Today, the market environment for companies around the world has been changed by globalization, digital innovation, information by opening the diversity, consumer awareness, and the development of mass media in the wide areas such as, politics, economy, society and culture. Accordingly, the function of the housing cultural center also has been changed from the Place where the trading had been made to the Space where the marketing could work. The housing cultural center is home to companies to target their corporate culture and corporate image, and the brand identity. From the space marketing standpoint, this study extracts differentiator of the housing cultural center from theoretical consideration to boom up of the housing cultural center and to build up its identification. Based on this analysis, the design identity element of the interior design of the housing cultural center is proposed by the actual and analytical cases. Such a future plan design identity elements in the design of the new housing cultural center is providing basic design guide line to recognize the importance.

The world today has reached a certain level where it is impossible to get the quality education at the tertiary level without the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). ICT has made life better, communication easier and faster, teaching and learning more practical through computers and other technology based learning tools. However, despite these benefits ICT has equally contributed immensely to environmental problems. Therefore there is the need to use ICT resources efficiently in universities for environmental sustainability so as to save both the university environment and the world at large from the effects of global warming. This paper evaluates the carbon footprints from the use of ICT devices and comes up with a proposed green ICT framework to reduce the carbon footprints in universities. The framework contains techniques and approaches to achieve greenness in the data center, personal computers (PCs) and monitors, and printing in order to make ICT more environmentally friendly, cheaper, safer and ultimately more efficient. Concerned experts in their respective departments at Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU) Malaysia evaluated the proposed framework. It was found to be effective for achieving efficiency, reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.

연구기관의 협력 네트워크 구조 및 특징은 기관의 학문적 성과에 영향을 미친다. 특히 한국의 정부출연연구기관은 선도적인 국가 연구개발 수행 주체로서 효율적인 협력 체제를 구축해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 효율적인 네트워크 구조로 논의되어 온 좁은 세상 구조와 노드 간 특징을 나타내는 중심성을 한국 과학기술계 정부출연연구기관 협력 네트워크에 적용하였다. 2010년~2019년 과학기술계 정부출연연구기관의 논문 데이터를 바탕으로 좁은 세상 구조적 특징 및 중심성과 논문 성과 간 관계를 네트워크 분석과 Feasible GLS 회귀모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 정부출연연구기관 협력 네트워크는 좁은 세상 구조를 취할수록 학문적 성과에 유의미한 양의 성과를 거둘 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 직접적인 연결 정도를 나타내는 중심성은 양의 유의성을 보였으나, 중개자 정도를 나타내는 중심성은 유의하지 않거나 음으로 유의했다. 교류 협력하는 기관의 수가 많을수록 논문 성과가 높았으며, 협력의 중심지 역할을 하는 기관과 협력 관계인 기관의 성과가 높다. 또한, 정부출연연구기관의 협력 네트워크가 좁은 세상의 특성을 강하게 가질수록 연구 성과 창출에 효과적이라는 것을 규명하였다. 본 연구는 기존에 효율적인 네트워크 구조로서 논의되던 좁은 세상 구조와 중심성을 정부출연연구기관 협력 네트워크에 적용하고 성과와의 관계를 실증 분석할 뿐 아니라 정부출연연구기관 간 연구개발 협력관련 정책 및 전략 수립에 시사점을 제시한다.

오늘날 금융자본의 세계화가 진전됨에 따라 금융위기의 발생가능성과 세계경제의 불확실성이 한층 더 높아지고 있다. 한국에서 IMF 금융위기는 사회 전반의 구조조정을 추동시키면서 양적, 질적 경제적 변화를 일으키고 있어 본 연구는 광주지역의 경제적 공간의 변화를 살펴보았다. 광주지역경제에 영향을 크게 미치는 산업은 서비스업과 수송장비제조업 등을 들 수 있는데 이들 산업은 IMF금융위기의 경제적 침체의 영향을 민감하게 받았고, 대신 고무 .플라스틱.기계장비.전기전각 부문의 제조업은 상대적으로 영향을 적게 받았다. 공간적으로는 서비스업의 감소로 도심지역의 상업이 쇠락하고, 첨단산업육성을 통한 위기 극복의 노력으로 인해 광산업 집적공간의 형성과 벤처기업이 입지한 창업보육센터나 벤처빌딩과 같은 미시산업공간이 나타나고 있다. 그러나 첨단산업의 지방뿌리내림은 첨단산업의 수도권 집중의 구조적, 지리적 한계를 지니고 있으며, 따라서 지역혁신체제의 구축에 대한 연구가 필요하리라 생각된다.

