감귤시장의 유통단계별 가격 인과성 분석 (A Causality Analysis of the Tangerine Market by Distribution Channel)

  • 본 연구에서는 벡터오차수정모형(VECM)을 이용하여 유통단계별 감귤시장의 가격전이 메커니즘을 이해하고 가격 결정력을 지니는 유통단계를 확인하고자 하였다. 일반적으로 농 축 수산물의 유통과정은 도매시장에서 소매시장으로 가는 2단계 유통과정을 거친다. 그러나 경우에 따라서는 산지 도매시장에서 소비지 도매시장을 거쳐 소비지 소매시장으로 가는 3단계 유통과정을 거치는 경우도 있다. 이렇게 각 시장에서 형성되는 농 축 수산물의 가격은 유통마진의 격차를 두고 서로 밀접한 연관을 지니며 움직이는 것이 특징이다. 그러나 각 시장의 가격결정 과정에서 농어업인, 도소매 유통인 및 가공업자 등의 시장지배력, 소비자 또는 정부의 영향력에 따라 각 시장의 가격생성 메커니즘이 영향을 받을 것이고, 이에 따라 각 시장의 인과행태가 발생할 것이다. 제주감귤 역시 생산자 단체와 산지 유통인을 통하여 도매시장이나 대량 수요처 등으로 운송되며 도 소매시장 및 대형유통업체를 통하여 최종 소비자에게 유통되고 있어 전반적으로 도매시장에서 소매시장으로 가는 2단계 유통과정을 거치고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 감귤의 도매가격과 소매가격 간의 유통단계별 수준변수 시계열에서 장기균형관계가 성립하였다. 둘째, 감귤 가격의 도매시장과 소매시장 간의 인과방향은 단기적인 측면에서 도매시장에서 소매시장으로의 일방적인 인과방향을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 장기적인 측면에서 감귤 가격의 도매시장과 소매시장 간에는 서로 쌍방향적인 피드백 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 감귤 유통시장에서 도매가격이 가격형성에 가장 중심적인 역할을 하며, 감귤의 가격결정에 있어 도매시장의 영향력이 매우 크게 나타나고 있음을 의미한다고 하겠다. 결국 경쟁력 있는 감귤산업의 발전을 위해서는 산지 조직화를 통한 감귤생산의 수급조절 정책의 적극적인 추진이 필요한 것으로 사료된다.

동대문시장 도.소매소비자의 구매행동 - 해외 아웃소싱 상품을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Pattern of Wholesale and Retail Consumer Behavior in Dongdaemoon Market about the Outsourced Products in Foreign Countries)

  • This article aims to identify the current status of outsourced production of Dongdaemun brands and to discover the consumers' perception of those outsourced products, their degree of satisfaction, and preference in purchasing those products. Moreover, the strengths and weaknesses of the outsourced products, as perceived by the consmers, have been identified, and specific methods and directions for efficient overseas outsourcing of Dongdaemun brands are suggested. This study also contains experimental works, in which I have prepared questionnaires, and my advisor have collected data. This survey was conducted on corporation managers, who directly operated clothing stores in Dongdaemun Market in December 2007. The collected data have been analyzed using SPSS 12.0 with various techniques such as t-test, paired t-test, frequency analysis and $X^2$-test. The results are summarized as the following: a) Comparison of the current outsourcing status of Dongdaemun brands showed that only eight out of the total 42 investigated companies have actually been outsourcing the production of their clothes. The biggest advantage of outsourcing was the reduced unit production cost, while low quality of products, delayed production, difficulty of control and management were shown as its disadvantages; b) the reason for purchasing clothes in Dongdaemun Market was to buy various clothing products. Comparing these reasons among different groups showed that there was a significant discrepancy in terms of trend design and copy design, in which wholesale consumers had shown a higher degree than retail consumers; c) and the preference for outsourced products of Dongdaemun brands was negative in both wholesale consumers (71.05%) and retail consumers (83.54%), as they both prefer clothes manufactured in Korea. Both groups selected the expensive price as the biggest disadvantage of Korean products, and picked design as the biggest strength of the outsourced clothes. Furthennore, both wholesale consumers (63.16%) and retail consumers (74.68%) selected Italy as the most preferred country for outsourcing clothing production. in which their reason had been their expectation for good product quality. The least preferred country for both wholesale (47.37%) and retail (50.63%) consumers was China, a country which they expected poor product quality.

