The concept of data warehousing was born in the 1970-80s at the same time when Wal-Mart's growing database gave birth to its need to view records in a more effective way. As the world's largest retail warehouse, Wal-Mart represents the world's largest data warehouse. A large portion of the discussionaround Wal-Mart's database management heretofore has only been process-centric, however, not its data per se. The study largely involves technical concepts around database and takes a deep look at Wal-Mart's chronicle of pre-implementation (preparation), implementation, and post-implementation (evaluation) of the data warehousing project. The highlight underlies how Wal-Mart acted against solving endless problems and was able to gear their data management to business contribution. By revisiting their data warehousing project case from a current point of view, we expect their lessons to be still available and applicable. With the renewed interest in (big) data and business intelligence, Wal-Mart's high respect for data and technology holds a lot more meaning than a couple of decades ago.

The purpose of this study is to show Da-seuck(다석) and his Sip those were never introduced to the academic world of Korean literature yet. Daseuck who kept company with Yook-dang(육당) and Chun-won(춘원) was a great philosopher of religion. He had ranged over world wide philosophy and founded his own angle of view to God. He had written diary in which many Sijo Poems more than 2,200 were written for 20 years from 1955 to 1974. The special features of his Sijo and the historical meanings are: First, Daseuck had written the most numerous Sijo Poems in number. Second, one of the special features of his Sijo is that most of his Sijo Poems contains his own ideas of God that is caused by his religious belief and his angle of view to Sijo. Third, his poetic words are too difficult to understand because he had used Korean old language that he understand them peculiarly.

At present, the scale of Electronic Commerce through internet has been rapidly increasing due to the development of information & communication technology, and aggregated to 2.4 billion dollar in America last year (1998). The market scale of worldwide electronic commerce is also presumed to be about 130 billion dollar in 2000, and to occupy more than 20% of the whole world trade in world 2020. Since the right of trademark, despite of being effective only in registered nations on the principle of territorialism, is unified on the cyber space of internet without domestic barrier or local limitation which make it easier to conduct the distribution of information rapidly through the address-internet domain name, those are very important that the systematic dispute-solving plan on problems such as decision of its Act and international jurisdiction to be established, in an effort to prevent the newly emerging dispute instances such as trademark infringement and improper competitiveness. In addition, it is natural that on the threshold of the electronic commerce age which formed with an unified area without the worldwide specific regulation, each country including us makes haste with the enactment of "electronic commerce Act" aiming at coming into force in 1999, in keeping with getting through "non-tariff law on electronic commerce" by U. S. parliament on May, 1998. In view of the properties of electronic commerce transactions through internet, there are the large curtailment of distributive channel, surmounting of restrictions on transaction area, space and time and the easy feedback with consumer and the cheap-required capital, from which the problems may arise - registration of trademark, the trademark infringement of domain name and the protection of prestigious trademark. Therefore, it is necessary to take the counter-measure, with a view of reviewing the infringement of trademark and domain name and the instances of each national precedent and to preventing the disputes. The improvement of the persistent system should be needed to propel the harmonious protection of those holding trademark right's credit and demanders' expectant profit by way of the righteous use of trademark.

Worldview-3 satellite sensor provides panchromatic image with high-spatial resolution and 8-band multispectral images. Therefore, an image-sharpening technique, which sharpens the spatial resolution of multispectral images by using high-spatial resolution panchromatic images, is essential for various applications of Worldview-3 images based on image interpretation and processing. The existing pansharpening algorithms tend to tradeoff between spectral distortion and spatial enhancement. In this study, we applied six pansharpening algorithms to Worldview-3 satellite imagery and assessed the quality of pansharpened images qualitatively and quantitatively. We also analyzed the effects of time lag for each multispectral band during the pansharpening process. Quantitative assessment of pansharpened images was performed by comparing ERGAS (Erreur Relative Globale Adimensionnelle de Synthèse), SAM (Spectral Angle Mapper), Q-index and sCC (spatial Correlation Coefficient) based on real data set. In experiment, quantitative results obtained by MRA (Multi-Resolution Analysis)-based algorithm were better than those by the CS (Component Substitution)-based algorithm. Nevertheless, qualitative quality of spectral information was similar to each other. In addition, images obtained by the CS-based algorithm and by division of two multispectral sensors were shaper in terms of spatial quality than those obtained by the other pansharpening algorithm. Therefore, there is a need to determine a pansharpening method for Worldview-3 images for application to remote sensing data, such as spectral and spatial information-based applications.

In this thesis, I consider the definition and category Huang-Lao philosophy that doesn't argue to the present in the academic world. I consider the origin and formation of Huang-Lao philosophy, in the view of combining the history of a nature and a human. I consider the origin of Huang-Lao philosophy in the Guoyu and Zuozhuan, Huang-Lao philosophy accepts open academic tradition of Jixia philosophy that has an ideological acception freely, and I consider the process of an advance and systematic theory of Huang-Lao philosophy on the basis of the four treatises of Guanzi and Hanfeizi. Also, in this thesis, I focus on the current of Huang-Lao philosophy, on the both sides. One is acception of Zhujia of Daojia the other is acception of Daojia of Zhujia(Fajia). and I analysis the various contents and forms between a peculiar world view and a political methodology of Wubuwei(無不爲) in Huang-Lao philosophy.

