This article intends to examine the value of the world citizenship in the perspective from the root meaning that is stressed as the behavior style of Daesoon thoughts in relation with 'desirable attitude of life in education of morality. Traditional root meaning of Daesoon thoughts turned out to be proper moral behavior principle such as Yin Yang harmonious virtue, God Humane keeping unity, and conviviality with regrets settlement. Such three principles of Daesoon Thoughts show the characteristic of global code such as respect of life, solidarity unity, and tolerant trust. To revise the phenomenon of duality, and to realize the human awakening in radically changing reality, we need to cultivate world citizenship based on the root meaning of Daesoon thoughts. Daesoon thoughts covering the East and the West, especially the key features of religion, can cultivate the world view of citizenship in the era of plural society based on folk beliefs toward Gucheon Sangje faith as the essence of the multiplism. The world citizenship of human society is necessary to unite the world in the unified construction cooperative spirits. All beings need to be away from antagonistic confrontation with the practice of mutual conviviality. The diameter of acquired joining world citizenship can have the opportunity to realize of Gucheon Sangje's Heaven and earth construction. The root meaning of Daesoon thoughts can contribute to moral practicality with world citizenship by practice of heavenly truth and human truth. First, cultivating heavenly truth by means of insight can develope the profound world citizenship. Secondly, the solidarity of the public and private can cultivate public citizenship. Thirdly, in the crisis of the mankind, this awakening conviviality can be foundation for world citizenship of public communication. Fourthly, the spirit that would not deceive ownself can be contributed to cultivating the world citizenship by means of the process of internalizing Daesoon thoughts. Nowadays in the plural society demanding world citizenship, the public citizenship can deepen the spirit of respect of life, solidarity unity, and tolerant trust in the process of world citizenship cultivation. In the future, the world citizenship can be deepen the alternative of practice in the continuous cultivation of world citizenship. In this process, we can form the culture of coexistence which can contribute to human society as well as korean society by developing the value of living together happiness through the guide of this phonesis.

본 연구는 영국 지리교육계의 시민성교육에 대한 관심의 역사 및 범위를 국가교육과정에서의 시민성 교과의 출현과 관련하여 고찰하였다. 제2차 세계대전까지는 주로 제국주의 이데올로기를 통한 국가정체성 중심의 시민성교육에 치중하였다면, 1980년대 이후에는 학생들의 개인적 가치와 가치 입장에 대한 반성과 성찰, 그리고 사회정의에 초점을 둔 로컬 및 글로벌 시민성교육을 지향하고 있다. 이와 같은 지리교육의 내적인 변화뿐만 아니라, 시민성 교과의 출현이라는 외적인 요인이 시민성교육에 대한 관심을 더욱 자극하고 있다. 이후 영국지리교육계에서는 지리교과가 시민성교육을 계속 주도하도록 하기 위한 방안으로서 이론적 정당화의 논리 구축뿐만 아니라, 교사들의 실천적 연구와 지속적 관심을 촉구하고 있다. 한편, 최근 영국 정치 및 사회문화 지리학계에서는 차이와 정체성을 만드는 시민성의 공간에 주목하고 있으며, 국가 스케일에서 로컬 및 글로벌 스케일에 초점을 둔 급진적이고 비판적인 시민성으로 관심을 전환하고 있다. 따라서 앞으로 지리교과를 통한 시민성교육 역시 국가정체성 중심에서 탈피하여 사회정의의 보다 나은 세계를 위한 로컬 및 글로벌 시민성교육에 더욱 치중해야 할 것이다.

