety action against falling materials, and strengthening enough preparation before start.

본 연구는 건설 중기계(크레인, 지게차 버킷굴삭기, 승강기, 펌프카)를 중심으로 안전관리의 실태를 조사하고 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 건설 중기계에 대한 국내 건설산업재해에 대하여 조사${\cdot}$분석하고 이를 바탕으로 재해원인을 분석한다. 다음으로 설문조사를 통하여 안전관리 실태를 조사${\cdot}$분석한 후 개선방안을 제시한다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 중기계의 안전관리 실태는 작업적인 측면에서는 안전모 미착용, 관리적인 측면에서는 작업수칙의 불이행, 그리고 인적인 측면에서는 작업전 사전준비 불충분이 중요한 문제점으로 나타났다. 2) 개선방안으로는 작업전 5분안전교육의 강화, 크레인 작업시 낙하물에 대한 안전조치강화, 그리고 작업전 충분한 사전준비가 필요하다.