In order to correct the provided RPC and DEM generated from the high-resolution satellite images, the acquisition of the ground control point (GCP) must be preceded. This task is a very complicate that requires field surveys, GPS surveying, and image coordinate reading corresponding to GCPs. In addition, since it is difficult to set up and measure a GCP in areas where access is difficult or impossible (tidal flats, polar regions, volcanic regions, etc.), an alternative method is needed. In this paper, we propose a 3D surface matching technique using only the established ground coordinate package, avoiding the ground-image-location survey of the GCP to correct the DEM produced from WorldView-2 satellite images and the provided RPCs. The location data of the public control points were obtained from the National Geographic Information Institute website, and the DEM was corrected by performing 3D surface matching with this package. The accuracy of 3-axis translation and rotation obtained by the matching was evaluated using pre-measured GPS checkpoints. As a result, it was possible to obtain results within 2 m in the plane location and 1 m in height.

Soang excavates the idea of equality in our national indigenous thoughts and the theoretical structure of threefold egalitarianism in our traditional Confucianism. He also digests diverse Western thoughts and introduces some of them into his theory. At first sight, his theory looks like an assembly of diverse Western thoughts. However, he always justifies it with our traditions. Even if his theory and political position fails in his time, it gives us valuable instructions. First, if the failure of his political center position means an opening road toward Korean division, his political position must be a future guide for the reunification of Korean peninsula. Second, if the bi-polarization is a serious disease of our society, then his view of egalitarianism must be a efficient guide for curing our society. Third, as European Union shows us, the kingly view of world family is a feasible guide for realizing world peace in future.

With the creation of a multi-platform media environment, contents production flows through convergence are being detected in the broadcasting contents sector, breaking the boundary between each other and breaking away from the rigid atmosphere of the past, when broadcasters were strictly divided or careful to comment on other programs. It is also quite encouraging that the method of collaboration has been done horizontally as a win-win strategy of co-existence and co-existence, not vertically based on one side's recognition or program popularity. Thus, this study noted the establishment of a world view to capture transmedia phenomena that transcend boundaries between each other to adapt and survive the rapidly reshaping media ecosystem at the base of this trend and to maintain the type of convergence and unrivaled value that emerges in various forms in the process. The research targets were selected for 'Usanseul' and 'Pengsoo', which are prominent in these movements and produce significant results at this point, and analyzed and compared to the results.

The purpose of this study is to understand the formative characteristics of futuristic virtual fashion revealed in virtual fashion platforms targeting the human body. First, the current status of fashion in the metaverse and futurist fashion were reviewed and summarized by referring to prior research. Next, among the items posted on DRESSX, "futurism" was searched and those resturning a positive result were collected as research subjects. The characteristics were organized into design elements: colors, shapes, materials, and patterns. Futuristic aesthetic characteristics were derived from the characteristics of each design element. As a result, color showed the characteristics of achromatic, vivid and neon colors, multi-color and gradation, multi-color due to reflected light, and color conversion. As for the form, a body-concious look or exaggerated silhouettes, spatial expressions in geometric structures, forms imitating living things, and fluid silhouettes using clouds were prominent. Materials showed the digitization of universal clothing materials, application of industrial materials, use of metal materials, and unrealistic materials. In the patterns, geometric abstract patterns, patterns that reveal the digital world view, and moving fluid patterns appeared. The aesthetic characteristics of futurism in virtual fashion were revealed in four categories: visual dynamics, high-tech sensibility, variability, kineticisim. Visual dynamics were revealed in geometric forms, and intense neon colors. High-tech sensibility was prominent in the use of metal and industrial materials, light emission, and patterns of the digital world view. The expression of multiple colors by reflected light and the change showed the variability of futurism. The use of unrealistic materials, such as clouds and fire and fluid silhouettes expressed kineticisim. The infinite expressiveness of virtual fashion made it possible to actively express the aesthetic characteristics of futurism.

As for the various pathological phenomena of the society which is getting worse without any improvement, the film paints the phenomenon nakedly with the cold and cynical gaze on the basis of realism. These attempts originated in the Chinese art world, and they cynically sketched a Chinese society that lost hope after 6·4. The cynicism of the art world contains meanings such as instruction, meanness, passion, indifference, and mockery. In particular, the distrust of the social system after 6·4 and the collapse of the Soviet and Eastern European socialist nations gave the Chinese people a skeptical view of socialism. This situation of the times has a cynical viewpoint to face as it is instead of prudent criticism. This cynical view was embraced by filmmakers who were not silent on The pathological phenomenon of society, and they were directed to films. is a film about the love, separation, suicide, frustration and reconciliation of youth in the era of identity confusion after 6·4. The characters in the film did not mention a single word about the state power that made them do it. based on the characteristics of women in northeast China and the murder that occurred around a woman with a beauty that was not like a laundry employee. Centered around the unresolved slice murder case, expressed human moral ambiguity that does not distinguish good fortune from human instinct for struggle for survival, and portrayed the scenery of a very cold northeast small city. But it does not show any criticism of the crime. Based on the true story of the 2000s, the portrays the uncomfortable aspects of China that established Chinese socialism. A film composed of four short episodes conveys the destiny set by God.