  • In this paper a technical consideration is made on the AGC operation under the wholesale market in Korea in view of the signal connection between EMS and power plants for AGC. We review the market rules related AGC operation first. Then we investigate the current AGC connection to measure the level of the satisfaction for the every term in the rules.

  • The objectives of this study are to estimate the number of employed persons related to agriculture in agribusiness, to determine any factors affecting changes in employed persons, based on the Input-Output Tables in 1995, 2000, and 2005. The number of employed persons related to Crops in the input industry of agriculture was 184,076 in 1995, 186,616 in 2000, and 193,394 in 2005. The sectors with higher number of employed persons were in; Agriculture, forestry and fishing related services, Wholesale and retail trade, Fertilizers and agricultural chemicals, and Forest products, etc. The number of employed persons related to Animals in the input industry of agriculture was 46,6166 in 1995, 28,886 in 2000, and 35,714 in 2005. The sectors with higher number of employed persons were in; Wholesale and retail trade, Prepared livestock feeds, Agriculture, forestry and fishing related services, and Forest products, etc. The number of employed persons related to Crops in post-farm gate industries was 184,076 in 1995, 186,616 in 2000, and 193,394 in 2005. The sectors with higher number of employed persons were in; Accommodation and food services, Other food products, Wholesale and retail trade, and Polished grains, flour and milled cereals, etc. The number of employed persons related to Animals in the post-farm gate industries was 184,076 in 1995, 186,616 in 2000, and 193,394 in 2005. The sectors with higher number of employed persons were in; Meat and dairy products, Wholesale and retail trade, Accommodation and food services, and Land transport, etc. In 2005, the number of employed persons related to agriculture in agribusiness per 1,000 employed persons in agriculture was 211, in the input industries in agriculture it was 53, and in the post-farm gate industries it was 158.gribusiness.

도매시장 화재안전관리 측면에서의 특성 및 취약요소에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Problems and Character for Management of Fire Prevention at the Wholesale Markets)

  • 도매시장은 20년 이상의 노후화 된 건물이 많고, 구조적 특성상 건물의 밀집도가 높아 방화구획 등 연소확대 차단시설 및 소방시설의 설치 곤란, 안전의식의 부재, 불특정다수인의 출입 등으로 인하여 대형화재가 발생할 수 있는 시설이다. 이러한 취약요소 등으로 인하여 수백억원의 재산피해가 발생한 2005년 서문시장 화재, 7명의 사상자가 발생한 2005년 서울 동문상가 도매시장 화재 등 시장에서 대형 화재가 자주 발생하고 있어 이에 대한 대책이 절실한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 도매시장의 현황 및 구성주체별 특성, 화재사례 및 방재적 특성을 통계자료 등을 통해 도출하였고, 도매시장의 방화관리 현황과 화재안전관리 실태 등을 도매시장 방화관리자 및 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 방화관리업무의 전문성 확보, 건물의 구조적 취약요소 개선 및 소방시설의 성능적 신뢰성 확보, 시장 종사자 소방교육의 내실화 등이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

나들가게 활성화를 위한 코사마트 재편에 관한 연구 (A Study of Kosa Mart Re-design for the Development of Nadle Stores)