오늘날 사회는 세계화 다문화로 인해 개인간의 상호 작용이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 국제 사회에서 행동의 주체로서 개인의 역할이 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 사회과 세계 지리에서 세계시민교육을 위한 '문화 다양성'교육의 수업 내용을 제시하고자 한다. '문화 다양성' 교육은 세계화 다문화 사회에서 세계시민교육을 위한 대안으로 타당하며 인권, 공정, 다양성, 공생의 가치를 실현해 줄 수 있는 교육이다. 이에 사회과 세계 지리 수업에서 '문화 다양성' 교육의 수업 내용 구성 방안을 제시하였다. 초등 6학년에서의 "세계 여러 지역의 자연과 문화"단원에서 '문화 다양성' 교육의 관점을 추가하여 수업 내용을 재구성하여 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 다문화 사회의 지리교육에서 세계 시민성과 지역정체성의 교육적 함의를 논의하는 것이다. 지리교육은 국지적 지역적 국가적 세계적 규모에서 장소 및 지역을 탐구하며 인간 사회의 인종적 문화적 정치적 다양성에 대한 지리적 표현을 학습하는 교과로서 다문화교육을 담당할 수 있는 매우 적절한 과목이다. 또한 지리교육의 공간이나 지역이 인간의 경험, 지각, 반응 등에 의해 구성되는 가치 내재적 공간이고, 시민성이 영역을 가지고 있는 지리적인 단위에 바탕을 두고 있다는 점 등에서 시민성 교육에 대한 정당성을 갖는다. 다문화교육에서 시민성은 국가 중심을 탈피하여 세계시민으로서의 자질이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 세계시민성 교육이 지리교육에서 지역정체성에 대한 포기를 의미하는 것이 아니다. 지역정체성은 특정 지역의 구성원으로서의 소속감이며 인종, 민족, 성, 정치적 지위, 사회적 지위 뿐 아니라 자연에 대한 사고, 경관, 민족성, 방언, 역사적 배경 등의 영향을 받아 형성된다. 다문화사회의 지역정체성은 다양한 집단들의 이질성을 내포한 동질성으로 지역에서 발생하는 다양한 집단들의 갈등을 해소할 열쇠를 가지고 있다. 이에 지리교육의 다 문화교육은 다문화사회의 갈등 해결을 위해 비판적 사고에 바탕을 둔 지역정체성 함양에 초점을 둘 것을 제안한다. 다문화사회의 지리교육은 인종이나 민족을 강조하는 교육보다는 지역에 바탕을 둔 것으로 지구적 관점의 세계시민성과 다문화교육의 다양성의 관점을 통합하여 실시할 수 있다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the overseas volunteer activities of university students on changes in global citizenship. Methods : This study was conducted as a one-group pre-posttest design. The study's subjects were students who participated in the 37th World Friends Korea Youth Volunteer Corps in 2018. Among them, 158 students who completed the survey were included in the analysis. The tool for measuring global citizenship was comprised of knowledge, skill, attitude, and willingness to practice. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 program, and the statistical significance was set to p<.05. Results : Among the study's participants, there were 123 females (77.85 %). By grade, there were the most juniors, with 68 (43.04 %). There were 53 (33.55 %) seniors, 28 (18.35 %) sophomores, and eight freshmen (5.06 %). Among all participants, 52.53 % had experience in global citizenship education, and 63.92 % had experience in activities related to global citizenship. Because of analyzing the changes in global citizenship before and after overseas volunteer activities, "skill" increased the most, from 3.51±.65 points to 4.34±.56 points (p< .001). Due to analyzing changes in global citizenship before and after overseas volunteerism, the knowledge and attitude of freshmen were statistically significantly positive, with 1.17± 1.23 (p=.011) and 1.41±1.22 (p=.008), respectively. Participants with global citizenship experience had a significant change in attitude (p=.018). Conclusion : It was confirmed that the overseas volunteer activities of undergraduate students in the university brought a positive change to global citizenship. Providing opportunities for global citizenship education and activities in elementary, middle, and high schools in the future will maximize the effects of overseas volunteer activities to improve global citizenship.

As the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is spreading its wings all over the world and, therefore, also in Vietnam, the logistics industry in Vietnam is facing a severe shortage of human resources in both quantitative and qualitative terms. The role of human resources management (HRM) becomes extremely important. Recruitment is considered the first major function of HRM practices and is the cornerstone of successful in business. In order to improve the recruitment strategy, recruiters need to better understand job pursuit intentions (JPI) of job seekers. Therefore, this study investigates how four dimensions of corporate social responsibility (CSR) affect JPI among employees working in the logistics sector in Vietnam. The secondary data are from previous studies and published newspaper articles. Meanwhile, the primary data are collected from consultation with 10 experts and through five in-depth structured interviews with 30 randomly-selected employees as well as 288 survey questionnaires returned from employees in the logistics companies in Vietnam. The findings show that economic citizenship, legal citizenship and ethical citizenship are positively related to JPI of job seekers, where economic citizenship appears to be the most influential factor. The limitations of the study and an agenda for further research are put forward.