배추재배에서 뿌리혹병은 세계적으로 가장 문제가 되고 있는 병 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 배추 정식 후 관수횟수가 뿌리혹병의 발생 정도에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위하여 폿트와 포장에서 실시되었다. 토양수분장력 별 시험에서 토양수분장력 별 관수횟수는 적을수록 발병도가 낮은 경향이었다. 상품수량은 0.06 MPa 처리구에서 10a당 5,306 kg으로서 다른 처리보다 증수하여 가장 경제적인 관수개시점으로 나타났다. 향후 적정 살균제 처리조합 혹은 저항성 품종 재식시의 관수 횟수에 대한 보강 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

Growing demand for sustainable production, increasing competition and consideration of health concerns have led the meat industries on a path to innovation. Meat industries across the world are focusing on the development of novel meat products and processes to meet consumer demand. Hence, a process innovation, like nanotechnology, can have a significant impact on the meat processing industry through the development of not only novel functional meat products, but also novel packaging for the products. The potential benefits of utilizing nanomaterials in food are improved bioavailability, antimicrobial effects, enhanced sensory acceptance and targeted delivery of bioactive compounds. However, challenges exist in the application of nanomaterials due to knowledge gaps in the production of ingredients such as nanopowders, stability of delivery systems in meat products and health risks caused by the same properties which also offer the benefits. For the success of nanotechnology in meat products, challenges in public acceptance, economics and the regulation of food processed with nanomaterials which may have the potential to persist, accumulate and lead to toxicity need to be addressed. So far, the most promising area for nanotechnology application seems to be in meat packaging, but the long term effects on human health and environment due to migration of the nanomaterials from the packaging needs to be studied further. The future of nanotechnology in meat products depends on the roles played by governments, regulatory agencies and manufacturers in addressing the challenges related to the application of nanomaterials in food.

Opening 21th Century, all the Countries of the world has been focusing on build up the foundation of cultural infrastructure in a various way, since the awareness of importance for cultural design products has been turnover. On the other hand, our cultural crafts＇ industry has not escaped from poor working environment and lagging behind conventional product system, and yet there is no complete system for mass production. The study is collaboration with Tourism Industry Innovation Center in Kwangju University for development of cultural products of wooden crafts by using cultural resources in Kwangju area and CNC M/C which is up-to-date digital technology. It aims to make possibility of mass production and discrimination on design for wooden crafts which is based on highly skilled technical manpower and creativities, and expects to develop and merchandise global wooden cultural products.

Learning community is one of the important pillars of the education in knowledge-based society. How to encourage students' spontaneous participation to the learning community is one of the actual problems to solve for the revolution of the education scheme. In this paper we introduce a strategy to boost the activity of the learning community, which works in the on-line space. The keys for the on-line supporting system for the learning community are to have communication space, trading space and connection with industry. To support activities of each space, we provide an on-line web site which includes a community module, a knowledge market module and an industrial commentary module. Students can start their self-leading study in the communication space, and they can also practice skills for the knowledge management in the knowledge trading space. Through the connection space, they can learn more from the real world critics with help of industry.

The twenty-first century is era of cultural infrastructure during which cultural and economic power is greater than any other era in the fast, For this reason, all the countries in the world recognize that it is more important than any other things to plan to establish a structure which is suitable to the real conditions of a region in order to efficiently manage or operate their cultural environment. in particular, they think it is urgent that they should contrive to develop Their regional industries with new information media, introduction and spread of the up-to-date technique of design. However, our regional related industries very difficulty for the moment for them to apply new designing technique or to settle technical bottlenecks themselves. Accordingly, in order to resolve such a structural point at issue, this study has carried the newly designed and developed, 18 wooden, cultural craft items that were Produced by utilizing the ultramodern digital M/C installed at TIDIC (Tourism Industry Design Innovation Center in Kwangju University), it would contribute to achieve some global cultural products.

As a popular concept, smart tourism is widely used as a strategic tool to improve the competitiveness of world tourism destinations. Taking Macao as a case study, this research explores the relationship between government, academic research, and smart destination applications, with a view toward investigating the utilization of smart technology to achieve service innovation, effective communication with tourists, and enhance the travel experience. The study summarizes the current situation of smart tourism in Macao, finding that most of the smart services in Macao rely on users to obtain information spontaneously and do not achieve real interaction and service demand. Suggestions and advice for smart development are provided.