  • Purpose - In general, large companies have larger organizations, funds, and systems to provide more effective and efficient services in the market. However, development needs to support the livelihood of ordinary citizens who work for small businesses as well. This research suggests that a new distribution channel, called a "foothold style Kosa mart," that cooperates jointly with a distribution center and a large discount mart can provide direct solutions to small and mid-size distributors. This new distribution channel can achieve a limited type of "Nadle shop (small supermarket) foster project" related to building a joint distribution center and improvement in wholesale supply. Research design, data, and methodology - Data about the Korea distribution situation, the Nadle stores, and the logistics centers were collected from literature, Statistics Korea, journals, and reports. Specifically, we investigated information about Kosa Mart and Nadle stores. We focused on the redesign of the distribution center for the Nadle store. Results - The Kosa Mart distribution center now includes 18 warehouses, and has been handling 2000-3000 items. Most of the warehouses have been simply designed and items loaded and stored without refrigeration; thus, it is possible to store only products of certain manufactured goods. The current logistics center has no wholesale function because it failed to resolve the joint purchasing and product supply issues of competitively priced products. Conclusions - This study aimed to identify ways to strengthen the competitiveness of small- and medium-sized retailers. A Kosa Mart redesign aims to unifying the logistics center, stores, and customers. First, the joint wholesale logistics system, equipped with an integrated ordering system, needs to process customer orders and store orders at the same time. Second, excellent small business product development has to connect with production. Third, the store composition needs to support a shipping hub. Fourth, the Mart differentiates itself from convenience store goods by supplying regional and specialized products to customers. Fifth, a service buying agent and direct transactions between producers and consumers need to be established, and exhibits and displays of goods need to be improved.

연결망분석을 통한 경기도 농수산물 도매시장 적정 입지 선정 (Application of Social Network Analysis for Location Selection of Agricultural Wholesale Market in Gyeonggi-do)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 경기도내 농수산물도매시장의 적정 입지 선정에 있어서 연결망분석 방법 적용을 시도하는데 있다. 최근 산업/상업입지 선정에 있어 다양한 분석 방법을 적용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 평면적인 입지선정 방식과는 차별되는 연결망분석을 실시하여 기존 농수산물도매시장 입지를 포함한 적정입지를 알아보았다. 분석 결과, 농산물 네트워크 중심성은 지역물동량 비중과 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 기존 농수산물 도매시장 소재 지역을 포함하여 상대적으로 물동량이 많은 지역이 높은 중심성을 보였다. 경기도 내에서는 평택시, 수원시, 안산시, 성남시, 화성시, 용인시, 이천시, 안양시 등의 중심성이 높았다. 특히 농수산물 도매시장이 입지하고 있지 않으며 인근 유사시장이 없는 평택시, 화성시, 용인시 등은 농수산물 도매시장의 이전 적정 입지로 판단할 수 있다.

수요와 수율의 불확실성을 고려한 공급망 조정 (Supply Chain Coordination for Perishable Products under Yield and Demand Uncertainty: A Simulation Approach)

  • Purpose: This study developed a simulation model that incorporates the uncertainty of demand and yield to obtain optimized results for supply chain coordination within environmental constraints. The objective of this study is to examine whether yield management for perishable products can achieve the goal of supply chain coordination between a single buyer and a single supplier under a variety of environmental conditions. Methods: We investigated the efficiency of a revenue-sharing contract and a wholesale price contract by considering demand and yield uncertainty, profit maximizing ratio, and success ratio. The implications for environmental variation were derived through a comparative analysis between the wholesale price contract and the revenue-sharing contract. We performed Monte Carlo simulations to give us the results of an optimized supply chain within the environments defined by the experimental factors and parameters. Results: We found that a revised revenue-sharing contracting model was more efficient than the wholesale price contract model and allowed all members of the supply chain to achieve higher profits. First, as the demand variation (${\sigma}$) increased, the profit of the total supply chain increased. Second, as the revenue-sharing ratio (${\Phi}$) increased, the profits of the manufacturer gradually decreased, while the profits of the retailer gradually increased, and this change was linear. Third, as the quality of yield increased, the profits of suppliers appear to increased. At last, success rate was expressed as the profit increased in the revenue-sharing contract compared to the profit increase in the wholesale price contract. Conclusion: The managerial implications of the simulation findings are: (1) a strategic approach to demand and yield uncertainty helps in efficient resource utilization and improved supply chain performance, (2) a revenue-sharing contract amplifies the effect of yield uncertainty, and (3) revised revenue-sharing contracts fetch more profits for both buyers and suppliers in the supply chain.