본 연구의 목적은 현행 2009 개정 초등사회과 지리영역 교육과정에 반영된 세계시민교육 관련 요소의 구조적 특성을 분석하는데 있다. 분석대상으로는 세계에 관한 부분을 다룬 5~6학년군 지리영역 교육과정의 성취기준을 선정하였으며, 한글 텍스트의 내용분석을 위한 소프트웨어인 KrKwic 및 의미연결망 분석도구인 UciNet/NetDraw를 활용하여 관련 개념의 출현빈도 및 의미연결망, 연결중심성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 2009 개정 초등사회과 지리영역 교육과정은 세계시민성 함양 등 세계시민교육의 이상과 요소를 반영하고는 있지만, 교육과정상의 세계에 대한 단원들은 세계나 세계공동체 등 세계시민교육 관련 요소보다는 주로 국가를 중심으로 구성되는 특성을 보이고 있었다. 세계시민교육 관련 요소는 교육과정 성취기준상에서의 출현빈도가 낮았을 뿐만 아니라, 세계와 관련된 주요 개념들과 밀접한 관계를 맺지 못한채 사실상 고립되다시피한 특성을 나타내었다. 이로 인해 환경 및 지속가능개발, 갈등, 협력 등 세계시민교육적으로 접근할 필요성이 높은 개념들 역시 세계시민교육적인 관점과 연결될 수 있는 가능성이 제한될 수 있다는 문제점도 지적된다. 세계화 시대에는 국가도 중요한 역할을 하지만, 기존의 국가 경계가 투과적인 형태로 변화하고 국경을 넘어선 세계공동체적 관점이 중요시되는만큼 지리교육 역시 이러한 현실을 감안하여 세계시민교육적 요소를 보다 적극적으로 반영할 필요성이 제기된다. 이러한 논의를 향후 교육과정 개정에 반영함으로써, 국가뿐만 아니라 세계공동체 또한 중요시되는 세계화 시대에 보다 높은 적합성을 갖는 교육과정을 구성할 수 있으리라고 기대된다.

본 연구는 지역 다문화 자원을 활용한 체험활동과 CCAP를 활용한 세계지리 수업이 학생들의 다문화 이해에 미치는 효과를 검증한 것이다. 지역 다문화 자원을 활용한 체험활동은 주로 수업이 없는 주말을 이용하여 이주민 커뮤니티 탐방, 다문화 센터 봉사활동, 유네스코 협동학교 프로그램 참여, 다문화 관련 라디오 프로그램 제작 및 진행등을 통해 이루어 졌다. 그리고 CCAP를 활용한 수업은 세계지리 동남 및 남부아시아 단원을 파키스탄, 필리핀, 미얀마, 캄보디아 등의 국가 중심으로 재구성한 후 이곳 출신의 외국인을 강사로 초빙하여 오리엔테이션을 포함하여 5차시에 걸쳐 이루어졌다. 지역 다문화 자원을 활용한 체험활동과 CCAP를 활용한 세계지리 수업 전후로 실시한 조사 결과에 의하면, 학생들은 교실 안팎에서 외국인과 직접적인 접촉을 통해 이들에 대한 거부감이 친밀감으로 전환되었으며 맥락화된 지역 지식을 통해 다문화를 진정으로 이해하고 존중할 수 있었던 것으로 나타났다. 결국 다문화 활동과 CCAP를 활용한 세계지리 수업은 학생들로 하여금 제3세계 국가에 대해 가지고 있던 고정관념 및 편견에서 벗어나 다른 문화를 이해하고 존중할 수 있는 글로벌 시민성의 함양에 기여한 것으로 판단된다. 이와 같이 세계지리를 통한 수업이 학생들로 하여금 교실 안팎의 다양한 다문화 현상을 직접적으로 체험할 수 있는 기회를 지속적으로 제공한다 면, 탈맥락적 지역 지식을 전수하는 교과목이라는 부정적 이미지에서 벗어나 세계화와 다문화 시대에 절실하게 요구되는 맥락적 지식과 배려와 관용에 기초한 글로벌 시민성을 함양시키는데 매우 적합한 교과목으로 인식될 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, PPP (Public-Private-Partnership) Projects, which private companies invest in, plan, design, construct and operate, have become more popular around the world. The construction industry environment is becoming increasingly competitive. The PPP project is composed of various organizations, so it is very difficult to carry out the project successfully. In this environment, the construction companies are trying hard to secure a competitive advantage. In this study, we tried to identify the role of project manager's leadership and project citizenship behavior as a precedent for creating performance in PPP (Private-Public-Partnership) project. We examine the impact of PM's transformational leadership and transactional leadership on project citizen behavior and examine the impact of project citizen action on project management performance and completion performance. For this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on PPP project participants. As a result, the following results were obtained. First, transformational leadership and transactional leadership had a significant influence on project citizenship behavior. Second, project citizen behavior had a significant impact on both project management performance and project completion performance. The idealized influence of transformational leadership and the Active management by exception of transactional leadership were found to be very important in shaping PPP team's project citizenship behavior. Therefore, this study has academic implications in studying the effects of PM leadership and project citizenship behavior on the performance of PPP project. And it is expected that it will help selection and training of PM to secure a competitive advantage for construction companies that implement PPP projects practically.
